In carrying out production operations, the company has set a production output target of 95% each month to be able to pursue product delivery timeliness. However, under uctual conditions the company is only able to produce cable modem output of 74.65% of the total planned production target, this condition results in the company experiencing losses from complaints filed by consumers. This study aims to identify the factors causing the non-achievement of cable modem product output targets that occur in Line FATP. The research data was collected through a questionnaire instrument to 75 workers involved in the cable modem production process. The data was analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques using the factor analysis method. Based on the results of the study, there are two factors that affect the non-achievement of production output targets, namely the Facility Factor with an eigenvalue of 2.593% and the resource factor with an eigenvalue of 1.016%.

Abstract

The massive improvement in the quality of education in Indonesia is largely determined by teacher performance, which is a key factor in the success of the learning process. This study investigates the impact of altruistic leadership and talent management on teacher performance at Sultan Agung Private High School. A quantitative method with a survey design was used. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 37 teachers and analyzed using multiple linear regression to explore the relationship between independent variables (altruistic leadership and talent management) and dependent variables (teacher performance). The findings indicate that altruistic leadership has a positive but insignificant impact on teacher performance, with increased motivation and job satisfaction as the main contributing factors. On the other hand, talent management, which includes effective recruitment, continuous training, and career development, was found to have a positive and significant influence on improving teacher performance. The combination of these two factors creates a stronger impact, highlighting the importance of leadership and talent management in creating a conducive work environment for teachers' professional growth. In practical terms, schools are encouraged to implement altruistic leadership training programs and strengthen talent management systems to maximize teacher potential. At the policy level, education authorities need to develop guidelines that integrate values-based leadership and talent management as standards for improving teacher performance at the secondary school level. This step is expected to strengthen the quality of teaching and support the achievement of national education goals.ABSTRAKPeningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia secara besar-besaran ditentukan oleh kinerja guru, yang merupakan faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstract

Self-confidence is essential in adolescent development, particularly for social interactions, public speaking, and decision-making. Adolescents with low self-confidence often withdraw, feel anxious in social situations, and struggle with decisions. Previous research has linked self-confidence to both academic and social success. However, studies on effective psychological interventions to improve self-confidence in adolescents from low socioeconomic backgrounds remain scarce. This study focuses on a 19-year-old adolescent from an economically disadvantaged family. Despite academic potential and personal strengths, the subject experiences self-doubt and fear of self-expression. Person-centered therapy (PCT) was chosen as an appropriate intervention to enhance self-confidence. This research evaluates the effectiveness of PCT in promoting self-acceptance, positive self-perception, and confidence in social settings. Qualitative methods were employed to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention. The findings indicate that PCT effectively boosts self-confidence, particularly through techniques such as unconditional positive regard. This supports the effectiveness of PCT in enhancing adolescent self-confidence and psychological well-being.
