Abstract

Desa Kampung Kusamba merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Dawan, Kabupaten Klungkung. Desa Kampung Kusamba memiliki berbagai potensi seperti perikanan dan tempat wisata. Sedangkan dari sektor perekonomian rata-rata pekerjaan penduduk Desa Kampung Kusamba yaitu mayoritas sebagai nelayan. Hal ini disebabkan karena Desa Kampung Kusamba sangat dekat dengan pantai sehingga mata pencaharian masyarakat sekitar umumnya menjadi nelayan, melihat keadaan tersebut melalui kegiantan KKN (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) yaitu sosialisasi pengembangan tanaman hidroponik yang dilaksanakan memiliki salah satu tujuan yaitu untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan di Desa Kampung Kusamba. Hidroponik merupakan metode dalam budidaya menanam yang saat ini digemari oleh masyarakat Indonesia, dikarenakan menanam dengan  metode hidroponik memanfaatkan air tanpa menggunakan media tanah. Melalui kegiatan sosialisasi tersebut dapat memberikan wawasan bagi masyarakat sekitar untuk mengembangkan tanaman hidroponik. Metode yang dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan ini mengatasi masalah yang dialami oleh masyarakat dalam hal pertanian dengan metode yang diberikan sosialisasi dan praktek langsung dilapangan. Desa Kampung Kusamba memiliki potensi yang besar untuk mengembangkan desa dengan cara mengedukasi mesyarakat melalui sosialisasi tanaman hidruponik daan mengimplementasikannya

Abstract

Indrawan Elektronik Denpasar is one of the stores in Denpasar that sells electrical goods. In contrast to stores that offer electronic items in Denpasar, Polytron is the sole brand available there. As a result, Indrawan Elektronik Denpasar needs a strong marketing plan to stand out from the competition. The marketing mix is the approach used to produce a rise in consumer sales volume. This study uses descriptive qualitative methodology for its data. The following data gathering methods were employed in this study: interviews, observation, and documentation. Despite the planning that went into the marketing mix strategy used at the store, promotion was one of the elements that was lacking. The marketing mix strategy used in the store is as follows: despite the lack of promotions, pricing and discounts are applied to improve sales volume, and the company's location is advantageous in supporting sales activities, product demand rises monthly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Hippocrates-Galenus Typology approach in reducing stress and developing the performance of Generation Z in Gianyar. The objects to be studied are Generation Z who are already working, carried out at Mori Mori Food Tampaksiring and Mori Mori Food Sukawati. This research is a qualitative research that uses qualitative data in the form of information about performance and stress at work by conducting interviews with generation Z. The research informants used a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques use Nvivo 12 Plus software. The conclusion of this study is that the stress experienced by generation Z workers is caused by several factors such as work pressure, mental readiness in facing the world of work, and adaptation to a new environment. The company applies an approach based on the Hippocrates-Galenus typology to its employees who experience stress, such as employees who have a melancholic personality. The approach tends to be subtle and gentle so that people with a melancholic personality can receive input and suggestions from superiors without feeling pressured.

Abstract

Banyaknya jumlah pengguna Instagram di Indonesia menciptakan sebuah fenomena baru seperti munculnya selebgram atau selebritis yang dikenal karena Instagram, online shop atau toko online yang menjual barang melalui akun di Instagram, endorsement, hingga paid promote. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komunikasi persuasif pada endorsement yang digunakan oleh selebgram di Instagram. Dengan rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai bagaimana bentuk komunikasi persuasif selebgram di Instagram. Penelitian yang dibuat ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersumber dari pendekatan interpretatif atau subjektif. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara yang dilakukan di Bali dan luar Bali melalui melalui luring dan daring via Google Meet Sesudah melakukan penelitian dan didapatkan datanya, kemudian data akan dianalisis sehingga bisa bertemu dengan deskripsi berkaitan aktivitas komunikasi komunikasi persuasif pada endorsement yang digunakan oleh selebgram @blq.sss di Instagram. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu komunikasi persuasif yang digunakan oleh selebgram Balqis Aqila Ahya di Instagram miliknya @blq.sss adalah komunikasi verbal dan non verbal. Dimana komunikasi persuasif verbal berupa video dan foto serta story yang diunggahnya. Sedangkan komunikasi persuasif non verbal biasanya Balqis terapkan dengan caption ataupun hastag dan tag ke produk yang dipromosikan. Selain itu, jika ditinjau berdasarkan teori atribusi, maka Balqis Aqila Ahya dalam melakukan proses endorsment di media sosial Instagramnya sudah memberikan pengaruh dan dampak kepada para pengikutnya.

