Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of location, price, and promotion on the decision to use Wafi Laundry services in Bengkulu City. The method used in this study was distributing questionnaires. This study is a quantitative approach study. The population of the study was Wafi Laundry customers, 160 samples were selected to represent Wafi Laundry customers. The analysis tool used in this study used SPSS 22. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that: 1) location did not have a significant effect on the decision to use Wafi Laundry services; 2) price had a significant effect on the decision to use Wafi Laundry services; 3) promotion had a significant effect on the decision to use Wafi Laundry services; and 4) location, price, and promotion had a simultaneous effect on the decision to use Wafi Laundry services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis abnormal return dan trading volume activity pada saat sebelum dan setelah dikeluarkannya Fatwa MUI Nomor 83 Tahun 2023. Khususnya pada 5 perusahaan yang diduga terkena dampak dari persitiwa tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuatitatif menggunakan metode event studi dengan waktu pengamatan 7 hari sebelum dan 7 hari setelah dikeluarkannya Fatwa MUI Nomor 83 Tahun 2023. Penellitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa harga saham dan trading volume. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji paired sample test terhadap abnormal return selama periode peristiwa, ditemukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan abnormal return sebelum dan setelah dikeluarkannya Fatwa MUI Nomor 83 Tahun 2023; (2) dari hasil uji Wilcoxon-Signed Rank tidak terdapat perbedaan trading volume activity yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah dikeluarkannya Fatwa MUI Nomor 83 Tahun 2023

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Life Balance, Burnout, Workload, and Work Environment on employee Job Satisfaction at PT BPRS Fadhilah Bengkulu City. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The population of this study were all employees of PT BPRS Fadhilah Bengkulu, totalling 36 people. The sample of this study was 36 people. The sample was taken using the total sampling technique where all employees were sampled. The data collection technique was carried out through distributing questionnaires to respondents who were company employees. The data used in this study are primary data. The data obtained was analysed using multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test and f test with the help of SPSS software version 26.0. The analysis results show that partially only the Workload variable has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.033 (<0.05) and a positive regression coefficient of 0.647. Meanwhile, the Work Life Balance, Burnout, and Work Environment variables did not have a significant effect partially because their respective significance values were above 0.05, although they still showed a certain direction of influence. However, simultaneously the four independent variables have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, as shown by the F test results with a significance value of 0.006. Thus, the regression model built is declared feasible to be used in explaining the factors that influence job satisfaction in the corporate environment

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Hard Skill, Soft Skill, dan Locus of Control terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan Komitmen Organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi pada PT Media Bengkulu Ekspress. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksplanatori. Seluruh karyawan PT Media Bengkulu Ekspress yang berjumlah 54 orang menjadi populasi sekaligus sampel dalam penelitian ini, dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling atau sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh responden, dan data yang digunakan merupakan data primer. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Soft Skill dan Locus of control memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sebaliknya, Hard Skill dan Komitmen Organisasi justru berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Sementara itu, Komitmen Organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan dalam memperkuat hubungan antara Hard Skill, Soft Skill, dan Locus of Control terhadap kinerja karyawan, ditunjukkan dengan nilai p masing-masing di atas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Internet of things, Digital Leadership dan Servant Leadership terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT OTO Multiartha di Kota Bengkulu. Sifat penelitian explanatory research, sumber data yang digunakan data Primer. Populasi adalah seluruh karyawan PT OTO Multiartha di Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalahRegresi Linear Berganda, Uji T dan Uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel independen Internet Of Things, Digital Leadership, Servant Leadership secara simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, variabel Internet Of Things secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, variabel Digital Leadership secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan, dan variabel Servant Leadership secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Kesehatan Dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3), Pelatihan Tim, Work Of Life Balanced, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Job Stress Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt.Pln (Persero) Penyaluran Dan Pusat Pengatur Beban (P3b) Sumatera Unit Pelaksana Transmisi Bengkulu. Teknik Pengambilan sampel yaitu jenuh/sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 62. Pendekatan teori dari penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Abstract

Keberhasilan sebuah kedai kopi dalam meningkatkan penjualan sangat dipengaruhi oleh keputusan pembelian konsumen yang bergantung pada kualitas produk, harga, lokasi, dan bukti fisik (physical evidence). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, lokasi, dan physical evidence baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian minuman kopi di Kedai Kaya Kopi. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan metode Hair, yaitu 21 indikator dikalikan 6, sehingga diperoleh 126 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t, dan uji F dengan bantuan SPSS 21.00. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk (signifikansi 0,000), harga (0,001), dan lokasi (0,037) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian. Namun, physical evidence (0,318) tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Uji F menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 pada taraf signifikansi 5%, yang berarti kualitas produk, harga, lokasi, dan physical evidence secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian minuman kopi di Kedai Kaya Kopi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of perceived ease of use, service quality, and security on the intention to use the BRImo digital banking application among students at Universitas Hazairin Bengkulu. The method used was a survey with a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 120 respondents to collect data regarding their experiences and perceptions of the BRImo application. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the relationships and effects of these variables on the behavioral intention to use the application. The results show that the three independent variables—perceived ease of use, service quality, and security—have a positive and statistically significant effect on the intention to use the application, with a significance value of p < 0.05. Perceived ease of use contributed significantly with a t-value of 20.613, service quality had the highest contribution with a t-value of 29.942, while security also had a significant effect with a t-value of 4.972. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.926 indicates that approximately 92.6% of the variation in the intention to use the BRImo application can be explained by these three variables. Although the application is generally considered easy to use and provides quality service, aspects such as responsiveness, empathy towards users, and protection of personal data still need improvement to maintain user loyalty and enhance trust sustainably. This study emphasizes the importance of optimal management of these three aspects to increase user satisfaction and encourage ongoing intention to use BRImo. The findings are expected to serve as a foundation for developers and marketers in formulating more effective strategies for application development and service improvement in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence between X1 (Recruitment Strategy), X2 (Selection Process), X3 (Onboarding Program) on Y (Employee Performance). This study is explanatory research to determine the influence between independent variables and dependent variables. The sample in this study amounted to 34 people, taken using the Total Sampling technique. where the entire population became the research sample. Data collection using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used to see whether or not there is an influence is the Hypothesis test (t Test and F Test) to see the magnitude of the influence the researcher used the Correlation Test. The results of this study are: Recruitment Strategy has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a fairly strong degree of relationship, Selection Process has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a low degree of relationship, Onboarding Program has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a fairly strong degree of relationship and the results of the F test between the Recruitment Strategy, Selection Process and Onboarding Program variables have a significant effect on Y Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Service Features, Perceived Convenience and Financial Literacy on the Decision to Use Ovo E-Wallet on Generation Z in Bengkulu City Brand Trust as an Intervening Variable, especially among generation Z in Bengkulu City. The sampling technique is Purposive side. The data collection technique in this study is a questionnaire. The sample of this study amounted to 120. The theoretical approach of this study is quantitative. The results of the study show that the independent variables of Service Features, Perceived Convenience and Financial Literacy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable of the Decision to Use Ovo E-Wallet, the Service Features variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use Ovo E-Wallet variable, the Perceived Convenience variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use Ovo E-Wallet variable, and the Financial Literacy variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use Ovo E-Wallet variable.
