Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ada empat. Pertama, bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh brand love terhadap affects self-esteem. Kedua, penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh self-esteem terhadap brand loyalty. Ketiga, menganalisis pengaruh antara brand love terhadap susceptibility to normative influence. Terakhir, penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Susceptibility to normative influence terhadap brand loyalty. Metode sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sebanyak 150 orang konsumen pengguna merek besar di Jakarta berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini dengan mengisi kuesioner melalui survei. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode structural equation model (SEM) dengan bantuan software SPSS dan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara brand love terhadap self esteem, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifkan antara self esteem terhadap brand loyalty, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara self esteem terhadap susceptibility normative influence, dan terdapat pengaruh negatif antara susceptibility normative influence terhadap brand loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Customer Forgiveness dalam memediasi pengaruh Service Recovery Transparency terhadap Customer Engagement di industri marketplace. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengambilan sampel pada pelanggan yang pernah menyampaikan keluhan kepada customer service marketplace, saat mengalami kendala atau masalah ketika menggunakan aplikasi atau bertransaksi di marketplace. Dapat disimpulkan hasil dari penelitian ini Service Recovery Transparency tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Engagement, Service Recovery Transparency berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Forgiveness, Customer Forgiveness berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Engagement selain itu, Customer Forgiveness berpengaruh positif memainkan peran mediasi dalam hubungan antara Service Recovery Transparency dan Customer Engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh fasilitas kampus dan lingkungan kampus terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa program studi manajemen STMB MULTISMART Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 (tiga) bulan, mulai dari Agustus 2022 sampai Oktober 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling yaitu sensus sampling. Responden penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi manajemen STMB MULTISMART Medan dari angkatan 2019-2021 yang berjumlah 113 (seratus tiga belas) orang. Instrument yang digunakan berupa angket untuk mengumpulkan data dari variabel fasilitas kampus, variabel lingkungan kampus dan variabel motivasi belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji realibilitas, analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis parsial atau uji t dan penghitungan koefisien determinasi. Penentuan hasil analisis deskriptif untuk variabel fasilitas kampus, variabel lingkungan kampus dan variabel motivasi belajar berada pada kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan analisis secara parsial, fasilitas kampus dan lingkungan kampus, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa program studi manajemen STMB MULTISMART Medan. Berdasarkan analisis secara simultan fasilitas kampus dan lingkungan kampus, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa program studi manajemen STMB MULTISMART Medan.

Abstract

Since 600 years ago, due to Indonesia’s very strategic position, Indonesia has become one of the centers of trade and cultural exchange in the Pacific Ocean. Because many traders from China landed in several areas in Indonesia, there were many phenomena of local cultural acculturation with Chinese culture. The acculturation process occurs because of social contact from one culture to another or the native culture with the culture of immigrants. This research is a qualitative descriptive research that analyzes the pattern of local cultural acculturation with Chinese culture in each episode of the documentary film "Jelajah Budaya Tionghoa Nusantara" produced by DAAI TV. The pattern of cultural acculturation was analyzed using Gillin and Gillin's theory. The results of this research show that local people in Indonesia who are open to other cultures but still maintain their own culture make the process of cultural acculturation run well. The most dominant factor in encouraging the acculturation of Indonesian Chinese culture is because of loyalty and social harmony. Tolerance between ethnic groups can be created through the open-mindedness of its people. Indonesian Chinese ethnic group, the government, and local people must move in one dynamic movement towards the same direction for the progress of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan Sekolah Tinggi Kesehatan Salewangang Maros secara simultan dan parsial. Metode analisis pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan program SPSS 25. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Dalam pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi karyawan yang berjumlah 35 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi 65,6% berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Salewangang Maros. Kepemimpinan dan kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan secara simultan kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kompetensi, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The results showed an increase. Improvement can be seen: a) learning implementation plan (RPP) obtained 73% (average) in the first cycle increased 93% (very good) in the second cycle, b) the implementation of aspects of teachers' first cycle 77% (Good) increased 89% (very good ) second cycle and aspects of students' first cycle 66% (average) increased 86% (very good) second cycle. c) student learning cycle I with 68.3 (moderately) increased 90.4 (excellent) second cycle. Abstract

