Abstract

The development of a company where the individual can do the work in accordance with the directions made so as not to harm the company. This study aims to determine how much influence Soft Skills and Hard Skills have on Work Performance at Pt Putra Sebakas Abadi. The variables of this study are Soft skills and Hard skills. The method used in this research is distributing questionnaires. This research is a qualitative approach research. Sources of data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data obtained through observation and distribution of questionnaires to the respondents. The population of this study were all employees of PT Putra Sebakas Abadi, the respondents in this study were 45 samples using the saturated sample method. The analytical tool used in this study uses SPSS 22. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) soft skills did not significantly influence work performance at Pt Putra Sebakas Abadi, (2) hard skills had a significant effect on work performance at Pt Putra Sebakas Abadi. (3) Soft skills and Hard skills simultaneously influence work performance at PT Putra Sebakas Abadi. So as to produce feedback that can be mutually accepted and given to the company so that the company benefits, it influences each other.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapabesarnya pengaruh shift kerja, lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Matahari Departement Store Tbk Kota Bengkulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 karyawan Matahari Departement Store Tbk Kota Bengkulu. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 35 karyawan Matahari Departement Store Tbk Kota Bengkulu. Pada penelitian ini teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda, korelasi berganda, determinasi, uji t dan uji F yang diolah dengan menggunakan software IBM SPSS 21. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial, shift kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawa di Matahari Departement Store Tbk Kota Bengkulu. n, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Matahari Departement Store Tbk Kota Bengkulu.  dan beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Matahari Departement Store Tbk Kota Bengkulu.. Abstract

Employee productivity is a very important thing in the company's efforts to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study was to determine how influential the Machine Knowledge, Training of Trainer and Grade variables had on work productivity. The population of this study were Honda Arista employees in Bengkulu City, totaling 70 employees with a sample of 31 employees. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. This research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach which explains the effect of the Knowledge (X1), Training of Trainer (X2) and Repair Technician Grade (X3) variables on technician work productivity (Y). The results showed that the Knowladge variable had a significant effect on the technician's work productivity, the Training of trainer variable also had a significant effect on the technician's work productivity, then the grade variable had a significant effect on the technician's work productivity. Overall, the results of the study show that the Knowledge (X1), Training of Trainer (X2) and Repair Technician Grade (X3) variables have a significant effect on work productivity (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work spirituality, organizational commitment and employee performance using a sample of 81 employees of the Civil Service Police Unit of Banten Province who are already civil servants. The research design uses quantitative research methods and the analysis used is SEM-PLS analysis using WarpPLS software. This study found that: Positive and significant influence between work spirituality has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, as well as organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Superior human resources are a mandatory requirement to make Indonesia advanced, but in preparing superior human resources there is still a challenge, namely stunting. Basically, there are two types of nutrients that children need to grow and avoid stunting, namely macronutrients (macronutrients) and micronutrients (micronutrients). The purpose of this activity is to foster public understanding in the Panorama Village, Bengkulu City, to create creative and innovative food preparations that are rich in nutrients so that they will create superior human resources. After this community service activity was carried out there was an increase in the knowledge of posyandu participants by more than 70%. The increase in the knowledge of the participants was due to the fact that the material that had been delivered was easy for the participants to understand. The participants were also taught directly how to use the remunggai plant to make nutritious food for children. So that stunting can be prevented and in the future will produce superior and productive human resources. This activity also resulted in a joint commitment from all stakeholders, including PKK mobilizing team members, posyandu cadres, puskesmas staff and posyandu members to support Stunting Prevention by Utilizing Remunggai Plants to Prepare Superior Human Resources in the Panorama sub-district, Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Keabsahan kontrak elektronik berbasis online dalam perjanjian waralaba didasarkan pada Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata (KUHPerdata) Buku III dan Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Salah satu perjanjian yang bisa dibuat dengan kontrak elektronik berbasis online yaitu perjanjian waralaba. Perjanjian waralaba melibatkan pemberi waralaba dan penerima waralaba yang diatur oleh Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 42 Tahun 2007 Tentang Waralaba dan selanjutnya diatur lebih khusus lagi dalam Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Nomor: 53/M-DAG/PER/8/2012 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Waralaba. Waralaba atau Franchise merupakan salah satu bisnis yang ikut meramaikan perekonomian di tanah air. Dalam bisnis waralaba dikenal adanya pihak Pemberi Waralaba dan Penerima Waralaba dimana mereka membuat suatu perjanjian yang biasa dikenal dengan perjanjian waralaba. Perjanjian waralaba merupakan perjanjian antara Pemberi Waralaba dengan penerima waralaba dimana Penerima Waralaba diberikan lisensi atau izin untuk menggunakan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual yang dimiliki oleh Pemberi Waralaba, diatur oleh Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 42 Tahun 2007 tentang Waralaba. Berdasarkan PP RI No.42 Tahun 2007 perjanjian waralaba dilaksanakan dengan perjanjian tertulis sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku dan menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence employee involvement (X1), work stress (X2), and organizational commitment (X3) have on employee job satisfaction (Y) at PT. World Innovative Telecomunication Bengkulu Branch. Pemeltian is carried out with a quantitative approach through the explanator method. The research population of all employees at PT. World Innovative Telecomunication Bengkulu Branch totals 35 people sampling technique using total sampling where samples are taken by all employees working at PT. World innovative telecomunication Bengkulu Branch. Data was collected from respondents directly through questionnaires. The research data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, determination coefficient, Ftest, and t-test. Based on the results of the study, (1) Employee involvement (X1) influences employee job satisfaction (Y) (2) Work stress (X2) has a negative effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) (3) Organizational commitment affects employee job satisfaction (Y) (4) There is a joint influence of independent variables on dependent variables where sig < α 0.05. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment, work ethics and communication on employee loyalty. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Total population of 50 people, sample in this study amounted to 50 people, all employees of the Bengkulu City Branch of BPJS or by using the probability sampling. Data analysis techniques in this study are instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study explain that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, work ethics has a negative and no significant effect on employee loyalty, and organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. The contribution of this research is for the Bengkulu City Branch of the BPJS to be taken into consideration, input and suggestions for increasing work loyalty towards employees of the Bengkulu City branch of the Health BPJS office regarding organizational commitment, communication work ethics and employee loyalty

