Abstract

The current native chicken commodity starts to show existence with the rise of culinary tourism in Indonesia. This provides a lucrative business opportunity for intensive native chicken farming. This article aims to cultivate intensive native chicken through the Campus Innovation Business Development Program.Patterns of intensive native chicken breeding is a method of raising livestock in cages by controlling feed and health so that livestock growth faster and maximum. This activity is done at Jatikuwung Experimental Farm, Animal Husbandry Program UNS with postal cage equipped with  niplee drinking, baby feder chick and hanging feeder.Results of native chicken farming activities begins males breeding with a ratio of 10: 1 and a cage size 2 m x 1 m to get a good quality eggs. The resulting eggs are then hatched and DOC (day old chick) will be kept as broiler chickens. Intensive chicken breeding has a shorter maintenance period of 2-3 months to achieve a weight of 1 kg. This result is much better than the cultivation of chicken with extensive.

Abstract

In the era of globalization filled with intense business competition, corporate organizations or businesses have a strong drive to survive. Factors influencing consumer satisfaction, including assessments of product quality, become crucial in efforts to maintain consumer loyalty. An example is "Ledre Asli," a typical Bojonegoro culinary product from micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) facing the challenge of insufficient promotion. This study aims to identify factors influencing consumer satisfaction with the product, with emphasis on the relationship between consumer satisfaction and repeat purchase intention. The research method employed is associative, aiming to reveal the relationship between two relevant variables in this context.

Abstract

Semakin sempitnya lahan pertanian, ketidakmerataan pendapatan, serta stigma pertanian hanya dapat dilakukan di pedesaan akan menimbulkan permasalahan terkait ketahanan pangan. Kecamatan Banjarsari merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang masyarakatnya telah menerapkan pertanian perkotaan dengan membentuk kelompok tani. Terdapat 35 kelompok tani yang tersebar di 11 kelurahan di Kecamatan Banjarsari. Terdapat sembilan kelompok tani yang aktif dan sisanya sebanyak 26 kelompok tani tergolong kurang aktif. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal, mengetahui alternatif dan prioritas strategi pengembangan yang dapat diimplementasikan oleh kelompok tani di Kecamatan Banjarsari. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur. Analisis dilakukan dengan matriks IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, dan QSPM. Hasil identifikasi faktor internal menunjukkan terdapat lima faktor kekuatan dan enam faktor kelemahan. Identifikasi faktor eksternal menunjukkan terdapat enam faktor peluang dan dua faktor ancaman. Kekuatan utama yang dimiliki yaitu terdapat berbagai macam inovasi produk olahan  dan kelemahan utamanya yaitu kurangnya keberanian dalam mengambil resiko.  Peluang utama yang dimiliki yaitu adanya bantuan modal dan berbagai macam program pelatihan dari Dinas Pertanian. Ancaman utama yaitu adanya persaingan dengan produk serupa di Kota Surakarta. Hasil analisis matriks IE menunjukkan posisi pertanian perkotaan di Kecamatan Banjarsari berada pada sel IV yaitu grow and build. Strategi yang tepat untuk diterapkan yaitu intensif atau integratif. Matriks SWOT menghasilkan sembilan alternatif strategi pengembangan yang kemudian dianalisis dengan QSPM. Prioritas strategi pengembangan pertanian perkotaan yang dapat diterapkan yaitu memasarkan produk secara online melalui marketplace dan media sosial dengan perolehan skor TAS sebesar 7,154.

Abstract

Pangan lokal yaitu pangan yang dikembangkan dari potensi setempat. UMKM Sijarwo bergerak di pengolahan pangan lokal ubi kayu jarak towo. UMKM Sijarwo telah berjalan kurang lebih selama 4 tahun tetapi dalam pelaksanaanya masih terdapat kendala seperti belum maksimalnya dalam melaksanakan manajemen usahanya. Berdasarkan kendala yang dihadapi maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kriteria, subkriteria dan aktor yang berpengaruh, merumuskan alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan dan menganalisis prioritas strategi yang tepat dalam pengembangan di UMKM. Metode analisis data dengan Analytical Hierarchy Process. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kriteria yang paling berpengaruh yaitu kriteria pasar dan pemasaran (0,322), subkriteria SDM yaitu wawasan (0,419), subkriteria keuangan yaitu pembukuan (0,717), subkriteria produksi dan operasi yaitu ketersediaan bahan baku (0,362), subkriteria pasar dan pemasaran yaitu pelayanan (0,366) aktor yang paling berpengaruh yaitu konsumen (0,456) dan prioritas strategi yaitu memperluas jangkauan pasar 0,447.

