<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of partially and simultaneously the influence of location and service quality on customer satisfaction at Tasik Aquarium Stores. The method used in this research is descriptive research with quantitative methods. The sample issued is 100 respondents. The data collected consists of primary and secondary data. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression, assessment analysis, coefficient of determination analysis using SPSS version 25 software. The results showed that location and service quality simultaneously had a significant role on consumer satisfaction at Tasik Consumer Stores. Partially, the location and quality of service have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at the Tasik Aquarium Store.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance on the smooth production process (a case study at the Marrivosa Rubber Sandal Cigantang Company, Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is survey and quantitative methods. The sample used is random sampling. The data used are primary data in the form of preventive maintenance cost data, damage maintenance cost data, and production target data for the last 5 years, namely in the 2017-2021 period. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 16. The results of the study shows that simultaneously preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance have a significant effect on the smoothness of the production process Partially, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance have a significant effect on the smoothness of the production process.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and predict the optimal amount of production the must be carried out by the company by predicting the data on the amount of production owned by the Aliya Hijab Collection for the period January to December 2021. The data collection method ini this study was by direct observation on the Aliya Hijab Collection, using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The Analytical tools used are forecasting method such as moving average and exponential smoothing. The results of the forecasting analysis show that the 3- month moving average method is better for companies because the forecasting error is smaller. The company should follow the calculation of the 3-month moving average forecasting method so as to be able to predict and determine the optimal amount of production.]]>

<![CDATA[The reseach aim to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the promotion and brand image to the purchasing decision product yaki bread of tasikmalaya city. The methods used in this study is a quantitative methods with a survey.analysis of the data in this study used SPSS Version 26 software. The result showed that the simultaneous promotion and brand image had a significant role in the consumer purchasing decision yaki bread. Partially, the promotion has significant effect on the consumer purchasing decision yaki bread. Partially, the brand image has significant effect on the the consumer purchasing decision of yaki bread.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the Effect of Preventive Maintenence and Breakown Maintenence on the smooth running of the Production Process (Case study on CV. Dira Mahakarya Utama Printing Ciamis Regency). The method used in this study is a casual associative method (causation) with a quantitative approach, as for what is used as a sample, namely data on preventive maintenence costs, maintenence breakdown costs, and production target data for the last 4 years, namely in the 2018-2021 period at the Dira Mahakarya Utama printing house. The analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression using SPSS Version 25. The results showed that simultaneously the disciplines of Preventive Maintenence and Breakdown Maintenence had a significant effect on the smooth running of the production process. Partially Preventive Maintenence has a significant effect on the smooth running of the production process. Partial Breakdown Maintenence does not have a significant effect on the smooth running of the Production Process.]]>

<![CDATA[This purpose of this study to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence on non-manager employees performance at Amaris Hotel on Tasikmalaya City (Case Study on non-manager employees at Amaris Hotel on Tasikmalaya City). The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample of 32 respondents who are a non-manager employee at Amaris Hotel on Tasikmalaya City. The data is used primary data and secondary data. The analitytical tool in this research is multiple regression using by SPSS version 25. The result showed that simultaneously intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially intellectual intelligence has an unsignificant influence on employee performance. Partially spiritual intelligence has a significant on employee performance.]]>

The method used is a quantitative approach with a reserch sample of 100 respondents from consumers of Honda Beat Motors CV. Sinar Mas Honda. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the Tastes felt by consumers of Honda Beat CV. Sinar Mas Honda had very hight criteria. Price perception on consumers of Honda Beat CV. Sinar Mas Honda had very affordable criteria. Simultaneously taste and price perception have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partially taste has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partially, price perception has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of raw material costs and production labor costs partially or simultaneously at the Tofu Factory of Mr. Asep Yaya in Sukaratu Tasikmalaya for the 2019-2021 period. The research method used in this research is to use the causal relationship method (comparative causal) with a quantitative approach. The data used is primary data. The population of this study is the annual financial report of Mr. Asep Yaya's Tofu Factory in Sukaratu Tasikmalaya and the sample was taken for 3 years for the 2019-2021 period. This study uses the analysis method of data normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, correlation test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the cost of raw materials and labor costs have a significant effect on production results at the Tofu Factory of Mr. Asep Yaya in Sukaratu Tasikmalaya. The cost of raw materials partially has a positive and significant effect on the Production Results of Mr. Asep Yaya's Tofu Factory in Sukaratu Tasikmalaya. Then the Labor Cost partially negative and significant effect on the Production Results of Mr. Asep Yaya's Tofu Factory in Sukaratu Tasikmalaya.]]>
