Abstract

This study aims to examine in-depth articles that highlight collaborative learning to improve creative and critical thinking skills, which are published in scientific journals in the field of education in Indonesia. The research conducted includes a type of literature review. The sources of data used in this study were taken from scientific journals accredited by Science and Technology Index (SINTA). The search was limited to articles published from 2017 to 2022. Researchers then reviewed, analyzed, and discussed the content together to evaluate, compile, and refine the reported findings. Among the ten publications, quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design was found to be the most popular. In addition, high school students were chosen the most as research subjects; while the scope of science and mathematics was the most widely used subject, the collaborative model is the most widely applied treatment and is proven to improve students' creative and critical thinking skills; while the test and t-test were the most dominant instruments used for the collection and analysis of research data. The application of research results encourages schools or educational institutions to use collaborative learning models and can be used as evaluation material for various stakeholders who carry out collaborative learning. Several recommendations have been proposed for future research concerning the findings of this study, including the need to increase the diversity of research types that support creative and critical thinking skills as the main focus. It is necessary to increase the frequency of qualitative research on the development of creative and critical thinking skills. It is recommended that researchers choose a more appropriate data analysis technique.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness implementation of training in making ICT-based learning media for teachers. This evaluation research uses the CIPP evaluation model from Stuffelbeam with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The subjects of this study were participants, instructors and training providers, with the object of research being documentation of the implementation of ICT-based media creation training, the instructor's performance, and the work and impact reports of the training participants. Based on the results of the research evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of training in making ICT-based learning media for teachers at LPMP West Sulawesi, it can be results (1) Context Aspect is the suitability of the objectives of the implementation of the training program for making ICT-based learning media with the Vision and Mission of the LPMP West Sulawesi. The training service was considered very satisfactory at 93% and declared effective at 7%. (3) In the process aspect, the trainees assessed that the performance of the training instructor was very effective, 95% of the respondents gave an assessment of being very effective and the remaining 5% gave an effective assessment of the instructor's performance. (4) Product Aspect, the percentage of teachers who can fulfill the assignment requirements is 95% for video work or about 40 teachers from a total of 42 participants, while for impacting there are 39 teachers who submit impact reports or around 93%. The implementation of training on making ICT-based learning media for teachers at the West Sulawesi LPMP is running effectively.

Abstract

The development of learning needs is increasing as the demand for competency improvement is not only oriented to mastery of the material but also to more complex competencies, namely holistic knowledge, attitudes and skills. At this time the world is being hit by a pandemic due to Covid-19 which hinders direct interaction in learning as usual. So that learning requires the use of communication and information technology (ICT) through learning in the network (online). Through this research, it will be studied to determine the right formula in the selection and use of the synchronous and asynchronous models. This research was conducted using a development research approach with the ADDIE model. conducted at the Educational Technology Study Program, Faculty of Education, State University of Surabaya in the period May – November 2021. The acquisition of learning outcomes in sychronous learning is better than asynchronous. The results of the analysis can be concluded that there is a difference in learning outcomes between the two models, asynchronous and synchronous.

Abstract

This research was conducted to identify the need for instructional media before the development of cooking video media. The results of this needs analysis will be the basis for making video materials for deaf students. Needs analysis needs to be done as part of the pre-development stage of the research and development (R&D) process, using research subjects of as many as 13 classroom teachers, as well as researchers conducting observations and collecting data through a google form questionnaire distributed via Whatsapp. Based on the research findings that to involve deaf students in the culinary learning process and generate a desire to learn, innovative learning media are needed so that deaf students can achieve maximum learning goals and improve learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh multimedia mobile learning dengan kemandirian belajar bagi peserta didik. Kemandirian belajar merupakan suatu sikap peserta didik yang memiliki inisiatif sendiri untuk belajar, memiliki keinginan untuk menguasai kompetensi, memiliki rasa percaya diri serta tanggung jawab terhadap tugasnya sebagai peserta didik serta tidak bergantung pada temannya. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Cluster Random Sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sejumlah 30 peserta didik. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan instrumen angket dan wawancara. Pengujian hipotesis terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara mobile learning dengan kemandirian belajar peserta didik kelas X di SMK Ma’arif Sudimoro pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam (PAI) selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Setelah dilakukan pengujian, diketahui hasil analisis data sebagai berikut; (1) peserta didik memiliki responsif terhadap penggunaan mobile learning mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam (PAI), dibuktikan dengan hasil analisa angket di angka 77 %; (2) penggunaan mobile learning ini menimbulkan efek terhadap kemandirian belajar bagi peserta didik, hal ini terbukti di hasil rata rata yang mencapai 76%; (3) sesuai hasil analisa uji hipotesis dan analisa angket maupun wawancara bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara mobile learning terhadap terhadap kemandirian belajar bagi peserta didik di masa pandemic covid-19.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the practicality of the Problem-based Learning (PBL) with the integration pattern of Science, Technology, and Society (STS) education for fourth-grade elementary school students. In this study, the development research model was used, referring to Borg and Gall's, a process carried out to produce and test an educational product. The results of the study showed (1) the total mean implementation of the PBL-STS model obtained a score of 1.7 and was declared implemented based on the implementation criteria of the PBL-STS model; (2) The total percentage of learning implementation obtained a value of 89.1% and was declared good based on the learning implementation criteria; and (3) the total percentage of student activity obtained a value of 86.3% and was declared good based on student activity criteria. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the PBL-STS Model is practical for fourth-grade elementary school students.

