Abstract

Pengembangan singkong Jarak Towo meningkatkan ketersediaan bahan baku olahan pangan dan pendapatan petani. Hal ini karena keunggulan rasa dan tekstur halus dengan harga mencapai 3 sampai 4 kali lipat dari varietas lain. Sebagai bahan baku industri pengolahan pangan, harus didukung dengan kandungan gizi yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produktivitas, parameter pertumbuhan, kandungan gizi singkong Jarak Towo dengan perlakuan dosis pupuk P dan K serta ketinggian tempat yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan percobaan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap dengan faktorial kombinasi dosis pupuk P dan K. Dosis pupuk P tiga level berupa SP36 yaitu 0 kg ha-1, 100 kg ha-1, dan 200 kg ha-1, sedangkan dosis pupuk K berupa KCl tiga level yaitu 0 kg ha-1, 150 kg ha-1, 300 kg ha-1 sehingga diperoleh sembilan kombinasi perlakuan yang diulang di tiga lokasi yaitu Desa Kemuning, Sepanjang, dan Wonorejo pada ketinggian 700 mdpl, 927 mdpl, and 1034 mdpl. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa singkong Jarak Towo yang dibudidayakan di Desa Kemuning memiliki kadar air dan lemak tertinggi 54,28 ± 2,76% dan 0,78 ± 0,21%. Kandungan karbohidrat dan protein tertinggi diperoleh di Desa Wonorejo 15,74 ± 4,25% dan 2,42 ± 0,23%. Perlakuan pupuk P dan K tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap parameter pertumbuhan, produktivitas dan nutrisi dalam singkong Jarak Towo.ABSTRACTThe development of Jarak Towo cassava increases the availability of processed food raw materials and farmers' income. This is because of the superiority of taste and smooth texture with prices reaching 3 to 4 times that of other varieties. As a raw material for the food processing industry, it must be supported by quality nutritional content. This study aimed to determine productivity, the growth parameters, nutritional content of Jarak Towo cassava with different doses of P and K fertilizers and altitudes. This research used a completely randomized block design trial with a factorial combination of P and K fertilizer doses. The dose of P fertilizer at three levels in the form of SP36 was 0 kg ha-1, 100 kg ha-1, and 200kg ha-1, while the dose of K fertilizer in the form of KCl 3 levels was 0 kg ha-1, 150 kg ha-1, 300 kg ha-1 in order to obtain nine treatment combinations repeated in three locations, namely Kemuning, Sepanjang, and Wonorejo Villages at an altitude of 700 masl, 927 masl, and 1034 masl. The results showed that Jarak Towo cassava cultivated in Kemuning Village had the highest water content and fat content of 54.28 ± 2.76% and 0.78 ± 0.21%. The highest carbohydrate and protein content were obtained in Wonorejo Village 15.74 ± 4.25% and 2.42 ± 0.23%. The treatment of P and K fertilizers had no significant effect on the growth parameters, productivity and nutrition in Jarak Towo cassava.

Abstract

The coffee business especially in the coffee shop sector to be superior to the competition is something that must be carried out in a sustainable manner by PT XYZ. Realizing this goal, PT XYZ must formulate its business development strategy. This study aims to determine internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) which are used as the basis for formulating coffee shop business development strategies. The basic research method is descriptive with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), observation, documentation. Information was obtained through key informants who were determined purposively with the consideration of knowing the coffee shop business, namely directors, managers, supervisors, baristas, consumers, competitors, suppliers and coffee experts. Data analysis uses internal factor evaluation matrix, external factor evaluation, Grand Strategy matrix, SWOT matrix, and participatory prospective analysis. The results of the study show that the position of the grand strategy of PT XYZ is in quadrant I, which means that the strategy concentrates on market and product sustainability, product diversification, and aggressiveness. The main strategy prioritized based on the driving strategy is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of departmental performance and improve the quality of human resources.

Abstract

MSMEs in Indonesia continue to grow and support the economy, including in Jepara Regency. MSMEs making wooden handicrafts have begun to develop amidst the sluggish furniture industry due to tight competition. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the profits of MSMEs making wooden handicrafts in Jepara Regency. Using a descriptive quantitative approach method with purposive and snowball sampling techniques for 30 respondents. Observation, interviews, and documentation are data collection techniques. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression with classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests. The results show that selling price, sales volume, raw material costs, labor costs, length of business, and online marketing simultaneously affect profits. Individually, each independent variable has a positive and significant effect on profits. MSME actors are advised to implement a value-based pricing, optimize offline and online marketing, utilize wood waste, increase workforce productivity through training, and make promotions more effective to attract consumers.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the effect of changes in the function of agricultural land on the socio-economic situation of farmers and to understand the social dynamics that occur when there is a change in the function of agricultural land, as well as identify the factors that encourage or inhibit the conversion of agricultural land into toll roads in Banyudono and Sawit District, Boyolali Regency. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis were carried out through data reduction and presentation to draw conclusions. Purposive sampling technique was used to select informants. The results of the study show that the change in the function of agricultural land into toll roads has social impacts, such as disruption of irrigation canals and resulting in a large number of dry lands. In addition, the economic impact can also be seen from the reduced yields because some of the land has been con erted. During the construction of the toll road, there was a change in people's livelihoods because they used the compensation they received to open new businesses.

