Abstract

The study examines the evolving role of the Indonesian police in managing radical groups in the post-Reformation era, focusing on a partnership-based approach to promote religious moderation in a pluralistic society. Employing a qualitative method, it gathers insights from Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with 45 participants, including police officers and religious and community leaders from three diverse provinces—West Java, South Sulawesi, and West Nusa Tenggara. The findings highlight the police's strategic role in balancing security measures with fostering religious harmony, contributing to a nuanced understanding of counter-radicalism efforts in Indonesia's democratic context. A thematic analysis framework was employed to identify key patterns in the FGD data through systematic coding, theme grouping, and result interpretation to derive in-depth insights into police strategies. The findings reveal that police strategies involve close collaboration with religious institutions, civil society organizations, and local community leaders, such as in West Java, focusing on interfaith dialogues with local clerics; in South Sulawesi, supporting educational programs emphasizing religious moderation; and in West Nusa Tenggara, leveraging partnerships with traditional communities for a cultural approach to deradicalization. This strategy effectively builds community trust and reduces radicalization potential while emphasizing the importance of integrating religious moderation principles into police operations, regulatory support, and community involvement to create a sustainable approach to addressing radicalism in Indonesia.

Abstract

Environmental issues such as ecosystem damage, degradation and climate change require effective environmental management strategy. This study analyzes the cumulative energy demand (CED) potential of the XYZ Laboratory activities using a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) approach. The LCA methodology, adhering to ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 standards, encompasses goal and scope definition, inventory analysis, impact assesment, and interpretation. Data were collected from XYZ Laboratory's activities during 2023, focusing on four main process units: sample administration, fulfillment of testing laboratory conditions, sample preparation, and instrumentation analysis. The environmental impact of CED was characterized using OpenLCA version 2.0 software with the Ecoinvent database and then calculated using a spreadsheet. The result is XYZ Laboratory have a significant environmental impact. The instrumentation analysis stage and sample preparation stage are the two highest potential impacts of CED with a contribution of 52.559 MJ per analysis service (50.948%) and 35.970 MJ per analysis service (34.867%).The study concludes that significant efforts are required to reduce energy use and environmental impact, suggesting techniques such as good housekeeping, input change, better process control, technology change, on-site reuse and recycling, and production of useful by-products. These strategies aim to enhance energy efficiency of laboratory operations.

Abstract

Water is a crucial asset and serves as a significant factor in the quality of life, especially in supporting key sectors such as agriculture, energy, industry and conservation of natural ecosystems. Water quality can be significantly affected by pollution from effluents, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia which faces the added challenge of rapid population growth. This research focuses on monitoring water quality in the Garang River Sub-region, Semarang, by utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) technology for real-time monitoring. The methods used include the Storm Water Management Model (SWMM) model and an IoT-based monitoring system to measure important parameters such as temperature, pH, turbidity, Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), and nitrate and phosphate concentrations. The results showed that the Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) parameter often exceeded quality standards, especially in areas with domestic and industrial activities. The IoT monitoring system facilitates precise and instantaneous data gathering., supporting sustainable water resources management. This research emphasizes the need for evaluation and adjustment of policies related to waste management and spatial planning to reduce pollution and improve water quality.

