Abstract

The retirement age is often refers with periods of decline of welfare including economic condition, physical, psychological, and social. A supported environment and availability of alternative source of income will determine the happines of retirement age. This aim of this study was to analyze the influence of social support and livelihood strategies on subjective well-being of family at retirement age. This study used cross sectional study design. This research involved 154 families with husband or wives aged 56 years old or above and being retired. The samples were selected purposively and grouped into two categories (government officer and nongovernment officer). Data were collected by interview used questionnaire and analyzed by compare means independent sample t-test and multiple linear regression. Results of this study indicated that subjective well-being of government officer families was higher than nongovernment officer. Factors that influenced subjective well-being of family at retirement age were family income, social support, and livelihood strategies.

Abstract

Hukum sebagai moral sosial pada hakekatnya adalah ekspresi solidaritas sosiai yang berkembang di dalam suatu masyarakat dan menjadi cerminan solidaritas. Penegakan hukum tidak dapat dilepaskan Jari bagaimana menyelesaikan perkara tersebut, dan metode penalaran yang digunakan apakah menggunakan penalaran hukum formalitas prosedur ataukah penalaran hukum berorientasi pada kebijakan dengan memperhatikan pada kesetaraan substansif. Penegakan Hukum yang mengorbankan keadilan demi logika peraturan akan menjadi kering dan tidak memberikan kesejukan, rasa damai dan keseimbangan bagi masyarakat. Penylesaian melalui perdamaian dipandang sebagai penyelesaian yang bertujuan untuk memberikan keadilan substantif karena penyelesaian secara prosedural dipandang kurang memberikan manfaat bagi pihak-pihak yang bermasalah. Kata Kunci: Penegakan Hukum, Keseimbangan, Perdamaian dan Keadilan Substantif Abstract: Legal as social moral basicolly, are solidarity social expression which develop with society and became solidarity description. Legal maintenance couldnt separaled from how to solve that case, and reasoning method used wheater using procedural formality or legal reasoning oriented on policy by observe on substantive equality. Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the Mekargalih Village area, Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency still face problems of weak business capacity, uncertain market access and development, ineffective business management, and limited business networks. This paper will describe efforts to develop the capacity of SMEs in Mekargalih Village through workshops on entrepreneurship. The studio filled with material delivery on developing entrepreneurial insight, promoting product legality through halal certification and brand rights, as well as sharing experiences from MSME actors in the Mekargalih Village. In the implementation, not all invited participants could attend because the implementation time was in conjunction with other community activities. The results of the evaluation of participants who attended, using the Wilcoxon Test method, showed the workshop influenced increasing the knowledge of participants even though the increase was small. For the aspects of 'business development according to the target market,' there was no increase in knowledge. As a suggestion, providing material for business development following the target market needs to be accompanied by the presentation of real data to be the basis for business development.

Abstract

Village Lali Gadget is a children's tourist destination located in Sidoarjo. This study aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses of human capital in the management of Kampung Lali Gadget and formulate implications for its development for the sustainability of the program. This study uses qualitative methods through in-depth interviews with initiators and managers, observation of activities, and documentation searches to support the analysis. Human capital analysis refers to the five components of human capital according to Mayo (2000), Individual Capability, Individual Motivation, Leadership, The Organizational Climate, and Workgroup Effectiveness. The results of the study show that Kampung Lali Gadget has strengths in commitment, adaptability, and strong collaboration. However, there are still limitations in technical capacity and uneven competency levels. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening human capital to achieve the sustainability of Kampung Lali Gadget as a community-based educational and tourist space.

Abstract

Bedengan Forest Tourism is an ecotourism destination renowned for its captivating natural scenery and rich cultural assets. This region is not only valued for its productive agricultural capacity but also serves as an excellent site for various nature-based tourism activities. Located in Selorejo Village, Dau District, Malang Regency, East Java, the research was undertaken in Bedengan from May to June 2025. The study aimed to identify the ecotourism potential of Bedengan, assess the role of the local community in supporting ecotourism, and develop strategies for sustainable ecotourism growth. The research employed survey and observation methods, with samples selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed qualitatively using SWOT analysis. The development strategies formulated based on the SWOT analysis include: (a) maximizing the appeal of Bedengan’s natural resources to promote educational nature tourism, supported by facilities such as ticket booths, prayer rooms, gazebos, toilets, parking, photo spots, camping gear, QR and educational parks, information boards, seating, flying fox, trash bins, and information centers; (b) expanding collaborations for educational and tourism promotions to enhance tourism management and visitor interest; and (c) proactively addressing potential threats by innovatively and characteristically developing Bedengan Tourism to ensure its long-term sustainability.