Abstract

The important role of policy makers is to develop and improve program implementation. The purpose of the study in general is to evaluate the supporting components of the implementation of online learning which include learning facilities at home and parents' attention in learning, the input component of students' initial abilities, and the process components of activeness following online learning in relation to increasing the competence of SMK students in Malang and Batu. The research design uses evaluation research. The research sample involved 240 students of the multimedia expertise program at SMKN 4, 5, 11 Malang City and SMKN 3 Batu. The data analysis technique used in this research was SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) and LISREL. The results of this study are, 1) learning facilities at home have a direct effect on students' initial abilities, student activity. 2) parents' attention in learning has a direct effect on students' initial ability and student competence, and has an indirect effect on student learning activeness and competence.

Abstract

Kebebasan belajar berarti pebelajar dapat menggunakan bermacam-macam sumber belajar dan aktivitas belajar, diantaranya yaitu siswa dapat mencari sumber baca untuk dirinya belajar sendiri, belajar kelompok, dialog komputer, dan aktivitas surat menyurat atau yang dikenal dengan istilah korespondensi. Siswa pun bisa mandiri dalam belajar dan kemandirian belajar siswa ini dapat dikembangkan menggunakan paradigma discovery learning dan multimedia online atau network learning. Sehingga, artikel ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan dan mengimplementasikan hasil rancangan pembelajaran web berbasis model discovery learning pada mata pelajaran Informatika kelas X materi sistem komputer SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik. Selain itu, artikel ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap pengembangan web learning berbasis model discovery learning. Metode penelitian mengacu pada rancangan model penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and development) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik, dan metode angket digunakan untuk mengetahui jawaban siswa terhadap materi sistem komputer pembelajaran web. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, ditetapkan bahwa hasil desain dan implementasi pembelajaran berbasis web yang dikembangkan efektif diterapkan berdasarkan beberapa uji coba yang dilakukan. Hasil angket menunjukkan skor rata-rata 4,18 termasuk kategori sangat baik untuk kelayakan media dan skor rata-rata 4,27 untuk model pembelajaran. Secara umum pembelajaran multimedia berbasis web dengan model discovery learning memberikan hasil yang positif. Pengetahuan berbasis penemuan dapat mendorong kemandirian siswa dalam memahami dan mengidentifikasi sumber belajar. Oleh karena itu dapat dimanfaatkan untuk melatih kemandirian siswa

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of one learning media, learning videos, on the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI). This research uses the research and development (R&D) method with ADDIE pretest-posttest control group design. The experimental subjects in this study were 58 class VIII SMP Al-Huda students, divided into an experimental class and a control class. The results showed that the media that had been developed was suitable for use in learning. Other findings from this study indicate an effect of using instructional videos on students' level of understanding. The mean score in the experimental group was much higher than in the control group. It proves that there is a difference in value between the experimental group and the control group. Learning video media in this subject has a positive impact on students, making students more enthusiastic and enthusiastic about learning.

Abstract

Pendidikan teknik adalah esensial untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan mempersiapkan siswa SMK siap kerja, sehingga kualitas pendidikan teknik menjadi penting. Era Industri 4.0 ditandai oleh pesatnya teknologi internet yang mengharuskan pendidikan teknik dapat mengkombinasikan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pembelajaran, seperti blended learning. Blended learning bukan hanya kombinasi pembelajaran online dan tatap muka, tetapi juga memfasilitasi berpikir tingkat tinggi dan pemecahan masalah. Guru, sebagai desainer pembelajaran, harus memahami peran setiap komponen pembelajaran. Gambar Teknik Manufaktur (GTM) berperan dalam mencetak tenaga kerja drafter yang menerjemahkan ide dan sketsa dari perancang  ke dalam sebuah visual tiga dimensi atau dua dimensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan desain blended learning pada pelajaran GTM, yang terdiri atas kegiatan persiapan, aktivitas desain, dan evaluasi. Desain ini menggunakan model blended learning rotasi sub-model flipped classroom yang dikelola dalam learning management system (LMS)
