Abstract

Motivasi dan disiplin kerja merupakan faktor yang dapat mendukung tercapainya kinerja yang maksimal. Motivasi adalah keadaan intern diri seseorang yang mangaktifkan dan mengarahkan tingkah lakunya kepada sasaran tertentu dan Disiplin mencerminkan besarnya rasa tanggung jawab seseorang terhadap tugas-tugas yang diberikan terhadapnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Papua. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan instrumen inti kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada sejumlah responden yang telah ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling tertentu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) secara parsial, variabel motivasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 2) Disiplin kerja, berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan 3) secara simultan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Papua. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Papua, diperlukan strategi yang komprehensif yang mempertimbangkan aspek motivasi, disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan, dan pengembangan kompetensi, dengan tetap memperhatikan keragaman karakteristik pegawai.

Abstract

Breadfruit leaves (Artocarpus altilis) contain chemical compounds, including flavonoids, phenolics, tannins, alkaloids, and saponins, which have antioxidant activity. The planting location causes differences in the composition of active compounds, causing their biological activity to change. This research aimed to determine the highest antioxidant activity, flavonoid, phenolic, and tannin content of 96% ethanol extract of breadfruit leaves from 6 sub-districts in Central Java and to group them using the principal component analysis (PCA) and cluster analysis (CA) chemometric methods. Breadfruit leaves were extracted using the maceration method using 96% ethanol solvent. The antioxidant activity test was carried out using the DPPH method using vitamin C as a comparison. Total flavonoid levels were determined using an AlCl3 reagent. Determination of total phenolic and tannin content levels using Folin-Ciocalteu. Then, chemometric analysis was carried out using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Cluster Analysis (CA). The results showed that 96% ethanol extract of breadfruit leaves has the highest IC50, flavonoid, phenolic, and tannin levels, respectively, namely 82.79 ± 0.20 µg/ml; 9,96 ± 0,17 mgQE/g; 603.75 ± 2.6; 123.66 ± 0.76 which came from the Tengaran area. The samples were divided into three groups using PCA and CA methods based on the variables used. The first group was Gajahmungkur, Mranggen, and Pamotan. The second group was Gunungpati and Bandungan. The third group was Tengaran.

Abstract

Background: Pregnancy causes various physiological changes in women, one of which is hormonal changes that often cause discomfort in the form of nausea and vomiting in the first trimester. If not treated immediately, this condition can lead to fluid loss, fetal growth and development disorders, and even the risk of maternal death. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of pregnant women in their first trimester about nausea and vomiting at the Bayat Community Health Center in Klaten Regency.  Methods: This study used a quantitative descriptive design with total sampling technique. The population consisted of all pregnant women in their first trimester who visited the Bayat Community Health Center in October 2022, totaling 60 respondents. The research instrument used a structured questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using frequency distribution.  Results: The results showed that most respondents were aged 20–35 years, had a high school education, worked as housewives, had received information about nausea and vomiting from midwives, and had two to four children. The level of knowledge of pregnant women in their first trimester was classified as good in terms of understanding, signs and symptoms, causes, prevention, and the effects of nausea and vomiting.  Conclusion: The knowledge of pregnant women in their first trimester at the Bayat Community Health Center in Klaten Regency about nausea and vomiting was in the good category. It is recommended that health workers, especially midwives, continue to improve education and counseling for pregnant women in their first trimester regarding the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting to reduce the risk of pregnancy complications.

Abstract

In this study Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as a moderation variable between capital structures to profitability in BEI, that is the goal for this analysis. Debt Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) are used as capital structure gauges, while Return On Asset (ROA) is used to measure profitability. Indicators such as Audit Committee, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and Independent Commissioner are four GCG indicators. The technique for the use of the sample is purposive sampling with the amount studied by 12 banks, secondary data with which analysis using 17 stata. The result is significant positive measurement indicated by DAR to ROA, the positive result is not significant shown DER to ROA. Independent Commissioner strengthens and significant between DAR against ROA, and also weakens insignificant between DER against ROA. Other GCG indicators cannot moderate.

Abstract

The main focus of this research is to identify factors that influence women's political participation in the region. The method used is qualitative, with analysis and problem formulation based on field data. The research informants were the heads of the neighborhood units (RW) in Bhayangkara Village. Data were obtained through three methods: first, data collection from interviews and observations recorded in field notes, including official documents and photographs; second, data reduction by summarizing and selecting important information; and third, drawing conclusions. The results of the research indicate that women's political participation is influenced by several factors, including: (1) An increasingly less dominant patriarchal culture; (2) Lack of systematic political education despite good understanding; (3) Minimal structural barriers, but there are internal factors such as low interest; (4) Double burdens managed with family support; (5) Low violence and intimidation, although there are cases of verbal violence; (6) Affirmative policies hampered by socialization and funding; (7) Growing gender education and awareness despite lingering stigma; (8) Limited support from non-governmental organizations; (9) Positive but uneven social change; and (10) Unstructured mentorship networks. Based on these findings, the study recommends socialization on gender equality, strengthening political education, increasing women's capacity, and developing mentorship programs and institutional support to strengthen women's political participation at the local level.

