Abstract

Health Service is a place to organize health efforts. Not all health service locations are known to the public, both those from Tasikmalaya City and those from outside the city. This is due to a lack of information about health services in the City of Tasikmalaya. Progress and development of the times, as currently the use of technology is needed to be able to provide information quickly, where the use of technology can be accessed anytime and wherever the user is. The use of Information Technology such as using an Android-based Smartphone Application can be used to help citizens to find a location and find out the route to the desired health service. This study aims to build an Android-based Health Service Search application as a source of information to find out the location and routes to service locations. health services in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is the waterfall process model. Implementation of health service applications using Javascript programming with Android Studio, Location Based Service, and maps sourced from the Google Maps API. The results of the research are in the form of Android-based Tasikmalaya City health service applications that help make it easier for Tasikmalaya City residents and outside the region to obtain information about Health Services and routes from the user's location to the desired Health Service location in Tasikmalaya City with the help of GPS.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) semakin pesat dan telah banyak diterapkan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan. Namun, pemahaman tentang AI di kalangan siswa SMA, khususnya di daerah seperti Pematangsiantar, masih tergolong minim. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan konsep dasar AI dan memberikan pelatihan sederhana mengenai pembuatan serta penggunaan chatbot berbasis AI kepada siswa SMA Swasta Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi interaktif, demonstrasi chatbot, dan pelatihan langsung menggunakan platform pengembangan chatbot yang mudah dipahami oleh siswa. Kegiatan ini melibatkan dua mitra utama, yaitu SMA Swasta Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar sebagai lokasi dan peserta kegiatan, serta STIKOM Tunas Bangsa sebagai tim pelaksana yang menyediakan narasumber, materi pelatihan, dan perangkat pendukung kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep AI dan antusiasme tinggi dalam mencoba membuat chatbot sederhana. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan literasi teknologi di kalangan siswa serta membuka wawasan mereka terhadap potensi dan tantangan penggunaan AI di masa depan.

Abstract

People's quality of life is greatly influenced by the accessibility of health services, especially in marginalized areas such as coastal communities. This study investigates the accessibility of modern and traditional health services in Pantai Labu, Deli Serdang. methods used in this study include literature study and in-depth interviews with ten family members in the area. The results showed that cultural, social, and economic factors are very important when choosing the type of health service. In addition, geographical and economic issues affect how easily people gain access to sufficient health facilities. This research is expected to have a positive impact on the health policy-making process and improve the ability of coastal communities to obtain health services.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business activities that are able to expand employment opportunity, activate economic activities more broadly, reduce economic inequality and increase income of society, boost economic growth and so on. Besides its large contribution to the national economy, this enterprises face capital adequacy and also human resources as its challange. Therefore, this article proposes Micro Waqf Bank (Bank Wakaf Mikro, BWM) as a alternative financing institution to micro, small and medium enterprises. Using a qualitative approach, hopefully this BWM can enhance standard of living of society and also can reduce inequality and poverty.

Abstract

This study aims analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance at the Fire and Rescue Department of Surabaya City. The theory applied is Maslow's hierarchy of needs, which categorizes motivation into five levels: physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, esteem needs, and self-actualization. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees as respondents. The collected data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The results indicate that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The two indicators with the greatest influence are physiological needs and self-actualization. These findings suggest that fulfilling basic needs and providing opportunities for self-development are crucial in enhancing the performance of the personnel.

Abstract

Background: School-based reproductive health education is important to improve adolescent knowledge and behavior related to reproductive health. With issues such as teenage pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases, schools play a vital role in providing accurate information for adolescents to make healthy decisions. Purpose: To analyze the effectiveness of school-based reproductive health education. Method: The qualitative research was based on a literature review by collecting 10 relevant scientific journals from the last 5 years. Data from the journals were analyzed in depth to identify key trends and findings related to the implementation of reproductive health education programs in schools. Results: The results showed that school-based reproductive health education was effective in improving students' understanding of topics such as reproductive organ functions, the risks of risky sexual behavior, and prevention of sexually transmitted diseases. Interactive learning methods, the involvement of trained teachers, and parental and community support were the main factors in the success of this program. In addition, an adaptive approach to local cultural values ​​also supported the acceptance of the program in various regions. Conclusion: School-based reproductive health education contributes significantly to building healthy reproductive knowledge and behaviors in students. However, the sustainability of the program requires systematic monitoring and evaluation to ensure its long-term effectiveness.   Keywords: Education; Reproductive Health; School Based.   Pendahuluan: Pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi berbasis sekolah penting untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku remaja terkait kesehatan reproduksi. Dengan masalah seperti kehamilan remaja dan penyakit menular seksual, sekolah berperan vital dalam memberikan informasi yang tepat bagi remaja agar dapat membuat keputusan sehat. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis efektivitas efektivitas pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi berbasis sekolah. Metode: Penelitian kualitatif berbasis tinjauan literatur dengan mengumpulkan 10 jurnal ilmiah yang relevan dari 5 tahun terakhir. Data dari jurnal dianalisis secara mendalam untuk mengidentifikasi tren dan temuan utama terkait implementasi program pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi di sekolah. Hasil: Pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi berbasis sekolah efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang topik seperti fungsi organ reproduksi, risiko perilaku seksual berisiko, dan pencegahan penyakit menular seksual. Metode pembelajaran interaktif, keterlibatan guru yang terlatih, serta dukungan orang tua dan komunitas menjadi faktor utama keberhasilan program ini. Selain itu, pendekatan yang adaptif terhadap nilai-nilai budaya lokal turut mendukung penerimaan program di berbagai wilayah. Simpulan: Pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi berbasis sekolah berkontribusi signifikan dalam membangun pengetahuan dan perilaku reproduksi yang sehat pada siswa. Namun, keberlanjutan program membutuhkan monitoring dan evaluasi yang sistematis untuk memastikan efektivitas jangka panjangnya.   Kata Kunci: Berbasis Sekolah; Kesehatan Reproduksi; Pendidikan.

