Abstract

Kesehatan siswa merupakan faktor kunci dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran yang optimal. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kesehatan siswa adalah dengan menerapkan program Sekolah Sehat yang melibatkan olahraga rutin dan pemanfaatan Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan strategi manajemen sekolah sehat yang mengintegrasikan olahraga teratur dan pemanfaatan TOGA sebagai upaya meningkatkan imunitas siswa. Program ini dilakukan di beberapa sekolah dasar dengan melibatkan siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pelatihan rutin olahraga, pembudidayaan tanaman obat, dan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat sekolah mengenai manfaat keduanya untuk kesehatan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan program ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesadaran kesehatan pada siswa, serta peningkatan daya tahan tubuh yang tercermin dari penurunan tingkat sakit pada siswa. Selain itu, keterlibatan siswa dalam pemeliharaan TOGA di sekolah juga meningkatkan pemahaman mereka mengenai pengobatan alami. Program ini diharapkan dapat berkelanjutan dan diterapkan di lebih banyak sekolah untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang sehat dan mendukung perkembangan siswa secara holistik.

Abstract

The low literacy skills of students in primary schools are an important concern in an effort to improve the quality of education. The Literacy Movement is expected to improve students' reading, writing, speaking and listening skills which are basic elements in Indonesian language learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type that aims to describe in depth the phenomena that occur in the field related to the implementation of the Literacy Movement. The data collection methods used were observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Sources of research data include teachers, grade IV students, and documents related to learning activities at SDN 61 Bima City. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative analysis, in which the collected data was analyzed to describe the effectiveness of literacy implementation. The results showed that the implementation of the literacy movement had a positive impact on improving students' reading creativity as shown by data related to the effectiveness of the implementation of the literacy movement, namely reading, writing, speaking, listening and the literacy environment getting good results. The form of literacy activities implemented at SDN 61 Kota Bima, namely the literacy stage and the use of Augmented Reality technology, succeeded in improving students' literacy skills and had a positive impact on their academic development, as well as creating a more interactive and fun learning environment.

Abstract

An effective and efficient referral system is essential for ensuring patients receive the appropriate treatment for their medical conditions. Primary Health Care Facilities (FKTP) play a critical role in addressing the healthcare needs of patients at the first level. Despite receiving 100% Performance-Based Capitation (KBK), FKTPs exhibit a high referral rate, as indicated by referral rates, referral ratios, and Non-Specialist Referral (RNS) metrics. This quantitative study explores the factors influencing patient referrals in FKTPs, as perceived by doctors. A structured questionnaire was used to gather data from 69 doctors across 148 FKTPs in the BPJS Kesehatan Branch of Banda Aceh in July 2024. The survey addressed various aspects, including doctors' competence, patient behavior, FKTP capabilities, and referral mechanisms. The results revealed that the location of health facilities significantly impacts referral rates and healthcare costs, with facilities located closer to villages reducing the need for referrals and enhancing healthcare accessibility for remote populations. BPJS Kesehatan can improve collaboration with FKTPs by identifying strategic locations in rural areas and leveraging the Aplicares web to map and optimize health services. Furthermore, the government could enhance healthcare access by creating maps to develop public health centers in rural areas or collaborating with private and family doctors to expand services in underserved regions. This study provides valuable insights for policymakers, suggesting that improving FKTP accessibility and addressing resource limitations could significantly reduce unnecessary referrals, lower healthcare costs, and improve the efficiency of the healthcare system in rural areas.

Abstract

This study examines the development of digital technology implementation in primary schools based on available literature from 2020 to 2024. The main focus of this research is to understand how digital technology implementation has evolved in primary schools. The research method used is qualitative content analysis with a systematic literature review (SLR) approach and article analysis using Vosviewer. The analysis method includes the examination of Scopus publication data based on year, author, country, and topic clusters, trending topics, and mapping. The results of the study show a significant increase in the number of publications related to digital technology in primary schools, especially from 2022 to 2024, influenced by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which accelerated the need for remote learning. Additionally, the dominance of leading authors and countries such as Indonesia, the United States, and Brazil highlights the concentration of intense research in countries that are more actively integrating technology into primary education. Topic mapping reveals that the main focus of research is on the impact of technology on teaching practices and students' learning experiences, as well as evaluating its effect on task performance and student motivation. This research contributes to enriching the discourse on digital technology in primary schools and emphasizes the importance of further evaluation regarding the effectiveness and practical applications of technology in enhancing the quality of education. The study also identifies the need for further research on the challenges of implementing technology in developing countries and more effective integration strategies.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low poetry writing skills of elementary school students, especially in relating local cultural elements in literary works. In the midst of the challenges of globalization that are increasingly eroding regional cultural values, learning based on local wisdom is an important approach to instill cultural values while improving student literacy. This study aims to describe the strategy for developing cultural literacy based on local wisdom implemented at SDN 14 Sadia Bima City and assess its effectiveness in optimizing students' poetry writing skills. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data sources come from classroom teachers, students, and documentation of literacy activities. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the strategies implemented by the school include the use of Bima folklore as teaching materials, poetry writing activities based on local culture, writing workshops with local artists, poetry exhibitions in Harvest Works activities, and collaborative community-based learning. These strategies have been proven to improve the quality of students' poetry in terms of structure, imagination, diction and connection with local cultural values This approach also increases students' motivation, confidence and love for their local culture. This shows that cultural literacy strategies based on local wisdom are feasible to be applied as a model of learning poetry in elementary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilandasi oleh pentingnya implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam menjawab tantangan heterogenitas gaya belajar peserta didik di jenjang sekolah dasar. Gaya belajar yang beragam, seperti visual, auditori, dan kinestetik, merupakan variabel penting yang perlu diperhatikan oleh pendidik untuk menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang adaptif, inklusif, dan efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi oleh guru penggerak di SDN 21 Tolomundu, Kota Bima, dalam mengakomodasi keberagaman gaya belajar peserta didik melalui strategi dan pendekatan pembelajaran yang inovatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru penggerak dan peserta didik di kelas yang menjadi lokasi studi. Prosedur penelitian meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan pengumpulan data lapangan, analisis data, serta penyusunan laporan hasil penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan melalui model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru penggerak mampu mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi secara optimal melalui modifikasi konten, proses, dan produk pembelajaran. Guru secara konsisten melakukan asesmen diagnostik awal, memanfaatkan media pembelajaran yang variatif dan kontekstual, serta menerapkan strategi yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik gaya belajar peserta didik. Pendekatan seperti penggunaan segitiga restitusi, ice breaking, media digital interaktif, serta model pembelajaran berbasis proyek terbukti meningkatkan motivasi, keterlibatan aktif, serta pemahaman konseptual peserta didik secara menyeluruh. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang diterapkan oleh guru penggerak memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan individual siswa di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the use of fermented corncob flour as a substitute for rice bran in broiler chicken rations and its effects on protein efficiency ratio and broiler performance. Conducted at the Farm and Laboratory of the Faculty of Animal Science, University of Jambi, the study tested four treatments on 200 broiler chicks using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five replications. The treatments included 0%, 4%, 8%, and 12% fermented corncob flour as a substitute for rice bran. Key variables observed were feed intake, body weight gain, feed conversion ratio, and protein efficiency ratio. Results indicated that the inclusion of fermented corncob flour significantly (P0.05) improved feed intake, protein intake, protein efficiency ratio, and feed conversion ratio, with no significant impact (P0.05) on body weight gain up to a 12% inclusion level. The optimal feed conversion was observed at the 8% substitution level. In conclusion, corncob flour fermented with EM4 can replace up to 12% of rice bran in broiler rations without negatively affecting performance, providing a viable alternative for poultry feed formulation.