In the Kepahiang Regency area in Kabawetan District, there is a coffee business called Sukasari Coffee which makes processed robusta coffee into ground coffee. Increasingly tight competition with similar businesses makes it difficult for Sukasari Coffee to enter the market. So a strategy is needed to increase sales of Sukasari Coffee ground coffee in Kabawetan District. This research was conducted to (1) find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the SWOT Analysis that influence the increase in Sukasari Coffee Ground Coffee Sales. (2). To find out how to formulate a marketing strategy using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method to increase Sukasari Coffee Ground Coffee Sales. This research uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire. The research was conducted purposively at Sukasari Coffee which is in Sukasari Village, Kabawetan District. The analysis used includes IFE, EFE, and QSPM. The research results show that the internal factor that is the main strength for ground coffee business actors is the high quality of the ground coffee. The main weakness factor is limited distribution. The external factor that is the biggest opportunity for business actors is market expansion or the development of new markets. Threatening factors are changes in policies and regulations. Sukasari Coffee chose the right strategy to increase sales of ground coffee, offering ground coffee products at varying prices through an e-commerce platform with a strong promotional strategy by utilizing wide access and reach from online sales with a TAS value of 6,127.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pelayanan kesehatan kebidanan semakin berkembang seiring kebutuhan akan layanan yang mudah diakses dan berkelanjutan. Salah satu inovasi yang digunakan adalah Tele-Midwifery berbasis chatbot yang mampu memberikan edukasi kesehatan secara interaktif. Edukasi mengenai tanda bahaya kehamilan sangat penting untuk mencegah komplikasi dan meningkatkan keselamatan ibu serta janin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi Tele-Midwifery berbasis chatbot terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang tanda bahaya kehamilan di Kabupaten X. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi-experiment dengan pendekatan pre-test dan post-test with control group. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 80 ibu hamil yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling dan dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi sebanyak 40 responden dan kelompok kontrol sebanyak 40 responden. Kelompok intervensi memperoleh edukasi melalui Tele-Midwifery berbasis chatbot, sedangkan kelompok kontrol mendapatkan edukasi kesehatan secara konvensional. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner pengetahuan tanda bahaya kehamilan yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji paired t-test dan independent t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan pada kelompok intervensi setelah pemberian edukasi berbasis chatbot dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol (p < 0,05). Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan chatbot mampu meningkatkan pemahaman ibu hamil terhadap tanda bahaya kehamilan secara efektif. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi Tele-Midwifery berbasis chatbot efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang tanda bahaya kehamilan. Oleh karena itu, penerapan layanan ini direkomendasikan sebagai bagian dari upaya promotif dan preventif di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak.

Abstract

Objective: This study discusses the leadership values ​​embodied in Javanese traditional weddings in Karang Gading Village, Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regency. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with triangulation. Based on the results of interviews with local traditional leaders, it was found that the procession and symbols in Javanese traditional weddings not only have religious and social meanings, but also represent the values ​​of public, organizational, and operational leadership. In the context of public leadership, this tradition teaches moral responsibility, justice, and compassion as the basis for social harmony. Organizational leadership values ​​are reflected through symbols such as the twin mayang, umbrella, and keris which depict cooperation, protection, and decisiveness in decision-making. Meanwhile, operational leadership values ​​are evident in the procession stages such as siraman, midodareni, and sungkeman which contain messages about discipline, respect, and ethical actions. Thus, Javanese traditional weddings in Karang Gading Village not only function as a cultural heritage, but also as a source of leadership learning relevant to modern social life.

Abstract

Violence against children remains a complex and growing social issue in various regions of Indonesia, including the city of Jambi. Data from the Jambi Province Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Agency for 2023 recorded 381 cases of violence against women and children, while in 2024 there were 246 cases. Of these, children were the dominant victims, with 264 cases in 2023 and 158 cases in 2024. Children aged 7–12 years are vulnerable to violence because they are not yet able to protect themselves from violent acts. The objective of this program is to increase children's knowledge and attitudes in preventing violence through education and interactive games. The methods include socialization, game-based education (role-play, picture guessing, body safety zone, and expression tree), and evaluation using pre-tests and post-tests. The results of the activities showed a significant increase in the average score from 5.62 to 8.54 and in attitudes from 5.45 to 8.04. Children were better able to recognize forms of violence, dare to reject inappropriate treatment, and mention self-protection measures. Similar activities are expected to be developed sustainably in schools and communities to strengthen child protection at the community level.
