Abstract

Komunikasi adalah aspek yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan. Komunikasi Adalah salah satu dari kegiatan sehari-hari yang benar-benar berhubungan dengan semua kehidupan kemanusiaan, salah satu fungsi komunikasi adalah untuk mendidik anak penyandang Tunawicara. Pendidikan anak Tunawicara bertujuan untuk membantu meletakan dasar kearah perkembangan, sikap, perilaku dan kemandirian. Pendidikan anak tunawicara merupakan landasan dan pondasi bagi siswa untuk melanjutkan hidupnya dimasa mendatang. Dalam penelitian ini penulis ingin mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi nonverbal antara guru dan siswa tunawicara di SLBN Somba Opu Kabupaten Gowa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang berorientasi lapangan (field research). Penelitian lapangan merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan di lingkungan masyarakat tertentu baik lembaga, organisasi kemasarakatan maupun pendidikan dan lingkungan masyarakat. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan komunikasi dan pendekatan psikologi komunikasi dan tahapan penelitian yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumnetasi, dan teknik analisis data sehingga dapat diketahui bagaimana komunikasi nonverbal antara guru dan siswa tunawicara dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat proses komunikaasi antara guru dan siswa tunawicara di SLBN Somba Opu Kabupaten Gowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori interaksi simbolik. Dari hasil peneelitian penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi nonverbal merupakan proses komunikasi yang tepat dalam proses penyampaian materi pembelajaran kepada siswa tunawicara di SLBN Somba Opu, hal ini disebabkan karena keterbatasan yang dimiliki siswa tunawicara hanya dapat berkomunikasi dengan bahasa isyarat atau komunikasi nonverbal. Adanya alat bantu dan peraga merupakan faktor pendukung dalam proses pembelajaran yang sangat dibutuhkan siswa tunawicara. Pendekatan dengan bentuk komunikasi dua arah sebagais pendekatan dalam proses belajar mengajar di SLBN Somba Opu Kab. Gowa. Penggunaan komunikasi dua arah yang lebih intens diharapkan mampu menjalin komunikasi yang baik anttara guru dan siswa. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah dalam pencapaian tujuan kegiatan kegiatan belajar mengajar di SLBN Somba Opu Kab. Gowa.

Abstract

The form of business organization in which two or more people work together in terms of funds, entrepreneurship, skills and good intentions to run a business, is categorized by the jurists as a form of syirkah. However, in practice, we often face problems that can harm various parties, including Muslim women entrepreneurs in Wahdah Makassar. The aim of the research is to determine the perception of Muslim Wahdah cadres regarding the syirkah contract and how it is implemented. The formulation of the problem raised is: first, what is the perception of Wahdah Muslimah cadres regarding the syirkah contract; second, how is the implementation of the syirkah contract among Wahdah Muslim women from the perspective of muamalat fiqh. The method used is a mixed methods method. Apart from that, it also uses an explanatory sequential design approach (explanatory sequential design). The results can be concluded as follows: first, the results of the quantitative descriptive analysis show a figure of 98.1%, which means that the perception of Muslimah Wahdah Makassar cadres is in the positive category, with an average score from respondents of 80.19 points. secondly, the implementation of the syirkah contract among Muslim Wahdah entrepreneurs is also positive, looking at the analysis of the results of the interviews conducted, showing that they understand quite well in carrying out the syirkah contract in accordance with muamalat fiqh. According to them, the syirkah contract is a contract that is prescribed by law, so complete knowledge is needed to carry out this system in accordance with muamalat fiqh.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of independent variables on fraud of Indonesian Islamic banks in the period of 2011-2015. Independent variables that used in this study are Islamic corporate governance with the execution of duties and responsible of Shariah Supervisory Board and the execution of duties and responsible of management as an indicator and internal control. By using purposive sampling method, from 12 Islamic banks in Indonesian, 9 Islamic banks are choosen as the samples in this study. The type of data used in this study aresecondary data which is good corporate governance statement. Collecting data technique used in this study is documentary. Data are analyzed by statistical analysis using a multiple regression analysis and are processed by IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 23th version program. The results of this study show that 6,1% dependent variable or fraud can be explained by the three of independent variables. Simultaneously the three of independent variables have no effect on fraud. Partially the execution of duties and responsible of Shariah Supervisory Board and the execution of duties and responsible of management and internal controlhave no effect on fraud.