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to examine the influence of the causes of entrepreneurial failure by using two types of causes of entrepreneurial failure (internal causes and external causes) on learning from entrepreneurial failure and its impact on the performance of SMEs in DKI Jakarta. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method using a survey with the analytical tool used, namely Smart PLS version 3.0. which aims to examine the variables that cause internal failure, the causes of external failure, learning from entrepreneurial failure and its impact on business performance variables. The research results show that the variable learning from failure has a significant positive effect on business performance. Likewise, the variables that cause entrepreneurial failure from internal factors have a positive and significant effect on learning from entrepreneurial failure. However, in contrast to the results of testing variables that cause failure from external factors on learning from entrepreneurial failure, it shows that there is no influence on the causes of entrepreneurial failure from external factors on learning from entrepreneurial failure. It is hoped that this research can provide suggestions and input, especially for SMEs, so that they can turn entrepreneurial failures into lessons to improve business performance. This research also has several limitations, including that the SME business sector in this research is still too general, and this research only uses subjective performance measures.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence job training, work discipline and work culture had on the performance of the Bengkulu Province Marine and Fisheries Service employees. The variables of this research are job training, work discipline and work culture. The method used in this research is literature study, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. This research is a research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were all employees of the Bengkulu Province Marine and Fisheries Service, amounting to 70 people with a saturated sample technique. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that (1) job training had a significant effect on the performance of the Bengkulu Province Marine and Fisheries Service employees, (2) work discipline had no significant effect on the Bengkulu Province Marine and Fisheries Service employees' performance. marine and fishery service employees (3) work culture has no significant effect on the performance of the Bengkulu province marine and fishery service employees, (4) job training, work discipline, and work culture simultaneously affect the performance of the Bengkulu province marine and fishery service employees.
