Abstract

This descriptive research aims to analyze the student’s misconceptions on hydrocarbon subject that have been learned by STAD Type of Cooperative Learning Model. The subjects in research are 31 students of SMA Negeri 1 Pangkajene class XI MIA 1. The data was collected by 7 items essay test and intensified by interviews. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistic method to obtain percentage of the misconseption. The result of this research shows that student’s misconception is low category, 17% in determining C atom of primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary. In naming of alkanes, alkenes, and alkyne’s structure, is low category, average 24,5%. In understanding addition and subtitusi reaction of hydrocarbon is low category, 22,4%.  And low category, average 21,3% on misconception of hydrocarbon in generallydisciplining teachers and motivating them to comply with the foundation's policies is a problem that must be immediately found a solution. This research uses a qualitative approach, data sources obtained through interviews through zoom applications, documentation, and observation. This article found that PAUD al Ashriyyah Principal Nurul Iman in improving teacher discipline used autocratic style to be the dominant style, not seen other styles played by principals in the leadership model. Abstract

Dengue prevention efforts are limited to the control strategies of its vector and the management of breeding sites. New alternatives for dengue vector control that are sustainable and more environmentally friendly are needed to complement the government's current efforts. Research on Wolbachia-infected Aedes aegypti Linnaeus mosquitoes as an alternative biocontrol strategy has been performed in Yogyakarta City. However, one of the concerns of the community members and stakeholders about this technology is the safety aspect regarding the transmission of Wolbachia to other species and the possibility that humans will contract Wolbachia. This study aimed to address these concerns, namely to find out whether horizontal transmission of Wolbachia occurred from A. aegypti that were released to other species and whether residents living in the released areas were infected with Wolbachia. The research was conducted in Dusun Nogotirto and Dusun Kronggahan (Sleman Regency), as well as in Dusun Jomblangan and Dusun Singosaren (Bantul Regency), Yogyakarta Special Province. Wolbachia qPCR screening using the target gene WD0513 was performed on 922 Culex quinquefasciatus Say and 331 Aedes albopictus (Skuse). ELISA test was carried out on 190 pairs of plasma samples, namely the sample before the Wolbachia frequency was established (still <80%) and the sample after it was established (>80%). The results showed no evidence of Wolbachia transfer from Wolbachia-infected A. aegypti to other mosquito species coexisting in the same habitat or to humans. This study corroborates the safety evidence of Wolbachia-infected A. aegypti technology as an alternative to control dengue virus transmission

Abstract

Tuberculosis is a significant global infectious disease cause of mortality, with 25% of the world's population caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb). The highest case recorded was 821,200 cases in 2023 over one decade. Drug resistance significantly impacts tuberculosis treatment and has been observed since the first drug discovery, streptomycin. In Indonesia, drug-resistant tuberculosis (DR-TB) is a significant public health issue, with an estimated 24,666 cases recorded in 2022. A comparative literature search was conducted using various articles, including research studies, guidelines, narrative reviews, reports, and meta-analyses, with the inclusion criteria for reference sources including ten years of published articles. Drug resistance in TB can reduce treatment success rate and increase therapy duration. In the result, several general mechanisms proposed for drug resistance in Mtb include efflux pump, enzyme inactivation, permeability barrier, mutations in drug-target genes, and epigenetics. Currently, TB treatment in Indonesia involves combination therapy using three or more types of drugs, such as rifampicin and isoniazid. The International Standard for TB Care (ISTC) serves as the basis for TB diagnosis in Indonesia, which involves a combination of clinical and laboratory tests. Early diagnosis and universal access to the Drug Susceptibility Test (DST) are crucial for TB resistance. In Indonesia, several diagnostic methods, such as sequencing, PCR testing, Gene Xpert, and culture, can be used to identify TB resistance. Understanding the mechanisms of drug resistance and developing effective diagnosis strategies for TB resistance is crucial for managing global infection.

Abstract

Childhood is a child's golden age, where all aspects of a child's development grow and develop rapidly. There are several aspects of early childhood development, one of which is the psychomotor aspect. The development of these aspects must be carried out in an integrated manner according to the child's development stage. The psychomotor aspect is part of individual development which is related to physical movement based on the results of processing between cognition and affection which results in physical movement in the form of behavior. For this reason, psychomotor skills are very crucial abilities to develop, especially in early childhood students. One of the uses of this development is to hone the gross motor and fine motor skills of young children. The results of monitoring the child's psychomotor development achievements can be used as a benchmark for meeting the child's own needs in facing education at the next level. This research aims to improve the psychomotor skills of young children through the implementation of Mandar culture-based Educational Game Tools (APE). The type of research used is classroom action research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through test techniques, observation interviews and documentation. The results of this research indicate that through the use of Mandar culture-based APE, the psychomotor abilities of early childhood children at Kumala KB Kindergarten can be improved both in terms of teacher teaching activities, children's learning activities, and test results, where in cycle I the psychomotor abilities of early childhood children were in the sufficient category and in cycle II the child's psychomotor abilities were in the good category.

