Abstract

Black holes are thermodynamic objects that emit Hawking radiation near the event horizon of a black hole according to the theory of quantum gravity in curved space-time. This radiation is manifested as the temperature of a black hole, known as the Hawking temperature. According to black hole thermodynamics, the black hole horizon area corresponds to the entropy. The increase in the horizon area is predicted due to the influence of dark energy, which can push the horizon of the black hole away from its center, thus significantly affecting the radiation of the black hole. Here, we investigate the Hawking temperature of the Schwarzschild black hole under the effect of quintessence dark energy. The results show that the increase in quintessence reduces the horizon radius of the black hole and lowers its Hawking temperature, highlighting the direct relationship between dark energy and black hole dynamics.

Abstract

The Babak watershed is considered a high utility watershed that has strategic functions. With its very diverse functions, this watershed is not immune from various problems such as land conversion which results in critical lands, narrowing of river channels and sedimentation. Land degradation by erosion contributes an important role to high sedimentation. This research aims to calculate the amount of erosion and determine of erosion hazard level in the Babak watershed. To estimate the amount of erosion, the Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE) method is used. The amount of erosion in the Babak watershed is assessed through the 9 weirs in the Babak watershed, namely Jengguar, Babak, Gde Bongoh, Keru, Simbe, Jurang Sate, Gebong, Datar and Baturiti weirs. The results of the analysis show that the amount of erosion that occurred at the weir was respectively 92,399 tons/ha/year, 86,828 tons/ha/year, 87,193 tons/ha/year, 72,074 tons/ha/year, 55,534 tons/ha/year, 112,123 tons/ha/year, 33,756 tons/ha/year, 32,935 tons/ha/year, and 34,073 tons/ha/year. Based on classification results is known that the dominant level of erosion hazard in the Babak watershed is very light to moderate. Gebong, Datar and Baturiti weirs are dominated by a very light erosion hazard level (I) with a total area spread of 56.889%, 59.715% and 67.13% respectively. Jengguar, Gde Bongoh, Keru and Simbe weirs are dominated by light erosion hazard level (II) with a total area spread of 41.454%, 42.272%, 45.684% and 49.468% respectively.

Abstract

This research explores the complex role of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices in shaping employee behavior in the energy sector. Through a systematic literature review approach of research spanning 2017-2025, the study identifies the multidimensional dynamics through which sustainability initiatives influence employee motivation, engagement and performance. Key findings show that environmental dimensions are positively correlated with employees' intrinsic motivation, especially in the younger generation who show higher responsiveness to sustainability initiatives. Social aspects of ESG play a significant role in building emotional connectedness between employees and the organization, while transparent governance practices increase trust, encourage innovative behavior, and strengthen organizational citizenship behavior. The research shows significant variations in ESG implementation and impact across different energy subsectors, underscoring the need for an integrated contextual approach. The study concludes that the authentic integration of ESG and CSR practices not only improves financial performance and competitive advantage, but also fundamentally transforms the work ecosystem through the creation of a more meaningful, sustainable and competitive environment. The strategic implications suggest that ESG is increasingly becoming a key determinant in shaping employee behavior in the energy sector, emphasizing the importance of adopting a holistic approach that harmonizes business, employee, and environmental interests to create sustainable shared value.

Abstract

Multilevel drip irrigation is an irrigation method that supports water-saving agricultural activities in limited areas by channeling water through perforated pipes from emitters. The ideal multistage drip irrigation system can provide the same drip volume to plants, so the distribution of irrigation water and its depth need to be important factors to pay attention to in order to provide optimal plant irrigation. This research aims to determine the effect of using variations in primary channel pipe diameter on the distribution of drip irrigation and the depth of infiltration of irrigation products in a 3 (three) tier drip irrigation network. Tests were carried out on primary pipes from floors 1 to 3 with a diameter of ½", ¾" and pipes 1", with lateral drip pipes with ½" PVC. The size of the test field is 4 m x 1 m x 1.8 m and the distance between levels is around 0.9 m and the irrigation water source from a 200 liter tank is 2.5 m high. The research results showed that irrigation distribution results were quite good at all levels of the irrigation network, namely 70 ml and 68 ml. Irrigation patterns do not have a significant effect on the results of irrigation distribution due to variations in primary pipe diameter. A soil composition of 30% compost has achieved irrigation infiltration with a depth of 21 cm, including the fastest, namely 25 minutes and for 70% soil, an irrigation infiltration time of 35 minutes is required.
