Abstract

Kampung Kusamba Village is one of the villages located in Klungkung Regency, Bali which has a goal of being a tourist village. With the support of having a lot of tourism potential in the village, of course this village can become a tourist destination for the people of Indonesia, one of the tourism potentials in the Kampung Kusamba village is religious tourism of the Makam Wali Pitu. Abstract

Spinach is one of the agricultural commodities that are widely cultivated by farmers. This commodity is better known by the public as a vegetable that is easy to obtain and has many health benefits. The abundance of spinach during harvest in the village of Kumba makes villagers confused about what to process spinach into, there are even farmers who throw their crops into the river due to confusion about what to make in a hydroponic green house. This problem was then used by UNDIKNAS Bali students who had KKN in the village of Kampung Kusamba to create UMKM which would later be run by PKK women. It turns out that this UMKM is still not running optimally due to several problems, so this service aims to. Provide knowledge about operational management, so that it can work effectively and efficiently, and provide knowledge about good marketing management, and the use of social media to support digital marketing. Media promotion can be carried out by utilizing Linktree and Instagram as active promotional media in the field. Then it is necessary to develop business sales by utilizing social media as a forum for product marketing through social media accounts which are promotional platforms. This activity was carried out to help spinach chip business actors to increase sales by introducing ways to use social media as a promotional medium

Abstract

Artikel ini merangkum pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi mengenai Peraturan Bupati Badung Nomor 43 Tahun 2021 tentang Gerbang Pelayanan Umum Pertama Menuju Desa Berbasis Elektronik, Sejahtera dan Aman (GAPURA DESA). Strategi dan metode yang digunakan dalam sosialisasi dan edukasi ini berupa penyuluhan lapangan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah untuk mensosialisasikan dan mengedukasi masyarakat tentang Peraturan Bupati Badung No. 43 Tahun 2021 mengenai Gapura Desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan penyuluhan dan pembagian brosur. Dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian diketahui bahwa setelah dilakukannya kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi, masyarakat Badung memahami dan ikut berpartisipasi dalam menjalankan Peraturan Bupati Badung No. 43 Tahun 2021 mengenai Gapura Desa. Kata kunci: Gapura Desa, pengabdian, sosialisasi. ABSTRACT This article summarizes the implementation of community service with socialization and education activities regarding Badung Regent Regulation Number 43 of 2021 concerning the First Public Service Gate Towards Electronic-based, Prosperous and Safe Villages (GAPURA DESA). The strategies and methods used in this socialization and education are in the form of field counseling. The purpose of the service activity is to socialize and educate the community about the Badung Regent Regulation No. 43 of 2021 concerning Village Gapura. The method used is by conducting counseling and distributing brochures. From the implementation of the service activities, it is known that after the socialization and education activities, the Badung community understands and participates in implementing the Badung Regent Regulation No. 43 of 2021 concerning Village Gapura. Abstract

Introduction: The success of MSMEs depends on financial literacy and problem-solving skills. However, many MSME owners in Desa Padangsambian Klod lack knowledge of financial management and Fintech P2P Lending, making them vulnerable to illegal online loans with high interest rates and unethical collection practices. Objective: This engagement intends to increase knowledge of the digital financial services available to MSMEs in Desa Padangsambian Klod by teaching them the nuances of what is involved in Fintech P2P Lending. The community seeks assistance from external sources in enabling them to increase their capital while decreasing the chances of becoming a victim of illegal online lending. Method: Socialization of the program was done on a face-to-face basis by going from one MSME owner to another. This method provided an opportunity for every MSME to receive focused education that addressed their individual challenges. Result: Knowledge was acquired by the participants concerning the distinctions between legal and illegal P2P Lending platforms, the dangers that stemmed from illegal lending practices, and how to choose a safe and licensed platform. Conclusion: There is a great need for financial literacy for MSMEs which would enable them to sober up to unscrupulous financial dealings. More initiatives have to be put into place in order to assist MSMEs to cope up with the changing environment in financing that is dominated by the digital world.

Abstract

Introduction: The management of waste is an issue that must be taken into consideration in any climate change mitigation debate. The Waste Bank initiative in Padang Indah Hamlet Hall, Padangsambian Klod area has been successful in reducing waste volume through sorting recycling. This bottom-up approach has not only helped in cleaning the environment but also enhanced economic activities in the area. Objective: The aim of this study is to assess the effectiveness of the Waste Bank in fostering public environmental cleanliness, increasing awareness, and enhancing economic activities. Further, it seeks to understanding how waste sorting and recycling leads to environmental improvement and greater community participation. Method: Data was collected for this study using field observations, focus group interviews with selected Waste Bank participants, and comparison of waste reduction statistics. The study was interested in the processes of waste collection, sorting, and selling to understand its impact on economic and community participation. Result: The overall results of the study point that the Waste Bank contributes in improving the environmental welfare, encourages the people to learn how to take care of waste, and enhances the participants’ income. The program encourages more people and organizations to value and take action in protecting the environment through sustainable community efforts. Conclusion: The Waste Bank provides an all-embracing solution for waste management by integrating economic and socio-cultural aspects. It leads to a cleaner environment and participates community sustainable waste management by encouraging local involvement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence the prevention of fraud in banking institutions including the implementation of good corporate governance, the application of the tri hita karana culture and the existence of a whistleblowing system. The location of this research is the Regional Development Bank (BPD) Bali with a population of all staff of BPD Bali Renon branch with a total sample of 96 respondents and using the saturated sample method. The analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression analysis. The findings in this study illustrate that the implementation of good corporate governance, the application of the tri hita karana culture, and the whistleblowing system in the company illustrates a significant positive effect on fraud prevention efforts at Bank BPD Bali. Abstract

