Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial cita rasa dan kemasan terhadap keputusan pembelian basreng dua saudara snack di singaparna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dengan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Populasi yang diteliti sebanyak 100 responden. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cita rasa dan kemasan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian basreng dua saudara snack. Cita rasa, secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian basreng dua saudara snack. Kemasan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian basreng dua saudara snack.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Ciamis Regency. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Brand ambassadors and Brand trust on the Tokopedia Brand Image in the people of Ciamis Regency. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are Tokopedia users who are domiciled in Ciamis. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with a simple random sampling approach, the number of samples used is 96 Tokopedia users with the condition that they have made a purchase transaction at least three times in the last six months. The data obtained in this study used primary data and secondary data. The data obtained from the research results were then processed using the classical assumption test, statistical analysis test, and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS 25. Based on the correlation analysis test the Brand ambassador has a strong influence on the Tokopedia Brand Image with a correlation value of 0.644, while the Brand ambassador trust has a very strong influence on Tokopedia's Brand Image with a correlation value of 0.844. Based on the results of the F test, it shows that Brand ambassadors and Brand trust simultaneously have a significant effect on Tokopedia's Brand Image. The T test results show that Brand ambassadors partially have no significant effect on Tokopedia's Brand Image, while Brand trust partially has a significant effect on Tokopedia's Brand Image.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions for salt products in Tasikmalaya at PD. Pomegranate in Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is the census method. The population in this study were PD salt customers. Pomegranate in Tasikmalaya. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling, so that the entire population in this study is used as the research sample. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it is known that partially the Promotion variable is not significant to Purchase Decision. Service Quality variable is significant to Purchase Decision. Meanwhile, promotion and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase salt products in Tasikmalaya at PD. Pomegranate in Tasikmalaya

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of raw material inventory control that has been carried out at Mitra Mandiri factories, how to apply the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method in controlling raw material inventory at Mitra Mandiri factories. Data collection techniques in this study is to use interview techniques, library research and observation. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. The analytical tool used is the method of Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Safety Stock, ReOrder Point, and Total Inventory Cost. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the calculation of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method shows that the total cost of raw material inventory that must be issued by the company is greater than the total cost of inventory calculated according to the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. Companies should follow the calculation of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method so that they can save on raw material inventory costs, optimize inventory and streamline inventory costs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and predict the number of products that the company must make and estimate from the sales data owned by UMKM Nining Collection for the period January 2019 – December 2021. The method of data collection in this study is by direct observation of UMKM Nining Collection using techniques such as interviews,observations,and documentation. The analysis tool is carried out using forecasting methods such as moving average and exponential smoothing. The results of the forecasting analysis show that the 3 period moving average method is better for use in companies because it has the smallest error value. The company should follow the calculation of the forecasting method with a 3 period moving average so that it is able to predict and prepare production plans.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the description of Service Quality, Taste and Consumer Satisfaction at M’DI Coffee in Cafe Tasikmalaya. The influence of service quality and taste simultaneously on consumer satisfaction at M’DI Coffee in Cafe Tasikmalaya and the effect of service quality and taste partially on consumer satisfaction at M’DI Coffee In Cafe Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 consumers as respondents. The data used is primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version.25 support application. based on the results of the study, it is known that the quality of service and taste of consumer satisfaction at M’DI Coffee in Cafe Tasikmalaya is in a high classification. Service Quality and Taste have a significant effect simultaneously on customer satisfaction and Service Quality and Taste have a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction at M’DI Coffee in Cafe Tasikmalaya cafe.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price perception and product quality on purchasing decisions (a survey of consumers of Erna Cake Pancatengah, Tasikmalaya Regency). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 consumers of Erna Cake Pancatengah, Tasikmalaya Regency. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that the perception of price and product quality had a significant influence on purchasing decisions on Erna Cake Pancatengah, Tasikmalaya Regency. Partially, price perception has a significant influence on purchasing decisions on Erna Cake Pancatengah, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used is the quantitative method and the data used is secondary data obtained directly through interviews with company owners. In this study, sampling used a periodic data approach with a semester scale of 20 samples. The variables used in this study are two independent variables and one dependent variable, so the most appropriate analysis tool is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of multiple linear analyses, it is known that the amount of raw material inventory and labor hours simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on production volume. It can also be seen from the company's data that with every increase in the cost of controlling the number of raw materials and labor hours, the production volume also increases. The calculation results show that there is a very strong relationship between the variable amount of raw material inventory and labor hours in increasing production volume.
