Abstract

Persaingan industri distribusi yang semakin ketat menuntut perusahaan untuk memiliki sistem manajemen persediaan yang efisien dan terintegrasi. PT. Nindy Glow Beauty Aesthetic, sebuah klinik kecantikan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan produk skincare di Sei Piring, saat ini masih menggunakan nota pembelian manual sebagai acuan informasi persediaan barang. Hal ini mengakibatkan data stok tidak akurat dan menghambat pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis metode Supply Chain Management (SCM) yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam merencanakan kebutuhan stok berdasarkan data penjualan, permintaan, dan ketersediaan barang. Hasil dari pengembangan sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan, mengurangi kerugian akibat kelebihan atau kekurangan stok, serta mendukung proses distribusi produk skincare secara optimal. Studi ini juga mengacu pada penelitian sebelumnya yang menunjukkan keberhasilan penerapan metode SCM di berbagai sektor industri

Abstract

Patient visits to the Radiology Unit are one of the revenue streams for private hospitals. A decrease in visit volume can raise serious financial concerns, necessitating a clear understanding of the influencing factors so that hospital management can respond with efficient and well-directed strategies. This study aims to analyze how the 3P marketing mix antecendents including people, process, and physical evidence affect revisit intention, with word of mouth acting as a mediating variable, in the context of outpatient services in the Radiology Unit of a private hospital. People, process, and physical evidence are marketing mix factors that are unique to the healthcare service sector. This study is a quantitative study where the data collection method uses a questionnaire filled out by respondents in the study population. There are seven hypothesis lines analyzed using PLS-SEM with data collected from outpatients of the Radiology Unit in a class B private hospital in the city of Depok from November 2024 to February 2025 as many as 182 respondents. The results showed that the physical evidence factor had a positive effect on word of mouth and revisit intention, the process factor had a positive effect on word of mouth but not on revisit intention, and the people factor had no positive effect on either. This study is expected to contribute to the hospital in improving outpatient services in the Radiology Unit.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the thoughts brought by Harun Nasution regarding power, God's absolute will and human freedom in an analysis of thought. This is based on Harun Nasution's thoughts which are often the subject of long discussions among thinkers and scholars, one of which is the statement that abandoning rational thought has an impact on the backwardness of Muslims and reason symbolizes human power. His thoughts received various responses from thinkers and scholars, so researchers were interested in examining his thoughts. The author uses qualitative research methods of literature and interpretive analysis, the author tries to collect data then filter and cite various data sources which are then interpreted in order to obtain a valid conclusion. The author's validation method uses method, time and theory triangulation. The results show that Harun Nasution views that God's power and will are limited by rational thinking. God has given freedom to humans according to His Sunnah. God gives freedom to humans to determine what they want so that this human freedom seems to limit the power and will of God. Every moment humans have to choose from several life choices which are essentially still within the scope of God's will.
