Abstract

Abstract:Thisresearchaimsto improve students' ability to solve problems in material physics kinematics with vector analysis in class XI IPA1 SMA N 2 TelukKuantan.The subjects were students of class XI IPA1 of 20 people consisting of 7 male students and 13 female students. Data collection instrument in this study is testing the ability of problem solving, observation of teacher performance, and questionnaire feasibility study model.Analysis of the data in this study is a descriptive analysis to see an increase in students' ability to solve physics problems with the indicator to understand the problem, solving plan, implement solutions, and conclude the breakdown.From the analysis of the data showed: the average percentage score on the problem solving ability of pre cycle of 25% with a very low skill level category, in the first cycle the average percentage score of 50.50% problem solving skills with the ability of very low-level category, and the second cycle the average score of 75.50% problem solving ability with moderate skill level category. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of problem-based learning learning model can improve the ability to solve problems in a class XI student of physics IPA1 MAN 2 TelukKuantan. Abstract

Abstract : The research aimed to describe the level of students motivation in temperature and heatmaterial through the implementation of TANDUR learning strategy in class X IIS4 SMAN 12 Pekanbaru. Problem derived based on the observation of the students in class X IIS4 SMAN 12 Pekanbaru, showed low motivation. Of learning it is shown in the proces of learning, where the students give less attention to the lesson, students are less enthusiastic in learning physics and students physics learning outcomes are still low are still low. To improv student motivation required appropiate learning strategy, one of the main strategies that can be used is TANDUR which is an acronim of grow, natural, name, demonstration, repeat, celebrate. Through TANDUR learning strategies expected to be fully able to make the students motivated to learn physics especially in the subject of temperature and heat, and provide direct experience to the students and try to give a real experience for them, so it’s not just memorize facts, but they themselves are finding the facts. This study used a form of pre-experimental design with one group pretets-posttest design. Instrument which is used in this study is the motivation questionnare consisting of aspects of attention, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the research, students motivation after the application of TANDUR learning strategy increased 2,88%. Thus the implementation of learning strategies in the class X IIS4 SMAN 12 Pekanbaru can increase students motivation to learn physics in the temperature and heat subject. Abstract

Abstract :Mobile learning is a learning media that uses technological devices such as mobile phones, laptops, etc. With mobile learning, students can access educational content easily. The research conducted aims to make learning media inthe form of mobile learning media substances and their characteristics that can be accessed boldly. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model which only consists of 4 stages, namely the stages of design analysis, development and evaluation. The data needed are quantitative data, namely 1) questionnaire respondent data about the need for learning resources distributed to students, 2) mobile learning media assessment assessment data with validators, and 3) small-scale mobile learning media score data. The results showed that the average score of the overall validation of the mobile learning media was in the good category, namely 3.37 and the overall small-scale test result was 3.92 with a very good category. So that it can be said that the mobile learning-based learning media on the material and characteristics in SMP class VII have valid all aspects of both content, presentation, language and graphics, and mobile learning is appropriate to be used as a learning resourcein science learning in SMP.Keywords:Learning Media, Mobile Learning Media, Substances and Their Characteristics

Abstract

The purpose of this research has described learning result of physics science skill process byapplying integrated learning model to first year students MTs Dar El Hikmah Pekanbaru on topic object,motion, and microscope. This research involved an experiment research. The subject of this research wasfirst year students MTs Dar El Hikmah Pekanbaru at academic year 2007/2008 in totally 32 student. Thetechnique of collecting data by using test of physics science skill process. The technique of data analysis byusing descriptive analysis. Data analysis showed that abortive power is 74 % with good category, learneffectiveness can be categorized in effective enough, but completeness of student’s learns is not complet.Hence, integrated learning model is effective enough to first year students MTs Dar El Hikmah Pekanbaruon topic object, motion, and microscope.Key words : integrated learning model, learning result, skill process

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase of students' motivation in learning physics Madrasah Tsnawiyah(MTS) students. The subject matter chosen is sound and learning strategy used was talking stick modelscombined with cooperative learning. The research is a quasi-experimental study with a sample of 72 eighthgrade students of MTS Hasanah Pekanbaru, divided into experimental group and control group. Theinstrument used for data collection was a learning motivation’s questionnaire with indicators: attention,relevance, confidence and satisfaction. From the descriptive analysis, it is found out that the students'motivation in studying physics of experimental group is higher than the control group. Inferential analysisshowed that there was significant improvement of students' motivation in learning physics at the 90%confidence level.

