Abstract

One of the new essential competencies in the revised 2013 Curriculum is understanding village financial management. Basic competence to understand village financial management is urgent to learn because of new knowledge in accounting. Therefore, teachers must move to learn from various sources, including academics. This community service activity aims to increase understanding of the scope of village financial management and knowledge of income, expenditure, and village financing activities. Furthermore, a comprehensive evaluation of the training is carried out to compile reports on village assets. The training activity was attended by 80 vocational high schools (SMK) accounting teachers in Pemalang using virtual zoom meetings. The result is that teachers can understand the scope of village financial management and its functions. The concepts of income, expenditure and financing can be carefully understood and practised how to apply them. The accounting basis used is the cash basis, so that so far, the financial records are still straightforward

Abstract

Religiosity remains a black box in educational research; only a few studies conducted regarding religiosity. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine some variables on students’ religiosity. This article attempts to determine the influence of attitude, injunctive norm, moral norm, and perceived behavioral control on student's ethical behavioral intention through religiosity. There were 273 education students from several higher education in Indonesia participated in this study. Questionnaire was used to collect data, while path analysis was used to analyze the data. The results found that injunctive norm, perceived behavioral control, and religiosity directly affected the intention of ethical behavioral. Besides, there was no direct effect between attitude and moral norms and the intention of ethical behavioral. Then, religiosity competent to become the intervening variable of attitude, injunctive norm, moral norm, perceived behavioral control on ethical behavioral intention. The paper can explain the black box that found attitude of a student was influenced by their religiosity or faith and belief. Other than attitude and moral norms, the stronger the religiosity could help students to create a good behavior.

Abstract

Accounting learning needs to respond to current work needs that prioritize digital skills. But there are still many accounting students who do not fully understand about basic lessons in accounting. It was influenced by several factors. Therefore this study aims to analyse the relationship between gender, student perceptions of accounting learning, learning approaches, use of e-learning, and accounting learning outcome. This study use quantitative research with a correlational approach. The samples were 266 accounting students in the first year. The questionnaires were distributed online using the Google Forms platform. The independent t-test was used to allow researchers to test the hypothesis of comparing male and female students perceptions. Regression analysis is used to determine the relationship between variables. Based on the results, it was found that gender differences did not have a significant effect on student perceptions but showed a relationship between student perceptions, learning approaches, use of e-learning, and accounting learning outcomes. The use of a deep approach in learning will increase the role of e-learning, especially on the complexity of the material provided. In contrast, the ease of using e-learning can affect the understanding of accounting. The findings of this study provide the view that universities in Indonesia need to continue to develop the application of e-learning provided as learning media in pedagogical activities. This research has implications for accounting educators to design and implement educational programs that attract students to study accounting courses and develop their accounting skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the direct effect of social media networking, knowledge sharing, and innovation on MSME's growth. This study also examines the role of knowledge sharing and innovation in mediating the influence of social media networking on the MSME’s growth. This research is survey research. Respondents are MSMEs from young entrepreneurs assisted by universities. Respondents who participated in this study were 467 people, but only 421 could be used. Data analysis techniques in this study using PLS-SEM. The results show that social media networking, knowledge sharing, and innovation affect MSME's growth. Knowledge sharing and innovation play a part in mediating the influence of social media networking on MSME’s growth. This study examines the role of knowledge sharing and innovation in mediating social media networking on MSME’s growth.

Abstract

Tahun 2022 memberikan tantangan tersendiri bagi BUMDes Asung Daya karena sudah legal menjadi badan usaha berbentuk CV sehingga diperlukan kesiapan dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan pelaporan yang baik sesuai standar akuntansi khususnya pada penyajian penyusutan aset tetap. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pertama direktur dan pengurus BUMDes Asung daya dapat memahami cara memperoleh dan mengakui aset baik aset lancar maupun aset tetap dan kedua dapat melakukan identifikasi aset yang disajikan dalam laporan keuangan. Ketiga, dapat menyajikan laporan keuangan dalam bentuk excel sederhana. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa direktur dan pengurus BUMDes Asung Daya dapat melakukan pengakuan aset tetap, mengidentifikasi jenis aset tetap yang dimiliki, dan dapat menyajikanya dalam laporan keuangan. Ada tiga jenis aset tetap yang diidentifikasi berdasarkan sumber perolehannya, yaitu aset pinjaman berupa truk sampah, aset hibah berupa mesin laundry dan frozen food, aset sewa berupa bangunan mini market, dan aset yang dibeli dari hasil usaha BUMDes berupa etalase, lemari pendingin, komputer, laptop, dan lainnya.

