Abstract

Distribusi produk pertanian sangat penting untuk menjaga mutu dan ketepatan waktu pengiriman ke pasar. Wilayah X, sebagai sentra pertanian, menghadapi tantangan dalam memilih moda transportasi yang tepat akibat keterbatasan infrastruktur, kondisi geografis, dan sifat produk yang mudah rusak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan moda transportasi paling optimal dengan menggunakan pendekatan gabungan AHP dan TOPSIS. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara dengan 30 responden, termasuk petani, pengusaha transportasi, anggota koperasi, dan pejabat terkait. Enam kriteria evaluasi digunakan: biaya pengiriman, kecepatan distribusi, kapasitas angkut, ketepatan waktu, aksesibilitas, dan tingkat keamanan. Hasil AHP menunjukkan bahwa biaya pengiriman (0,301) dan kecepatan distribusi (0,224) adalah kriteria paling dominan. Hasil TOPSIS menunjukkan nilai preferensi 0,721 untuk moda darat, 0,593 untuk moda udara, dan 0,422 untuk moda laut, yang menunjukkan bahwa moda darat adalah pilihan optimal untuk Wilayah X.Kata Kunci:  Moda Transportasi, Distribusi Produk Pertanian, AHP, TOPSIS, Efisiensi Logistik.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the application of Lean Manufacturing and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) in enhancing productivity within micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the garment sector in Makassar. By focusing on identifying and reducing waste, this study analyzes cycle times and activity mapping to uncover bottlenecks that hinder operational efficiency. The analysis results indicate that the implementation of Lean principles can lead to significant improvements in production processes, including reductions in cycle time and waiting time. Furthermore, this research highlights the importance of eliminating non-value-added activities and integrating advanced technologies, such as automation and real-time tracking systems, to further enhance efficiency. These findings not only provide valuable insights for industry practitioners but also offer practical guidance for optimizing production processes. By adopting Lean strategies, garment MSMEs in Makassar can improve their competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market while contributing to regional economic development. This study is expected to serve as a reference for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers in efforts to create a more efficient and sustainable garment industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

Production reliability plays an important role in maintaining operational efficiency and product quality in manufacturing industries, particularly in injection molding machine systems. However, machine failures often cause downtime, defective products, and increased maintenance costs. This study aims to analyze failure modes in injection molding machines using the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method to improve production reliability at the South Sumatra Palm Oil Processing Industry. The research employed a quantitative descriptive-analytical approach, using observations, interviews, documentation, and maintenance records collected during August 2025. The analysis focused on critical machine components, including the mold, heater band, cutting system, hydraulic pump, and thermocouple. The results showed that the mold failure coded M1 had the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) of 140, followed by the cutting failure C1 with 120 and the mold closing failure M2 with 108. Pareto analysis indicated that approximately 60% of operational disruptions were caused by four dominant failures. The proposed preventive maintenance and inspection strategies are expected to significantly reduce operational disruptions and improve production reliability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kinerja metode Saving Matrix dan Nearest Neighbor dalam optimalisasi rute distribusi peralatan elektronik di Batam, serta mengevaluasinya terhadap metode aktual yang digunakan oleh perusahaan. Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan dengan menggunakan data yang mencakup lokasi pelanggan, volume pengiriman, dan kapasitas kendaraan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Saving Matrix memberikan hasil paling efisien, dengan total jarak tempuh 54,3 km, waktu pengiriman 5,2 jam, dan biaya operasional sebesar Rp785.000. Sebaliknya, metode Nearest Neighbor menghasilkan jarak 62,7 km dan biaya Rp905.000, sementara metode aktual perusahaan mencatat jarak terpanjang yaitu 68,5 km dan biaya tertinggi sebesar Rp970.000. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa metode Saving Matrix mampu mengoptimalkan rute dan pembagian beban distribusi dengan lebih baik. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam bidang perencanaan logistik dengan menekankan pentingnya penggunaan metode heuristik dalam permasalahan rute kendaraan. Saran untuk perusahaan adalah untuk mulai mengadopsi metode algoritmik dalam perencanaan distribusi. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengembangkan model dengan metode metaheuristik serta mempertimbangkan faktor dinamis seperti waktu layanan pelanggan dan kondisi lalu lintas untuk hasil yang lebih akurat.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of Green Supply Chain Management (Green SCM) and Performance Supply Chain Management (Performance SCM) variables on environmental, economic and social dimensions, as well as their impact on sustainable performance. The confirmatory test results show that the construct indicators used are significant for measuring both endogenous and exogenous latent variables. The estimation method applied is maximum likelihood (ML), which searches for optimal parameters to produce the highest covariance. The proposed model meets most of the goodness of fit criteria, although it is not fit according to the chi square criteria, but is considered feasible based on the existing consensus. Hypothesis testing shows that Green SCM has a positive effect on the environment, economy and social. On the other hand, SCM Performance has no significant effect on the economy. Further analysis indicates that 43.5% of the economic variables can be explained by Green SCM and Performance SCM, while the remaining 56.5% is influenced by other factors. These findings emphasize the importance of implementing Green SCM in supporting sustainable performance.