Abstract

Konsep tentang strategis dalam menciptakan nilai, kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan saling berhubungan satu dengan lainnya. Hubungan antara nilai pelanggan dan loyalitas dipengaruhi pula oleh karakteristik produk dan pola pembeliannya. Jika pembelian merupakan suatu kegiatan rutin (habit) maka kemungkinan pelanggan akan loyal kepada merek/UTAMART. Penelitian ini menganalisis pola hubungan antara variabel nilai dari kinerja produk, tingkat kepuasan (adequate dan desired) dengan loyalitas pelanggan Rompo Kec. Langgudu. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran Usaha Utamart dalam meningkatkan nilai, kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang cenderung analisis induktif, proses penelitian dan pemberian makna terhadap informasi yang lebih menonjol dengan susunan bentuk narasi yang bersifat kreatif dan mendalam serta naturalistik. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis pengolahan data yang di gunakan yaitu, menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan dengan penarikan kesimpulan atau verification. Dengan tujuan memaksimalkan potensi sumberdaya nelayan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang di inginkan dan utamart akan memberikan kepuasaan kepada para nelayan atau pelanggan dari hasil yang di dapatkan oleh nelayan. Utamart hadir ingin menjawab permasalah tersebut. Utamart hadir ingin memberikan harga yang terbaik pada tingkat nelayan dengan melakukan kerja sama yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Jembatan memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga kelancaran lalu lintas dan menghubungkan dua sisi permukiman hingga menjaga stabilitas ekonomi. Pemeriksaan berkala jembatan dilakukan untuk mendapatkan deteksi kerusakan dan masalah untuk mendapatkan rencana tindakan penanganan untuk mencegah kejadian yang tidak diinginkan. Pekerjaan penggantian jembatan adalah pekerjaan konstruksi yang membutuhkan pengendalian mutu ketat, tak terkecuali pada Paket Pekerjaan Penggantian Jembatan Progo Kranggan. Artikel ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode observasi, yaitu pengamatan pelaksanaan pekerjaan terhadap peraturan-peraturan dan standar kerja dari Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga selaku pengguna jasa untuk mencapai mutu yang disyaratkan. Kegiatan pengendalian mutu terbagi menjadi kegiatan urutan antara pengambilan sampel material, pengujian material, penyusunan Job Mix Design (JMD), penyusunan Job Mix Formula (JMF) serta pengujian harian. Hasil pengujian material dan penyusunan JMD oleh laboratorium eksternal menunjukkan hasil kurang lebih sama dengan hasil pengujian secara internal. Efektivitas, efisiensi dan nilai ekonomis hasil pengujian untuk menghindari loss dan overhead berlebihan saat proses produksi dipilih sebagai dasar penyusunan JMF dan kegiatan trial mix. Persetujuan formula campuran untuk kegiatan konstruksi oleh direksi pekerjaan dan direksi teknis, namun harus tetap dilakukan pengendalian mutu secara rutin. Paket pekerjaan ini sudah melakukan kegiatan pengendalian mutu sesuai standar-standar pekerjaan yang sudah berlaku dan berjalan beriringan dengan kegiatan kuantitas pekerjaan. Kata kunci: pengendalian mutu, pengambilan keputusan, konstruksi, penggantian jembatan, spesifikasi Bina Marga

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) telah menjadi pilar utama dalam menggerakkan ekonomi di Kota Bengkulu. Namun, tantangan dalam pengelolaan data yang terstruktur dan akurat masih menjadi kendala utama bagi pemerintah dalam memantau, mendata dan menyediakan layanan bagi pelaku usaha UMKM. Pendataan UMKM yang masih dilakukan secara manual seringkali menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam proses pencatatan dan validasi data sehingga menghambat proses pengambilan keputusan serta pengembangan kebijakan yang sesuai dan tepat sasaran. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu adanya sistem informasi pengelolaan data UMKM untuk menjawab tantangan dengan menawarkan solusi digital yang terintegrasi melalui pengembangan berbasis metode agile. Abstract

