Dusun Bat Rurung desa Barejulat terdapat budidaya jamur tiram (Pleurotus osteatus) yang dikelola oleh kelompok budidaya jamur tiram Lombok. Kelompok ini disamping memproduksi jamur tiram juga memproduksi limbah berupa limbah baglog jamur tiram dalam jumlah satu kali masa panen kurang lebih 1 s/d 2 ton. Kondisi limbah yang sangat banyak mengakibatkan pencemaran pada lingkungan, ini dikarenakan anggota kelmpok pembudidaya tidak memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengolahan limbah baglog media jamur tersebut. Baglog merupakan media tanam jamur tiram yang terbuat dari serbuk gergaji dan beberapa bahan nutrisi sebagai sumber nutrisi bagi pertumbuhan jamur. Limbah banglog jamur terbagi menjadi dua jenis yakni baglog kotaminan dan baglong tua. Kurangnya keterampilan pembudidaya dalam pengolahan limbah menjadi acuaan dasar untuk melakukan pelatihan pengolahan limbah baglog menjadi pupuk organik. Metode dan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini dalam proses menyelesaikan perasalah yang ada adalah dengan diskusi dan praktek (learning by doing) gabungan kedua metode tersebut diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan berkaitan dengan pengelolaan Limbah baglog media jamur tiram menjadi pupuk organik. Adapun hasil yang dicapai adalah 1) adanya pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok budidaya jamur tiram dalam mengolah limbah baglog menjadi pupuk organik, 2) meningkatnya partisifasi kelompok selama kegiatan pelatihan pengolahan hingga 85%, 3) dihasilkannya produk berupa pupuk organik padat, dan 4) terbentuknya unit usaha tambahan yakni usaha pupuk organik.

Mitra pengabdian ini adalah kelompok tani jamur sekecamatan pringgarata. Masalah yang paling banyak dikeluhkan petani jamur khususnya jenis merang dan tiram adalah produksi yang tidak menentu dan kualitas jamur yang sulit dipertahankan. Ada tiga komponen utama yang harus diperhatikan petani jamur untuk dapat menghasilkan panen jamur yang maksimal. Pertama jamur merupakan tumbuhan yang tidak berklorofil sehingga tidak dapat memproduksi makanannya sendiri. Jamur memperoleh maknannya dari media tumbuhnya. Jadi kualitas media tumbuh merupakan kunci untuk mendapatkan jamur dengan jumlah dan kualitas yang diharapkan. Kedua jamur rentan dengan perubahan iklim jadi petani harus mampu menciptakan lingkungan yang ideal untuk tumbuh kembang jamur. Faktor terahir yang biasanya berpengaruh dalam budidaya jamur adalah kontaminan penggangu yang biasanya hadir karena media tanam dan lingkungan yang kurang bersih atau tidak seteril. Ketiga faktor ini masih kurang dipahami oleh klompok tani jamur Desa Taman Indah Kecamatan Pringgarata sehingga hasil panennya masih belum maksimal. Ketiga faktor tersebut yang menjadi fokus tim pengabdian untuk diberikan kepada mitra untuk mendapatkan hasil panen jamur yang maksimal. Target dalam pengabdian ini adalah klompok tani dapat membuat media tanam yang ideal untuk tumbuh kembang jamur. Klompok tani juga mampu membuat larutan formalin untuk sterilisasi lingkungan media tanam jamur. Hasil kegiatan ini petani jadi lebih mehami teknik pengomposan dan kontaminan yang harus diatasi. Petani jamur memiliki keterampilan dalam merekayasa ikilim kumbung jamur untuk dapat menghasilkan produk jamur yang maksimal. Produksi maksimal ekonomi petani jamur terangkat ditengah kondisi ekonomi yang tidak menentu. Iointerprenership Skill Capital Success Post-Covid-19 Pandemic This service partner is a mushroom farmer group in the Pringgarata sub-district. The problem that most mushroom farmers complain about, especially the types of straw and oysters is the erratic production and the quality of the mushrooms that are difficult to maintain. There are three main components that must be considered by mushroom farmers to be able to produce maximum mushroom harvests. First, fungi are plants that do not contain chlorophyll, so they cannot produce their own food. Mushrooms derive their meaning from their growing medium. So the quality of the growing media is the key to getting mushrooms with the expected quantity and quality. Both mushrooms are vulnerable to climate change so farmers must be able to create an ideal environment for mushroom growth. The last factor that usually affects mushroom cultivation is nuisance contaminants which are usually present due to the planting media and an environment that is not clean or not sterile. These three factors are still poorly understood by the mushroom farmer group in Taman Indah Village, Pringgarata District so the harvest is still not optimal. These three factors are the focus of the dedicated team to give to partners to get maximum mushroom yields. The target of this service is that farmer groups can make ideal planting media for mushroom growth. Farmer groups are also able to make formalin solutions for the environmental sterilization of mushroom growing media. As a result of this activity, farmers have a better understanding of composting techniques and the contaminants that must be overcome. Mushroom farmers have skills in engineering the lumbung mushroom climate to be able to produce maximum mushroom products. The maximum economic production of mushroom farmers is raised amid uncertain economic conditions.

