Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web yang mengimplementasikan kombinasi metode MOORA dan ORESTE untuk mengevaluasi perpanjangan kontrak pegawai di Kantor Walikota Bagian Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Sekretariat Daerah Kota Pematang Siantar. Metode MOORA digunakan untuk menentukan nilai kriteria aleternatif dan bobot , selanjutnya melakukan normalisasi terhadap data alternatif, sementara metode ORESTE digunakan untuk menghitung Distance Score, Nilai Preferensi, dan perankingan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pegawai dengan peringkat tertinggi dan direkomendasikan untuk perpanjangan kontrak adalah N2, N9, N8, dan N10. Pegawai dengan peringkat menengah, yaitu N5, N1, N6, N4, dan N7, perlu dipertimbangkan kembali. Sementara itu, pegawai N3 memerlukan evaluasi lebih lanjut terkait kinerja mereka. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode kombinasi MOORA dan ORESTE dapat menghasilkan evaluasi yang objektif dan terukur, dengan hasil akhir berupa peringkat preferensi dari setiap alternatif.

Abstract

Coffee cultivation in Indonesia generally only relies on rainfall as a source of water. Drought that occurs in the dry season inhibits growth, reduces yields, and even death of plants. Not all plants are equally resistant to drought conditions. Drought-resistant coffee clones usually develop several resistance mechanisms, including the formation of specific compounds to protect cells and tissues from damage caused by drought stress. Therefore, the objective of this study was to investigate the influence of watering interval on the seedling growth of three clones of Arabica coffee. This study used applying intervals of watering every two, four and six days as first factor and three Arabica coffee clones as second factor, namely Andungsari 2K, S 795, and Andungsari 1. The experimental design used a factorial completely randomized design where every treatment combination had three replications. This study on Arabica coffee nursery lasted for three months. Results obtained in this study demonstrated that combination of watering every four and six days on Andungsari 2K clone had the best values on several observed variables. Number of stomata, leaf thickness, fresh root weight, and root dry weight were larger for watering every six days on the Andungsari 2K clone, meanwhile leaf number, stem diameter, fresh and dry weight of leaves were larger for watering every four days on Andungsari 2K clone. This study showed that there was an interaction between watering intervals and Arabica coffee clones on plant growth. Treatment combination of watering every six and four days on Andungsari 2K clone significantly affect number of stomata, fresh root weight, and root dry weight especially for watering every six days on Andungsari 2K clone.

Abstract

Kabupaten Deli Serdang merupakan salah satu daerah di Sumatera Utara yang memiliki tingkat kerentanan tinggi terhadap berbagai jenis bencana seperti banjir, kebakaran, dan angin puting beliung. Untuk memastikan penanganan yang efektif, dibutuhkan keputusan yang cepat dan tepat, khususnya dalam mendistribusikan sumber daya yang terbatas. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh BPBD Deli Serdang adalah belum tersedianya sistem terintegrasi yang dapat menetapkan prioritas penanganan secara objektif berdasarkan kondisi lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web yang menggabungkan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot masing-masing kriteria, sedangkan TOPSIS dimanfaatkan untuk merangking wilayah terdampak berdasarkan kedekatannya dengan solusi ideal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan campuran (mixed method), yaitu mengombinasikan data kuantitatif dari laporan bencana tahun 2023–2024 dengan data kualitatif hasil observasi dan wawancara. Hasil implementasi sistem menunjukkan bahwa SPK yang dirancang mampu menghasilkan peringkat prioritas dengan cepat dan akurat, sehingga membantu BPBD dalam membuat keputusan yang lebih efisien. Pengujian efektivitas memperlihatkan bahwa sistem memberikan hasil yang selaras dengan keputusan manual BPBD, dengan tingkat keakuratan sebesar 89%. Sistem ini diharapkan menjadi solusi strategis dalam memperkuat respons dan efisiensi penanganan bencana yang kompleks.

Abstract

Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) merupakan satuan kerja di bawah Kementerian Agama yang menangani urusan agama khususnya perkawinan di tingkat kecamatan. Pelayanan pencatatan nikah di KUA Kec. Bahorok menghadapi kendala seperti data yang tidak terstruktur, antrian panjang, dan terbatasnya akses informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) pencatatan perkawinan berbasis web dengan metode Plan Taking untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan. Metode Plan Taking yang meliputi empati, karakterisasi, ideate, model dan tes digunakan untuk memahami kebutuhan pengguna yaitu calon pengantin dan petugas KUA. Sistem diuji dengan melibatkan pengguna untuk memastikan kebutuhan terpenuhi dan pengalaman pengguna ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Inquire about and Improvement (R&D) dengan teknik pengumpulan informasi berupa observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur. Adapun hasilnya dari penelitian ini yaitu sistem berbasis web yang memudahkan pencatatan nikah secara online, memberikan informasi jadwal pernikahan, dan memudahkan pengelolaan data oleh KUA sehingga mengurangi hambatan administratif, meningkatkan transparansi, dan mempercepat proses pelayanan

Abstract

This research presents the development of a web-based e-business application integrated with a data encryption feature using the Data Encryption Standard (DES) algorithm to protect customer privacy. The system is designed for CV Jasa Karya Rizki to manage customer and transaction data securely. DES encryption is implemented manually using PHP without relying on external libraries. The encryption process is applied during data input to ensure that only ciphertext is stored in the database. When data needs to be accessed, decryption is performed on-the-fly, allowing authorized users to view the original information securely. The application consists of core modules for managing customer data, transactions, products, and reports. Encryption and decryption functions are encapsulated within the system's main classes, enhancing maintainability and modularity. Testing results show that the DES implementation functions correctly, providing a secure data management workflow without negatively impacting system performance. This research demonstrates that classic encryption algorithms like DES can still be effectively applied in small-scale business environments to enhance data security and customer trust.