Abstract

Indonesia is recognized as one of the world's leading cinnamon producers, boasting competitive capabilities in the global cinnamon trade. Despite a decline in export volume, the value and export prices of Indonesian cinnamon tend to increase. Therefore, this study aims to comparatively analyze the market structure and export competitiveness of Indonesian cinnamon in international trade using secondary data. To evaluate the market structure, several analysis methods are used including the Concentration Ratio (CR4), Herfindahl Index (HI), Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Export Product Dynamic (EPD), and Trade Specialization Index (TSI). This results shows that the cinnamon market in international trade can be characterized as an oligopolistic competitive market with a notable level of concentration. Indonesian cinnamon shows both comparative and competitive advantages in the global market, occupying a Rising Star position in the United States, a Falling Star position in India, a Lost Opportunity position in Vietnam, and a Retreat position in the Netherlands and German markets respectively. Indonesian cinnamon is in the maturity stage with an average TSI value of 0.90, and Indonesia tends to be an exporting country. In terms of market potential, the United States emerges as the most promising market for developing Indonesian cinnamon, with considerable opportunities also present in the Indian and Vietnamese markets. Conversely, the Netherlands and German markets show comparatively less potential for growth and development. The study recommends that efforts to increase the volume of Indonesian cinnamon exports should be focused on increasing domestic cinnamon production both in terms of quality and quantity.

Abstract

Coklat disukai dari anak-anak sampai dewasa baik dalam bentuk minuman, permen, roti, snack, dan olahan coklat. Produk olahan coklat dari produsen skala nasional yang beredar di pasaran relatif banyak sehingga meningkatkan persaingan yang cukup kompetitif. UMKM Coklat Tin merupakan salah satu UMKM yang memproduksi coklat. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah bentuk produk tidak terstandar dan belum mencerminkan ciri khas. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah menerapkan pencetak coklat sehingga bentuk produknya terstandar dan mempunyai ciri khas. Metode kegiatan secara partisipatif dengan pelibatan yang besar pada mitra. Tim Pengabdi mendiskusikan pencetak coklat yang memenuhi kriteria ukuran terstandar dan berciri khas. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa alat pencetak coklat yang diintroduksikan dalam pembuatan coklat di mitra dapat digunakan sesuai harapan. Mitra tidak mengalami kendala dalam memproduksi ukuran yang terstandar. Ukuran yang terstandar memudahkan dalam proses pengemasan. Coklat yang dibentuk memiliki ciri khas terdapat huruf timbul tulisan coklat tin. Manfaat lainnya adalah berkurangnya risiko kerusakan dan meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan waktu kerja.

Abstract

This community service generally aims to increase the capacity of Incubator Bussiness Unit PSP - KUMKM and SME tenants so as to improve the students' technoprenership skill. The first year program was aimed at: (1) establishing the productivity of Business Incubator Unit based on the marketing point, the local potention and ease of technology; (2) strengthening the management of the productive unit.The establishment of this business unit starting from the selection of candidates tenants who have high motivation and willingness effort. The three people chosen werefrom the alumni of D3 Agribusiness and Technology Agricultural Production.Jackfruit, salak, pineapple and apple were choosen to be processed into chips. The results already achieved in the first year were: (1) the productive business unit at Business Incubator was established; (2) management of Food Industry Household licenses (PI-RT) was in the process; (3) the fruit chips began the production on a regular basis with a daily production capacity reached 5 kg; (4) interlacement business partnerships with some relevant stakeholders have been conducted

Abstract

Penelitian dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekuitas merek minyak goreng bimoli terhadap keputusan pembelian di Kota Surakarta. Ekuitas merek terdiri dari asosiasi merek, persepsi kualitas, kesadaran merek, dan loyalitas merek. Penelitian  menggunakan metode kausal komparatif sebagai metode dasar. Kota Surakarta dipilih sebagai lokasi penelitian secara purposive. Metode penentuan responden penelitian secara accidental sampling, yaitu pada saat responden membeli minyak goreng. Total responden yang diambil sebagai sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) melalui pendekatan Partial Least Square. Software yang digunakan adalah smartPLS 4.0. Uji instrument diketahui terdapat satu indikator yang tidak valid dan harus dieliminasi. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi model pengukuran menunjukkan setiap indikator diketahui valid dan reliabel terhadap uji validitas konvergen, validitas dikriminan, dan uji reliabilitas. Sedangkan hasil evaluasi model struktural menunjukkan persepsi kualitas dan asosiasi merek merek memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian minyak goreng bimoli di Kota Surakarta. Variabel persepsi kualitas mempunyai pengaruh terbesar sedangkan variabel kesadaran merek dan loyalitas merek tidak berpengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

Pangan lokal yaitu pangan yang dikembangkan dari potensi setempat. UMKM Sijarwo bergerak di pengolahan pangan lokal ubi kayu jarak towo. UMKM Sijarwo telah berjalan kurang lebih selama 4 tahun tetapi dalam pelaksanaanya masih terdapat kendala seperti belum maksimalnya dalam melaksanakan manajemen usahanya. Berdasarkan kendala yang dihadapi maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kriteria, subkriteria dan aktor yang berpengaruh, merumuskan alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan dan menganalisis prioritas strategi yang tepat dalam pengembangan di UMKM. Metode analisis data dengan Analytical Hierarchy Process. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kriteria yang paling berpengaruh yaitu kriteria pasar dan pemasaran (0,322), subkriteria SDM yaitu wawasan (0,419), subkriteria keuangan yaitu pembukuan (0,717), subkriteria produksi dan operasi yaitu ketersediaan bahan baku (0,362), subkriteria pasar dan pemasaran yaitu pelayanan (0,366) aktor yang paling berpengaruh yaitu konsumen (0,456) dan prioritas strategi yaitu memperluas jangkauan pasar 0,447.