Abstract

Background – Generation Z is a generation that grows and develops in today's rapid technological developments. This also applies to Gen Z who are part of Balinese society and are very strong in cultural nuances and local wisdom. The tourism industry and modernity coexist with the strong culture that is the pulse of people's lives, creating an interesting phenomenon for the development of Generation Z in Bali. Especially those who work in various industries or as professionals. Aim – This research aims to find out how efforts are made by Generation Z in Bali in facing various pressures which are a dilemma between excellent performance in their place of work and the full contribution expected of them to cultural organizations amid conditions in Balinese society which are strong in implementing cultural activities based on local wisdom. Design/ Methodology/ Approach – This research uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological characteristics. Researchers try to explore the various activities of the sources and enter into the personal and social lives of the sources. The data validation technique uses the triangulation method, which consists of observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants were taken using a purposive sampling technique. The validity of the data is determined by source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. Data analysis techniques are assisted by NVivo 12 Plus software. Findings – The strong traditions that Balinese people still maintain are also rooted in Generation Z. They feel that their obligations as krama (members) of Balinese society require them to remain active in various social activities. They will tend to try to manage their time and maintain their identity as part of Balinese society. If these conflicts are not resolved, they tend to choose to switch to jobs that can create flexibility in working so that they continue to carry out their activities as part of Balinese manners by becoming part of social organizations in Bali, in this case, Sekaa Teruna-Teruni and Banjar. Conclusion - There is harmony between Gen Z and the strong cultural roots and local wisdom in work rhythms and business organizations. Research Implication – This research shows that Generation Z cannot be fully identified as a generation that closely follows various developments and puts aside traditions that are considered ancient. In several areas that are thick with local wisdom and culture, Generation Z seems to be in harmony with the existing culture and forms an identity as Generation Z who can synergize modernity and tradition, thus creating a unique combination. However, sometimes there are various problems when they cannot synergize elements of the lifestyle and characteristics of the latest Gen Z with the local wisdom they adhere to. Limitations – This research uses phenomena taken from the perspective of a limited number of informants. The characteristics of local organizations and the company's organizational culture have not been studied further. Research with a greater number of sources and a deeper level of depth in the object being analyzed is necessary.

Abstract

This research article explores the branding strategy of Undisan Rural Tourism in Bangli Regency, with a focus on its success in winning the 3rd Places of Tourism Village Award through an eco-experience. The study utilizes a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis to identify and evaluate key factors that contribute to the village's branding strategy. Undisan Rural Tourism embodies a unique blend of natural beauty, cultural heritage, and sustainable practices, making it an exemplary case study for rural tourism development. The research methodology involves qualitative approaches. Primary data is collected through interviews, surveys, and participant observations, while secondary data is gathered from relevant literature, reports, and online sources. The SWOT analysis framework is applied to assess the internal and external factors that influence the branding strategy of Undisan Rural Tourism. The findings of the study reveal several strengths that have contributed to the success of Undisan Rural Tourism. These include its pristine environment, rich cultural heritage, authentic local experiences, and strong community engagement. Additionally, the village has capitalized on opportunities such as increasing demand for sustainable and eco-friendly tourism experiences. However, the research also identifies certain weaknesses and threats that need to be addressed, including limited infrastructure, inadequate marketing efforts, and competition from neighboring tourism destinations. Based on the SWOT analysis, this article proposes strategic recommendations to further enhance the branding strategy of Undisan Rural Tourism. These include improving infrastructure and facilities, expanding marketing efforts through digital platforms, fostering partnerships with local stakeholders, and implementing sustainable practices to preserve the environment. The study concludes that Undisan Rural Tourism's success in winning the 3rd Places of Tourism Village Award can be attributed to its unique branding strategy, which highlights the village's distinctive characteristics and eco-experiences. By addressing the identified weaknesses and capitalizing on existing strengths and opportunities, Undisan Rural Tourism can continue to thrive as a leading destination for sustainable rural tourism, setting an example for other tourism villages in the region

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the efforts of employees at BRI Bank Teuku Umar Sub-Branch Office in overcoming the workload pressure received so that the performance of each employee can be maintained so as to avoid turnover intention (intention to change jobs). This study uses qualitative data types that use 6 people as research informants. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique, by way of observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained from this study are that the workload pressure received by employees at BRI Bank Teuku Umar Sub-Branch Office does not decrease employee performance, because each employee has a way to deal with stress resulting from work pressure received. efforts to overcome this pressure in the form of taking leave, exercising, traveling with family to carrying out hobbies that are liked, so that the perceived work pressure does not affect employee performance and intentions to move jobs from the company.

