Abstract

The aims  of this research are to 1) knowing the level of use optimum input which can yield maximum income by constraints konsentrat, bekatul, hijauan, capital, and other input, 2) Knowing change  of optimal income in the change of pakan price, fresh milk price and anakan price Basic method used in this research is descriptive. Determination of research area is purposive that is Boyolali Regency with subdistrict Musuk. And than taken one village is Sukorejo. Farmer taken as sample in this research are farmer have adult dairy cattle. Taken respondent with simple random sampling is 40 respondent  farmer of dairy cattle. Result of research indicate that maximal income which can be reached in effort ranch of scale people dairy cattle 4 tail per UT equal to Rp Rp 4.003.592 with combination result of effort in the form of ox anakan counted 3 tail, milk counted 8.700 litre, and  compost counted 15.000 kg. Using input in the form of consentrat equal to 4.700 kilogram, bekatul counted 1.839 kg, waste of soybean cake counted 2.053 kg, hijauan counted 20.440 kg. In used of resources used up and no remains. Result of sensitivitas analysis indicate that optimal income of dairy cattle livestock are sensitive to a) increasing price of fresh milk, anakan, input and compost togetherly equal to 5% and  10%,  b) decreasing price of output equal to 5% and  10% at fixed cost, c) increasing price of consentrat equal to 5 - 10% at the fix price of output. Key words : optimal combination, dairy cattle, sensitivity

Abstract

This research was aimed to analyze the amount of the costs, the revenue and the income of black grass jelly farming, and analyze the use of factors which influence the production of black grass jelly in Karangtengah Sub-District, Wonogiri District. The location of the research was determined by purposive sampling method. The Village that used on this research was selected bypurposive sampling method. The samples in this research were 40 respondents selected by using proportional random sampling method. The data used in this research was primary and secondary data. The data analysis that usedon this research were:(1) the analysis of the costs, the reception and the income of the farming, (2) the analysis of production function by Cobb-Douglas.The reseach result, based on the analysis of the black grass jelly farming with the land area of 0,37 Ha explained the cost of establishing the farming was Rp 4.425.482,50/PT , the reception of the farming was Rp19.930.000,00/PT and the  income of the farming was Rp 15.504.517,50/PT. The equation function by Cobb-Douglas was : Ln = 7,224 + 0,767 ln X1 – 0,162 ln X2 + 0,107 ln X3 + 0,001 ln X4+ 0,317 ln X5 + 0,007 ln X6. The result of regression showed that production factors such as; land area, the number of seeds, urea fertilizer, phonska fertilizer, manure, and the labors had the real impact toward the production of black grass jelly.Individually, the production factors such as; urea fertilizer, phonska fertilizer, and the labors did not have the real impact on production of black grass jelly.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the competitiveness of natural rubber export of Central Java Province in terms of its comparative advantages and competitive advantages. The basic method of research is analytical descriptive. The research location is Central Java Province, where the area is potentially in manages natural rubber to make the superior plantation commodities and has been exported continuously. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The data analysis used is XCI (Export Competitiveness Index) and RCA (Revealed Comparative Advantage) analysis. The results show: The competitiveness of natural rubber export of Central Java Province observed from the competitive advantage by using XCI (Export Competitiveness index) analysis, shows that the average XCI value of natural rubber Central Java Province during 2001 until 2015 is more than one that is 1,08 and indicates that the natural rubber commodity of Central Java Province has an increasing competitive trend in the international market. The competitiveness of natural rubber export of Central Java Province observed from comparative advantage by using RCA (Revealed Comparative Advantage) analysis shows that the average value of RCA of natural rubber of Central Java Province during 2001 to 2015 is more than one that is 6,82 and indicates that natural rubber commodities have a high comparative advantage (above the world average).