Abstract

Pengembangan singkong Jarak Towo meningkatkan ketersediaan bahan baku olahan pangan dan pendapatan petani. Hal ini karena keunggulan rasa dan tekstur halus dengan harga mencapai 3 sampai 4 kali lipat dari varietas lain. Sebagai bahan baku industri pengolahan pangan, harus didukung dengan kandungan gizi yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produktivitas, parameter pertumbuhan, kandungan gizi singkong Jarak Towo dengan perlakuan dosis pupuk P dan K serta ketinggian tempat yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan percobaan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap dengan faktorial kombinasi dosis pupuk P dan K. Dosis pupuk P tiga level berupa SP36 yaitu 0 kg ha-1, 100 kg ha-1, dan 200 kg ha-1, sedangkan dosis pupuk K berupa KCl tiga level yaitu 0 kg ha-1, 150 kg ha-1, 300 kg ha-1 sehingga diperoleh sembilan kombinasi perlakuan yang diulang di tiga lokasi yaitu Desa Kemuning, Sepanjang, dan Wonorejo pada ketinggian 700 mdpl, 927 mdpl, and 1034 mdpl. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa singkong Jarak Towo yang dibudidayakan di Desa Kemuning memiliki kadar air dan lemak tertinggi 54,28 ± 2,76% dan 0,78 ± 0,21%. Kandungan karbohidrat dan protein tertinggi diperoleh di Desa Wonorejo 15,74 ± 4,25% dan 2,42 ± 0,23%. Perlakuan pupuk P dan K tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap parameter pertumbuhan, produktivitas dan nutrisi dalam singkong Jarak Towo.ABSTRACTThe development of Jarak Towo cassava increases the availability of processed food raw materials and farmers' income. This is because of the superiority of taste and smooth texture with prices reaching 3 to 4 times that of other varieties. As a raw material for the food processing industry, it must be supported by quality nutritional content. This study aimed to determine productivity, the growth parameters, nutritional content of Jarak Towo cassava with different doses of P and K fertilizers and altitudes. This research used a completely randomized block design trial with a factorial combination of P and K fertilizer doses. The dose of P fertilizer at three levels in the form of SP36 was 0 kg ha-1, 100 kg ha-1, and 200kg ha-1, while the dose of K fertilizer in the form of KCl 3 levels was 0 kg ha-1, 150 kg ha-1, 300 kg ha-1 in order to obtain nine treatment combinations repeated in three locations, namely Kemuning, Sepanjang, and Wonorejo Villages at an altitude of 700 masl, 927 masl, and 1034 masl. The results showed that Jarak Towo cassava cultivated in Kemuning Village had the highest water content and fat content of 54.28 ± 2.76% and 0.78 ± 0.21%. The highest carbohydrate and protein content were obtained in Wonorejo Village 15.74 ± 4.25% and 2.42 ± 0.23%. The treatment of P and K fertilizers had no significant effect on the growth parameters, productivity and nutrition in Jarak Towo cassava.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the total farming costs, income, and revenue, as well as to identify the factors influencing the income of chopped tobacco farmers in Boyolali Regency. The research employed a descriptive-analytical method, with a purposive sampling technique for location selection. The sample consisted of 90 respondents, selected using the accidental sampling method. Multiple linear regression analysis and farm cost analysis were utilized in this study.  The results showed that farmers earned a revenue of IDR 103,148,355 per MT per hectare, with a total income of IDR 87,859,261 per MT per hectare. The farming costs incurred by farmers included implicit costs of IDR 3,947,792 per MT per hectare and explicit costs of IDR 15,289,093 per MT per hectare. Several factors partially influenced the income of chopped tobacco farming in Boyolali Regency, including land area, selling price, production quantity, and labor costs. However, fertilizer costs did not significantly affect farmers' income. Simultaneously, the independent variables had a significant impact on the income of chopped tobacco farming in Boyolali Regency. Among these variables, production quantity had the most significant influence on the income of chopped tobacco farmers in the region.

