Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of experiential marketing, service quality and shopping motivation in influencing repurchase intention at X Coffee & Eatery in Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is causal associative using a quantitative approach.Sampling was done by non-probability sampling method using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. The results showed that experiential marketing plays a positive and significant role in influencing repurchase intention, service quality does not play a significant role in influencing repurchase interest, shopping motivation plays a positive and significant role in influencing repurchase intention.

Abstract

The community service project that we conducted on October 30, 2021 at TK Al Gazali Desa Metere District Lakudo Central Buton District aims to provide teachers with insight into effective media for learning in Early Childhood, to improve teacher skills in creating educational game tools, and to provide teachers with insights and equip them to develop learning media in the form of Educational Game Tools for Children in their Early Age. Teachers at Al Gazali Kindergarten in Metere Village, Lakudo District, Central Buton Regency were the intended recipients of this activity. The topic of dedication concerns the instructors' degree of awareness and ability, as well as the limitations of educational gaming instruments that can help pupils at Al Gazali Kindergarten in Metere Village acquire moral and religious values. Three phases are necessary to resolve the problem: preparation, implementation, and assessment. The planning stage begins with observations to ascertain the state of educational gaming instruments in use at the school. The implementation stage is comprised of training in the creation of Hijaiyyah Letter Flash Cards, beginning with the delivery of material in the form of perentase via lecture methods, followed by Q&A or discussion and training in the form of a workshop in the creation of APE Flash Cards Hijaiyyah Letter as a means of improving teacher skills. Monitoring and assessment concludes the process. Monitoring and evaluation are accomplished by the collection and analysis of data at each level. The training results indicated a degree of success, with kindergarten teachers Al Gazali Desa Metere gaining a better understanding of the importance of APE in stimulating the development of moral and religious values, teachers improving their skills in creating APE Flash Cards to aid in the learning process, teachers responding positively to the training conducted, and teachers successfully completing the creation of APE Flash Card Hijaiyyah, according to the number.

Abstract

The background of this research was the receipt of the retribution fee from the Cisalak Market in Depok City, which had not reached the specified target in the last 3 years and the discovery of increasing unoccupied stalls and stands. This research aimed to identify the form of Collaborative Governance that had been applied in the collection of market retribution fees at Cisalak Market. This research used descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection used interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The research results show that the Collaborative Governance has been implemented well and appropriately, and has involved contributions from the Government and the community. However, the Collaborative Governance in the collection of market retribution fees has not been able to increase retribution revenue to the maximum level as the specified target. This is because many illegal traders sells their items outside the market building area causing the closure of market stalls and stands. In addition, there are still many traders who have not been educated regarding the implementation of e-retribution application which is expected to provide convenience and comfort in the retribution payment process. The government and the market management still make efforts by providing strict sanctions in the form of disciplinary order and fines for illegal traders. Socialization regarding e-retribution application continues to be improved to enable traders to immediately get benefits in the form of security and comfort from fulfilling their retribution obligations; transparency can also be achieved so that in the future, especially traders, can participate in monitoring the  retribution collection process.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how supervision in collecting public service levies on health services at UPTD Puskesmas Ratu Jaya, to analyze the obstacles to supervision in collecting public service levies on health services at UPTD Puskesmas Ratu Jaya, and to analyze the efforts made in overcoming supervision obstacles in collecting public service levies on health services at UPTD Puskesmas Ratu Jaya. This method and type of research is descriptive qualitative. This type of research is based on the place of research, namely field research, which is research by conducting observations in the field to explore further information, namely through informants BLUD Treasurer, Accounting Officer, Cashier, Registration Officer and patients. The results showed that the theory of supervision implemented at UPTD Puskesmas Ratu Jaya has not been maximally implemented, due to obstacles, namely limited human resources, inadequate systems and technology, lack of implementation of standard operating procedures that have been set, time management. And there are efforts to overcome these obstacles by implementing standard operating procedures, conducting routine inspections, improving the simpus depok system, adding specialized staff and conducting internal and external audits.

