Abstract

Business planning is very important as to start run both small and large aims to make a profit. To find out the extent of the benefits derived from the business / business that is run requires careful recording. The recording of both business expenses and income must be done carefully so that the analysis and calculation of profit and loss of the business carried out with results that reflect the business potential. Pesantren Al Hikmah sub-district is located in Banjarmasin City, an trading area, where most of the population (57%) live in small medium entrepreneurship and most (53%) of them (families) depend their livelihoods / livelihoods from the land as traditional traders. Thus, there has been an outreach and counseling about designing small businesses by a group of community, but it has not provided adequate results. This is due to not doing a good business analysis. Through community service activities it seeks to provide knowledge about how to analyze or calculate the price of a product so that it can benefit the producers.                                                                                                                         Kata kunci : Business Planning, Student and Community

Abstract

 ABSTRAK Kota Banjarmasin selain terkenal akan wisata pasar terapung dan kota seribu sungai, julukan Kota Banjarmasin juga terkenal dengan 1000 personel anggota pemadam kebakaran (damkar) atau sering disebut juga Barisan Pemadam Kebakaran  (BPK) .Banyaknya jumlah pemadam kebakaran karena atas kesadaran masyarakat Kota Banjarmasin yang sering terjadi musibah kebakaran rumah , hal ini dikarenakan wilayah Kota Banjarmasin padat akan pemukiman penduduk serta banyaknya rumah semi permanan yang terbuat dari kayu.Akan tetapi Banyaknya jumlah BPK ternyata tidak semuanya terdaftar resmi di Pemerintahan Kota Banjarmasin diperlukannya sistem aplikasi yang bisa mendata BPK resmi atau yang belum resmi sehingga membantu dinas terkait untuk memonitor dan mengetahui apakah Barisan Pemadan Kebakaran tersebut masih aktif beroperasi atau tidak aktif serta memberikan penyuluhan. Pada penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis website untuk mendata seluruh.Barisan Pemadam Kebakaran (BPK) beserta personil anggota pemadam kebakaran. Beradasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini membantu dinas terkait dalam memonitor persebaran Barisan Pemadam Kebakaran (BPK) di Kota Banjarmasin serta membantu masyarakat untuk lokasi dan melaporkan ke BPK apabila terjadi musibah kebakaran.Kata Kunci : Barisan Pemadam Kebakaran (BPK), DAMKAR,  Website, Monitoring, E-Lapor

Abstract

PT Jorong Barutama Greston (JBG) merupakan perusahaan pertambangan yang ada di Kalimantan Selatan, tepatnya di Desa Swarangan, Kecamatan Jorong, Kabupaten Tanah Laut. PT Jorong Barutama Greston (JBG) merupakan subsidiary (site company) dari PT Indo Tambangraya Megah (ITM) yang dulunya bernama Banpu Group Company. PT Jorong Barutama Greston didirikan pada 10 Mei 1991 dengan 99,99% kepemilikannya oleh PT Indo Tambangraya Megah dan memulai operasinya pertama kali di tahun 1999 dengan jenis usaha pada bidang pertambangan, transportasi, dan perdagangan batubara. Berdasarkan penjelasan-penjelasan judul di atas, maka penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam upaya-upaya apa saja yang dilakukan oleh Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT) PT. Jorong Barutama Greston (JBG) dalam memimpin perusahaan dan karyawannya untuk meningkatkan kinerja agar pengelolaan lingkungan perusahaan di PT Jorong Barutama Greston (JBG) tersebut berjalan dengan baik sesuai peraturan pemerintah  yang ada. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis peranan kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan untuk mendapatkan proper hijau pada pt. Jorong barutama greston kec. Jorong – kab. Tanah laut. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif merupakan salah satu pendekatan dalam metode penelitian yang bertujuan agar penelitian yang dilakukan lebih mudah dipahami melalui penyajian-penyajian data yang diperbarui serta makna-makna dari fenomena yang didapatkan melalui wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview) dan observasi berpartisipasi (participation observation). Hasil tersebut kemudian dijelaskan kembali secara lebih rinci dan mendetail juga sistematis dengan cara baru yang lebih mudah dipahami agar terhindar dari adanya kesalahpahaman konsepsi maupun interpretasi. Dari hasil penelitian Peranan Kepemimpinan Kepala Teknik Tambang Dalam Rangka Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Pt.Jorong Barutama Greston Untuk Mendapatkan Proper Hijau terbagi menjadi 2 yaitu Peran Pimpinan Kepala Teknik Tambang Secara Internal dan Peran Pimpinan  Kepala Teknik Tambang Secara Eksternal. Berikut pemaparan dari 2 bagian tersebut: Peran Pimpinan Kepala Teknik Tambang Secara Internal adalah suatu peran pimpinan yang berdasarkan kepribadian dari Kepala Teknik Tambang tersebut. Hal itu seperti: a). Sosok atau Figur dalamTugas/ Dinas Luar untuk menjalankan beberapa kegiatan yang bersifat legal dan social, b). Pemimpin yang bertanggung jawab untuk memotivasi dan mengarahankan karyawan, c). Pemimpin dalam Membuat keputusan, d). Belajar Risk dan Impact. Peran Pimpinan Kepala Teknik Tambang Secara Eksternal merupakan suatu peran pimpinan yang meliputi ruang lingkup perusahaan PT. Jorong Barutama Greston seperti: a). Jenjang karir (pengembangan karir) bagi karyawan perusahaan, b). Pelatihan (training) untuk karyawan, c). Penilaian kinerja, 4). Kepatuhan Terhadap Regulasi Perusahaan, d). Kerjasama Team Yang Merasa Memiliki dan Bertanggungjawab.

