Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan pengolahan ikan sembilang (Plotosus canius) menjadi produk bakso ikan dilaksanakan pada bulan November-Desember 2021. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Jalan Harapan Ujung, Tembilahan Hulu dan laboratorium perikanan Universitas Islam Indragiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan pengembangan inovasi pengolahan dari ikan sembilan menjadi hasil produk perikanan. Dari hasil penelitian, pengembangan bakso ikan dapat menjadi salah satu variasi olahan dari ikan sembilang. Bakso ikan sembilang juga dapat menjadi menu spesial pada rumah makan atau restoran. Pengembangan dari bakso ikan sembilang juga dapat meningkatkan peluang perkembangan bidang ilmu lain seperti budidaya perairan untuk budidaya ikan sembilang.

Abstract

Bearing is one part of the machine element that plays an important role. The function of the bearing is to support a shaft so that the shaft can rotate without excessive friction. Research was done to find out the value of vibration in a critical rotation test tool to determine the extent to which a rotating axle with a certain speed of the axis rotation. This test used a critical rotation testapparatus on a bar of carbon iron with diameter size D = 25.4 mm with L = 764 mm by using coupling. From experiments used rotation of 200 to 1000 rpm, the first experiment using 1000 rpm obtained a result of vertical axis obtained 9.5 mm/s with new bearing testing was performed using 5 variations ie new bearings, abrasion, corrosion, without lubrication, clutch that is not straight. The second experiment using a abrasion bearing of 1000 rpm resulted from a vertical axis 7 mm/s. The third experiment using corrosion bearing with 1000 rpm rotation resulted from a vertical axis of 3.4 mm / s. The fourth experiment using a lubrication bearing with rpm 1000 obtained the result of a vertical axis 9.6 mm / s. The fifth experiment using a non-straight coupling yielded 14.1 mm/s. The greater the bearing rotation value leads to a large twisting angle so that it impacts most semantic vibration values on the bearing.

Abstract

This study investigates policy advocacy for the management of the Sunan Gunung Jati religious tourism area in Cirebon, focusing on the critical role of participatory communication and local actor engagement. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach through library research, the study analyzes scholarly literature and policy documents to understand how inclusive communication fosters community co-creation in policy planning, decision-making, and implementation. The findings reveal that participatory communication, rooted in Islamic community development principles, cultivates collective ownership and shared responsibility, essential for sustainable social transformation. The research highlights the indispensable function of diverse local actors—including religious leaders, youth groups, and NGOs—in mediating social dynamics such as conflicts of interest and resistance to change. Effective advocacy in this context demands context-sensitive communication strategies that balance cultural values, community aspirations, and policy objectives. This study concludes that strengthening community social capacity and clearly defining local actors' roles through holistic communication approaches are paramount for achieving efficient, equitable, and sustainable policy outcomes in culturally intricate environments. The insights offer valuable contributions for developing participatory policy advocacy theories and practices in Indonesia, particularly for religious tourism sites.

