Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan fungsi supervisi akademik guna meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMK Batik 2 Surakarta, dan (2) mengetahui strategi untuk mengatasi guru yang belum siap melakukan supervisi akademik di SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif.kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini yaitu informan, tempat dan peristiwa, serta dokumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan analisis dokumen. Teknik uji validitas yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber dan metode. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data interaktif. Hasil analisis penelitian, antara lain: (1) peran kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan fungsi supervisi akademik antara lain melakukan observasi secara langsung terhadap proses pembelajaran, melakukan penilaian pembelajaran, memberi fasilitas informasi tentang perkembangan dunia pendidikan, membantu guru dalam menyelesaikan masalah, memberi motivasi kepada guru, dan mendorong guru untuk melakukan pembaharuan metode pembelajaran, dan (2) strategi kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi guru yang belum siap untuk disupervisi akademik antara lain melaksanakan supervisi akademik sesuai dengan tujuan dari supervisi akademik, mengaktifkan kelompok kerja guru, dan melakukan koordinasi melalui rapat evaluasi.Kata kunci : kualitatif; pendidik; pengawasan akademikAbstract: This study aims to (1) find out the role of the headmaster in implementing the academic supervision function to improve teacher performance at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta, and (2) find out the strategy to overcome teachers who are not ready to conduct academic supervision at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources are informants, places and events, and documents. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection was done by interview, observation and document analysis. The validity test technique used was triangulation of sources and methods. The data analysis technique uses interactive data analysis techniques. The results of the research analysis, among others: (1) the headmaster's role in carrying out the academic supervision function includes direct observation of the learning process, conducting learning assessments, providing information facilities about the development of the world of education, assisting teachers in solving problems, motivating teachers, and encouraging teachers to renew learning methods, and (2) the headmaster's strategy in overcoming teachers who are not ready to be supervised academically includes carrying out academic supervision in accordance with the objectives of academic supervision, activating teacher working groups, and coordinating through evaluation meetings.Keywords : academic supervision; qualitative; the role of the headmaster

Abstract

Abstrak: Evaluasi hasil belajar menjadi bagian penting dari proses pembelajaran untuk menentukan seberapa efektif kegiatan belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan evaluasi hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Kepegawaian di SMK N 3 Surakarta. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data purposive sample. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Teknik analisis data dengan interaktif yaitu pengumpulan, penyajian, reduksi, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan evaluasi hasil belajar meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, tindak lanjut, dan identifikasi hambatan serta solusinya. Perencanaan evaluasi hasil belajar dilakukan dengan menetapkan tujuan evaluasi yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Perencanaan evaluasi dilaksanakan di awal pembelajaran, sedangkan pelaksanaannya di akhir pembelajaran. Guru menggunakan tes tertulis yaitu pilihan ganda. Setelah evaluasi, guru melakukan tindak lanjut berupa remedial dan pengayaan. Hambatan dalam evaluasi hasil belajar sebagai berikut : a) penyusunan soal, b) siswa sulit memahami soal, d) bosan dengan metode evaluasi yang monoton, e) kesulitan guru dalam penggunaan teknologi. Sedangkan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut adalah : a) pelatihan, b) variasi metode evaluasi, c) komunitas belajar, d) peningkatan penggunaan teknologi dalam evaluasi hasil belajar.  Keywords : kendala; penilaian; prestasi belajar; tindakanAbstract: Evaluation of learning outcomes becomes an important part of the learning process to determine how effective learning activities are. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of evaluation of learning outcomes in the subject of Automation of Personnel Governance at SMK N 3 Surakarta. This research is descriptive qualitative with purposive sample data collection techniques. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Test validity using source triangulation and techniques. Interactive data analysis techniques are collection, presentation, reduction, and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of learning outcome evaluation includes planning, implementing, following up, and identifying obstacles and solutions. Planning for the evaluation of learning outcomes is carried out by setting evaluation objectives that are in accordance with the learning objectives. Teachers use a written test that is multiple choice. The teacher conducts follow-up in the form of remedial and enrichment. Obstacles in evaluation are: a) preparation of questions, b) students have difficulty understanding the questions, d) bored with monotonous evaluation methods, e) teacher difficulties in using technology. While efforts to overcome these obstacles are: a) training, b) variations in evaluation methods, c) learning communities, d) increased use of technology in evaluating learning outcomes.Keywords:  action; evaluation; learning achievement; problem

