Abstract

Tanaman hidroponik memiliki beragam manfaat. Kualitas hidup masyarakat juga dapat ditingkatkan dengan kegiatan budidaya tanaman hidroponik mengingat kualitas tamanan akan lebih baik. Salah satu upaya dalam memperkenalkan budidaya tanaman hidroponik adalah dengan mengadakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pengembangan tanaman hidroponik. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Perean, Kecamatan baturiti, kabupaten Tabanan, Bali. Kegiatan ini diakomodasi oleh sinergitas mahasiswa penerima program KIP Kuliah yang tergabung dalam Student Activity Support (SATU team) Universitas Pendidikan Nasional. Kegiatan ini berlangsung dengan mendatangkan narasumber untuk dapat memaparkan manfaat dari budidaya tanaman hidroponik. Usai pemaparan di ruangan, dilanjutkan dengan pelaksanaan langsung di lapangan dimana mahasiswa dan masyarakat dibagi menjadi beberapa kelompok dan diterjunkan untuk melaksanakan penanaman tanaman hidroponik. Dari kegiatan ini, masyarakat dapat memahami dan menerapkan budidaya tanaman hidroponik dan mendapatkan manfaat tidak hanya dari sisi konsumsi pribadi namun juga potensi ekonomi ke depannya. Tindakan pengkajian lebih lanjut dan evaluasi hasil juga akan dilaksanakan secara berkala untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih maksimal.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the efforts of employees at BRI Bank Teuku Umar Sub-Branch Office in overcoming the workload pressure received so that the performance of each employee can be maintained so as to avoid turnover intention (intention to change jobs). This study uses qualitative data types that use 6 people as research informants. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique, by way of observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained from this study are that the workload pressure received by employees at BRI Bank Teuku Umar Sub-Branch Office does not decrease employee performance, because each employee has a way to deal with stress resulting from work pressure received. efforts to overcome this pressure in the form of taking leave, exercising, traveling with family to carrying out hobbies that are liked, so that the perceived work pressure does not affect employee performance and intentions to move jobs from the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas rendahnya literasi digital di kalangan UMKM di Kabupaten Badung. Meskipun digitalisasi berpotensi meningkatkan daya saing dan produktivitas, banyak UMKM belum sepenuhnya mengadopsi teknologi digital. Menggunakan metode kualitatif, termasuk wawancara dan observasi lapangan, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi keterbatasan pengetahuan, akses yang tidak memadai ke sumber daya digital, dan kurangnya dukungan sebagai tantangan utama. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sosialisasi dan implementasi program digitalisasi yang efektif oleh DPRD Badung, dengan kolaborasi pihak terkait, sangat penting. Program ini harus fokus pada penyediaan pelatihan, sumber daya, dan dukungan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan adopsi teknologi di kalangan UMKM, sehingga meningkatkan daya saing mereka di era digital.

Abstract

Dalam menunjang keberhasilan suatu organisasi, peran pekerja generasi Z sangatlah dibutuhkan, karena Generasi Z atau yang sering disebut Gen Z merupakan orang-orang yang terbuka terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Namun dalam pertumbuhan era Generasi Z, mereka seringkali mudah merasa kurang percaya diri ketika segala sesuatunya tidak berjalan sesuai dengan keinginan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengimplementasikan upaya peningkatan efikasi diri pekerja Generasi Z di PT. Forisa Nusa Persada Cabang Denpasar. Efikasi diri, yang merujuk pada keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuan mereka dalam menyelesaikan tugas dan menghadapi tantangan, menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kepuasan kerja, terutama bagi Generasi Z yang memiliki karakteristik unik seperti adaptasi teknologi tinggi dan kebutuhan akan apresiasi kerja yang tinggi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei sebagai instrumen utama untuk mengukur tingkat efikasi diri, disertai wawancara untuk menggali faktor-faktor penyebab dan strategi peningkatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri pekerja Generasi Z dapat ditingkatkan melalui program pelatihan yang terarah, lingkungan kerja yang suportif, dan pemberian umpan balik yang konstruktif. Selain itu, penguatan komunikasi antar tim dan pengakuan terhadap pencapaian individu juga berkontribusi signifikan dalam membangun rasa percaya diri mereka. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi perusahaan untuk merancang program pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik Generasi Z, sehingga dapat menciptakan tenaga kerja yang lebih percaya diri, inovatif, dan produktif.