Bali is known for its strong traditions and culture where women play an important role in defending these values. In the midst of modernization, Generation Z women in Bali, especially in Denpasar City and Badung Regency, face challenges in balancing their roles as workers, wives, mothers, and members of indigenous peoples. This study aims to understand how Balinese women workers who marry at a young age achieve harmony in themselves in the midst of the complexity of multi-role undertaken. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research sample consisted of four Balinese women generation Z who were married and worked in the government, private, or entrepreneurial sectors in Badung Regency and Denpasar City. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, passive participation observations, and documentation, which were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman models with the help of NVivo 14 software. The results of the study show that Balinese female workers experience role conflicts, time conflicts, and behavioral conflicts, which have an impact on work-family conflict and work stress. The main factors that affect this imbalance include triple roles, quarter life crisis, marriage culture shock, and job hopping. To overcome these challenges, the informants apply coping strategies such as work-life balance strategies, role management, time management, outsourcing, and family support. The conclusion of this study confirms that although Balinese women workers strive to achieve harmony within themselves, they still face challenges in fulfilling the aspect of work-life balance. Family support and effective adaptation strategies have an important role in achieving their harmonization of multi-roles. Bali dikenal dengan tradisi dan budaya yang kuat di mana perempuan memainkan peran penting dalam mempertahankan nilai-nilai tersebut. Di tengah modernisasi, perempuan generasi Z di Bali, khususnya di Kota Denpasar dan Kabupaten Badung, menghadapi tantangan dalam menyeimbangkan peran sebagai pekerja, istri, ibu, dan anggota masyarakat adat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana pekerja wanita Bali yang menikah pada usia muda mencapai harmonisasi dalam dirinya di tengah kompleksitas multi peran yang dijalani. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari empat wanita Bali generasi Z yang telah menikah dan bekerja di sektor pemerintahan, swasta, atau wirausaha di Kabupaten Badung dan Kota Denpasar. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipasi pasif, dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman dengan bantuan perangkat lunak NVivo 14. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pekerja wanita Bali mengalami konflik peran, konflik waktu, dan konflik perilaku, yang berdampak pada work-family conflict serta work stress. Faktor utama yang memengaruhi ketidakseimbangan ini meliputi triple roles, quarter life crisis, marriage culture shock, dan job hopping. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, para informan menerapkan strategi coping seperti work-life balance strategies, manajemen peran, manajemen waktu, outsourcing, serta dukungan keluarga. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa meskipun pekerja wanita Bali berupaya mencapai harmonisasi dalam dirinya, mereka masih menghadapi tantangan dalam memenuhi aspek work-life balance. Dukungan keluarga dan strategi adaptasi yang efektif memiliki peran penting dalam mencapai harmonisasi diri mereka menjalani multi peran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki bagaimana sertifikasi halal memengaruhi persepsi konsumen terhadap kualitas dan keputusan pembelian mereka di Shopee Food. 100 mahasiswa Muslim di Denpasar berpartisipasi dalam survei sebagai bagian dari pendekatan kuantitatif, dan PLS-SEM digunakan untuk mengevaluasi hasilnya. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sertifikasi halal dan kualitas yang dirasakan memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk membeli. Selain itu, sertifikasi halal juga meningkatkan kualitas yang dirasakan. Analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas yang dirasakan merupakan mediator antara sertifikasi halal dan keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini menyoroti peran penting sertifikasi halal dalam meningkatkan kualitas yang dirasakan dan mendorong pembelian produk halal online, serta memberikan informasi berharga bagi pelaku bisnis dan pembuat kebijakan untuk merancang strategi pemasaran dan regulasi yang efektif dalam industri makanan halal

Abstract

Bali’s tourism sector has grown rapidly, becoming a key driver of the regional economy. Among its emerging trends is glamping—a form of luxury camping that combines natural immersion with modern comfort. Alengkong Bali Camp is one such destination offering unique outdoor lodging experiences. Tourist preferences in choosing glamping accommodations are influenced by multiple factors, particularly destination attraction and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM). This study aims to examine how tourist attraction and E-WOM shape visitor preferences and indirectly contribute to the economic potential of glamping tourism. The research was conducted at Alengkong Bali Camp using a quantitative descriptive approach and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with 112 respondents selected through accidental sampling. The findings reveal that both tourist attraction and E-WOM have a significant and positive effect on tourists’ decisions to stay, indicating their central role in forming visitor preferences. These preferences are critical not only for operational success but also for creating sustained economic opportunities in the local tourism ecosystem. To enhance these effects, glamping managers are encouraged to enrich nature-based activities, improve family-oriented facilities, and strategically promote online reviews to attract potential visitors.

Abstract

Waste management can be done with 3R principle (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), which is simple waste management, which can carried out independently at individual or village level, in Renon Village which already has waste bank. referring to the problem, case of lack knowledge waste management and existence of waste banks by students at SDN 3 Renon. The purpose, this activity is importance of increasing environmental awareness at SDN 3 Renon through implementation, socialisation of waste management and influence existence waste banks. The method of implementing this activity is in form of socialisation with lecture methods and simple delivery. The results this activity showed enthusiasm from students and enthusiasm to sort waste according to its type so as to reduce waste and submit it to the waste bank. It was concluded that socialisation carried out had positive impact on increasing students' knowledge 3R principles and existence of waste banks for environment