Pertumbuhan populasi dan peningkatan jumlah kendaraan di wilayah perkotaan telah menimbulkan tantangan serius dalam manajemen lalu lintas, terutama di persimpangan yang sering mengalami kemacetan. Sistem lampu lalu lintas konvensional yang tidak mampu merespons kondisi lalu lintas secara real-time menyebabkan pengaturan durasi lampu yang tidak efisien, memperburuk kemacetan, meningkatkan emisi karbon, serta menyebabkan pemborosan bahan bakar. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, machine learning digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan pengaturan lalu lintas secara adaptif. Dalam penelitian ini, dikembangkan sistem lampu lalu lintas cerdas berbasis Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) yang dikombinasikan dengan Raspberry Pi 4B sebagai pusat pemrosesan data. Sistem ini juga terintegrasi dengan Smart Traffic Light, yang memungkinkan pengaturan durasi lampu berdasarkan analisis data lalu lintas secara real-time. Selain itu, penerapan Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) memungkinkan pemantauan dan pengendalian sistem secara efisien melalui antarmuka pengguna. Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi ini, sistem diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi lalu lintas dan mengurangi kemacetan dengan penyesuaian otomatis berbasis data. ABSTRACT The growth of population and the increasing number of vehicles in urban areas have posed significant challenges in traffic management, especially at intersections that frequently experience congestion. Conventional traffic light systems that cannot respond to real-time traffic conditions result in inefficient timing adjustments, exacerbating congestion, increasing carbon emissions, and causing fuel wastage. With technological advancements, machine learning is utilized to optimize traffic control adaptively. This study develops an intelligent traffic light system based on a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), integrated with a Raspberry Pi 4B as the data processing center. The system is also incorporated with Smart Traffic Light technology, enabling adaptive light duration adjustments based on real-time traffic data analysis. Additionally, the implementation of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) allows efficient system monitoring and control through a user interface. By leveraging these technologies, the system is expected to enhance traffic efficiency and reduce congestion through automated data-driven adjustments.

Abstract

Rice husk is a biomass that can potentially be converted into biogas energy. In this research, a study was carried out regarding the effect of alkaline pretreatment and then a study related to the potential for developing biogas from rice husks in Indonesia and a study related to the potential utilization of biogas by-products in the form of slurry as solid organic fertilizer. So, the main objective is to determine the effect of alkaline pretreatment of rice husks on the potential development of rice husks as raw material for biogas production on a full-scale anaerobic digestion (AD). Research related to the effect of alkaline pretreatment using 3% NaOH by immersion in the substrate for 24 hours was carried out on a lab scale. The variable TS is set at 27%, C/N ratio is 35, uses a 2-liter digester, and measurements are carried out every other day for 60 days. Furthermore, the up-scale was carried out with an AD fixed dome model with a volume of 6 m3. In this study, it was found that pre-treatment with 3% NaOH increased biogas productivity by 1.6 times higher. The potential for rice husk to be converted into biogas energy can reach 3.5 million liters of biogas by 2022. The by-product of biogas in the form of slurry also has the potential to be used as solid organic fertilizer directly. Parameter tests that have been carried out show that the slurry in biogas from rice husks that have gone through a 60-day AD fermentation process complies with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 7763:2018 concerning solid organic fertilizers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh event terhadap niat pembelian ulang (repurchase intention) melalui electronic word of mouth (eWOM) pada pengguna aplikasi Shopee di Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Dompu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Dompu, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan dari studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa event memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. Selain itu, event juga terbukti memengaruhi eWOM secara signifikan. Begitu pula, eWOM juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. Temuan paling penting adalah bahwa event memengaruhi repurchase intention secara tidak langsung melalui peran mediasi eWOM. Implikasi dari temuan ini adalah bahwa strategi pemasaran Shopee melalui event tidak hanya berdampak langsung pada niat pembelian ulang, tetapi juga berhasil memicu komunikasi dari mulut ke mulut secara digital. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas dan frekuensi event promosi guna menciptakan pengalaman positif yang mendorong konsumen untuk berbagi informasi secara daring, yang pada akhirnya akan memperkuat niat pembelian ulang di masa mendatang.

Abstract

This research discusses the practice of religious moderation at SMPN 2 Ampek Nagari, a secondary school with Muslim students as the majority and non-Muslim students as the minority. The aim of the research is to describe social interactions between Muslim and non-Muslim students, analyze the role of teachers in instilling the value of religious moderation, and identify challenges that arise in the process. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research results show that social interactions between Muslim and non-Muslim students are harmonious, characterized by cooperation in academic and non-academic activities without discrimination. Teachers play an important role as facilitators, role models and mediators in instilling tolerant attitudes through religious learning, citizenship education and other school activities. However, challenges were also found in the form of negative stereotypes brought from the family environment, as well as feelings of awkwardness in dealing with differences in religious practices. These findings confirm that schools function as laboratories for religious moderation, but their success requires support from parents and the community. Thus, the experience of SMPN 2 Ampek Nagari can become a model for implementing inclusive religious moderation for other secondary schools in Indonesia.