Abstract

The Activity Management Unit (UPK) is a sustainability program from PNPM Mandiri in Rural Areas which is managed independently by village officials. This UPK provides loans or financing for the community that is used for capital or for other needs. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the financing risk at UPK Syariah Tujuah Sarumpun and how to mitigate such risk. The descriptive qualitative research approach is the one that is employed. Primary and secondary data are the types and sources of information that are utilized. This study used documentation, interviews, and observation as data gathering methods. The Miles and Huberman model's data analysis methodology—which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion-making or data verification—is applied. According to the analysis, the findings of this study include several causes of problematic financing at UPK Syariah Tujuah Sarumpun namely economic factors, environmental factors and non-natural disaster factors. Risk mitigation carried out by UPK is with collateral or collateral. The strategy used by UPK to reduce problematic financing is by 5C analysis. The act of settlement of problem financing carried out by UPK is by conducting a direct review of the financing group and by rescheduling.

Abstract

Marriage customs in Malay communities continue to evolve amid shifting social values, yet scholarly attention to how local traditions mediate the relationship between Islamic law and indigenous norms remains limited. Although various studies have examined marriage rituals in Indonesia, no research has specifically analyzed the tradition of postponing cohabitation until the walimatul ‘ursy in Cerenti District, nor how this custom functions as a socio-religious mechanism that maintains communal harmony. This gap highlights the urgency of investigating how the practice negotiates the potential tension between Islamic permissibility for immediate cohabitation and customary restrictions rooted in Malay moral philosophy. Its novelty lies in analyzing Malay marriage traditions through the perspective of social cohesion, demonstrating how local and religious values interact in shaping social order. This study discusses the tradition of postponing cohabitation until walimatul ‘ursy (wedding celebration) in the Malay community in Cerenti District as a socio-religious practice that reflects the balance between Islamic customs and sharia, and functions as a social mechanism that strengthens community cohesion. The purpose of the research is to analyze the social function and religious value of the tradition through Emile Durkheim's theory of social solidarity. The research uses a qualitative approach with field data through in-depth interviews with four indigenous figures, data analysis is carried out descriptive-analytically using Durkheim's concept of mechanical and organic solidarity. The results of the study show that postponing cohabitation serves as a mechanism of self-control, family respect, and guardian of the sanctity of marriage. These findings confirm that the tradition strengthens social unity through the common values and collective norms of the Cerenti community. Practically, this research provides insights applicable to family development and the preservation of customs based on Islamic values. In conclusion, this tradition does not restrict individuals freedom but plays a role in maintaining the moral and social balance of the community. Tradisi pernikahan dalam masyarakat Melayu terus mengalami dinamika seiring perubahan nilai sosial, namun kajian ilmiah mengenai bagaimana adat lokal memediasi hubungan antara hukum Islam dan norma budaya masih terbatas. Meskipun sejumlah penelitian telah membahas ritual pernikahan di Indonesia, belum ada studi yang secara khusus menganalisis tradisi penundaan tinggal bersama hingga pelaksanaan walimatul ‘ursy di Kecamatan Cerenti, maupun bagaimana praktik tersebut berfungsi sebagai mekanisme sosial-keagamaan yang menjaga keharmonisan komunal. Kekosongan kajian ini menunjukkan urgensi untuk menelusuri bagaimana tradisi tersebut merundingkan potensi ketegangan antara kebolehan syariat untuk langsung tinggal bersama dan pembatasan adat yang berakar pada filosofi moral masyarakat Melayu. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada analisis tradisi pernikahan Melayu melalui perspektif kohesi sosial yang menunjukkan bagaimana nilai lokal dan religius berinteraksi dalam membentuk ketertiban sosial. Penelitian ini membahas tradisi penundaan tinggal bersama hingga walimatul ‘ursy pada masyarakat Melayu di Kecamatan Cerenti sebagai praktik sosial keagamaan yang mencerminkan keseimbangan antara adat dan syariat Islam, serta berfungsi sebagai mekanisme sosial yang memperkuat kohesi masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis fungsi sosial dan nilai religius tradisi tersebut melalui teori solidaritas sosial Emile Durkheim. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan data lapangan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan empat tokoh adat, analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif-analitis dengan menggunakan konsep solidaritas mekanik dan organik Durkheim. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penundaan tinggal bersama berfungsi sebagai mekanisme pengendalian diri, penghormatan keluarga, dan penjaga etika kesucian pernikahan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa tradisi tersebut memperkuat kesatuan sosial melalui kesamaan nilai dan norma kolektif masyarakat Cerenti. Secara praktis, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang dapat diterapkan dalam pembinaan keluarga dan pelestarian adat berbasis nilai Islam. Kesimpulannya, tradisi ini tidak membatasi kebebasan individu, tetapi berperan menjaga keseimbangan moral dan sosial dalam komunitas..