Abstract

UKM Bandeng Presto Bu Rita adalah UKM bidang makanan khususnya olahan bandeng. UKM Bandeng Presto Bu Rita berada di Kabupaten Boyolali. Persaingan yang ketat di bidang produk makanan mengharuskan UKM Bandeng Presto Bu Rita untuk berinovasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan membantu UKM mitra dalam mengatasi masalah serta memberikan solusi atas permasalahan usahanya. Proses produksi stik bandeng masih manual sehingga tidak efisien, label kode produksi masih menggunakan kode manual, dan pemasaran online masih sederhana. Metode pengabdian yang dilakungan oleh Tim Pengabdian adalah introduksi planetary mixer untuk membuat stik bandeng, introduksi mesin print kode produksi langsung pada kemasan, dan pendampingan pemasaran online. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan manajemen bisnis pengelola UKM mitra, perbaikan teknologi produksi usaha olahan bandeng, serta penerapan teknologi informasi dalam memasarkan hasil produksinya.

Abstract

Nowadays, business in concrete brick has good prospect since it iscommonly used to build house which is recently well-known. This businessopportunity was whiffed by creative group Aksara and Terampil Aksara atGiriharjo sub-district, Puhpelem District, Wonogiri Regency. However, thisbusiness faced many obstacles in progress; they are (1) the minimum productivityof concrete brick machine; (2) less optimal business management;and (3) weak institutional. The approach methods offered to solve those problemswere (1) introduction to the technology of concrete brick machinery;(2) the improvement in business management; and (3) strengthening groupinstitutional. From those methods, the implemented activities covered:appropriate framework plan technology and introduce it to the two groups,workshop for concrete brick production, business management workshopand strengthening group institutional.The result showed that the knowledge and skill of the group membersin producing concrete brick increased significantly. It was proven bythe increase in concrete brick production up to 100 percent than the priorproduction. The average production per day was more than 300 units of concretebrick for each group. The increase in production affected that incomereceived by each member of the groups in which the increase reached 25percent of the prior income. Follow-up activity should be performed continuouslyby escorting the groups at least once a month.Keyword: concrete brick, productivity, and strengthening

Abstract

Wonogiri Regency is one of the main areas for porang cultivation and processing centers. As a center, market conditions in Wonogiri Regency are still monopsony, giving rise to very different prices between farmers and final consumers. This is due to the involvement of many parties in it. The aim of this research is to find out whether the marketing channels for porang commodities in a monopsony market are efficient or not. The method for determining the location was carried out purposively in four sub-districts in Wonogiri Regency are Karangtengah, Jatisrono, Slogohimo dan Manyaran. The number of respondents was 60 farmers and 9 traders taken using snowball sampling. This research uses descriptive and quantitative methods. Based on the results of analysis, the form porang commodities are divided into two, namely fresh tubers and chips. The research results show that the marketing channel in the form of fresh tubers is classified as inefficient for all channels. Meanwhile, marketing channels in the form of porang chips are considered efficient for all channels, where the most efficient channel is channel 3 (Farmer à Farmer Owner Delevery Order (DO) à Factory).

Abstract

Perum Bulog Cabang Surakarta berperan dalam menjamin persediaan beras guna memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Perum Bulog mengimplementasikan kebijakan terutama dalam pengadaan, penyimpanan, dan distribusi pangan pokok. Tujuan penelitian ialah melakukan analisis pada jumlah persediaan beras komersial di Perum Bulog Cabang Surakarta ditinjau dari kuantitas pemesanan beras optimal, frekuensi pembelian optimal, persediaan pengaman, dan penentuan titik pemesanan kembali. Pengumpulan data memakai observasi, wawancara, pencatatan, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilaksanakan memakai metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan Reorder Point (ROP). Hasil penelitian menampilkan jumlah pemesanan ekonomis tertinggi berada di Gudang Meger sebesar 88.765 kg sedangkan pemesanan ekonomis ternedah berada di Gudang Triyagan sebesar 61.002 kg. Frekuensi pembelian beras komersial yang optimal di perum Bulog Cabang Surakarta dengan penerapan metode EOQ adalah sebanyak 99 kali dalam setahun pada Gudang Ngabeyan. Titik pemesanan kembali tertinggi berada di gudang Ngabeyan sebesar 1.348.023,67 kg dan titik pemesanan kembali terendah berada di gudang Gedong yaitu 66.204,62 kg. Persediaan pengaman tertinggi berada di gudang Ngabeyan sebesar 1.200.300,43 kg dan terendah berada di gudang Gedong yaitu 63.373,36 kg. Metode EOQ berhasil mengurangi total biaya persediaan dari rata-rata Rp 167.000.000 menjadi Rp 116.000.000.