Training on Research Activities and Scientific Writing for Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Lombok Tengah Teachers The purpose of this community service was to improve the ability of teachers to conduct research and publish a research article in a national scientific journal. This program was implemented through a series of activities using in-service training (IST) and on-service training (OST) methods. The andragogy approach was used in IST activities to improve the ability of teachers in analyzing the learning problems that can be raised as research problems; to convey the concept of research in general, especially classroom action research; and to write a scientific article. OST activities are intended to assist the teachers in conducting research activities, writing research reports and scientific articles and publishing scientific journals. The results of IST activities illustrated the situation of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Lombok Tengah teachers that most teachers had been able to analyze problems that can be raised as the main problems in research activities; the teacher had a good understanding of the concept of classroom action research, design, instruments, and analysis of research data; the teacher was able to understand the concepts and techniques of writing research reports and scientific articles; and the teacher had been able to understand the concepts and techniques of publishing articles in national scientific journals. OST results indicated that teachers had the potential to develop themselves in conducting research and producing scientific papers. During the implementation of community service activities, the teacher consistently followed the activities well. The resulting scientific work could be categorized as good, and generally, met the criteria of scientific writing.

So far there is no clear information about RBC and HGB linkage with hypercholesterolemia, especially for arteriosclerosis and hypertension patient. In the future, this research is expected to add a repertoire of knowledge and people knew about hypercholesterolemia and the utilization of appropriate alternative medicine. A total of 20 mice (Mus musculus) age ± 2 months of hypercholesterolemia caused by cholesterol-rich diet (ad libitum). The data were analyzed by analysis of variance based on Randomized Block Design (RAK) 1% with 5 (five) groups and 4 replications (positive control, negative group, and the group of celery extract dose 0,5 ml with concentration 25%, 50%, 100%). It was concluded that HGB in line with RCB (either treated with celery extract or mice treated with hypercholesterolemia) and the provision of celery extract significantly did not affect RBC and HGB with total blood cholesterol level of mencit.

This study aims to determine the effect of the problem-based learning model (PBL) with a scientific approach to critical thinking skills of class X students of Al-Ma’arif Pandan Indah Islamic High School 2016/2017 academic year. The type of research used is quasi-experiment with Nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were all students of class X Islamic High School Al-Ma’arif Pandan. The sample used consisted of two classes taken using nonprobability sampling techniques, namely class XA as the experimental class, and class XB as the control class. The technique of collecting data on the implementation of RPP using the observation sheet and critical thinking skills of students was measured using a test in the form of a description question that had been validated by 2 expert experts. Data analysis of critical thinking skills carried out by t-test found that t-count = 2.58> 2.042. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the problem-based learning model with a scientific approach significantly influences students' critical thinking skills.

This study aims to determine the effect of practicum-based direct learning model on science process skills and students' critical thinking skills. This study is a quasi-experimental research with the Pretest-posttest Control Group Design. The sampling technique using Cluster Random Sampling. The sample in this study were students of class XI IPA 1 (18 students) as the experimental class and class XI IPA 2 (18 students) as the control class in AL-Hamzar High School Tembeng Putik. The research instruments used were learning implementation observation sheets, the science process skills observation sheets, and learning achievements tests. The data obtained were analyzed using the t test with the help of SPSS 16. The results of data analysis showed that the implementation of learning in the first meeting reached 81% and the second meeting 96% with a very good category. The students’ science process skills in both classes show that students' science process skills varies. The students’ critical thinking ability in the experimental class was higher than the control class. The results of pretest data analysis showed that students' critical thinking ability in the experimental class was 35.5 while the control class was 49.5. Students' critical thinking ability in post-test increased in the experimental class to 73.5 while the control class was 58.6. The results of the t-test show that tcount > ttable (3.45 > 2.04) so it can be concluded that the practicum-based direct learning model was affect toward students' science process skills and critical thinking ability.