Abstract

This study explored the evolution of scholarly research addressing ethical concerns related to artificial intelligence (AI) within academic settings. Despite the growing use of AI technologies in higher education—ranging from instructional tools to administrative applications—limited empirical work has systematically examined how ethical issues have been conceptualized and discussed. A bibliometric analysis was conducted to address this gap, using data extracted from the Scopus database and 107 documents covering 2015 and 2025. The study employed the PRISMA method for data screening. Bibliometric mapping was performed using Biblioshiny-R, which enabled comprehensive visualization through co-occurrence networks, thematic maps, and trend analyses. The findings revealed a significant increase in scholarly output and interdisciplinary collaboration on AI ethics in academia. Key themes included algorithmic bias, transparency, accountability, fairness, and responsible innovation. Notably, the research highlighted a progressive shift from technical concerns toward more socially grounded issues such as inclusivity, data governance, and digital justice.  The study identified core publications shaping the field and suggested that ethical AI in education remains an emerging but critical area for future inquiry. These findings provide a robust foundation for developing evidence-based, globally relevant policy frameworks that promote fair, transparent, and accountable AI integration in higher education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji ulang strategi perencanaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam organisasi dengan menekankan pentingnya kesesuaian antara rencana dan realitas organisasi. Perencanaan SDM kerap menghadapi tantangan dalam implementasinya, seperti lemahnya koordinasi antardepartemen, keterbatasan data aktual, serta rendahnya keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan strategi studi kasus pada sebuah organisasi swasta nasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan manajer HRD, pimpinan unit kerja, dan karyawan, serta didukung observasi nonpartisipatif dan studi dokumen perencanaan SDM. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif Miles & Huberman dan pendekatan analisis tematik. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya ketidaksesuaian signifikan antara rencana SDM dengan pelaksanaannya, disebabkan oleh struktur koordinasi yang terfragmentasi, tidak akuratnya data tenaga kerja, dan kompetensi perencana yang belum optimal. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dikembangkan model perencanaan SDM berbasis realitas organisasi yang menekankan prinsip fleksibilitas, partisipatif, berbasis data, dan adaptif terhadap konteks internal. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan teori perencanaan SDM yang lebih kontekstual serta menawarkan alternatif pendekatan praktis dalam menyusun strategi SDM. Implikasi penelitian ini mencakup perlunya pergeseran paradigma perencanaan dari pendekatan normatif ke pendekatan realistis yang berorientasi pada dinamika organisasi. Penelitian ini juga membuka peluang untuk pengujian lebih lanjut secara kuantitatif atau komparatif antarorganisasi guna memvalidasi model yang diusulkan.

