Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis website pada model discovery learning terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIA SMAN 10 Gowa pada materi pokok larutan penyangga. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah “posttest only control group design”. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling. Pengujian hipotesis untuk data hasil motivasi belajar peserta didik menggunakan uji t dan pengujian hipotesis untuk hasil belajar peserta didik menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima berarti ada pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis website pada model discovery learning terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI MIA SMAN 10 Gowa pada materi pokok larutan penyangga. ABSTRACT This research is a quasi-experimental study that aims to determine the effect of the website-based learning media on the discovery learning models toward the motivation and the learning outcomes of the students of Class XI MIA of SMAN 10 Gowa on the buffer solution topic. The research design used is "post-test only control group design". The sampling technique used is the simple random sampling.The testing of the hypothesis for data on the results of the learning motivation of students using the t test and the testing of the hypothesis for data of the learning outcomes of the students using the Mann-Whitney test. This shows that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is the influence of website-based learning media on the discovery learning model of the learning motivation and learning outcomes of the students of Class XI MIA of SMAN 10 Gowa on buffer solution topic.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has placed considerable pressure on the economic sector, including Islamic banking. During the recovery phase, operational efficiency and strong governance have become essential for ensuring resilience and long-term sustainability. This study examines the mediating role of the operational efficiency ratio (BOPO) in the relationship between RGEC components, namely Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), and Non-Performing Financing (NPF), to influence bank health, measured by Return on Assets (ROA). A quantitative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Warp-PLS technique, utilizing secondary data from Indonesian Islamic banks between 2021 and 2023. The findings indicate that BOPO significantly mediates the impact of CAR and NPF on ROA, while GCG shows no significant mediation effect. These results emphasize the strategic importance of improving operational efficiency to enhance profitability in Islamic banks post-pandemic and provide meaningful contributions to the academic discourse on Islamic financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the management of assets at the Al Muttaqin Foundation LPI for its suitability with maqāṣid syarīah in its measurement using Maslahah Performance (MaP) developed by Ahmad Firdaus (2014). Research related to educational institutions' performance was conducted by Arianti (2014) on the implementation of financial management in private educational institutions. Another study was conducted by Gunanta (2012) using the Balanced Scorecard concept and Firdaus and Prianto (2012) using the Maslahah Scorecard concept. This study's results indicate that, in general, LPI Al Muttaqin has fulfilled asset collection performance based on maqaṣid sharia. This is evidenced by the scores of the six Maṣlahah Performance orientations (MaPs), which are greater than the threshold score for the assessment criteria.

Abstract

Dimasa sekarang yang segala sesuatu sudah semakin praktis karena bantuan dari teknologi yang semakin canggih, mendorong para pengusaha harus memanfaatkan teknologi dengan baik, agar dapat bersaing dan membantu perkembangan bisnisnya. Sudah banyak pengusaha yang menggunakan software tertentu untuk mempermudah dalam kegiatan bisnis mereka. Salah satu sofware yang bisa digunakan adalah Odoo. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh penerapan Software Odoo terhadap kinerja UMKM Tuanaji Phone. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pengambilan subjek penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yakni pemilik UMKM Tuanaji Phone. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Penerapan Software Odoo terhadap Kinerja UMKM Tuanaji Phone berpengaruh cukup baik. Walaupun tidak meningkatkan penjualan secara langsung, tetapi adanya software odoo sangat membantu kegiatan bisnis berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien sih dari sebelumnya, baik dari informasi produk, transaksi jual beli, dan promosi. Sehingga dapat memperkuat branding dari UMKM Tuanaji Phone.

Abstract

Aims: The purpose of this study is to determine the preparedness of emergency room nurses in handling disasters in hospitals. Method: This study employs a qualitative research design, utilizing a single case study that focuses on the implementation of disaster preparedness by emergency room nurses in hospitals. The subjects of this case study are two nurses who meet the inclusion criteria: they have attended disaster preparedness training, work as emergency room nurses, have been part of the hospital disaster team for at least five years, and are considered reliable and competent sources of data related to the research objective. Purposive sampling was used to select the participants, and data was collected through in-depth interviews guided by an interview protocol. Results: Four themes were identified: disaster preparedness, the organizational structure of disaster management functions and tasks, patient grouping, and the communication of clear, effective information along with coordination among medical personnel. Conclusion: The study found that implementing preparedness among emergency room nurses in disaster management is crucial to ensure a prompt and effective response in emergency situations.