Abstract

Abstrak Ciguatera Fish Poisoning (CFP) dan fenomena Marak Alga Berbahaya (MAB) yang disebabkan oleh dinoflagellata bentik beracun merupakan salah satu bencana ekologi atau lingkungan yang dapat mengancam kesehatan manusia di kawasan pesisir Indonesia, seperti di kawasan Taman Wisata Perairan (TWP) Gili Matra yang terdiri dari 3 pulau yaitu Gili Meno, Air, dan Trawangan. TWP Gili Matra merupakan pusat wisata bahari dan kawasan konservasi laut di kawasan Nusa Tenggara Barat yang diketahui mengalami tekanan akibat aktivitas manusia dari kegiatan pariwisata dan perikanan yang berdampak negatif kepada ekosistem pesisir, terutama terumbu karang. Kondisi tersebut dapat meningkatkan kelimpahan komunitas dinoflagellata bentik beracun yang berpotensi menyebabkan terjadinya CFP dan MAB di TWP Gili Matra. Untuk itu diperlukan upaya mitigasinya agar risiko bencana ekologi CFP dan MAB dikemudian hari yang selain dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kerusakan ekosistem perairan TWP Gili Matra, tetapi juga kerugian ekonomi yang cukup besar, tidak terjadi. Menurut perhitungan ekonomi para ahli, nilai ekonomi kegiatan pariwisata di TWP Gili Matra, mencapai 26,86 triliun rupiah per tahun.  Salah satu upaya mitigasi bencana ekologi CFP dan MAB adalah dengan mengetahui kondisi lingkungan perairan di TWP Gili Matra pada musim hujan. Berdasarkan hasil survei diketahui kondisi biofisikakimia lingkungan perairan pada musim hujan bulan Desember 2022 dan Maret 2024 dalam keadaan yang sangat baik dengan tingkat eutrofikasi sebagai indikator kualitas lingkungan perairan pada tingkat ultraoligotrofik dengan nilai skor TSI (Trophic State Index) 12,9-19,4 (<30) yang mengindikasikan bahwa kesuburan perairan sangat rendah, air jernih, konsentrasi oksigen terlarut tinggi sepanjang tahun dan mencapai zona hipolimnion.   Abstract Ciguatera Fish Poisoning (CFP) and the phenomenon of Harmful Algal Bloom (HABs) caused by toxic benthic dinoflagellates are one of the ecological or environmental disasters that can threaten human health in coastal areas of Indonesia, such as in the Gili Matra Aquatic Tourism Park (ATP) area which consists of three islands, namely Gili Meno, Air, and Trawangan. ATP Gili Matra is a center for marine tourism and conservation areas in the West Nusa Tenggara region which is known to be under pressure due to human activities from tourism and fisheries activities that have a negative impact on coastal ecosystems, especially coral reefs. This condition can increase the abundance of toxic benthic dinoflagellate communities that have the potential to cause CFP and HABs in ATP Gili Matra. For this reason, mitigation efforts are needed so the risk of CFP and HABs ecological disasters in the future which can not only cause damage to the ATP Gili Matra aquatic ecosystem, but also significant economic losses, does not occur. According to economic calculations by experts, the economic value of tourism activities in ATP Gili Matra reaches IDR 26.86 trillion per year. One of the efforts to mitigate the ecological disaster of CFP and HABs is to understand the condition of the aquatic environment in ATP Gili Matra during the rainy season. Based on the survey results, it is known that the biophysical and chemical conditions of the aquatic environment during the rainy season in December 2022 and March 2024 are in very good condition with the level of eutrophication as an indicator of the quality of the aquatic environment at the ultraoligotrophic level with a TSI (Trophic State Index) score of 12.9-19.4 (<30) which indicates that water fertility is very low, the water is clear, the concentration of dissolved oxygen is high throughout the year and reaches the hypolimnion zone.

Abstract

An internationalization initiative at XYZ University’s Computer Engineering program, involving the establishment of an international class, has created a significant operational risk. A regulation mandating the transfer of 6 to 10 lecturers from the main program threatens to disrupt academic stability and teaching quality for its existing 300+ students. This research develops a strategic plan to address the lecturer transfer challenge. A mixed-method approach was employed. Internal analysis, through thematic analysis of stakeholder interviews, identified strengths such as digital readiness and industry partnerships, and weaknesses like lecturer availability issues. External analysis using PESTLE and Porter’s Five Forces identified opportunities, including IoT advancements, and threats such as higher education competition. These factors informed a SWOT analysis, which led to seven TOWS-generated strategies. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), with input from eight program stakeholders, was then used to prioritize these alternatives.The AHP results showed that “Strength” was the most critical decision criterion. The strategy SO1: “Utilize industry partnerships and digital readiness to deliver IoT–integrated hybrid learning, reducing lecturer dependency,” received the highest global priority (18.2%). The AHP model demonstrated good consistency (overall CR=0.03). This study concludes that implementing an IoT-integrated hybrid learning model is the most effective strategy for the Computer Engineering program to manage the lecturer transfer. The research provides an evidence-based SWOT-AHP framework for higher education institutions managing resources during internationalization, ensuring that expansion enhances rather than compromises core academic quality.