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and subjective norms on students’ self-efficacy in the field of entrepreneurship. This study is an exploratory research with 35 students’ of biology education as research subjects. The research instrument used is a closed questionnaire with answers that are degraded according to the Likert scale which has been declared valid and reliable to use. Analysis of research data used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with multiple linear regression test at a significance level of 5%. The results of the study show that (1) students' perceptions of entrepreneurship education have an average of 3.15 in the Good category, subjective norms of 3.06 in the Good category, and self-efficacy of 3.12 in the Good category; (2) There is an effect of entrepreneurship education and subjective norms on students’ self-efficacy with an F value of 11.713 and a significance value (p) <0.05; (3) Entrepreneurship education and subjective norms simultaneously affect the self-efficacy of biology students’ by 42.3% and the rest are influenced by other variables or factors.

The Effects of Conflict Cognitive Strategy in Inquiry-Based Learning Model on Students' Critical Thinking Ability. Critical thinking has become a very important part of learning at all levels of education, and learning based on inquiry activities is recommended as a teaching foundation for practicing critical thinking. Generating learners' prior knowledge in inquiry activities is needed with cognitive conflict strategies, and theoretical studies show that cognitive conflict strategies can improve learners to think critically. This study aims to determine the effect of cognitive conflict strategies in scientific inquiry learning on improving the critical thinking ability of physics prospective-teacher. This research is an experimental research (weak experimental research) with the design of "one group pretest-posttest design" with a sample of 21 physics prospective-teachers at IKIP Mataram. Critical thinking ability were measured using a critical thinking ability test instrument. Data on critical thinking ability were analyzed descriptively and statistically, where homogeneity, normality, and t-test were used. The results showed that the implementation of cognitive conflict strategies in inquiry learning models had an impact on critical thinking ability of physics prospective-teacher. Descriptions of the results of further research are described in this article.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kolaboratif siswa dengan menggunakan lembar kerja siswa berbasis saintifik siswa kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Dompu tahun ajaran 2020/2021 dengan jumlah siswa 11 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui lembar observasi. Lembar observasi digunakan untuk mengamati keterampilan kolaboratif siswa. Adapun teknik analisis datanya menggunakan teknik analisis data secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siklus I diperoleh hasil rata-rata keterampilan kolaborasi siswa sebesar 62,5, dengan katagori tinggi dan pada siklus II sebesar 75,2 dengan katagori sangat tinggi rata-rata peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 13,6 melalui pembelajaran dengan menggunakan LKS berbasis saintifik Improving Student Collaboration Skills Using Science-Based Student Worksheets This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve students' collaborative skills by using scientific-based student worksheets for class XI Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 the Dompu academic year 2020/2021 with a total of 11 students. Data were collected through observation sheets. Observation sheets were used to observe students' collaborative skills. The data analysis technique uses quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the first cycle obtained an average student collaboration skill of 62.5, with a high category, and in the second cycle of 75.2 with a very high category the average increase from cycle I to cycle II was 13.6 through learning. using scientific-based worksheets

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran biologi dengan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw pada siswa kelas XII di SMA Hang Tuah 3 Mataram. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan tiga pertemuan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan lembar soal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran biologi dengan menerapkan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw terdapat hubungan positif antara keterlaksanaan pembelajaran biologi dengan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw (Spearman’s rho) = (+) 0,998*, sig = (0,39 > 0,05). The Correlation of Biology Learning Implementation with Student Learning Outcomes Using the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model This study aims to determine the correlation between the implementation of biology learning with student learning outcomes using the jigsaw-type cooperative learning model in class XII students at Hang Tuah 3 High School Mataram. This research is a quantitative descriptive study conducted in three meetings. The instruments used were observation sheets on the implementation of learning and question sheets. The results showed that learning biology by applying jigsaw type cooperative learning there is a positive relationship between the implementation of biology learning and student learning outcomes using the jigsaw type cooperative learning model (Spearman's rho) = (+) 0.998*, sig = (0.39 > 0.05.