Abstract

Background: Palm oil is one of the key commodities in both the food and non-food industries, with its quality largely influenced by the level of Free Fatty Acid (FFA). Obejctive: High FFA content can reduce the stability and market value of the oil. Classify palm oil quality based on FFA levels using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. Methods: FFA levels were measured across multiple samples with varying usage frequencies (0, 5, 7, and 9 cycles) using the alkalimetric titration method. The measured data was categorized as "Suitable" if FFA ≤ 0.3% and "Unsuitable" if it exceeded this threshold. The developed SVM model was trained using 70% of the data and tested with the remaining 30%. Results: Evaluation results indicate that the model achieved an accuracy of 95%, a precision of 92%, and a recall of 94%, demonstrating SVM's effectiveness in classifying data. Additionally, hyperplane visualization using PCA provided a clearer distinction between oil categories based on FFA levels. Conclusion: This study highlights that SVM can serve as an effective alternative for FFA-based palm oil quality classification. The implementation of this model is expected to enhance efficiency in the palm oil industry, particularly.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan Internet of Things (IoT) mendorong digitalisasi layanan publik, termasuk di tingkat desa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Bekulap, Kecamatan Selesai, Kabupaten Langkat, yang masih menghadapi kendala dalam penyampaian informasi dan pelayanan administrasi karena sistem konvensional. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dirancang dan dikembangkan Aplikasi Desaku berbasis Android dengan menerapkan metode Extreme Programming (XP). Tahapan pengembangan meliputi perencanaan, perancangan, pengkodean, pengujian, hingga peningkatan perangkat lunak. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Dart dengan framework Flutter pada sisi frontend, sedangkan backend memanfaatkan PHP dengan framework Laravel, serta database MySQL untuk pengelolaan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mampu menyediakan layanan administrasi online, memperluas akses informasi desa, serta meningkatkan interaksi masyarakat dengan pemerintah desa. Implementasi Aplikasi Desaku diharapkan dapat membantu digitalisasi pelayanan publik, meningkatkan efektivitas dan transparansi, serta mendorong partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa.

Abstract

This study designs a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) using the Bellman-Ford algorithm to determine the shortest route for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Padang Lawas Regency. The main problem faced by MSMEs is the limited and insufficient use of information technology. This condition makes it difficult for the public to find strategic MSME locations and the fastest routes to business sites, leading to low competitiveness and marketing inefficiency. To address this issue, the system was developed using the waterfall model and integrated with Leaflet JS technology, enabling broad accessibility through the web without additional installation. The Bellman-Ford algorithm was chosen for its ability to calculate the shortest path even when negative weights are present in the graph. Test results show that the optimal route obtained is 1.795 km, more efficient compared to an alternative route of 2.563 km, providing a distance saving of about 30%. The system has proven capable of delivering fast and accurate route recommendations while simultaneously presenting MSME location information interactively. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of Bellman-Ford with interactive web-based digital maps specifically for MSME promotion, which has rarely been applied in regional contexts. The purpose of this study is to improve marketing efficiency, expand accessibility, and strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs in Padang Lawas. Abstract

Food security is a strategic aspect that determines community welfare and regional stability. In North Labuhanbatu Regency, 24 out of 82 villages and 8 sub-districts are still categorized as food-insecure. The main challenges include manual mapping processes and difficulties in determining the nearest food distribution routes, which make government interventions less efficient. This study aims to develop a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) to map food-insecure areas and calculate the fastest distribution routes using Dijkstra’s algorithm. The system was developed using the waterfall model through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The test results show that the system can interactively visualize 24 food-insecure villages and recommend distribution routes with an average distance of 37.04 km and an average travel time of 37.35 minutes. These results are more efficient than manual methods, which tend to generate longer routes and higher travel times. The main contribution of this research is the application of Dijkstra’s algorithm in a web-based GIS for mapping food-insecure villages, which has not been implemented previously in North Labuhanbatu Regency. This finding is expected to support local governments in making strategic decisions regarding the acceleration of food distribution, thereby improving public services and strengthening community food security.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi yang serba modern teknologi semakin berkembang. Penggunaan komputer di berbagai perusahaan sudah tidak asing lagi. Sistem prediksi stok barang ini menjadi salah satu sistem yang dapat mengetahui pola pembelian konsumen dan mengkombinasikan barang yang sering dibeli dan dapat menentukan strategi promosi yang tepat untuk perusahaan. Proses pengolahan data transaksi masih dilakukan dengan cara mencatat pendataan barang, pendataan penjualan barang, dan masih memperkirakan barang yang akan dibeli untuk memenuhi persediaan barang pada gudang. Oleh sebab itu CV. Hydropaint Medan membutuhkan sistem berbasiskan web yang dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan pengolahan data untuk memudahkan pemilik usaha dalam menentukan stok barang yang ada di gudang. Metodologi penelitian Research and development (R&D). Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD). Dalam kasus ini algoritma Apriori untuk proses transaksi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu, Dengan menerapkan metode Apriori, Perusahaan dapat mengatasi data stok barang barang lebih akurat dan persediaan barang berdasarkan permintaan pelanggan. Dengan adanya sistem yang baik, perusahaan dapat memberikan layanan yang lebih baik kepada pelanggan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.