Abstract

Aims: The primary aim is to raise catastrophe awareness and preparedness, especially in disaster-prone areas. Health education and consulting by nurses using digital media like modules to teach disaster planning, first aid, and recovery can assist communities recover from disasters. Method: This research is a Quasi Experiment research with a research design. Quasi-Experimental Two Group pretest-posttest design . The number of respondents was 60. Inclusion criteria in this study were aged 17-35 years . Results: Mann-Whitney Test Analysis . The average value of the intervention group was greater than the control group. The Sig. (2-tiled) value shows that there is a significant influence of the Digital Module intervention on the level of disaster preparedness in the community with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. Conclusion: In this study, it can be concluded that the Digital Module has an influence on increasing community preparedness in the intervention and control groups, there is a significant difference.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze job burnout on employee performance; to determine and analyze organizational commitment to employee performance; to find out and analyze job burnout regarding cyberloafing; to determine and analyze organizational commitment to cyberloafing; to find out and analyze cyberloafing on employee performance; to find out and analyze cyberloafing mediating the relationship between job burnout and employee performance; to find out and analyze cyberloafing mediating the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance. The research approach used by researchers in this research is a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods to prove the research hypothesis. The population used is all staff as total of 112 employees of PT. Shou Fong Lastindo. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. Convenience sampling is a collection of information from members of the population that is easy to obtain and is able to provide that information. The analysis tool used is SEM-PLS. The research results show that there is a negative influence of job burnout on employee performance; there is a positive influence of organizational commitment on employee performance; there is a positive influence of job burnout on cyberloafing; there is a positive influence of organizational commitment on cyberloafing; there is a positive influence of cyberloafing on employee performance; cyberloafing mediates the effect of job burnout on employee performance; cyberloafing mediates the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki eksistensi pikukuh adat sebagai alat kontrol sosial dalam masyarakat Baduy di Desa Kanekes. Pendekatan kualitatif dipilih karena memungkinkan pemahaman mendalam terhadap realitas sosial yang dibentuk oleh kesadaran individu.Desa Kanekes dipilih sebagai lokasi penelitian karena masih mempertahankan kuatnya tradisi adat Baduy. Teknik triangulasi sumber dan teori digunakan untuk memastikan keabsahan data, dengan tahapan pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data.Pikukuh adat berperan sebagai mekanisme kontrol sosial dalam mengatur perilaku dan sikap sesuai dengan norma-norma yang berlaku. Namun, dalam konteks hukum di Indonesia, aturan sering diatur dalam peraturan formal, menghasilkan ketaatan yang bersifat formalitas. Masyarakat Baduy menginternalisasi pikukuh adat karena pandangan religio-magis mereka yang meyakini kekuatan magis dalam petuah leluhur, sebagai bentuk ketaatan kepada Sang Batara Tunggal. Ketaatan ini juga mencerminkan sikap moderat yang menghormati hak-hak individu lain dengan keyakinan berbeda, tanpa fanatisme. Ini mempromosikan nilai toleransi tanpa paksaan dan relevan dengan konsep moderasi dalam hukum untuk mengontrol perilaku masyarakat dan menciptakan keadilan dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

Transportasi saat ini adalah suatu hal yang sangat penting peranan nya dalam kehidupan baik dalam hal mobilitas masyarakat berpindah dari satu temoat ke tempat lain dengan waktu yang cepat, namun terlepas dari itu banyak sekali masyarakat yang enggan memperhatikan keselamatan baik diri sendiri atau orang lain. Hal ini diterlihat dari angka kecelakaan di kota Depok, Jawa Barat Salah satu penyebabnya adalah mesyarakat yang cendrung ingin cepat sampai tujuan. Tidak hanya pada transportasi pribadi namun juga umum seperti contoh penumpang angkutan yang tidak sabar berjalan ke halte atau terminal untuk menggunakan angkutan sehingga banyak supir angkot yang melakukan pemberhetian mendadak disembarang tempat hingga membahayakan pengemudi dibelakang. Dalam hal tersebut Banyak hal yang dapat dilakukan guna mengurangi angka angka kecelakaan salah satu nya dengan mengedukasi masrakat tentang pentingnya keselamatan dalam berlalu lintas dan menerapkan sanksi tegas guna berjalannya kesadaran keamanan tertib berlalu lintas.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an IoT-based accounting system called Smart Eco Ledger to automatically monitor and record environmental data for use in environmental accounting reports. The system integrates sensors (e.g., temperature, humidity, CO₂), a microcontroller (ESP32), cloud storage (Firebase), and a user-friendly web dashboard. It enables real-time monitoring, automatic data logging, and simple report generation for environmental performance tracking. The results showed that the system works accurately, with high user satisfaction scores in usability testing. This innovation bridges the gap between environmental monitoring and accounting practices by eliminating manual input and increasing data reliability. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of IoT technology with environmental accounting in real-time, supported by cloud systems and interfaces accessible to accounting professionals. Although testing was limited to indoor conditions and a small sample size, the system shows potential for wider adoption. Future research may include sensor expansion, blockchain integration, mobile access, and AI-based forecasting. The Smart Eco Ledger contributes to sustainable accounting practices and demonstrates a practical solution for organizations committed to environmental responsibility and digital transformation.