Abstract

This study explores the effect of store atmosphere on impulse buying among Generation Z in Surabaya, mediated by positive emotion, in the context of Oh!Some—a rebranded specialty store targeting young consumers. The research aims to empirically examine whether an engaging retail environment can stimulate spontaneous purchase behavior through emotional responses. A quantitative method was employed using a structured online questionnaire distributed to 200 Generation Z consumers who had shopped at Oh!Some stores in Surabaya. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) using SmartPLS 4 was used for data analysis. The findings reveal that store atmosphere significantly and positively influences both impulse buying and positive emotions. Moreover, positive emotion serves as a significant mediator between store atmosphere and impulse buying. These results confirm the applicability of the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) theory, demonstrating that environmental stimuli (store atmosphere) trigger internal emotional reactions (positive emotion), which lead to behavioral responses (impulse buying). The implications suggest that retailers must strategically manage physical and emotional aspects of their store environments to enhance emotional connection and impulse purchasing among young consumers. This research contributes to consumer behavior literature by reinforcing the mediating role of emotions in modern retail settings.

Abstract

Pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan personal bagi anggota Sekolah Perempuan (Sekoper) di Desa Dooro, Gresik, bertujuan meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan memberdayakan perempuan desa. Program ini membantu mengatasi tantangan seperti kurangnya pencatatan keuangan, perencanaan anggaran, dan pengelolaan risiko finansial. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif, pelatihan ini mencakup pemberian materi dan pendampingan praktis. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan memberdayakan perempuan desa untuk mengelola keuangan dengan lebih baik, serta mengurangi risiko kesalahan pengeluaran dan utang yang tidak terkendali. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah pendekatan partisipatif dengan pemberian materi, pendampingan praktis, dan evaluasi berbasis pre-test serta post-test. Pelatihan manajemen keuangan secara efektif meningkatkan pemahaman peserta tentang keuangan pribadi dan bisnis. Topik utama mencakup perencanaan keuangan, manajemen utang, penyusunan anggaran, dan pengendalian pengeluaran. Latihan praktis dan simulasi memperkuat pembelajaran, menghasilkan rata-rata jawaban benar sebesar 92% dalam uji pemahaman pasca-pelatihan. Umpan balik peserta menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan tinggi, dengan 86,67% menilai pelatihan sebagai "memuaskan" atau lebih. Program ini berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan peserta, menunjukkan komunikasi yang efektif, serta memastikan kejelasan materi. Temuan ini menegaskan dampak program dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan pengambilan keputusan finansial yang bertanggung jawab.Program ini diharapkan memberikan dampak positif jangka panjang bagi kesejahteraan ekonomi perempuan desa dan menjadi model yang dapat direplikasi untuk memberdayakan perempuan di komunitas lain.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the quality of the Disaster Mitigation Information System (Sikabi) belonging to the Regional Disaster Management Authority of Boyolali Regency. Quality tests are carried out to determine the quality and functionality of the system that functions optimally and can display accurate, easily accessible, and useful information for disaster mitigation in the region. The results of the study are useful for providing feedback to information system developers regarding the quality of the website usability aspect, the quality of the information presented, and the quality of the interactions provided as well as the user satisfaction at accessing the Disaster Information System website. This study uses the Webqual 4.0 method which has 4 assessment variables, namely in terms of usability (information quality), interaction service (interaction quality), and user satisfaction while accessing the website (overall impression). From the research results, the information quality variable has a sig value. 0,000 <0,05 which indicates that there is an influence of information quality on user satisfaction in using the Sikabi website. Therefore, we recommend improving the quality of the information displayed on the Sikabi website page.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem absensi karyawan online berbasis web guna meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi pencatatan kehadiran di PT Delta Pratama Karya. Sistem lama yang bersifat manual menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan seperti keterlambatan pelaporan, kesalahan data, dan sulitnya pemantauan kehadiran secara real-time. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Teknologi yang digunakan meliputi PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, dan XAMPP. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi absensi yang dapat diakses melalui perangkat komputer atau smartphone, dilengkapi fitur login, pencatatan waktu hadir dan pulang, pengajuan izin, serta pelaporan otomatis. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat mendukung manajemen sumber daya manusia yang lebih efektif dan terintegrasi.
