Abstract

Business planning is very important as to start run both small and large aims to make a profit. To find out the extent of the benefits derived from the business / business that is run requires careful recording. The recording of both business expenses and income must be done carefully so that the analysis and calculation of profit and loss of the business carried out with results that reflect the business potential. Pesantren Al Hikmah sub-district is located in Banjarmasin City, an trading area, where most of the population (57%) live in small medium entrepreneurship and most (53%) of them (families) depend their livelihoods / livelihoods from the land as traditional traders. Thus, there has been an outreach and counseling about designing small businesses by a group of community, but it has not provided adequate results. This is due to not doing a good business analysis. Through community service activities it seeks to provide knowledge about how to analyze or calculate the price of a product so that it can benefit the producers.                                                                                                                         Kata kunci : Business Planning, Student and Community

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and obtain empirical evidence of the application of additional employee income that has been carried out at the Central Banjarmasin District Office, to develop a model for providing additional income at the Central Banjarmasin District Office to improve performance and also to find out what are the obstacles faced in implementing The Model for Providing Additional Employee Income that has been implemented at the Banjarmasin Tengah District Office.The approach in this study is a qualitative description method supported by interview data collection techniques, observation, and document review. To obtain information about the implementation of the Performance-Based TPP, key informants were selected who understood the condition of the object of research, namely the Banjarmasin City Civil Service Agency which handled the Additional Income of Banjarmasin City Employees and the Organizational Section which handled Job Evaluation and Organizational Performance Measurement.The results showed that the implementation of the Additional Employee Income in the District of Central Banjarmasin had been going well. Constraints in the application of the Additional Employee Income, that is:a) Activity Outcomes, where employees are able to achieve the target point every month and the supervisor of the appraiser has played an active role in evaluating employees through the system, but there are still many employee activity inputs that are not in accordance with their main duties and functions and have not described the performance of the employee, still describing what the employee does, b) Financial realization where the sub-district financial realization shows a good category where all employees and PPTK have tried to disburse the budget in accordance with the existing cash budget, c) Attendance rate, where the level of employee attendance is in the good category and increasing,The recommended Employee Income Supplement Model with two indicators, namely: a) Work productivity and b) Attendance.

Abstract

Business startup that is run both small and large with digital platform aims to make a profit. To find out the extent of the benefits derived from the business startup that is run requires careful managing. Managing of business startup is expenses and income must be done carefully so that the analysis and calculation of profit and loss of the business carried out with results that reflect the business potential.       Banjarmasin City are many schools including Pesantren Al Hikmah, a river cultural area, where most of the population (52%) live in small business fields and most (48%) of them (families) depend their livelihoods / livelihoods from the sea as traditional trading.       Finally, there has been an outreach and counseling about designing businesses startup by a group of students, but it has not provided adequate results. This is due to not doing a good business startup. Through community service activities it seeks to provide knowledge about how to manage their business with low price of a product so that it can benefit the producers.

Abstract

Community empowerment must be carried out continuously considering that changes occur all the time. Changes can be caused by government policies, economic conditions or changes in natural conditions. This has an impact on people's life patterns and follows these changes.        This training activity to foster creativity aims to help and provide assistance to rubber farming communities in overcoming economic disparities while waiting for the harvest period. This activity can encourage the emergence of creative thoughts/ideas to produce other products so that you can earn your own income without expecting continuous government assistance. It is hoped that this training can increase rubber farmers' innovation with their own capital.       The problem faced by rubber farmers is that they do not have the skills to fulfill their daily needs and while they wait for the harvest period. Therefore, the environment demands creativity and innovation with one's own capital. Through this training, it can open the thinking horizons of farming communities in opening up business opportunities with relatively small capital.  Keywords: Creativities, harvest period, self capital

