Abstract

PT Malika Wisata Utama Palembang saat ini mengandalkan aplikasi SIRAT (Sistem Informasi Umrah Terpadu) untuk operasional pendaftaran dan manajemen jamaah. Namun, evaluasi terhadap sistem berjalan menunjukkan penurunan efisiensi akibat arsitektur legacy yang menyebabkan tercampurnya data paket lama dan baru, ketiadaan validasi dokumen otomatis. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan re-engineering pada aplikasi SIRAT menggunakan metode Iterative Enhancement Model untuk memodernisasi sistem sesuai kebutuhan bisnis terkini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa re-engineering berhasil mengimplementasikan fitur penyaringan periode paket pada dashboard, validasi otomatis masa berlaku paspor, penyederhanaan input surat rekomendasi paspor, serta integrasi fitur AI Assistant yang memungkinkan pengecekan ketersediaan kuota dan status jamaah melalui percakapan interaktif. Transformasi ini terbukti meningkatkan akurasi data dan mempercepat waktu layanan administrasi jamaah.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut aplikasi berbasis web memiliki kualitas User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) yang baik untuk mendukung kenyamanan dan efektivitas penggunaan. Aplikasi web Kamus Digital Komering Indonesia sebagai sarana pelestarian bahasa daerah masih memiliki beberapa permasalahan pada aspek fungsionalitas, khususnya pada fitur pencarian dan interaksi pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta memberikan rekomendasi perancangan ulang UI/UX aplikasi tersebut dengan menerapkan metodologi Design Thinking dan evaluasi menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, kuesioner UEQ-s pada tahap pra-penelitian, serta kuesioner UEQ pada tahap pengujian, dengan melibatkan total 30 partisipan. Proses perancangan dilakukan melalui tahapan Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Test. Hasil evaluasi UEQ menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas pengalaman pengguna, di mana lima dari enam aspek, yaitu Attractiveness, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, dan Novelty berada pada kategori Good, sedangkan aspek Perspicuity mencapai kategori Excellent. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode Design Thinking efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas UI/UX Kamus Digital Komering Indonesia dan mampu memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik, sehingga dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan aplikasi serupa di masa mendatang.

Abstract

PT Roda Prima Perkasa, a building materials distributor, still uses a conventional employee recruitment process based on paper and email, which leads to inefficiencies such as lengthy file selection, risk of data loss, recording errors, and difficulties in data management. This study aims to design a User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) for an employee recruitment application to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process. The Design Thinking method was applied, consisting of five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. A qualitative approach was used through interviews with outsourcing personnel as system users to identify user needs and constraints. The results show that the proposed UI/UX design focuses on user needs, provides a clear workflow, and simplifies applicant data management, thereby improving recruitment efficiency, reducing errors, and enhancing user experience for both the company and applicants

Abstract

This study aims to design a user interface (UI/UX) for a public service application in Muara Sugihan District to address the constraints of manual systems and geographic barriers for the community. Using the Design Thinking method, this study identified various pain points such as long physical queues, unclear document requirements, and the lack of an effective file tracking system. As a solution, a prototype application was developed that integrates features for submitting Family Cards, ID cards, permits, complaint services, and a real-time notification system. The test results using the System Usability Scale (SUS) showed a very satisfactory score, where the community group gave an Excellent rating (80.58), while the office staff group gave an Good rating (70.83). In addition, based on the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ-S), this application was assessed as having pragmatic quality and an overall score above average, although the hedonic quality aspect still requires further development. Overall, this design has proven to be functionally effective in digitizing sub-district administrative services, increasing information transparency for residents, and optimizing the work efficiency of officers in systematically managing files.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a hybrid mobile application prototype called “Tanya Fiqih Haji dan Umrah” as a supportive consultation medium for Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) related to Hajj and Umrah. The application utilizes the Gemini 2.5 Flash model with a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) approach that is restricted to two official references issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs, namely the Hajj Manasik Infographic Book 2025 and the Hajj Supplications and Dhikr Guide 2025. The system is implemented using a modern web-to-mobile hybrid architecture based on React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Capacitor, enabling deployment as a lightweight Android application with local conversation history storage. System evaluation was conducted through expert validation on ten test questions representing the core themes of Hajj and Umrah fiqh. The results show that 70% of AI responses were categorized as fully aligned with the references, 10% as partially accurate, and 20% as not aligned. These findings indicate that the RAG mechanism helps maintain consistency between AI-generated answers and authoritative literature, potentially reducing hallucination in generative models, although expert clarification remains necessary in certain cases. This study contributes to the application of RAG-based large language models in the domain of Hajj fiqh and offers a technological support tool that may benefit pilgrims, particularly independent pilgrims.

