Learning models in the 21st century are started to be widely used to develop students’ social skills in dealing with various problems. In reality, many students still have not been able to solve social problems. It becomes an ambiguity as the learning models are assumed to be influential in overcoming the problems through meaningful learning. Project-based and Cooperative Learning Models are learning models that are assumed to be effective in developing social skills. However, these two learning models have not received consistent conclusions because previous studies have not specifically compared the two models, especially in Physical Education. This study aimed to determine the effect and prove the effectiveness of project-based and cooperative learning models on student social skills in Physical Education, especially for Senior High School students. The implementation of this research used experimental methods with real experimental designs. Researchers selected two classes at a high school in Tasikmalaya City, West Java, Indonesia, using cluster sampling. The data collection instrument employed a 3-point scale questionnaire ("0-Never," "1-Sometimes," "2-Very Often") constructed in google forms. The data analysis used in this study was a different test using paired t-test and independent t-test. The results showed that project-based and cooperative learning models were equally effective, as both showed significant improvement in the Social Skills of high school students in each group. This study concluded that both learning models effectively develop adolescent social skills. Therefore, if a project-based or cooperative learning model is applied, students can well develop their social skills.

The social skills of teenagers, especially those of high school age, are very concerning. Numerous pieces of evidence point to the existence of social issues that manifest themselves not only in the context of the educational institution but also in the wider society. Lack or low emotional intelligence is considered the presence of disturbances in emotional and social functioning. Social skills and managing emotions are essential to blocking problematic behaviors. But empirical evidence of emotional intelligence and its influence on social skills is minimal. This study aims to prove the influence of emotional intelligence on students' social skills at the High School level. This research uses a descriptive method with a correlational type of research. The population used in this study was all high school students in the Tasikmalaya area, and as many as 173 students were sampled in this study by random cluster sampling. The data analysis was a simple linear regression test using IBM SPSS 26. The result of this study is the relationship between variables of 0.503 in a positive direction, with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.253, which means that free variables have an influence of 25.3% on bound variables. Referring to the calculated F value = 57.967 with a Sig. rate of 0.000 < 0.05 means that the null hypothesis is rejected, and the research hypothesis is accepted. In conclusion, emotional intelligence positively affects students' social skills in Physical Education.

Social skill is one of the life skills that must be possessed by students. Students who have good social skills can interact with their peers and show a positive attitude in both school and social settings. Role-playing learning model is considered as a model that can develop social skills. However, there is no empirical evidence that role-playing learning model in physical education can develop student social skills. Therefore, this study was aimed to examine the effect of role-playing model in physical education on student social skills. This study used an experimental method with One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. This study involved 30 sixth grade students of public elementary schools in one of school in West Java. The instrument used was a social skill questionnaire compiled by the researcher. The test used to test the hypothesis of this study was the paired sample t-test using SPSS version 25 with a signification level of α=0.05. The results of this study showed that there was an effect of role-playing model on student social skills. This study concludes that the use of role-playing model in physical education has a positive impact on student social skills. This model is able to play a strategic role as an educational tool, especially for teaching social skills.

The ongoing evolution of technology has had both positive and negative effects on modern society. On the positive side, it has significantly improved the ease with which various activities can be performed. However, it has also had a negative impact by reducing physical activity. This reduction in physical activity, in turn, increases the risk of chronic diseases that contribute to global mortality rates. This research aims to assess the effectiveness of machine learning in predicting the physical activity levels of adolescents. The study utilizes data from accelerometers, specifically the ActiGraph GT3X. The research methodology employs a semi-supervised machine learning approach, using the support vector machine and decision tree algorithms to make these predictions. The sample comprises 61 adolescents (males = 17, female = 44), including high school students and university students aged 18-21, from the West Java region. The results from the machine learning model using the decision tree algorithm indicated a model accuracy of 97.50% in predicting physical activity levels. In contrast, the accuracy obtained from the performance analysis using the confusion matrix for the support vector machine model was 92.5%. Based on these accuracy levels, the decision tree algorithm outperforms the support vector machine algorithm's accuracy. Further analyses involving different models are necessary to determine which algorithm offers the highest level of accuracy.

Actigraph is a widely used accelerometer for classifying physical activity levels in children, adolescents, adults, and older people. The classification of physical activity levels on Actigraph is determined through time calculations using cut-point formulas. The study aims to classify physical activity in young children according to the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO) using accelerometer data and machine learning methods. The study involved 52 young children (26 girls and 26 boys) aged 4 to 5 years in West Java, with an average age of 4.58 years. Physical activity and sedentary behavior of these early childhood were simultaneously recorded using the Actigraph GT3X accelerometer for seven days. The data from the Actigraph were analyzed using two algorithm models: the decision tree and support vector machine, with the Rapidminer application. The results from the decision tree model show a classification accuracy of 96.00% in categorizing physical activities in young children. On the other hand, the support vector machine model achieved an accuracy of 84.67% in classifying physical activities in young children. The decision tree outperforms the support vector machine in accurately classifying physical activities in early childhood. This research highlights the potential benefits of machine learning in sports and physical activity sciences, indicating the need for further development.
