Abstract

The Implementation of employee’s welfare programs should be developed based on legal regulations, based on berasaskan fairness and feasibility, and guided by the ability of the company. The goal is to create employee’s discipline. The purpose of this research is to understand the implementation of welfare programs. Employee’s discipline and examine the impact of the implementation of welfare programs to discipline employees at the Head Office of PT. Oto Finance Bandung. ……………The method that is used in this research descriptive and quantitative research approaches. The population in this research is 410, and using the propotionate stratified random sampling technique (stratified random sample) in order to obtain 80 employees as sample. Techniques of data collection are using interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Analysis method using Pearson correlation and coefficient of determination, as well as t test using SPSS 12.0 for windows. …………………………………………………………………………………………………………….             The results mentioned implementation of employee benefit programs based on the responses of respondents with good results, while the employee disciplinary showed good results. The results shows strong relationship between the implementation of welfare programs and employees discipline, with contributions amounting to 63% impact, and the remaining 37% is another factor which is not examined by authors such as loyalty, motivation, morale, job satisfaction and others. ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………..   Keywords : Welfare Programs, Work Discipline, and the Central Office Employee of PT. Abstract

Biomass fuel such as briquette is one of an alternative energy regarded to the shortage of the fosil fuel and rising its prices. The byproduct of sago starch industry is the waste that remain the environmental problem because of the odor. However this agricultur waste such as trunk cortex and fibre has a potential application as a raw material for briquette.The fibre and trunk cortex act as matrix material of briquette. The utilizing of sago waste as a biomass briquette and the effect of ratio of matrix/binder to the density, time of compustion and gross heat of the briquette have been elucidated sistematically. The analyzing of gross heat using adiabatic calorimetry indicated that the briquette prepared with the ratio of binder/matrix of 3:4 (mass ratio) had the maximum value of 3929.5 kal/g. The duration of combusion was proposional with density of the briquette.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain data on children's prayer interest reading through storytelling methods at Barokah Kindergarten Pekanbaru. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Subjects taken for the study were children aged 5-6 years in Class B3 consisting of 23 children. Data collection techniques in this study were through observation sheets and documentation. Data analysis technique used to obtain data through the first cycle consisting of 2 meetings and the second cycle consisting of 2 meetings is to use the formula percentage = f / n x100%. The results showed that the development of a child's prayer interest in reading increased from the initial data 59.60% to the implementation of the action in the second cycle of meeting 2 telling stories using varied media in children aged 5-6 years at TK Barokah Pekanbaru by 89.13% and had an increase by 29.53%. The implication of this research is that the teacher must create a fun learning process using the method of telling stories with a variety of media. Therefore the method of storytelling is demonstrated in learning because it is proven to improve the ability to read children's prayer interest and apply it in everyday life.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan inovasi pembelajaran dimasa pandemic covid -19 di SMP-IT Imam Bukhari Dompu. Inovasi pembelajaran diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi dan pencegahan terhadap berkembanganya pandemi covid 19. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menelusuri berbagai sumber baik berupah dokumen pemerintah, media masa maupun penelitian yang relevan sebelumnya. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan policy research dan didukung oleh hasil wawancara dengan siswa, guru, kepala sekolah dan stakeholder serta data ini akan dianalisis menggunakan content analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan. Bahwa kebijakan pemerintah dalam menanggulangi penyebaran virus corona berdampak pada munculnya konsep-konsep baru yang berkaitan dengan learning from home, dan sekolah menciptakan inovasi model pembelajaran blended learning. Inovasi pembelajaran ini mampu meningkatkan kerja sama orang tua, sekolah dan pemerintah, demi mewujudkan pendidikan yang efektif dan efisiensi ditengah wabah penyakit yang sedang melanda dunia saat ini.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the drivers of the economy and help Indonesia's national economic growth. It has a very important role for national and regional economic growth. However, there are still obstacles or problems faced by MSME players, in particular the limitations of preparing simple bookkeeping. This can make MSME players more creative and innovative. One thing MSME players can do is by carrying out simple accounting records. The aim of this service activity is that MSMEs can improve their understanding and accounting skills, improve the quality of financial records, make MSMEs independent and sustainable and increase access to capital. The method of this service is by providing education on simple accounting records. The service activities ran smoothly and the community was very enthusiastic about participating in the activities until the end. This activity can help improve Human Resources and contribute to local economic growth.