Abstract

This study aims to design the UI/UX of a visitor feedback application for Taman Kambang Iwak Palembang as a solution to the absence of an official medium for conveying visitor aspirations, suggestions, and complaints. The scope of the study focuses on the design of the user interface and user experience of a mobile application that is oriented toward user needs. The method employed is Design Thinking, which consists of the empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test stages. The results of the study include a prototype of a visitor feedback application that provides features such as cleanliness reporting, damaged facility reporting, satisfaction surveys, and general feedback with a simple user flow. Usability testing was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with 12 respondents and yielded an average score of 73.75, which falls into the Good and Acceptable categories. These findings indicate that the proposed UI/UX design has a good level of usability and is well accepted by users. Therefore, the application has the potential to assist management in systematically collecting visitor feedback and supporting improvements in the management quality of Taman Kambang Iwak Palembang.

Abstract

Punti Kayu Tourism Park in Palembang experienced operational constraints in the form of disconnection between the ticket payment system that is still conventional. The impact of this conventional system is related to service and irregularity in visitor data collection. This study aims to design a reservation system interface design and implement a digital payment system using User-Centered Design (UCD). The results of the study showed that the implementation of a payment gateway system into the digital reservation flow can be able to validate transactions automatically. The implementation of this design was significantly effective in reducing the level of service time requirements by 76%, data obtained from an average of 15 minutes to 3.5 minutes. The conclusion of this research is that the system transformation from a conventional to a digital system successfully eliminated administrative obstacles and optimized faster and more accurate service times.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology requires organizations to manage human resource data effectively and efficiently in order to support organizational performance. PT Rezeki Bersama Energi currently manages its personnel administration manually using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, which leads to several issues, including delays in administrative processes, a high risk of data entry errors, data duplication, and difficulties in retrieving and presenting personnel information. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Human Resource Information System to support integrated and structured personnel data management. The system development employs an iterative method, while system analysis is conducted using the PIECES framework to identify problems in the existing system. The developed system provides features for employee data management, attendance, leave requests, overtime, and employee rewards, with three levels of access rights: administrator, employee, and management. The results indicate that the implemented Human Resource Information System improves the efficiency and effectiveness of personnel administrative processes, minimizes data recording errors, and assists management in monitoring and making informed decisions related to human resource management in a more accurate and timely manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengukur metode pengujian manual dan pengujian otomatisasi pada aplikasi Warehouse berbasis website dengan menggunakan empat parameter, yaitu waktu eksekusi, akurasi, cakupan pengujian, dan jumlah tahapan. Pengujian dilakukan pada seluruh fitur aplikasi untuk mengetahui efektivitas, kelebihan, dan keterbatasan masing-masing metode. Pengujian manual dilakukan secara langsung oleh penguji, sedangkan pengujian otomatisasi menggunakan skrip dan tools Katalon Studio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengukuran otomatis lebih efisien dari segi waktu dibandingkan manual. Pada parameter akurasi dan permulaan pengujian, kedua metode menghasilkan hasil yang sama, yaitu seluruh kasus pengujian berhasil dijalankan sesuai hasil yang diharapkan dan mencapai cakupan pengujian 100%. Pada jumlah tahapan, metode manual lebih sederhana pada fase perancangan, sedangkan otomatisasi lebih efisien pada fase eksekusi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengukuran otomatis lebih sesuai untuk pengujian berulang. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan dalam memilih metode pengujian yang paling efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses pengujian perangkat lunak.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital transformation has encouraged automotive dealer websites to function not only as information platforms but also as tools that provide effective and engaging user experiences. However, previous UI/UX studies have primarily focused on education, e-commerce, and general service sectors, while research on automotive dealer websites remains limited. This study aims to redesign the user interface and user experience of the Dealer ABC Palembang website using the Design Thinking method and evaluate its user experience quality through the User Experience Questionnaire Short Version (UEQ-S) and the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The research was conducted through the five stages of Design Thinking: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. The initial evaluation using UEQ-S involved 42 respondents, while the final evaluation using UEQ involved 38 respondents after prototype testing. The results indicate positive scores across all UEQ dimensions, namely Attractiveness (1.33), Perspicuity (2.02), Efficiency (2.06), Dependability (1.93), Stimulation (1.97), and Novelty (1.49). Based on the UEQ benchmark, Perspicuity and Efficiency achieved the Excellent category, while the remaining dimensions were classified as Above Average to Good. These findings demonstrate that Design Thinking effectively enhances the user experience quality of automotive dealer websites.