Abstract

The problem faced by the West Java Province government, especially Cibinong Bogor One-stop Administration Services Office/Samsat in collecting vehicle tax, is that not all taxpayers are compliant in carrying out their tax obligations. To increase the PKB revenue target and increase the obligation to pay taxes, the government has imposed administrative sanctions on taxpayers who delay paying their taxes. Apart from providing administrative sanctions, the government also issued a policy regarding the elimination of administrative sanctions for vehicle Tax to relieve taxpayers. This research aims to find out the form of implementation of the policy of eliminating administrative sanctions for motor vehicle tax at One-stop Administration Services Office/Samsat Cibinong Bogor. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection in this research used interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that the implementation of the policy of eliminating administrative sanctions for motor vehicle tax at the Cibinong Bogor One-stop Administration Services Office/Samsat has not gone well, the frequency of dissemination of information related to this policy has not been evenly distributed, the implementation of direct education and outreach by policy implementers to taxpayers has also not been optimal, there is a lack of consistency in the dissemination of information via social media, as well as miscommunication between policy implementers and taxpayers. This has resulted in many people still not knowing about the implementation of the policy of eliminating administrative sanctions for vehicle tax at the Cibinong Bogor One-stop Administration Services Office/Samsat. Apart from that, taxpayers also do not understand the concept of eliminating administrative sanctions for vehicle tax itself

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent to which the implementation of the concept of Public Service Agency at Gorontalo State University to realize its Good University Governance, and to determine the policy/model/framework of its management under the agency mandate. This study population is the heads in the work units of Gorontalo State University, such as vice chancellors, deans, vice deans, heads of institutions, heads of main offices, and several lecturers and or employees. This study used all populations as the samples and the descriptive statistical approach for its data analysis. The findings contended that all stakeholders of State University of Gorontalo generally understood the implementation of Public Service Agency for Good University Governance.

Abstract

Kegiatan budidaya ikan mas akan berlangsung dengan baik jika pembudidaya mampu menjaga kesehatan ikan dengan baik. Patogen yang ada di media budidaya akan teratasi jika menggunakan pakan yang diperkaya dengan senyawa metabolik alami. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk melihat kinerja pertumbuhan dan hematologi yang diberi suplemen herbal fermentasi melalui pakan. Metode eksperimen digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menerapkan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) menggunakan 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang diterapkan yaitu penambahan suplemen herbal per kg pakan dengan dosis yang berbeda yaitu P0= 0 ml; P1= 100 ml, P2= 200 ml; P3= 300 ml). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pakan mengandung suplemen herbal 200 ml memberi pertumbuhan yang tinggi serta nilai hematologi yang normal. Abstract

Employee performance includes the quality and quantity of output as well as reliability at work. Employees can work well if they have high performance so they can produce good work too. With high employee performance, it is hoped that organizational goals can be achieved. On the other hand, organizational goals will be difficult or even unattainable if the employees do not have good performance so they cannot produce good work. This research aims to determine the description of leadership and employee performance, as well as to determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at PTPN VI Jambi. The research method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods. In this research, the population is all employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Jambi. In this research, the sampling method was simple random sampling, so the research sample consisted of 74 respondents. The research results are shown by the results of the t test producing a significance value of 0.000, which means the significance value is less than 0.05, which means leadership at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Jambi influences employee performance. So the R Square value is 0.446 or 44.6%. This means that the independent variable (leadership) has an effect on the dependent variable (employee performance) by 44.6. Based on the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that leadership at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Jambi shows the high category with a score of 301.5. Meanwhile, employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Jambi was proven to be in the very high category with a score of 311. Then leadership had a significant positive effect on employee performance by 44.6% at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Jambi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) Terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan Usaha Nasabah Pada Bank BRI Unit Kota Timur. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 73 responden melalui perhitungan rumus slovin. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Usaha dengan besaran pengaruh 30.9% sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 60.1% dipengaruhi dan dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.
