Abstract

Sustainable innovation is increasingly receiving attention in efforts to reduce negative impacts on the environment. One source of pollution that is often overlooked is waste cooking oil. This activity describes a community service project which aims to reuse waste cooking oil as a basic ingredient for making environmentally friendly aromatherapy candles. Through a practical and collaborative approach, we identified methods for extracting and refining used cooking oil, and designed safe and effective aromatherapy candle formulations. The result is an aromatherapy candle product that not only reduces wasted cooking oil, but also provides an environmentally friendly alternative for people to create an experience of relaxation and well-being. This project highlights the potential for collaboration between science and communities to create sustainable innovation for the common good. Abstrak Inovasi berkelanjutan semakin mendapat perhatian dalam upaya mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Salah satu sumber polusi yang sering diabaikan adalah limbah minyak goreng. Kegiatan ini memaparkan sebuah proyek pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan kembali limbah minyak goreng sebagai bahan dasar untuk pembuatan lilin aromaterapi yang ramah lingkungan. Melalui pendekatan praktis dan kolaboratif, kami mengidentifikasi metode ekstraksi dan pemurnian minyak goreng bekas, serta merancang formulasi lilin aromaterapi yang aman dan efektif. Hasilnya adalah produk lilin aromaterapi yang tidak hanya mengurangi limbah minyak goreng yang terbuang, tetapi juga menyediakan alternatif ramah lingkungan bagi masyarakat dalam menciptakan pengalaman relaksasi dan kesejahteraan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menyoroti potensi kolaborasi antara ilmu pengetahuan dan masyarakat dalam menciptakan inovasi yang berkelanjutan untuk kebaikan bersama.

Abstract

MSMEs in Kaliyoso Village, Kangkung Subdistrict, Kendal Regency face obstacles in digital marketing and product legality. Many businesses do not have the skills to use e-commerce platforms and do not have PIRT, making it difficult to expand the market. This service program aims to increase the capacity of MSMEs through training in creating online stores on Shopee and technical assistance for PIRT registration. Activities are carried out with a participatory approach through the stages of socialization, technical training, and assistance to MSME actors. The training focused on hands-on practice of using Shopee and PIRT registration procedures according to the provisions of the Health Office. The results of the activities showed an increase in participants' skills in marketing products digitally and a better understanding of the importance of product legality. This program not only encourages the independence of MSME players in developing their businesses, but also triggers the formation of a digital MSME community as an effort to sustain local economic empowerment.

Abstract

Perkembangan digital marketing semakin berperan dalam membentuk keputusan pembelian, khususnya di kalangan milenial dann Gen Z yang aktif menggunakan media sosial. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis elemen-elemen yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Untuk analisis data, digunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa content marketing memberikan pengaruh paling signifikan. Hal ini dapat diidentifikasi dari koefisien jalur yang mencapai 0,439 untuk brand awareness, dan 0.233 untuk keputusan pembelian. Brand awareness juga berkontribusi terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,365., menegaskan perannya dalam proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian. Sementara itu, social media marketing memberikan dampak sebesar 0.654. Influencer marketing juga memberikan dampak terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 0.315. Meskipun Indosat telah menerapkan strategi digital yang efektif, kualitas jaringan masih menjadi tantangan yang dapat memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, optimalisasi strategi content marketing dan social media marketing serta peningkatan layanan menjadi langkah penting bagi Indosat dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Optimizing international marketing strategies is a significant challenge faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), including Batik Giriloyo business actors in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta, in an effort to expand global market penetration. Various obstacles such as limited access to international markets, minimal use of digital technology for marketing, and weak cross-country cooperation networks are the main obstacles in business expansion. To overcome these problems, an empowerment program has been implemented which includes creating an e-commerce account through the Shopify platform and holding an international webinar entitled "Penetrating the Global Market: Batik Giriloyo's Successful Strategy in the International Arena" as a means of increasing promotion and global business networks. The program implementation method includes intensive training in the use of digital technology, global marketing strategies, and cross-cultural communication, which significantly increases brand visibility and forms partnerships with international resellers. The results of the activity show that the integration of digital technology in a marketing strategy based on local cultural values ​​is able to provide strong competitive differentiation for MSMEs, especially in the context of preserving the cultural heritage of batik as the identity of a superior product. As a form of follow-up, it is recommended to strengthen digital training, increase strategic collaboration with international partners, and develop marketing strategies that highlight local wisdom values, in line with the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in the aspect of community service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transparansi dan akuntabilitas terhadap pengelolaan alokasi dana desa dengan good governance sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Dombo, Kecamatan Sayung, Kabupaten Demak. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif asosiatif. Sampel sebanyak 98 responden ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan alat bantu SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transparansi dan akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan alokasi dana desa. Selain itu, good governance terbukti secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh transparansi dan akuntabilitas terhadap pengelolaan dana desa. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan desa. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis terhadap tata kelola keuangan desa dan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi pemerintah desa dalam mewujudkan tata kelola yang transparan, akuntabel, dan partisipatif.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation, innovation, and entrepreneurial competence on the success of with business ability as an intervening variable. The sample in this study was 110 respondents who were employees of Jenang Mubarokfod Cipta Delicia Kudus. The sampling technique in this study used the Probability Sampling Technique with proportional random sampling. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model). The processing of this research data uses the SmartPLS 3.0 tool. Based on this research, it shows that motivation influences the success of Jenang Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus with a P-Value (0.004). Innovation has no effect on the success of Jenang Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus with a P-Value of (0,147). Entrepreneurial competence influences the success of Jenang Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus with a P-Value of (0.000). Motivation has no effect on success which is mediated by business ability in Jenang Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus with a P-Value of (0.545). Innovation has an effect on success which is mediated by business ability in the Jenang Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus with a P-Value of (0.001). Entrepreneurial competence has an effect on success which is mediated by business ability in Jenang Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus with a P-Value of (0.007).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh viral marketing dan influencer marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Glad2Glow di media sosial TikTok, dengan brand image sebagai variabel yang memediasi. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya posisi Glad2Glow dalam pasar produk skincare lokal di TikTok dibandingkan merek lain. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 96 responden Generasi Z yang tinggal di Kecamatan Boja dan pernah membeli produk Glad2Glow. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa viral marketing tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian, tetapi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap brand image. Influencer marketing terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand image dan juga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, brand image juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil lainnya menunjukkan bahwa brand image dapat menjadi penghubung (mediasi) antara viral marketing dan influencer marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar Glad2Glow lebih fokus membangun brand image yang kuat melalui konten viral dan kerja sama dengan influencer di TikTok untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial behavior and financial inclusion on investment decisions, as well as the moderating role of financial literacy on the relationship among Generation Z in Batang Regency. The method used is quantitative with a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through the SmartPLS 3 application. The results of this study indicate that financial behavior and financial inclusion have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions. In addition, financial literacy is proven to positively and significantly moderate the relationship between financial behavior and investment decisions, but does not moderate the relationship between financial inclusion and investment decisions. These findings indicate the importance of financial literacy in strengthening the impact of financial behavior on investment decisions, but not enough to strengthen the relationship between financial inclusion and investment decisions. This study provides implications for the development of a more comprehensive financial education strategy to encourage investment among the younger generation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, social media marketing, and brand image on purchasing decisions for Oppo smartphone users in Pati district. The population in this study were Oppo smartphone users in Pati Regency, while the sample taken amounted to 100 respondents. This study uses non-probability sampling techniques, namely purposive sampling, where the sample is applied with certain considerations in accordance with the desired criteria. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. The results showed that the product quality and brand image variables had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the social media marketing variable had no significant effect on purchasing decisions