Abstract

Research was carried out to describe and analyze the application of Bruner's cognitive development theory to mathematics learning about multiplication in elementary schools. Descriptive qualitative research method. The research was conducted at SDN 03 Ngepungsari with the research subjects being class teachers and class II students. Data was collected through interviews, documentation and observation and then analyzed according to the Milles and Hubberman model. The research results show that Bruner's theory of cognitive development can be applied to mathematics learning in elementary schools to enrich students' learning experiences in a more meaningful and contextual way. Through in-depth observations and interviews, it was found that the use of enactive, iconic and symbolic representations allows students to understand the concept of multiplication in stages, starting from manipulating concrete objects to using mathematical symbols, so that various factors that cause problems in learning mathematics can be minimized. Students understand the material more easily, are motivated to discover concepts independently according to their level of cognitive development, are more enthusiastic and active in learning. Thus, Bruner's approach has proven effective in creating an inclusive learning environment and supporting students' cognitive development at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how the principal's strategies in building teacher discipline character at SD Negeri 03 Ngepungsari, Jatipuro, Karanganyar. This qualitative descriptive research collected data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the principal's strategies in building teacher discipline character at SD Negeri 03 Ngepungsari focus on several main aspects: enforcing rules, monitoring teachers' punctuality in teaching, role modeling, giving rewards and punishments, checking completeness of teaching aids, and providing mentoring to teachers. The principal plays a crucial role as a manager, leader, and supervisor to enhance teacher discipline at the school.

Abstract

This research aims to describe learning strategy inklusif for children with special needs in elementary school classes. This study employs a qualitative approach with field research methods. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 02 Wonokeling, Jatipuro, Karanganyar. The implementation of inclusive education at SD Negeri 02 Wonokeling shows significant efforts in accommodating the needs of special needs students through adaptive learning, the role of shadow teachers, and parental involvement. However, challenges such as teacher qualifications, curriculum adaptation, government support, and infrastructure still need to be addressed. Continuous professional development for teachers is crucial to enhance the effectiveness of inclusive education. This study underscores the importance of collaboration among schools, parents, and the government to achieve quality inclusive education for all students.

Abstract

Hypertension if not controlled will cause complications. This condition is called "Silent Killer". The role of independence and empowerment of a family is very important to prevent complications for hypertension sufferers. The prevalence of hypertension in the Special Region of Yogyakarta is 11%. Nationally, hypertension cases in the Special Region of Yogyakarta rank 4th highest. Therefore, there is a need for empowerment activities that focus on empowering families by implementing effective self-health management in implementing a healthy lifestyle for family members who suffer from hypertension. The aim is to increase family independence in effective independent health management for hypertension sufferers. The methods and strategies used are in the form of Service Learning (SL) for families. As a result of this activity, families are able to independently manage nutrition, including: managing fruit, vegetables, grains/nuts, avoiding saturated fat foods, managing low-salt foods, maintaining ideal body weight, doing regular physical activity every day. for 30-60 minutes per day, don't consume alcohol, don't smoke, and it's important to control stress

Abstract

This paper discusses the urgency of marketing management for higher education institutions, as it plays a crucial role in determining the sustainability of enrollment and increasing public trust in the university. The university's marketing management is carried out by taking into account the constantly changing consumers or stakeholders. Market research, positioning, and building the university's reputation are conducted in such a way that the relevance and accuracy of the strategies are always appropriate. The university's vision, mission, programs, and strengths cannot be recognized without promotion through good marketing management. This paper uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study show that UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta has implemented marketing management to increase enrollment sustainability with new innovations according to the demands of society 5.0. Furthermore, UIN has also utilized social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, website, alumni network, and others as marketing tools.