Abstract

Research on the psychomotor skill learning physics students through approaches Contextual Teaching andLearning (CTL) grade students performed at the Senior High School 1 (SMA N 1) class XI Ukui the2009/2010 school year. This research aims to describe and analyze the results of studies on aspectspsychomotor skills of students, to basic material energy and work. Collecting data in this study conducted atthe end of the learning process by conducting performance tests to each student. Parameters of this researchis absorptive capacity, learning effectiveness, exhaustiveness individual and classical student learning,exhaustiveness of learning objectives and lesson materials. The results obtained by analysis of the averageabsorption was 87.5% with very good categories, where as the completeness of classical learning of studentswith category 100% complete, and completeness of material is 100% with complete categories. Thus theimplementation of CTL approach is effective and can improve the learning outcomes of studentspsychomotor skills class XI SMA N 1 Ukui.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to describe learning result of social skill science physics throughGenerative Learning Model in MTs Dar El Hikmah Pekanbaru. This Research was run from December 2006up to June 2007. Subjek in this research is class student of VIII B3 amounting to 30 men student. Thisresearch taken only selected of 10 students at random to be perceived. The instrument of this research consistof study instrument and data collecting instrument. The collecting data use observation sheet and its dataanalysis through percentage technique. From data analysis result of learning skill of high social that isstaying in duty ( 80.5 %), taking turn and sharing duty ( 55.2 %), while lowest at aspect push participation(19,5%). Therefore, applying of effective Generative Learning Model enough to increase social skill ofscience physics at sound items.Keyword : Generative Learning Model, social skill

Abstract

This study aims to describe the results of student learning through the application of cognitive learningmodels problem posing in learning basic physics to materials and Vector Magnitude. The subject of thisresearch is the students at class X4 MAN 1 Pekanbaru, amounting to 35 people. Data collection instrumentof this research is to study the cognitive test results. Research data collection at the end of the process oflearning by doing tests of cognitive learning outcomes. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysistechniques including absorption power, the effectiveness of learning, student learning capacity and thecompleteness of completeness objectives of learning in a vector of the amount of material. The results of dataanalysis shows that the average absorption power was 80.6% of students in good categories, and theeffectiveness of learning with the media effectively enough, the completeness of classical learning of studentsis 80% with this category is not complete and the completeness of classical learning goal with 78.6% Thiscategory is not complete. So, the problem of learning models posing for raw materials is a vector quantityapplied to X4 MAN I Pekanbaru students cash terms of cognitive learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the cognitive learning outcomes of students in learning physics throughthe application DDFK Problem Solving with the nominal group technique in MAN 2 ModelPekanbaru in the school year 2008/2009 on the subject matter of static fluid. Subjects studied areclass XI student IPA1 totaling 33 students. Data collection instrument is a test of cognitive learningoutcomes. Data collection techniques is a technique that in tests done after the learning process.The data, analyzed by descriptive analysis. From the analysis of data obtained by the averageabsorption was 79.0 % with good categories and effectiveness of learning with the category quiteeffective. Student learning exhaustiveness 61% and 73% of learning objectives with incompletecategory. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded that through the implementationDDFK Problem Solving with the nominal group technique gives the average results of learningboth in class XI IPA1 MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru on the subject matter of static fluid.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the level of communication ability of student in class X SMA PGRI Pekanbaru, through the implementation of the Student Facilitator and Explaining model on the material of momentum and impulses. This research was conducted in class X IPA of SMA PGRI Pekanbaru in 2019, amounting to 29 students, where male students numbered 14 people while female students numbered 15 people. The research design uses a type of pre-experimental design in the form of one shot case study. The research instrument used observation sheets for oral communication ability and assessment sheets for worksheet (LKS) reports for written communication. The results of the research were obtained based on indicators of verbal communication ability which include expressing information and ideas, giving attention when others are talking, responding, and asking questions, students have the communication ability with high categories. Furthermore, students' written communication ability for each meeting have increased with an average of each indicator which includes the accuracy of the answers and the quality of writing is categorized very high. Thus it was concluded that the communication ability of students in oral and written form in class X SMA PGRI Pekanbaru can be trained to be better through the application of cooperative learning models of Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE) types on momentum and impulse material.