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of activity planning not in accordance with needs because there is still an assumption that not all proposed budgets will be approved so that the proposed budget is greater than needed without paying attention to real needs in the field and ease of implementation, incomplete data supporting budget preparation so that the activity budget is blocked / asterisk. The activity budget is blocked, resulting in the budget cannot be disbursed until the block is unblocked. In addition to budget planning, budget implementation, and mature inventory money, human resource competence is also the cause of capital expenditure realization not being achieved, this is because the competence of human resources in preparing budgets is still low.This study aims to prove the factors that affect the level of budget absorption. The factors tested in this study are budget planning, budget implementation, Money Supply, and human resource competence.The population of this study was employees at the Banjarmasin District Court which amounted to 60 respondents. The total sample of this study was 60 respondents with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression processed with the help of SPSS program version 21.The results show that budget planning has a significant partial effect on budget absorption at the Banjarmasin District Court, budget implementation has a partial significant effect on budget absorption at the Banjarmasin District Court, supply money has a significant partial effect on budget absorption at the Banjarmasin District Court, Human resource competence has a significant partial effect on budget absorption at the Banjarmasin District Court, budget planning, budget implementation, supply money, and human resource competence have a significant simultaneous effect on budget absorption at the Banjarmasin District Court.

Abstract

This research has five main purposes (1) to analyse whether budget planning partially has a significant effect on budget absorption, (2) to analyse whether partial implementation of the budget has a significant effect on absorption of the budget, (3) to analyse whether procurement of goods and services partially has a significant effect on absorption, (4) to analyse whether human resources competencies partially has a significant effect on budget absorption, and (5) to analyse whether budget planning, implementation budget, procurement of goods and services, and competence of human resources simultaneously have a significant effect on budget absorption.This research was carried out by the Work Unit of the Construction Service Center Region V Banjarmasin. Research method was descriptive quantitative. The population of this research was civil servants at Work Unit of Banjarmasin Region V Construction Service Center with the sample of 32 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Methods of collecting data used surveys and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used the SPSS Version 25 for Window program.The results of research show that (1) budget planning has a partial and significant effect on budget absorption (2) budget execution has a partial significant effect on budget absorption, (3) goods and services have partial and significant effect on budget absorption, (4) human resources competencies have partial and insignificant effect on budget absorption, and (5) budget planning, budget execution, procurement of goods and services, and human resource competencies simultaneously have a significant effect on budget absorption.

Abstract

Studi ini merupakan studi literatur yang mengemukakan tentang teori kompetensi dan factor-faktor yang mendasarinya dalam mencapai keunggulan bersaing dalam bisnis. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah bagaimana kompetensi itu berperan terhadap pencapaian keunggulan organisasi pada perusahaan bisnis. Beberapa hasil penelitian yang berkenaan dengan kompetensi dan keunggulan bersaing dijadikan bahan referensi. Menggunakan sejumlah hasil penelitian terdahulu, tulisan ini menghasilkan beberapa kesimpulan, salah satu pemikiran terpentingnya adalah adanya hubungan keterkaitan dan dampak antara kompetensi, variabel-variabelnya (kompetensi kepemimpinan, kompetensi intelektual, kompetensi manajemen diri, kompetensi pengambilan keputusan) dan keunggulan organisasi secara keseluruhan. Hasil dari tulisan ini menghasilkan banyak rekomendasi yang sesuai, yaitu dapat diuji secara empirik dengan menggunakan alat uji statistik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of employees of PT. Haleyora Powerindo Batam related to the work environment, work safety, rewards, and punishments. Employee performance (Y) is the dependent variable in this study. Workplace (X1), work safety (X2), rewards (X3), and punishments (X4) are independent variables in this scenario. A sample of 120 respondents was selected using a purposive sampling approach, and the population used in this study consisted of all 172 workers of PT. Haleyora Powerindo Batam. The multiple linear regression analysis approach used SPSS 25.0 software, and the research methodology was descriptive and quantitative. The research findings show that at PT. Haleyora Powerindo Batam, several variables significantly improve staff performance. The R Square value for reward and punishment factors that affect performance is 20.4%.