Abstract

The background of this research relates to the importance of implementing differentiated learning at the early childhood level in M Hilir Ismail Kindergarten, Bima City. Early childhood has a variety of characteristics, interests and different learning speeds, so it requires a learning approach that can meet their individual needs. Differentiated learning that accommodates these differences is believed to improve the quality of education and support holistic child development. The purpose of this research is to explore the application of differentiated learning in early childhood at M Hilir Ismail Kindergarten in Bima City and its impact on children's learning development. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, which aims to describe the phenomenon of differentiated learning in the classroom. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews with teachers and principals, and analysis of documentation of learning activities in the classroom. This research was conducted at M. Hilir Ismail Kindergarten located in Lelamase Village, East Rasana'e District, Bima City. The research was conducted for 2 months from February to March 2025. The data sources consist of teachers, students, and documentation of learning activities. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, which identifies and interprets the patterns of the data obtained, to provide an in-depth picture of the implementation of differentiated learning. The results show that the implementation of differentiated learning at M Hilir Ismail Kindergarten is very effective in increasing children's involvement in learning. Through various activities such as theme-based educational games, ability-based learning groups, gross and fine motor activities, and children's stories and dramas, children get learning experiences that suit their abilities and interests. The contribution of this research provides insight into the effectiveness of differentiated learning in supporting early childhood development, as well as providing recommendations for the development of more inclusive and relevant learning methods.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi guru dalam mengoptimalkan pengelolaan kelas, dan bagaimana implementasinya dalam mengoptimalkan kelas untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan berpikir kritis siswa kelas III di SD Muhammadiyah Gilipanda Kota Bima, salain itu penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kendala dan solusi yang harus dilakukan oleh guru dalam mengoptimalkan pengelolaan kelas. Penelitian  ini  merupakan  jenis penelitian  kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, sumber data primer dan sekunder sedangkan tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara  dan  dokumentasi. Adapun tehnik analisis data yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Secara teoritis, perencanaan yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam mengoptimalkan pengelolaan kelas di Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Gilipanda yaitu, dengan mempersiapkan rencana pelaksaan pembelajaran sesuai dengan kurikulum yang diterapkan pada lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Sedangkan secara empiris, berdasarkan data yang diperoleh di lapangan menunjukan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan proses pengelolaan kelas yaitu; a). Menggunakan panduan dari strategi dengan kondisi lingkungan fisik yang memadai, b). Ruangan belajar disesuaikan dengan tema dan materi yang akan diajarkan kepada siswa, c). Tempat duduk diatur sedemikian rupa, jendela yang cukup besar agar cahaya dan udara masuk dengan maksimal. Dengan cara demikian anak didik dapat belajar dengan tenang, semangat, respon dan aktif dalam menyampaikan ide atau gagasan terkait materi yang disampaikan. Sedangkan kendala guru dalam mengelola kelas adalah kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki sekolah salah satunya LCD.

Abstract

The Tahfidz Al-Qur'an programme is one of the answers to various problems about the lack of cultivation of children's religious character in the face of an increasingly developing digital world and followed by the existence of outside cultures that enter the scope of children's lives. By looking at the number of crime rates, acts of discrimination, and attitudes of disrespect or intolerance with others, so that in the scope of especially elementary schools it is very necessary to make efforts to strengthen the character of students, especially the value of religiosity. In this study, researchers collected information, studied, and analysed in a qualitative descriptive form. Data sources in this study were collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis was conducted based on the facts that occurred during the research which were described in a structured manner. The results of this study indicate that strengthening the religious character of students can be implemented using the tahfdz Al- qur'an programme and has a positive impact on the development of student competence both in the aspects of knowledge, attitudes, and skills.