Abstract

Organization commitment is very important for individuals working in any organization.Therefore, considering individuals and the perception toward the careers is really important.This study determines the direction of influence of basic individual careers and career developmentprograms on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This research conducteda survey on Private Higher Education teaching staff of Kopertis (private higher educationcoordinator) Borneo in Banjarmasin. The data from 60 respondents were analyzedusing the Partial Least Square (PLS) to examine the relationship among variables basic individualcareers and career development programs that have a significant and positive impacton job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The results showed that the basic individualcareers and career development programs affect organizational commitment and jobsatisfaction. In addition, it is also proved that job satisfaction mediate the increasing organizationalcommitment.

Abstract

Salah satu pilar penting untuk menciptakan produk keuangan syari'ah dalam menjawab tuntutan kebutuhan masyarakat modern melalui pengembangan hybrid conctract (multi akad). Produk rahn yang banyak dipraktikkan di lembaga keuangan syari'ah yaitu di pegadaian syariah, dari sudut pandang hybrid contract dengan akad ijarah sebagai akad tambahan dalam pelaksanaan gadai syariah. Adapun rumusan penelitian ini: implementasi hybrid contract dalam akad Al-Ijarah wa ar-Rahn pada Pegadaian Syariah, dan implikasi hukum terhadap Hybrid Contract dalam akad Al-Ijarah wa ar-Rahn pada praktik pegadaian syari’ah Sungai Andai. Analisis data dikaji menggunakan yuridis normatif dalam pemikiran Hukum Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data antara lain dokumentasi berupa dokumen perjanjian transaksi rahn. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa akad yang benar seharusnya digunakan dalam praktik pegadaian syariah adalah akad Rahn saja sebab penyaluran uang pinjaman atas dasar hukum gadai. Keadaan yang demikian dapat menimbulkan perbedaan konstruksi hukum yang berimplikasi berbedanya hubungan hukum antar pihak. Kedudukan akad Ijarah dalam gadai syariah pada pegadaian syariah secara praktik harus dipisahkan dengan akad Rahn, karena akad Ijarah dengan akad Rahn adalah dua akad yang berbeda sesuai Undang-Undang yang ada.

Abstract

This research about are quite similar reasons for debtors in selecting bank to the reasons in keeping funds. It is not merely concerning interest rate and facility, service is also an important factor. This factor is greatly important regarding business activity between one bank and others can be said to be the same. The different thing is a matter of services.This research is located in Kalsel Syariah Bank Banjarmasin Branch. This research aims to (1) determine and analyze the level of conformity of interest level of service elements according to customers on the performance that has been conducted by Kalsel Syariah Bank Banjarmasin Branch (2) to determine customers’ satisfaction on the services that have been given so that it can assist the Kalsel Syariah Bank performance to achieve better quality improvement through determination of main priority.The samples are 100 customers of Kalsel Syariah Bank Banjarmasin Branch as the respondents using accidental sampling technique, the analysis used is customers’ Importance-Performance analysis. This analysis uses Cartesians Diagram divided into four quadrants. In this research, there are some main considerations by Kalsel Syariah Bank Banjarmasin Branch namely (a) Teller attention to the customers, employee willingness to service the customers (b) Waiting time in the queue (c) existence of Kalsel Syariah ATM machine (d) Interest rate level given by the bank.

Abstract

This study examines how SMPN 32 Banjarmasin implements strategic management to achieve its school vision and mission. The school’s vision emphasizes three core ideals: excellence in achievement, noble character, and environmentally conscious cultural values. Using a qualitative case study design, the research explored how strategic planning was formulated, how programs were implemented and supervised, what obstacles emerged during implementation, what efforts were taken to address these obstacles, and which internal and external factors influenced the effectiveness of the strategy. Data were collected from 13 purposively selected informants, including the principal, vice principals, teachers, administrative staff, a student, and a school committee representative. The data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, and the data were analyzed through reduction, display, and verification. The findings show that the school applied an integrated strategic management process consisting of needs-based planning, clear organizational structuring, continuous direction, and tiered supervision. The major obstacles included uneven teacher competence in digital learning, limited facilities, inconsistencies in coordination and evaluation, student discipline issues, low parental participation, restricted funding, and uneven technology adaptation. In response, the school strengthened internal collaboration, conducted training, improved resource allocation, expanded external partnerships, and reinforced digital literacy for teachers and students. The study concludes that the achievement of school vision and mission requires continuous, adaptive, and collaborative strategic management supported by visionary leadership, school culture, stakeholder participation, and adequate facilities.
