Abstract

In this case, the rapid development of gas station construction is a significant threat to life and global growth, with greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions functioning as one of the main catalysts. Indonesia is urged to immediately embrace green concepts in the progress of building construction efforts, including gas station buildings. This is the mission of the Sustainable Development Goals 2030, which states that by 2030, new building concepts will be 100%. Researchers conducted a study to answer questions about the problem, namely the BREEAM-based green concept with the nZEB method. Based on this research, the green building concept will experience an increase in cost ranging from 4.66% to 22.56% with BREEAM assessment compared to conventional design. Implementing BREEAM using the nZEB method reduced cost from 3.03% to 10.72%. The results of this research revealed ten factors that influence the cost performance of the BREEAM-based Green Building Gas Station Building project with nZEB, namely: reduction of energy use and carbon emissions, indoor air quality, waterproof performance, monitoring water use, heating for each comfort space, energy-efficient transport systems, transport assessment and travel planning, water leak detection, water-saving equipment, and sustainable transport measures. This research also found the implementation of BREEAM using the nZEB method.

Abstract

Multilevel drip irrigation is an irrigation method that supports water-saving agricultural activities in limited areas by channeling water through perforated pipes from emitters. The ideal multistage drip irrigation system can provide the same drip volume to plants, so the distribution of irrigation water and its depth need to be important factors to pay attention to in order to provide optimal plant irrigation. This research aims to determine the effect of using variations in primary channel pipe diameter on the distribution of drip irrigation and the depth of infiltration of irrigation products in a 3 (three) tier drip irrigation network. Tests were carried out on primary pipes from floors 1 to 3 with a diameter of ½", ¾" and pipes 1", with lateral drip pipes with ½" PVC. The size of the test field is 4 m x 1 m x 1.8 m and the distance between levels is around 0.9 m and the irrigation water source from a 200 liter tank is 2.5 m high. The research results showed that irrigation distribution results were quite good at all levels of the irrigation network, namely 70 ml and 68 ml. Irrigation patterns do not have a significant effect on the results of irrigation distribution due to variations in primary pipe diameter. A soil composition of 30% compost has achieved irrigation infiltration with a depth of 21 cm, including the fastest, namely 25 minutes and for 70% soil, an irrigation infiltration time of 35 minutes is required.

Abstract

The people of Tibu Lilin Hamlet are a hamlet located in the hills south of Gumise Hamlet and located just to the north of Selamat Harbor. Along the village road are steep hillsides that have been used as villages, so the topography of this hamlet is very irregular. The community's water source during the rainy season comes from springs around the village in the form of water from springs, well water and seepage water from rock fragments on existing hillside cliffs. Meanwhile, during the dry season, most of the water sources dry up and only one or two locations have water with very minimal potential. Water shortages during the dry season are met by buying water from collectors who transport it by truck or tanker to Tibu Lilin Hamlet. Therefore, this service aims to educate the community about how to utilize limited water sources around the hills to help provide community water. The service was carried out in the stages of location coordination, location survey, outreach activities, discussion and question and answer as well as evaluation. Counseling was provided in the form of water storage methods, water storage tank methods and ways of managing water sources in mutual cooperation. This service has succeeded in providing the Tibu Lilin community with knowledge about water sources, how to collect water and manage water sources together. The community has been shown how to make water reservoirs and how to make pipe networks to channel water to the hamlet.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors driving and inhibiting social media marketing use among Small, Micro, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Data were analyzed using the quantitative descriptive technique as percentages. This study also used confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Based on the results of the descriptive statistical analysis, it was found that the driving factor for MSMEs in Banyumas to use social media was to engage with consumers. On the contrary, the main factors that hinder the use of social media are the lack of time to create consistent and scheduled content and the difficulty in determining interesting topics. Meanwhile, the CFA analysis revealed that the main driving factor contributing to the highest use of social media use is seen from eigenvalues, that is, that social media is used for marketing activities. The main inhibiting factor seen from the eigenvalues is the limited time to create consistent and scheduled content. In addition to that, difficulty in finding followers, network restrictions, and unsupported features of mobile phones are other factors that inhibit social media use. The originality of this research is considered very limited, as it only examines the driving and inhibiting factors for microscale MSMEs. More research should focus on a widely used social media platform and the type of business because every business has different characteristics. Keywords — MSMEs; Social Media; Technology

Abstract

An embankment dam is a large artificial embankment made by placing and compacting various compositions of soil, sand, clay or rock. One of the rock fill dams located in the Buleleng Regency, Bali Province, namely the Tamblang Dam which is planned to be utilized to meet the raw water needs in the Buleleng Regency in particular and the Bali Province of 510 liters/second, irrigates irrigated rice fields in Bungkulan and in Bulian with an area of 588 Ha, as a micro hydro power generator of 2 x 269 MW, as well as other uses for flood control and tourism. At first the Tamblang Dam was a rock fill dam with an upright core made of clay material. After conducting test pits at 30 borrowed areas and soil investigations at an independent laboratory, the volume of the core zone material according to specifications cannot meet the needs of the core material. There are alternative solutions to the problem, namely bringing in core zone material from outside the project site or changing the original clay core design into an asphalt concrete core. This study applies the Value Engineering (VE) method in which an increase in function at a fixed cost or an increase in function will be obtained by reducing costs or reducing costs for a fixed function or increasing costs and increasing functions.