Abstract

Masalah dalam dunia pendidikan selalu saja menemui kesulitan di dalam memecahkannya. Banyak survei dan hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia masih tergolong kurang. Kualitas yang kurang disebabkan oleh munculnya berbagai hambatan dan masalah. Hal inilah yang mendorong pemerintah Indonesia melalui Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi melakukan berbagai cara untuk mengatasi masalah yang mempengaruhi kualitas Pendidikan di Indonesia. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur, dimana penulis menganalisis sumber pustaka sebagai bahan kajian. Selain itu, peneliti juga mengaitkan dengan kondisi nyata kondisi dunia Pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengambil manfaat dan nilai positif dari penerapan perbaikan kualitas pendidikan di eropa untuk diterapkan di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas Pendidikan di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah. Hal tersebut membutuhkan perbaikan dari berbagai sektor, baik dari guru, prasarana, maupun dari kualitas siswa. Oleh sebab itu, beberapa kunci sukses dalam penerapan peningkatan sekolah telah diidentifikasi dan dapat melayani sebagai sebuah petunjuk bagi pembuat kebijakan yang akan merencanakan program peningkatan terutama pada sekolah baru. Progam-program yang dapat dilakukan yakni antara lain dengan mengubah lingkungan belajar, sekolah, dan kelas. Kombinasi yang akurat dan efektif dalam berbagai hal akan memberikan hasil yang efektif bagi peningkatan sistem pada dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of implementing the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model using scrapbook media to enhance the creativity of 10th grade students at SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak. Creativity is an important aspect in the learning process because it encourages students to innovate and find new solutions to various problems. The research was conducted using a mixed method with a Concurrent Embedded design, where quantitative and qualitative data were collected simultaneously. Quantitative data were obtained through Quasi Experimental with Nonequivalent Control Group Design, while qualitative data were collected from observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed an increase in creativity among students who participated in PjBL-based learning using scrapbooks. Independent T-Test analysis revealed a significant difference between the experimental and control classes. Qualitatively, the use of this model increased student engagement, critical thinking skills, cooperation, and creative expression during the learning process. Thus, the scrapbook-based PjBL model can be an innovative learning alternative for developing student creativity in schools.

Abstract

Abstract: The mandate of agrarian reform in Indonesia was further strengthened through the Decree of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) Number IX/MPR/2001, which regulates agrarian reform and natural resource management. This demonstrates that agrarian reform aims not only for the physical distribution of land but also for strengthening natural resource management to provide maximum benefits to the community. Furthermore, through the Decree of the People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) Number 5/MPR/2003, the UUPA, along with its implementing regulations, aims to ensure legal certainty for land rights throughout the Republic of Indonesia. Legal disputes arise from objections to claims regarding land rights, whether regarding land status, priority, or ownership, with the hope of obtaining administrative resolution in accordance with applicable provisions. Regulation of the Minister of State for Agrarian Affairs/National Land Agency Number 1 of 1999 concerning Procedures for Handling Land Disputes, defines the dispute. Keywords: Agrarian, Dispute Abstrak: Mandat reforma agraria di Indonesia semakin dipertegas melalui Ketetapan MPR RI Nomor IX/MPR/2001 yang mengatur pembaruan agraria dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa reforma agraria tidak hanya bertujuan untuk distribusi fisik tanah, tetapi juga memperkuat pengelolaan sumber daya alam agar dapat memberikan manfaat maksimal kepada masyarakat. Selain itu, melalui Keputusan MPR RI Nomor 5/MPR/2003. UUPA dengan seperangkat peraturan pelaksanaannya, bertujuan untuk terwujudnya jaminan kepastian hukum terhadap hak-hak atas tanah diseluruh wilayah Republik Indonesia. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Modular Kuliner Indonesia (Hangry) Cabang Gading Serpong, serta untuk mengukur pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan yang sama. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan mengetahui besarnya pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja apabila diuji secara bersamaan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 60 karyawan dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel melalui teknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan melalui Google Form, dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil analisis mengindikasikan bahwa secara parsial, motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang terlihat dari nilai uji thitung = 4,946 sedangkan ttabel = 2,001(thitung> ttabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000. Secara parsial variabel disiplinkerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan menunjukan hasil thitung = 5,248 sedangkan ttabel = 2,001 (thitung> ttabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000. Secara simultan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terbukti memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai Fhitung = 19,719 lebih besar dari Ftabel = 4,01 dengan signifikan 0,0000. Maka dapat dikatakan motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Modular Kuliner Indonesia (Hangry) Cabang Gading Serpong