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja lapangan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa, (2) pengaruh keterampilan pengoperasian microsoft word terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa, (3) pengaruh pengalaman praktik kerja lapangan dan keterampilan pengoperasian microsoft word terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode kausalitas. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan nonprobability sampling. Adapun sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 34 siswa kelas XII OTKP SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket penelitian, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengalaman praktik kerja lapangan terhadap kesiapan kerja dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan uji t yaitu t hitung (2,94) > t tabel (2,03) dengan nilai Sig. (0,00) < (0,05), (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan keterampilan pengoperasian Microsoft Word terhadap kesiapan kerja dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan uji t yaitu t hitung (5,86) > t tabel (2,03) dengan nilai Sig. (0,00) < (0,05), (3) terdapat pengaruh secara simultan (bersama-sama) pengalaman praktik kerja lapangan dan keterampilan pengoperasian Microsoft Word terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa Dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan uji F yaitu Fhitung (146,77) > Ftabel (3,29) dengan nilai Sig. (0,00) < (0,05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai sumbangan efektif atau besaran kontribusi dari kedua variabel bebas yaitu pengalaman praktik kerja lapangan dan keterampilan pengoperasian Microsoft Word yaitu sebesar 0,904 atau 90,4%. Sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 9,6% (100% - 90,4%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The competence of educational staff in information technology is essential to finishing a job at a university. Good information technology competence can help them complete the work faster and more effectively. This study investigates the influence of communication competence and education level on work productivity at Sebelas Maret University. Two hundred ten respondents were involved, consisting of 125 male and 85 female staff. Pearson correlation is used for validation, and Cronbach's alpha is used for reliability tests. All items are valid and reliable (α =.05.) The data were analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The result shows that simultaneously, the two independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable (F = 9.63, p <.05). Information technology competence has a significant effect on work productivity (t = 4.64, p <.05). Education level has a significant effect on work productivity (t = 2.48, p <.05). Generally, it can be concluded that the information technology competence and educational level of staff affect work productivity.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengelolaan Belasungkawa Kirim Akta Kematian (Besuk Kiamat) Rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat terkait kepengurusan akta kematian mendorong instansi pelayanan public mempermudah layanan administrasi kependudukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan, kendala, dan solusi terkait pengelolaan belasungkawa kirim akta kematian (Besuk Kiamat) di Dinas Administrasi Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purpossive sampling dan snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengelolaan besuk kiamat belum terlaksana secara optimal karena terdapat beberapa kendala secara internal maupun eksternal. Pengelolaan Besuk Kiamat harus lebih dioptimalkan melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya organisasi, penyesuaian perubahan sistem, kesadaran peran RT/RW dan warga untuk mencapai validitas data kependudukan.Kata kunci: akta kematian, pengelolaan besuk kiamat; program 3in1 administrasi kependudukan; validitas data kependudukan; aplikasi SIAK Abstract: Management of Belasungkawa Kirim Akta Kematian (Besuk Kiamat)The low level of public awareness regarding the management of death certificates encourages public service instances in facilitating civil registration services. This study aimed to determine the implementation, constraints and solutions related to the management of Belasungkawa Kirim Akta Kematian (Besuk Kiamat) at the Surakarta City Civil Registry Service Office. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. The results of this study indicated that the management of Besuk Kiamat has not been carried out optimally because there are several internal and external constraints. Besuk Kiamat management should be further optimized through the utilization of organizational resources, adjustments to system changes and the awareness of RT/RW (neighborhood and hamlet) and the community to achieve the validity of demographic data.Key words: death certificate, the management of Besuk Kiamat, 3in1 program of civil registration, validity of demographic data, SIAK application