Abstract

Sengketa bisnis yang tidak terselesaikan secara tepat tidak hanya berpotensi menimbulkan kerugian materiil, tetapi juga dapat merusak reputasi usaha dan hubungan sosial antar pelaku ekonomi di masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu langkah edukatif yang bersifat preventif dan solutif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran hukum masyarakat, khususnya pelaku UMKM. Penyuluhan hukum menjadi salah satu pendekatan strategis yang dapat digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Melalui kegiatan ini, masyarakat diberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya peran hukum dalam menjaga kelangsungan usaha serta diberikan pengetahuan mengenai mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa bisnis secara litigasi maupun non-litigasi, termasuk di dalamnya mediasi, arbitrase, dan negosiasi. Dengan latar belakang tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mendorong pemberdayaan hukum dan peningkatan literasi hukum di kalangan pelaku usaha, khususnya di wilayah Kelurahan Bandar Lor, agar mampu menyelesaikan sengketa bisnis secara lebih bijak, cepat, dan sesuai koridor hukum.

Abstract

Peneliatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui data mahasiswa Sistem Informasi B 2024 yang mengampu mata kuliah Statistik Teknologi Informasi terutama pada program studi Sistem Informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang subyeknya adalah mahasiswa Sistem Informasi B 2024. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 35 orang mahasiswa yang diberikan tes Kuisioner berbentuk uraian. Hasil dari penilitian ini adalah: 1) Distribusi asal daerah kecamatan terbanyak berasal dari Tembilahan yang sebesar 25,71%; 2) Distribusi Suku terbanyak berasal dari Banjar sebesar 37%; 3) Distribusi Golongan Darah terbanyak berasal dari O sebesar 34,29%; 4) Distribusi Ukuran Sepatu terbanyak 40 sebesar 34.29%. Selain hasil yang telah disebutkan tadi, kesamaan sebesar 100% yang beragama Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the financial performance (profitability), credit risk, and liquidity of BPR and BPRS before and during the pandemic. The study focuses on analyzing the impact of credit risk and liquidity on profitability and the moderating effect of the guarantee interest rate on liquidity in relation to the financial performance of BPR and BPRS. Design/methodology/approach: A total sample of 1,349 BPR and 153 BPRS across Indonesia was analyzed using Stata software. The research employed quantitative methods to test the proposed hypotheses regarding the relationships between credit risk, liquidity, and profitability, while assessing the moderating role of the guarantee interest rate. Research Findings: The findings show that NPL/NPF significantly affects the financial performance (ROA) of BPR and BPRS, with an increase in NPL/NPF negatively impacting profitability. Additionally, the guarantee interest rate strengthens the positive relationship between LDR/FDR and ROA, indicating that higher interest rates improve fund management and financial performance. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study contributes to the literature by highlighting the significant role of credit risk management and the importance of interest rate moderation in enhancing the financial stability and profitability of BPR and BPRS. It also emphasizes the differences in risk management approaches between BPR and BPRS, especially during economic downturns like the pandemic.

Abstract

This study discusses the importance of implementing sharia logistics in modern business, seeing the times and the demands of the needs of Muslims, especially Indonesia as a big house for the world's Muslims. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with secondary data sources accessed from journals, books, previous research results, and reliable websites that can be used as reference sources. The results of this study show that sharia logistics integrates Islamic sharia principles into the supply chain, ensuring halalness, hygiene, and fairness in the distribution of goods. The benefits include fulfillment of religious principles, improved quality of goods, and increased social justice. However, the challenges of additional costs and limited resources are also faced. With the right investment, sharia logistics can build consumer confidence, support economic growth, and promote religious values.

Abstract

Community service aims to determine the health picture of Indonesian soldiers in the 1st Infantry Division of Kostrad Cilodong. Therefore, researchers conduct general health screening by measuring body mass index, blood pressure, and glucose levels in the blood. This study used a descriptive method. This method describes a subject or object under study in depth, detail, and breadth. This study used two types of data: primary and secondary. The results of community service as a whole, when viewed from blood pressure measurement data and glucose levels in the blood, can be said to be normal. The routine of Indonesian soldiers is like regular exercise, a healthy and stable diet, and adequate rest influences to reduce risk factors for diabetes mellitus.
