Abstract

Culinary tourism in the province of Banten is very much like rabeg pecak bandeng, gemblog, grem asem, tempe pedot, soursop pickles, buffalo meat jerky, candied kolang-kaling, urab and many more but what is very phenomenal is milkfish satay is one of the specialties of Serang City where milkfish satay is very favored by both young and old the reason is this culinary one without thorns so it is easy to consume. Banten has a high historical and cultural value. Its existence is not only a delicious dish, but also a symbol of the preservation of culinary tourism and cultural identity of Serang City. Local and foreign tourists definitely buy milkfish satay souvenirs to take home. Milkfish satay is not only a delicious dish, but also an important symbol of preserving the culinary tourism and cultural identity of Serang City, Banten. Efforts to preserve and develop milkfish satay need to be carried out in a sustainable manner to ensure cultural preservation and increase the attractiveness of culinary tourism in Serang City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study design. This research aims to find out the culinary tourism of milkfish satay in the city of Serang, a symbol of the typical food of Serang City which has a high taste that is loved by connoisseurs of culinary tourism in Serang City.

Abstract

Keracunan ciguatera mempunyai dampak yang signifikan, memengaruhi kesehatan fisik individu, dan memberikan pengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi dan sosial penduduk yang tinggal di daerah yang terkena dampak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi tingkat literasi masyarakat pesisir di Gili Matra, Indonesia, sehubungan dengan pemahaman mereka tentang fenomena Ciguatera dan potensi dampaknya terhadap kegiatan ekonomi lokal. Melalui penggunaan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa sebagian besar penduduk yang tinggal di kawasan pesisir Gili Matra memiliki pemahaman yang terbatas terhadap fenomena Ciguatera. Meskipun dampak ekonomi langsung terhadap masyarakat lokal mungkin terbatas, namun penting untuk mengedukasi masyarakat mengenai fenomena ini guna meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat, khususnya dalam hal pencegahan terjadinya keracunan ciguatera.   Abstract Ciguatera poisoning has significant implications, affecting both the physical health of individuals and exerting influence on the economic and social well-being of populations living in affected areas. This study aims to evaluate the level of literacy proficiency among coastal populations in Gili Matra, Indonesia, in connection to their understanding of the Ciguatera phenomena and its potential impact on local economic activities. Through the utilization of a qualitative research approach, the present study discovered that a significant proportion of residents living in the coastal area of Gili Matra had a restricted understanding of the Ciguatera phenomena. Although the immediate economic effects on the local community may be limited, it is crucial to educate the public about this phenomenon to increase public awareness, particularly in terms of preventing the occurrence of CFP.

Abstract

Students always complain when college assignments pile up to find the right solution at this time there is an Outcome Based Education (OBE) curriculum learning strategy by utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) Bard as a learning media is expected to facilitate students in completing college assignments. AI Bard as an educational chatbot offers easy access to information and real-time assignment guidance. Its application in OBE learning is expected to improve material understanding, learning independence, and student learning outcomes. The research method in this study uses a descriptive approach with qualitative. The purpose of this research is to facilitate students in making college assignments quickly, precisely, efficiently.

Abstract

This study comprehensively analyzes U-Net models for semantic segmentation in phytoplankton image recognition, leveraging encoders such as EfficientNet-B5, MobileNetV2, ResNet50, and ResNeXt50 and employing the Adam optimizer. The research highlights the U-Net MobileNetV2 model with optical distortion, which achieves notable test scores with 93.69% Dice, 88.14% intersection over union (IoU), 99.89% Precision, and 100% Recall, underscoring the efficacy of the applied augmentation strategies, including geometric and distortion transforms, and color and blur techniques. The U-Net ResNet50 model with mix transform consistently demonstrates high accuracy in critical metrics, outperforming others, while EfficientNet-B5 with blur suggests increased model sensitivity with improved recall. These results underscore the crucial role of encoder-augmentation synergy in model performance. Training and testing times across models have remained under 250 seconds, reflecting methodological efficiency. Overall, these results demonstrate the model's excellent performance for the semantic segmentation task.

