Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola asuh terhadap kedisiplinan belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian ex post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Negeri di Gugus Teuku Umar yang berjumlah 297 siswa, tetapi karena keterbatasan dana, waktu, dan tenaga, maka dalam penelitian ini digunakan sampel sebanyak 165 siswa yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Proportional Random Sampling. Uji prasyarat untuk penelitian ini meliputi uji normalitas dan uji liniearitas. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil R sebesar 0,645, yang artinya terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara pola asuh dan kedisiplinan belajar siswa, sedangkan pada analisis koefisien determinasi didapat R2 sebesar 0,416 yang menunjukkan bahwa persentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel independen sebesar 41,6%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 41,6% kedisiplinan belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh pola asuh, sedangkan 58,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of parenting style against the discipline of learning. The method of this research is ex post facto research with quantitative approach. The population of this research are all of students in the class 5 of state elementary school in the Gugus Teuku Umar subdistrict Dukuhturi district of Tegal with number of students as many as 297 people, but because of limited funds, time, and energy, so in this research used a sample of 165 students were determined by using proportional random sampling formula. Test a prerequisite for this research covering normality test and liniearitay test. The data analysis of this research using simple regression. The results showed the results of R at 0.645, which means there is a strong relationship between parenting and discipline of student learning, while the coefficient of determination R2 of 0.416 obtained which showed that the percentage contribution of the effect of the independent variable of 41.6%. This shows that 41.6% of student learning discipline is influenced by parenting, while 58.4% is influenced by other factors.