Abstract

The high turnover propensity in the workplace is a characteristic of Generation Z, born between 1995 and 2010. Since this generation makes up about 48% of Bali’s working population, businesses must create efficient human resource management plans. A notable characteristic of Generation Z is their dislike of stressful work settings, frequently resulting in them changing jobs. This study aims to investigate how Generation Z workers manage stress at work and whether they plan to quit. Purposive sampling is used in this qualitative study to choose three primary informants—Gen Z employees who are stressed out and considering changing jobs—as well as three supporting informants (coworkers) and one psychological practitioner. NVivo 14 software was used to analyse the data gathered from observations, interviews, and documentation at three different Denpasar City and Badung Regency businesses. The results show that although the primary informants indicated a wish to switch jobs because of stress, they chose to stay with their existing employers, using various coping mechanisms to lessen stress and decrease plans to leave. The investigation also discovered particular behavioural shifts in the informants. One of its limitations is that it only looks at Generation Z singles, indicating that more research is necessary to include a broader range of people. By addressing their concerns, this study helps organisations retain Generation Z and advances our understanding of their workplace dynamics

Abstract

Currently, Indonesia is entering the era of society 5.0, where this era is not much different from the era of society 4.0. Indonesia is considered late in entering this era. There are several factors that influence Indonesia to be a bit late in entering this era. one of the factors is low Human Resources (HR). This year Generation Z has started to enter the world of work, Gen Z claims to be the generation that works the hardest, but because they value flexibility as a very important principle, Gen Z will not be willing to be forced to work when they don't want to work. However, not all workplaces have the criteria desired by generation Z, so from this phenomenon it can be questioned whether generation Z is happy in their first job. This research uses qualitative methods by interviewing 7 informants. The results of this research are that generation Z workers, especially in their first job, experience less happiness, which causes their work performance to decline. One of the factors that makes their work performance decrease or they are less happy is work that is not in accordance with their wishes or passion, they do not have work experience or experience and a work environment that blinds their work performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the marketing communication strategy used by Pressed Mylk in marketing or promoting products to consumers through Instagram. By using qualitative descriptive research methods that aim to obtain in-depth, complete, and credible information and data so as to meet research objectives. This study also utilizes phenomenological methods to obtain maximum data and in accordance with the phenomena experienced by informants, in order to explain in detail the product marketing communication strategy carried out by Pressed Mylk through Instagram, using data collection techniques such as observation, documentation, and interviews to support the validation of research data. The result of this study is that Pressed Mylk has utilized Instagram features such as Instagram followers, Instagram bio, Instagram story, Instagram feed, Instagram reels, and story highlights to focus on introducing its products by uploading interesting photos or videos to attract consumers or buyers. Pressed Mylk uses 3 (three) communication strategies, namely push strategy, pull strategy, profile strategy and, Pressed Mylk applies an integrated marketing communication strategy that uses a marketing communication mix in the marketing communication strategy of Pressed Mylk products through Instagram such as advertising, sales promotion, event marketing, public relations, direct marketing, interactive marketing, and word of mouth well. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that Pressed Mylk has used Instagram well as a marketing communication medium for Pressed Mylk products, so that the effectiveness of using Instagram in marketing Pressed Mylk products has been proven through the sales turnover of Pressed Mylk products has increased

Abstract

Pemahaman yang mendalam tentang pengaruh diskon dan promosi dalam konteks pemasaran online sangat penting bagi perusahaan untuk merancang strategi yang dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh diskon terhadap minat beli dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi terhadap minat beli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengukur pengaruh diskon dan promosi terhadap minat beli konsumen di Shopee selama event 11.11. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna Shopee yang berpartisipasi dalam acara tersebut dari usia 20 sampai 25 tahun. Instrumen utama yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang terdiri dari pertanyaan tertutup. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan Smart PLS3. Hasil penelitian ini adalah diskon dan promosi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen di Shopee, terutama selama event 11.11. Hasil analisis regresi mengindikasikan bahwa kedua elemen tersebut dapat meningkatkan ketertarikan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian. Diskon yang menarik tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai insentif harga, tetapi juga menciptakan rasa urgensi di kalangan konsumen

Abstract

Business resilience is an essential issue in entrepreneurship studies, especially in the tourism industry support sector in Bali. Dynamic and rapid changes in the industrial environment often threaten business sustainability, especially in the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) sector, the backbone of the Balinese economy. Although SMEs significantly contribute to the tourism sector, this sector remains vulnerable to change and has a relatively short business life. This study explores the factors determining business resilience in tourism-supporting SMEs by examining the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership, agility, collaboration, and resilience. This study uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis through SMART PLS 3.0 software. Data were collected from 261 SME entrepreneurs in the creative tourism industry sector in Bali through a questionnaire. The study results indicate that entrepreneurial leadership has a direct positive effect on agility and resilience. Other findings suggest that agility directly affects collaboration and resilience, while collaboration contributes positively to resilience. In addition, the study’s results suggest an indirect effect, where agility acts as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and resilience. At the same time, collaboration mediates the relationship between agility and resilience. This study makes an essential contribution to the Bali tourism sector by showing that entrepreneurial leadership, agility, and collaboration are key elements to increase the resilience of SMEs in facing industry dynamics. These findings provide practical insights for SME actors to strengthen business resilience through improving leadership skills, developing agility, and strategic collaboration to support the sustainability of the tourism sector in Bali

Abstract

Kampung Kusamba Village is one of the villages located in Klungkung Regency, Bali.The village has minimal land to grow vegetables. This is because this village has an area of 2.01 km2 located on the coast.This condition eventually caused problems for residents in growing vegetables.So the solution that the author can offer is to develop hydroponic land for residents by combining Hydroponics with aquaponics based on catfish media intended for the residents of Kusamba Village.From the manufacture of catfish-based hydroponics, it can take advantage of minimal vacant land for planting hydroponic plants