Abstract

Situasi pascapandemi COVID-19 berangsurangsur kembali normal. Pandemi COVID-19 telah berdampakpada banyak sektor dan subsektor perekonomian global.Penurunan daya beli suatu produk terlihat di kalanganmasyarakat di seluruh dunia saat mereka bersiap menghadapikemungkinan terburuk pada saat itu. Negara-negaramengambil langkah-langkah untuk memperkuat perekonomianmereka agar bisa pulih lebih cepat dari pandemi yang dialami.Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) termasuk sektoryang terkena dampak pandemi COVID-19. ByAyussamerupakan UMKM yang bergerak di bidang industri Makanandan Minuman. ByAyussa fokus menjual nasi bakar sebagaimenu utamanya, dan juga menawarkan makanan lain sepertiGyu Don, bihun goreng dadakan, nasi campur Bali, dan masihbanyak lagi. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui mengapa ByAyussa sering gagal mencapai targetpenjualan bulanannya. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yangdihadapi ByAyussa, digunakan metode analisis SWOT(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) dan QSPM(Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). Analisis SWOTdilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal yangmempengaruhi kinerja ByAyussa. Keunggulan ByAyussadiketahui antara lain penggunaan bahan-bahan lokal danorganik, menu yang beragam, serta pengelolaan keuangan yangbaik. Namun ada juga kelemahannya, seperti rendahnyakesadaran merek dan keterlibatan pelanggan yang tidakkonsisten. Analisis eksternal mengungkap peluang sepertimeningkatnya tren makanan sehat dan permintaan bahanbahan sehat. Di sisi lain, terdapat ancaman, antara lainpersaingan yang ketat dan permintaan konsumen yangberubah-ubah. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, metodeQSPM digunakan untuk memprioritaskan alternatif strategi.Strategi yang dipilih bertujuan untuk mengatasi kelemahan,memaksimalkan peluang yang ada, dan memitigasi ancamanterhadap ByAyussa. Strategi tersebut antara lain penetrasipasar melalui upaya pemasaran, memaksimalkan keterlibatanpelanggan melalui program loyalitas, meningkatkan kegiatanpromosi untuk menjangkau lebih banyak konsumen,berkolaborasi dengan influencer lokal yang selaras denganByAyussa, memperkuat kampanye pemasaran untukmenunjukkan manfaat penggunaan bahan-bahan lokal danorganik, serta tetap responsif terhadap tuntutan konsumen.Strategi yang dirumuskan diharapkan dapat memberikankontribusi terhadap penjualan ByAyussa, memperluas pangsapasar, dan memperkuat posisinya dalam persaingan industri.ByAyussa sebaiknya mempertimbangkan penerapan strategitersebut sambil memantau tren pasar dan preferensi konsumenagar mudah beradaptasi dan tetap kompetitif di masa depan. Abstract

This study aims to determine Customer Value, Customer Satisfaction, and the effect of Customer Value on Customer Satisfaction at CV. Ukhuwah Tasikmalaya. This research includes associative descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling and the population of this study is CV.Ukhuwah customers. Ukhuwah as many as 32 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, simple regression test, determination test, hypothesis test, and t (partial) test. Data analysis in this study used IBM SPSS Statistics 25.Based on the results of data processing and distribution of questionnaires, it is known that the t count is 5,030 with a sig t count of 000, the significance value is less than 0.05 so Customer Value has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction in CV. Ukhuwah Tasikmalaya. The results of the research coefficient of determination is 47.47% while the remaining 52.53% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Kesenjangan antara tingginya kebutuhan kesehatan mental remaja perkotaan dengan hambatan akses layanan profesional memicu munculnya akun Instagram “Konseling Sebaya” sebagai alternatif dukungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik konten dan mendalami dampaknya terhadap pengetahuan kesehatan mental remaja. Dengan pendekatan metode campuran sekuensial, penelitian ini mengombinasikan analisis isi kuantitatif terhadap 812 postingan dari tiga akun terpilih dan studi fenomenologi melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 12 remaja pengikut di wilayah perkotaan Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akun-akun tersebut mendominasi konten psikoedukasi (58%) dan strategi koping (32%) yang dikemas dengan bahasa informal serta fitur interaktif untuk membangun kedekatan. Strategi ini efektif meningkatkan literasi dasar dan menormalisasi isu kesehatan mental di kalangan remaja. Namun, konten cenderung superfisial, minim rujukan, dan belum optimal dalam mendorong niat mencari pertolongan profesional, sehingga berpotensi menciptakan ilusi pemahaman. Simpulan penelitian ini menggarisbawahi bahwa akun “Konseling Sebaya” berfungsi sebagai pintu masuk pengetahuan yang efektif, tetapi diperlukan kolaborasi dengan tenaga profesional untuk mengubah kesadaran menjadi aksi nyata dan menyempurnakan perannya dalam ekosistem kesehatan mental remaja.

Abstract

This study examines the reconstruction of self-disclosure theory in the context of Islamic counseling in the era of social media that increasingly dominates contemporary human communication patterns. The development of digital platforms has fundamentally changed the way individuals reveal themselves, including in counselor-client relationships based on Islamic values. This study aims to analyze the relevance of classical self-disclosure theory according to Western psychology perspectives with the principles of self-disclosure in Islamic teachings, and to reconstruct a new integrative and contextual conceptual framework in accordance with the challenges of the social media era. The methodology used is a systematic literature review with a content analysis approach to relevant primary and secondary sources, covering Islamic counseling literature, communication psychology, and social media studies. The results show that self-disclosure theory needs to be reconstructed by incorporating the dimensions of amanah, digital mahram, and internet ethics as core components in social media-based Islamic counseling practice. This reconstruction produces an integrative model called the Islamic Self-Disclosure Model (MSDI) that holistically considers aspects of spirituality, Islamic ethics, and digital literacy. These findings contribute to the development of Islamic counseling practices that are adaptive to technological changes without abandoning the foundation of sharia values.

Abstract

This study aims to design, realize, and evaluate the performance of a mini-scale plastic waste pyrolysis machine prototype based on a used oil burner with a simple condensation system. The research methods include design, fabrication of main components, system assembly, and thermal performance testing for 60 minutes. Test results show that the reactor reached a maximum temperature of 346°C at 40 minutes and maintained a stable temperature of around 325°C. The spiral condensation system was able to convert pyrolysis vapor into liquid oil. The developed prototype has the potential to be an alternative mini-scale waste-to-energy plastic waste treatment technology that is economical and applicable.