Abstract

Soy milk business scale home industry stood Karanganyar and Sukoharjo them are SMEs Nik's Soya and Nani Rahayu. Both SMEs are facing the problems of the SMEs do not have the permission both P-IRT, the flavors were not standart, bookkeeping are not well done, the area has not been extensive marketing and packaging the risk of rupture. Problems faced by SMEs can be solved by the following activities: 1) Facilitate the permitting PI-RT by both SMEs, 2) Improvement of management accounting, 3) training improved the taste of soy milk, 4) Introductions packaging with cup sealer, 5) Expansion of marketing network, 6) mentoring and monitoring activities. Activities that have been implemented have an impact on business improvement soy milk in both SMEs are: obtaining permits P-IRT and flavor of soymilk terstandart can expand soy milk marketing, bookkeeping management improvement, and repair of packaging.Keywords: soy milk, cup sealer, mentoring

Abstract

Agrotourism is currently very popular with tourists because it can increase knowledge and experience. Tourists currently choose destinations based on information from reviews on social media, another name is electronic word of mouth. The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a decline in visitor, strategies are needed to maintain and improve the quality of tourism. Purpose of this research to find the influence of destination image and E-WOM on tourist visits. The basic method is descriptive analytic with research techniques. 150 respondents were used for the sample. The analytical tool in this research is SEM-PLS. The results showed that the destination image had no effect on determining tourist visits, but after being mediated by visitor interest, the destination image had an influence on determining visits. The E-WOM variable directly or mediated by visitor interest have an impact on determining tourist visits.

Abstract

Dates originating from Egypt are the best-selling dates in Indonesia. Dates from Egypt have the designation Golden Orient which is produced by the Orient Group. The shape of the large dates, with a soft texture, and cheap, makes the Golden Orient dates in great demand by consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix 4P simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions of Golden Orient Dates. This research is also to find out the most influential variables on consumer decisions to buy Golden Orient Dates. Determining the location purposively with 100 respondents. The type of data used is Likert scale primary data, answers obtained through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The results of the analysis explained simultaneously eight variables influencing purchasing decisions. Individually, variables of quality, packaging, price affordability, and price suitability influencing purchasing decisions. Golden Orient dates have good quality in terms of texture and taste, and have attractive packaging. The price of Golden Orient dates is affordable with quality according to the price. Accessibility, parking facilities, advertising, and advertising time have no significant effect. Companies need evaluation related to this matter to improve purchasing decisions. The most dominant variable influencing is price affordability, because it is cheaper than other stores.

Abstract

Keripik basreng menjanjikan karena permintaan dari penyuka camilan terus meningkat. Dalam persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, diperlukan strategi pengembangan pada usaha. Penelitian bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal, alternatif strategi, serta prioritas strategi. Pendekatan menggunakan matriks Strategic Positioning and Action Evaluation (SPACE) untuk alternatif dan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) untuk prioritas. Hasil penelitian identifikasi internal, keunggulan kompetitif (CA) adalah kekuatan utama (skor -1, sangat baik), sementara keuangan (FS) memiliki kelemahan (skor 2, buruk). Di sisi eksternal, kekuatan industri (IS) menjadi peluang utama (skor 6, sangat baik), tetapi stabilitas lingkungan (ES) adalah ancaman (skor -5, buruk). Terdapat empat alternatif strategi: membuat toko fisik, membuat kerjasama kontrak jangka persediaan bahan baku, menambahkan varian rasa pedas daun jeruk, dan pengembangan toko online atau marketplace. Prioritas strategi pengembangan yang dipilih adalah strategi pengembangan toko online atau marketplace dengan skor 5,48003.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKeripik singkong rasa gadung merupakan salah satu hasil olahan dari singkong yang memiliki rasa gadung. Usaha pembuatan kripik ini telah lama dilakukan oleh masyarakat di Desa Pule Kecamatan Jatisrono Kabupaten Wonogiri, diantaranya UKM Jawi rahayu dan UKM Surami. Kegitan pengabdian dilakukan dalam rangka meningkatkan usaha keripik singkong rasa gadung agar memiliki daya saing di tengah persaingan yang ketat dalam usaha pengolahan pangan.  Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan agar kedua UKM mitra menjadi UKM yang berdaya saing meliputi : 1) Pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen usaha, 2)  Fasilitasi dan pendampingan perijinan usaha, 3) Pelatihan dan fasilitasi kemasan, serta 4) Pendampingan pemasaran.  Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah  1) perbaikan manajemen usaha khususnya pembukuan keuangan,  2) UKM mitra memiliki sertifikat P-IRT, 3) Kemasan lebih marketable, dan 4) daerah pemasaran semakin luas.  Pada akhirnya kegiatan yang dilakukan dapat meningkatkan jumlah produksi, kualitas produk, dan pendapatan UKM. Kata kunci:  daya saing, keripik singkong rasa gadung,UKM
