Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital guna menunjang keberlangsungan dan pengembangan bisnis Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di lingkungan Yayasan Tajul Karomah, Desa Situ Gandung, Kecamatan Pagedangan, Kabupaten Tangerang. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah minimnya pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap penggunaan teknologi digital seperti media sosial, marketplace, dan aplikasi pencatatan keuangan dalam menjalankan usahanya. Akibatnya, potensi ekonomi lokal yang sebenarnya cukup besar belum dapat dioptimalkan secara maksimalKegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan partisipatif, di mana para pelaku UMKM diberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan intensif mengenai strategi digital marketing, pemanfaatan platform online untuk penjualan produk, serta penggunaan aplikasi sederhana untuk manajemen usaha. Selain itu, dilakukan pula evaluasi awal dan akhir terhadap peningkatan kompetensi peserta dalam penggunaan teknologi digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola usaha secara digital, yang tercermin dari peningkatan aktivitas promosi online dan kemampuan pencatatan keuangan yang lebih sistematis.

Abstract

Work culture is a set of behavioral patterns that areinherent in every individual in an organization. Buildingculture means also improving and maintaining thepositive side, and trying to familiarize certain behavioralpatterns to create new, better forms. This research wasconducted to see how the work culture (integrity,professionalism, innovation, responsibility andexemplary teacher of Islamic Islamic Madrasah in WayKanan District. Based on the results of the study, it wasobtained a picture that the five cultural values wereimplemented well even though the results were notmaximized. This cultural value has a positive impact,both on the internal (including educators and educationpersonnel) and external impacts including thecommunity, as evidenced by the increasing performanceof educators and community services.The barriers tothe application of cultural values are caused by: a) lackof communication ) limited human resources in thefield of technology c) low understanding of the stateapparatus against the applicable rules.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of application-based information technology usage on the loyalty and retention of Gojek partner drivers in Jabodetabek. Employing a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire from 100 active drivers selected via purposive sampling. The constructs measured include ease of use, system reliability, information quality, and user interaction as independent variables, with loyalty and retention as dependent variables. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to assess measurement validity, reliability, and structural relationships. The results show that application-based information technology usage significantly and positively affects both loyalty and retention. However, loyalty does not significantly influence retention, and mediation analysis indicates that loyalty does not mediate the relationship between technology usage and retention. These findings suggest that technology’s impact on retention is primarily direct, highlighting the need for continuous improvements in usability, reliability, and transparency to sustain driver engagement in a competitive ride-hailing market.

Abstract

The management paradigm of a leader is something that cannot be negotiable in supporting the achievement of the goals of Islamic educational institutions, especially for madrasah aliyah. Here the challenge as well as the opportunity for the leader of Islamic educational institutions to be able to realize the expectations of parents and society through a management paradigm that is able to build social piety (hablumminannas), not just individual/religious piety (hablumminallah). This study aims to determine the paradigm of leader management in the construction of social piety. This research uses qualitative research with phenomenological approach, by using descriptive analysis method. Data collection is done by using participative observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. The form of data are the words, notes, reports and documents obtained from the head of the madrasah, deputy head, teachers, and students. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Checking the validity of data is done by extending the presence of researcher, continuous and careful observation, and triangulation techniques using various sources, methods and theories. Based on the analysis of research data obtained conclusion: 1). The paradigm of leader planning in the construction of social piety in MA Shofa Marwa is not in accordance with banghart and trull. 2). The paradigm of the leader's implementation in the construction of social piety in accordance with the statement Anton Athoillah. 3). The leader's evaluation paradigm in the construction of social piety in the MA ShofaMarwa has a finding that does not comply with Kirkpatrick.

Abstract

Monotonous and less interactive learning often leads to a decrease in student motivation and learning outcomes, especially in memorized subjects such as Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This study aims to analyze efforts to improve the learning outcomes of grade V students in Asmaul Husna's material through the application of Wordwall interactive game media. The research uses a classroom action research (PTK) approach with a spiral design consisting of two cycles, involving 28 students of SDN Nongkosawit 01 as subjects. Data collection is carried out through observation, questionnaires, and documentation of learning outcomes, while data analysis is descriptive, qualitative, and quantitative. The results showed a significant increase in learning completion: in the pre-cycle only 35.71% of students completed (average class 63.17), increased to 57.14% in cycle I (average 68.00), and reached 84.21% in cycle II (average 74.64). These findings prove that the use of Wordwall interactive game media is effective in improving students' understanding and learning outcomes in Asmaul Husna's material. The implications of this research provide practical contributions for teachers in designing innovative, interactive, and fun learning, while enriching the treasures of technology-based learning media development in elementary schools.