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengaruh E-Commerce dan Lingkungan Keluarga terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-commerce dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan. Desain penelitian yang dipakai peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif asosiatif. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan perportionate stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket tertutup. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara e-commerce dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha baik parsial maupun secara simultan. Diketahui bahwa ­ e-commerce dan lingkungan keluarga dalam penelitian ini mempengaruhi variabel terikat yaitu minat berwirausaha sebesar 48,8%.  Kata kunci: e-commerce; lingkungan keluarga; minat berwirausaha.  Abstract: Effect of E-Commerce and Family Environment on Student Entrepreneurial Interest. This study aims to determine the effect of e-commerce and the family environment on the entrepreneurial interest of students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. The research design used by the researcher in this research is quantitative associative. The sampling technique in this study used perportionate stratified random sampling. The data collection technique was carried out with a closed questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study were that there was a positive and significant influence between e-commerce and the family environment on the interest in entrepreneurship, either partially or simultaneously. It is known that e-commerce and family environment in this study affect the dependent variable, namely the interest in entrepreneurship by 48.8%. Keywords: e-commerce; family environment; interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Introduction: Surakarta is a city plagued by challenges related to critical disaster vulnerability, with 26 out of its 54 urban villages lacking disaster-resilient status despite facing frequent floods, landslides, and dense settlement fires that threaten environmental and public health. Therefore, the present study examined the implementation of disaster-resilient village programs in the city, focusing on environmental health integration and local capacity development. Methods: This qualitative study employed a case study analysis of four villages in Surakarta. The data collection involved in-depth interviews with government officials, community leaders, and residents, complemented by participatory observation and document analysis. The analysis utilized the qualitative comparative analysis framework, incorporating source and method triangulation. Results and Discussion: This study identified key environmental health integration strategies through water quality monitoring, air quality assessment, and sanitation infrastructure development. It was found that improved water quality monitoring reduced waterborne diseases by 45% after flood, enhanced air quality surveillance decreased respiratory problems by 38% in dense settlements, and upgraded sanitation infrastructure lowered disease transmission rates by 52% in landslide-prone areas. Conclusion: The successful implementation of disaster-resilient villages depends on the villages’ level of environmental health integration, as evidenced by reduced post-disaster disease rates, effective hazard mitigation, and decreased health impacts in the observed villages. These findings emphasize the urgent need for environmental health-focused disaster resilience programs in vulnerable urban villages.

Abstract

The impact of pandemic Covid-19 is requires all of humanity to carry out social distancing and maintain a distance. As a result of these restrictions, many sectors are affected. One of the most significantly affected sectors is the education sector. In the learning process in the education sector distance learning is applied with the Online system.This distance learning system has also been implemented at Sebelas Maret University Surakarta (UNS) since March 2020. This study aims to determine the perception of the online learning process of UNS students. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method using purposive sampling (active students who take part in learning at UNS). As for the results of this study, it can be seen that from a total of 13 questions in the online learning perception instrument, 62% of the total questions stated that students had difficulties in online learning and there were 38% of the total questions regarding the ease of online learning. So it can be said that the respondents found it difficult and experienced problems in carrying out online learning at UNS like difficult for me to understand the concept and didn’t have good internet access.

Abstract

Background: The integration of AI-powered PowerPoint in education offers promising opportunities for enhancing teaching effectiveness, yet many vocational teachers face challenges in implementing this technology due to limited training and technical support. Contribution: This study contributes to the educational community by providing a practical framework for integrating AI-powered tools in vocational education, thereby enhancing teachers' technical skills and supporting sustainable technological adoption. Method: Using a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach, twenty office administration teachers participated in an 8-hour training program. Data were collected through validated instruments measuring three indicators: training reaction, training facilities and materials, and expected behavioral changes. Results: Paired-sample t-tests revealed highly significant improvements in expected behavioral changes (t (19) = -4.501, p < 0.001) and training facilities perception (t (19) = -2.594, p = 0.018), although training reaction showed no significant change (t (19) = -1.628, p = 0.120). Conclusion: These findings suggest that intensive, well-structured training programs can effectively promote AI-powered PowerPoint adoption in vocational education, particularly in developing technical skills and implementation intentions. Educational institutions should consider implementing similar training programs while maintaining long-term support structures to reinforce learning and facilitate sustained technological integration.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out: (1) the effect of Independent Learning-Independent Campus program “Entrepreneurship” on entrepreneurship interest of student of Office Administrastion Education Sebelas Maret University, (2) the effect of using social media on entrepreneurship interest of student of Office Administrastion Education Sebelas Maret University, (3) the effect of Independent Learning-Independent Campus program “Entrepreneurship” and using social media on entrepreneurship interest of student of Office Administrastion Education Sebelas Maret University. The research method used correlational with a quantitive approach. Data collection technique carried out by using a questionnaire. Data analysis technique use multiple and basic linear regression analysis. The result showed that: (1) there is significant positive effect of Independent Learning - Independent Campus Program “Entrepreneurship” on entrepreneurial interest (tcount (2,98) > ttable (1,99)); (2) there is significant positive effect of using social media on entrepreneurial interest (tcount (2,18) > ttable (1,99)); (3) there is significant positive effect of Independent Learning - Independent Campus Program “Entrepreneurship” and using social media on entrepreneurial interest (Fcount (6,99) > Ftable (3,11)). The Regression equation obtained is Y = 11,20 + 0,41 X1 + 0,32 X2.