Abstract

Remaja memiliki faktor risiko dalam pencehagan stunting, diantaranya masih banyak terjadi penikahan anak. Fenomena ini terjadi di Desa Banyuresmi. Namun demikian, di sisi lain remaja juga memiliki sumberdaya untuk terlibat dalam pencegahan stunting sebagai edukator sebaya. Atas pertimbangan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini ditujukan untuk melibatkan remaja dalam pencegahan stunting. Kelompok sasaran kegiatan ini meliputi 12 remaja, yang berasal dari 6 Rukun Warga. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meniputi: 1) Pengembangan kapasitas remaja sebagai edukator sebaya melalui kegiatan pelatihan. Dari proses diskusi dan pengamatan selama kegiatan ini berlangsung, pengetahuan remaja tentang pencegahan stunting dan keterampilan mengiidentifikasi masalah remaja bertambah. 2) Pengembangan media komunikasi yang dapat digunakan oleh remaja edukator sebaya untuk menjangkau remaja lainnya. Melalui kegiatan ini telah terbentuk whatsapp grup yang didalamnya terdapat remaja educator sebaya dan remaja lainnya. 3) Pelatihan pembuatan media informasi. Dalam kegiatan ini remaja berhasil merancang X banner sebagai media informasi yang ditempatkan di posyandu remaja. Kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan rintisan. Pada kegiatan kedua dan ketiga, 12 remaja belum secara maksimal terlibat, karena terkendala kesibukan mereka untuk sekolah dan kuliah. Selanjutnya keterlibatan mereka dapat ditingkatkan melalui arahan dari Kader TPK dan Kader Posyandu

Abstract

Lembaga kepolisian merupakan gerbang pertama dalam sistem peradilan pidana yang berwenang melakukan proses penyelidikan dan penyidikan apabila terjadi satu tindak pidana. Tindak pidana pencurian sepeda motor merupakan kejahatan yang sering ditangani oleh Polsek Larangan pada tahun 2021 dan tahun 2022. Akan tetapi kasus tersebut masih dalam tahap penyidikan sehingga ini berimplikasi terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap lembaga kepolisian. penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah empiris yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan mengadakan penelitian lapangan, yaitu dengan melihat fakta-fakta dalam praktek dan pelaksanaannya yang kemudian dikuatkan dengan jenis pendekatan sosiologis. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah upaya yang dilakukan oleh Polsek Larangan untuk mencegah terjadinya pencurian sepeda motor dengan upaya preventif dan represif. tunggakan perkara Polsek Larangan dibebakan karena adanya tantangan yang dialami oleh Penyidik Polsek Larangan dalam proses penegakan hukum terhadap kejahatan sepeda motor di Kecamatan Larangan dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal yang diantaranya adalah kualitas dan kuantitas dari personel masih belum ideal dalam mengcover setiap wilayah  Desa yang ada di Kecamatan Larangan, anggaran yang belum memadai, maupun sarana dan prasarana, keengganan masyarakat untuk melaporkan ataupun memberikan informasi tentang kejadian pencurian sepeda motor.

Abstract

The new student admissions was regularly held every year by all grades of education, including in IPB University. Since 2013, IPB University has a track record of every school that has succeeded in sending their graduates, even until they successfully completed their education at IPB University. It was recorded that there were 5,345 schools that included in the data. It was necessary to making every school in the data into the clusters, so IPB could see which schools were classified as good or not good in terms of sending their graduates to continue their education at IPB based on the characteristics of the clusters. This study using the k-prototypes algorithm because it can be used on the data that consisting of categorical and numerical data (mixed type data). The k-prototypes algorithm could maintain the efficiency of the k-means algorithm in handling large data sizes, but eliminated the limitations of k-means. The results showed that the optimal number of clusters in this study were four clusters. The fourth cluster (421 school members) was the best cluster related to the student admission at IPB University. On the other hand, the third cluster (391 school members) was the worst cluster in this study.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced people to change their behavior patterns to suit the situation and conditions during the pandemic, which is called the new normal. One of the things that must change is the pattern of education that must be accompanied by adjustments to the behavior of teachers and students in the learning process. At the time the government implemented Limited Face-to-face Learning (PTMT) there were still many. For this reason, this study aims to support the government's efforts to maintain the sustainability of education by assisting the implementation of health protocols in elementary schools during the new normal period of the Covid-19 pandemic. The study was conducted at SDN Pelangi 1 Sukamukti Village, Majalaya District, Bandung Regency. The method used in mentoring the implementation of health protocols is an extension method accompanied by a simulation of the practice of implementing the 3M health protocol (wearing masks, keeping distance, washing hands) which is attended by half of the students from grades 1 to 6. The results of the mentoring show that the students who initially did not recognize the scope of 3M and how it was implemented correctly, by the end of the activity most of them had applied how to wear masks properly, wash their hands properly, and tend to avoid crowds.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about the parenting style of parents of different religions in instilling religious values in students at SMA Negeri 13 Depok. This study used a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research method. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 13, Depok City, West Java. Data collection was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the parenting style of parents of different religions that are not in line causes confusion in children. The role of parents who tend to be authoritarian will make children afraid and even more in the opposite direction. Parents are also expected to be wiser and lower their respective egos and build positive communication with children by being introduced to the two beliefs held by their parents, not providing an understanding of which religion is better. Because the values of religiosity are not only a matter of religion but how to build aqidah, worship, and morals. Parents of different religions should be prepared for the consequences of being a member of a minority religion in the family. Therefore, it takes an adult, wise, and calm attitude from parents so that children are not confused about their religious status. Because, both parents who are of different religions should have known the impact on children's development when deciding to get married. In conclusion, the role of parents is very important in shaping the personality, character, morals and education of children, parents of different religions must be prepared for all the consequences and be wiser in building communication about religiosity to children.
