Abstract

The development of the business world now requires all forms of business including cooperatives to do various ways to increase productivity and performance. One of the efforts in increasing productivity and performance is by building a high-performance work system. The purpose of this research is to find out the high performance work system in cooperatives. The number of respondents was 132 respondents with factor analysis analysis techniques. From the results of the analysis conducted found three factors as determinants of high performance work systems, namely the method of task delegation, internal planning and motivation.

Abstract

The development of the economy in Indonesia cannot be separated from the participation of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), while the form of interaction between SMEs is seen by their participation as providers of employment and their contribution to gross domestic product. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of product innovation, process innovation, and management innovation on performance. Measuring the effect of innovation on performance and which indicator variables have an effect on performance. This study used a quantitative approach by involving 262 SMEs as a sample. The multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the SPSS 21 program were used to answer the hypothesis. The results obtained are product innovation that has a significant positive effect on performance, process innovation has a positive and insignificant effect on performance and management innovation has a significant negative effect on performance. The magnitude of the influence of the variable product innovation, innovation process, and management innovation on performance is still in a low category of 5.6% and the innovation variable has a dominant effect on the performance of SMEs.

Abstract

Small and medium industries have an essential role in the economic growth of a country. However, this industry is currently facing various challenges due to changes in an increasingly competitive environment. The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the influence of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior, and to determine the role of knowledge sharing in the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior. The population of this study was all export-oriented small and medium industries, totaling 42. Then the sample was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan formulation so that the total sample was 38 industries. Research respondents were selected by recruiting five employees from each industry so the number of respondents who contributed was 190 people. The research findings show that transformational leadership and knowledge sharing positively and significantly affect innovative work behavior. However, knowledge sharing does not moderate the influence shown by transformational leadership on innovative work behavior. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused the collapse of the tourism sector. The implementation of health protocols (CHSE) and vaccinations made the situation even better. Tourist loyalty to tourist destinations is the ultimate goal for every destination manager. At this time trust and experience are the most important variables in determining loyalty. This study aims to determine: i) the effect of brand experience on brand loyalty, ii) the effect of brand trust on brand loyalty, iii) the effect of brand trust on brand loyalty, iv) the role of brand trust in mediating the relationship between brand experience and brand loyalty, v) the role of the application of health protocols (CHSE) as a moderating variable. This study used a sample of 200 tourists visiting Bali. Data analysis was performed using Smart PLS. The results of the research are: i) brand experience has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, ii) brand experience has a positive and significant effect on brand trust, iii) brand trust has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty iv) brand trust partially mediates the influence of brand experience on brand loyalty, v) CHSE moderates the effect of brand experience on brand loyalty, but does not moderate the effect of brand trust on brand loyalty.