Abstract

This study is descriptively qualitative and aims to analyze the ability of mathematical communication related to the motivation to study mathematics in class VIII D of SMP Negeri2 Campalagian. Of the 29 students who completed the diagnostic test, 6 showed high levels of mathematical communication skills, 9 showed moderate mathematical communication skills, and 12 showed low levels of mathematical communication skills. rice field. It was reduced from 29 students to 6 students, with talking subjects each covering the mathematical communication skills of low, middle and high level students. In this study, mathematical communication skills tests and interviews were used to obtain the desired results. The results of this study only met 3-4 indicators of mathematical communication, but intermediate level mathematical communication skills, the ability to connect jasmani mathematical ideas, students who failed to meet everyday events. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the kinemaster application on students' interest in learning and learning mathematics outcomes. The research sample was students of class VIIA as the experimental class and class VIIB as the control class. The instrument used in this research is a test of mathematics learning outcomes, especially in comparison materials, activity sheets, learning implementation sheets, response questionnaires, and interest in learning mathematics questionnaires. The data analysis technique used descriptive and inferential statistics. From the results of descriptive statistical analysis, the average value of the pre-test in the experimental class was 43.58 and the pre-test result for the control class was 41.17. Meanwhile, the average post-test score in the experimental class was 80.00 and the post-test result for the control class was 73.73. Inferential statistical analysis obtained tcount of 2.67. While ttable is 1.69, which means that tcount > ttable which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Activity analysis shows that the activities of students are in the active criteria. The implementation analysis obtained that all were carried out and were in very good criteria. The response questionnaire analysis showed that almost all of the students responded positively. Questionnaire analysis of interest in learning mathematics in the experimental class was 85.2% and in the control class was 70.7%. From the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the use of the kinemaster application was effective on learning interest and mathematics learning outcomes for seventh grade students at Mts Pergis Campalagian.

Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengertahui pengaruh penggunaan media komik terhadap hasil belajar matematika kelas VII SMP Negeri 7 budong-budong. jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen kualitatif. penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan membandingkan dua perlakuan kelompok yaitu penggunaan media komik. adapun tempat penelitian ini yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media komik terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VII. dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa yaitu pada nilai rata-rata pretest dan posttest siswa serta uji-t.pada kelas eksperimen ysitu 53,10, setelah diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan media komik nilai rata-rata postest siswa yaitu 81,50. sedangkan dikelas kontrol nilai rata-rata pretest 52,16, setelah diberi perlakuan dengan tidak menggunakan media komik nilai rata-rata posstest 73,34. dari perhitungan uji-t untuk data posstest untuk dua kelompok data diperoleh t hitung sebesar 3,216. sedangkan untuk nilai t tabel sebesar 1,684 yang berarti bahwa t hitung> t tabel yaitu 3,216 > 1,684. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan media komik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika kelas VII SMP 7 budong-budong.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kegiatan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penalaran matematika siswa di MTs DDI Pariangan. Kemampuan penalaran matematika meliputi 6 indikator yaitu (1) Mengajukan dugaan, (2) Melakukan manipulasi matematika, (3) Menarik kesimpulan, menyusun bukti, memberikan alasan, atau bukti terhadap kebenaran solusi, (4) Menarik kesimpulan dari pernyataan, (5) Memeriksa kesahihan suatu argumen, (6) Menemukan pola atau sifat dari gejala matematis untuk membuat generalisasi. Lembar observasi dianalisis secara kualitatif dan tes kemampuan penalaran matematika juga secara kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data kualitatif pada lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran materi himpunan siklus I diperoleh  66,66%, pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan diperoleh 92,85%. Berdasarkan hasil di analisis data kualitatif pada lembar  observasi aktifitas siswa pembelajaran materi himpunan pada siklus I diperoleh 57,13% dan pada siklis II diperoleh 85,71%. Berdasarkan hasil yang sudah analisis data kualitatif bisa disimpulkan bahwasanya model pelajaran langsung bisa mengembangkan kemampuan penalaran matematika siswa VII A MTs DDI Pariangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh keaktifan belajar secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik Kelas XI SMA Negeri 3 Polewali, (2) pengaruh minat belajar secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 3 Polewali  dan (3) pengaruh signifikan keaktifan belajar dan minat belajar secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 3 Polewali. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil analisis data menunjukan  bahwa: (1) Keaktifan Belajar (X1) berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika (Y) nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari taraf kesalahan 5% (0,001 < 0,05). (2) Minat Belajar (X2) berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika (Y) dengan  nilai signifikansi (0,009 < 0,05). (3) Keaktifan Belajar (X1) dan Minat Belajar (X2) berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika (Y) dengan nilai signifikansi (0,001 < 0,05). Dengan kata lain keaktifan belajar dan minat belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika di SMA Negeri 3 Polewali Kabupaten Polewali Mandar.