Abstract

Abstract. SD Labschool Unnes is a laboratory school under the management of Universitas Negeri Semarang. As a school that continues to grow and strive to become a Labschool superior Labschool Unnes is required to be able to compete with other schools, especially similar private schools. Both in terms of quality, service and cost. So far, in determining the cost of education, SD Labschool Unnes still uses the traditional method. There has never been a calculation using the cost accounting method.This study aims to generate tuition fees for SD Labschool Unnes students based on calculations using the Activity Based Costing Method. Methods of data collection are done by using interviews and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using the Activity Based Costing calculation method. The results of the calculation of the cost of education per student per class per year show the cost of education for grade 1st is IDR 7,452,548, grade 2nd is IDR 5,285,784, grade 3th IDR 5,438,426, grade 4th IDR 5,968,520, grade 5th IDR 7,251,088, grade 6th IDR 8,621,937. Abstrak. SD Labschool Unnes merupakan sekolah laboratorium dibawah pengelolaan Universitas Negeri Semarang. Sebagai sekolah yang terus berkembang dan upaya menjadi Labschool unggulan, SD Labschool Unnes dituntut untuk mampu bersaing dengan dengan sekolah lain terutama sekolah swasta sejenis. Baik dalam hal kualitas, pelayanan maupun biaya. Selama ini dalam menentukan tarif biaya pendidikan, SD Labschool Unnes masih menggunakan metode tradisional. Belum pernah dilakukan perhitungan dengan metode akuntansi biaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan tarif biaya pendidikan siswa SD Labschool Unnes berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan Metode Activity Based Costing. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode perhitungan Activity Based Costing. Hasil perhitungan biaya pendidikan per siswa per kelas per tahun menunjukkan biaya pendidikan untuk kelas 1 sebesar Rp 7.452.548, kelas 2 sebesar Rp 5.285.784, kelas 3 sebesar Rp 5.438.426, kelas 4 sebesar Rp 5.968.520, kelas 5 sebesar Rp 7.251.088, kelas 6 sebesar Rp 8.621.937.

Abstract

AbstrakEra digitalisasi saat ini menuntut UMKM untuk memanfaatkan kecanggihan teknologi untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh penggunaan media sosial networking dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Penelitian ini juga akan menguji peran review feedback dalam memoderasi pengaruh media sosial networking terhadap kinerja UMKM. Responden penelitian ini merupakan entrepreneur muda yang masuk dalam incubator perguruan tinggi di Jawa Tengah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survey dan diperoleh sampel penelitian sejumlah 400 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial networking dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UMKM. Feedback terhadap pelanggan memoderasi pengaruh positif media sosial networking terhadap kinerja UMKM.Kata kunci: Media sosial networking; feedback pelanggan; kinerja; UMKM

Abstract

This study was aimed to examine the moderating role of coping strategy in online exam anxiety and culture on students’ self-efficacy. The research population was the students of Faculty of Economics who have taken two years of online learning and online exam. By using the proportionate random sampling technique, the research sample of 228 students. The data collected using a questionnaire were analysed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results show that coping strategy weakened the relationship between anxiety and student self-efficacy during online exams. On the other hand, coping strategy can strengthen the relationship between culture and self-efficacy. In managing coping strategy, students pay attention to function-problem-focused coping and emotion-focused coping. Function-problem-focused coping is the ability of individuals to focus on solving the stress problems they experience during the exam. Emotion-focused coping is the ability of individuals to focus on managing their emotions during online exams. Self-efficacy in online exams (in the context of learning outcomes assessment) need to be studied in more detail.

Abstract

This research is aimed at revealing the success of the Teaching Practice Program ofstudents of Accounting of Economics Faculty of Unnes in senior high schools andvocational high school in Semarang. The samples, 49 students out of 97, wereselected through a simple random sampling. The data were collected with aquestionairre and documentation. The data were analyzed using the percentagedescriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of the study showedthat most of accounting students were successful in doing the Teaching PracticeProgram with high criteria. The success of the program was influenced by the role ofthe mentor, the role of the advising lecturer, the quality of the orientation program, therole of peers, and the achievement on the educational subjects.Kata Kunci :keberhasilan PPL, guru pamong, dosen pembimbing, orientasi PPL,rekan sejawat dan hasil belajar kependidikan

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat lanjut usia sangat penting karena masyarakat lanjut usia adalah salah satu populasi yang paling rentan yang harus mempertahankan potensi yang dimilikinya. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu mengenalkan branding produk dan pemasaran digital pada komunitas lansia batik sidomaju Desa Kenteng, Kecamatan Bandungan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dilakukan secara bertahap dan kontinyu selama enam bulan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu komunitas lansia dapat memahami pentingnya pengenalan teknologi informasi untuk mendukung sarana pemasaran. Sarana pemasaran yang selama ini mereka lakukan adalah pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut, penitipan atau konsinya di hotel Griya Persada Bandungan, dan di outlet butik di sekitar Bandungan. Selesai pelatihan ini mereka langsung dapat membuat akun Instagram sebagai sarana pemasaran digital. Selanjutnya, branding produk juga harus dilakukan sehingga produk batik shibori dikenal oleh masyarakat luas, artinya tidak hanya masyarakat lokal saja yang mengenalnya. Kegiatan pelatihan branding produk menghasilkan brand produk batik shibori berbentuk huruf “S” dengan blok warna merah, kuning, dan hijau sebagai representasi style batik shibori yang cenderung terang, cemerlang, dan ceria. Di samping itu juga ada penerapan penggunaan brand produk pada packaging dan label.