Abstract

Abstrak: Program pelatihan pembentukan karakter oleh BSA yaitu Devotion yang dilakukan setiap hari sebelum memulai kegiatan belajar mengajar di yakini sangat efektif dalam membentuk karakter siswa-siswi BSA. Hal ini diperlukan mengingat revolusi industri 4.0 memicu terjadinya perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat dan munculnya era disrupsi yang merubah sistem lama dengan cara-cara baru yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini mencari efektivitas Devotion sebagai pelatihan pembentukan karakter dalam membentuk etos kerja siswa-siswi generasi millenial untuk siap terjun di dunia pekerjaan dalam era disrupsi. Penelitian bersifat kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara dan observasi dari beberapa informan Teknik pemeriksaan kebenaran data pada penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber dari alumni BSA, guru BSA dan pemilik BSA dan triangulasi teknik menggunakan Observasi, Wawancara dan dokumentasi.Abstract: The character development training program by BSA, namely Devotion which is carried out every day before starting teaching and learning activities is believed to be very effective in shaping the character of BSA students. This is necessary considering that the industrial revolution 4.0 has triggered a very rapid technological development and the emergence of an era of disruption that changed the old system with new, more effective and efficient. The purpose of this study is to see the effectiveness of Devotion as character development training at the Bali Star Academy to form the work ethic of millennial generation students to be ready to enter the workforce in the era of disruption, qualitative research with data collection methods used is interview and observation techniques from several informants. Data validity checking techniques in this study used triangulation of sources from BSA alumni, BSA teachers and BSA owners and triangulation of techniques using Observation, Interview and documentation.

Abstract

Abstrak: Konsep Tri Silas merupakan salah satu kearifan lokal yang sangat efektif diterapkan di dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya di dalam proses belajar mengajar yang bersifat nonformal. Hal ini menciptakan inovasi di bidang pendidikan dengan menitikberatkan pada perkembangan karakter pada peserta didik khususnya di bidang seni tari di Bali. Hal ini juga menarik apabila dikombinasikan dengan metode cooperative learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja para pelatih tari dalam menerapkan inovasi Pendidikan berbasis kearifan lokal oleh pelatih seni tari Sanggar Puri Agung JroKuta melalui internalisasi konsep Tri Silas. Para informan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Triangulasi teknik yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa internalisasi dari konsep Tri Silas dan penerapan cooperative learning di Sanggar Seni Puri Agung JroKuta efektif diterapkan. Hal ini dilihat dari sinergi antara pelatih dan anak didik yang harmonis. Anak didik mendapatkan ilmu dalam seni tari sekaligus pengembangan karakter yang baik. Kinerja dari pelatih tari sangat optimal dalam membimbing anak-anak.Abstract: The Tri Silas concept is one of the local wisdoms that is very effectively applied in education, especially in non-formal teaching and learning processes. This creates innovation in the field of education by focusing on character development in students, especially in the field of dance in Bali. It is also interesting when combined with cooperative learning methods. This study aimed to determine the performance of dance trainers in implementing educational innovations based on local wisdom by dance trainers at Puri Agung JroKuta Art Studio by internalizing the Tri Silas concept. The informants were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Triangulation techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show internalization of the Tri Silas concept and the application of cooperative learning at the Puri Agung JroKuta Art Studio were effective. This is evident in the harmonious synergy between trainers and students. Students gain knowledge in the art of dance and develop good character. The performance of the dance trainer is very optimal in guiding the students.

Abstract

Student activists have various challenges in managing an organization. They are required not only to be able to lead and organize their organizations, they are also expected to remain active and have achievements in the academic field. This study analyzes student activists who are members of student associations receiving the KIP-Kuliah program at Undiknas University in dealing with various organizational and personal problems. This study uses a qualitative approach with technical triangulation in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study reveal that students who fall into the Z generation category have various challenges and try to solve various problems they face by prioritizing communication, describing each problem and trying to understand each other. Conflicts that arise are minimized by dialogue and efforts to accommodate various interests. Time management is also an effective solution in minimizing problems related to their duties and functions as activists and student.