Abstract

Abstract: Employee performance has always been a major challenge in the management of organizations such as hospitals. Measuring the performance of hospital employees, especially nurses, is a very interesting topic considering that nurses are the largest workforce, which is around 50-60% of all health workers in the hospital. Research on job satisfaction in nurses related to performance is still important to do, to encourage overall hospital performance. Purpose: aim this research is to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and nurse performance. Method: This study used a correlational descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. The population of this research is practicing nurses with total sampling technique. Data was collected using the Index Work Satisfaction (IWS) questionnaire and the Six Dimensional Scale of Nursing Performance. Statistical analysis using the Chi Square test. Results: 60.6% of nurses are satisfied with their work, while 53.5% of nurses still have poor performance. This study has revealed a significant relationship between job satisfaction and the performance of nurses in the surgical treatment room (p-value 0.002; α: 0.005) with OR showing 6.188 meaning that nurses who are dissatisfied with their work have the opportunity to perform less well 6.2 times, when compared with nurses who are satisfied in their jobs. These results can be used by hospital nursing managers that in order to improve nurse performance they must consider the job satisfaction of their nurses.

Abstract

Mahasiswa memiliki intensitas tinggi dalam mengakses internet. Sedangkan pemanfaatan dibidang pendidikan baru 55,30%. Pada sisi lain pada laman sinta2.ristekdikti.go.id terdapat artikel yang berkaitan dengan  studi keislaman. Sehingga kajian studi keislaman perlu merespon baik hal tersebut. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan 1) mengetahui strategi dosen membangun kompetensi berliterasi E-Jurnal mahasiswa FTIK IAIN Tulunggung, 2) mengetahui kompetensi berliterasi dengan E-Jurnal mahasiswa FTIK IAIN Tulunggung, dan 3) mengetahui pemanfaatan E-jurnal dalam studi keislaman mahasiswa FTIK IAIN Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penentuan narasumber menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sumber data berasal dari dosen, mahasiswa, dan pengelola program studi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teorinya Miles dan Huberman dengan 4 tahapan. Sedangkan uji keabsahan data dengan perpanjangan kehadiran peneliti di tempat penelitian, melakukan pengamatan terus menerus dan trianggulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini 1) Dosen telah melakukan strategi membangun kompetensi berliterasi E-Jurnal mahasiswa FTIK IAIN Tulunggung. Sudah menunjukkan adanya sasaran yang terpenting yang akan dicapai, ada kebijakan-kebijakan yang mengarah kepada pelaksanaan dan langkah-langkah yang mewujudkan sasaran tersebut, 2) Mahasiswa telah memiliki kompetensi berliterasi E-jurnal sebab mereka baru dapat melakukan searching bebas dan dapat memahami arah hipertex tetapi belum mampu melakukan content evaluation dan knowledge Assembly, 3) Sudah ada pemanfaatan E-jurnal dalam studi keislaman mahasiswa FTIK IAIN Tulungagung Referensi yang digunakan tidak hanya buku dan dan jurnal cetak.

Abstract

This study analyzes the application of various approaches in the learning process at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Indonesia, with a focus on improving the quality of Islamic education at the elementary level. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this study collects, analyzes, and integrates the results of studies related to the application of effective teaching methods and their impact on the quality of student learning outcomes. The main findings of this study indicate that activity-based and real-life experience approaches, as well as the integration of technology in learning, can increase students' motivation and understanding of Islamic subject matter. The use of interactive learning media and e-learning provides space for students to learn flexibly and deeply, and helps teachers deliver material in a more interesting and easy-to-understand manner. In addition, this study also highlights the importance of the role of teachers in implementing effective methods. Teachers with good pedagogical competence can create a conducive learning environment, which has a positive impact on the quality of education. The involvement of parents and the community was also found to have a significant effect on the quality of education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, by supporting the development of students' character. However, despite these successes, this study found challenges related to limitations in facilities and infrastructure, especially in rural areas, which hinder the implementation of innovative methods. In conclusion, this study provides an overview that student-based approaches, teacher professional development, and parent and community involvement are essential to improve the quality of Islamic education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, although challenges such as limited distribution of resources and facilities remain major obstacles that need to be overcome.
