Abstract

Process to improve the skills of the individual in order to get a better career is call career development. And organizational commitment reflects the extent to which an individual knows and tied to the organization. The purpose this study was to understand the career development, organizational commitment and career development to test the influence of organizational commitment of employees in PT.Donindo Kantor Cabang Banjarmasin.The method used in this research is descriptive and analytical techniques used is quantitative analysis. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a population of 67 people and a sample of 40 respondents. Data measured using Likert Scale. And then the data is processed by using SPSS 23The research results showed that the influence of career development on organizational commitment of employees PT. Donindo in Banjarmasin showed a quite well criteria and appropriate.

Abstract

Sosial assistant interpersonal communication is a process of interpersonal interaction is done by social assistant with members of the Business Group (KUBE) in developing productive economic activities in the city of Banjarmasin by using verbal and non-verbal communication. Thesis research method is quantitative research. Place of research conducted in the city of Banjarmasin.The research objective was to determine whether there is influence interpersonal communication skills are built between social companion with members UsahaBersama Group (KUBE) in developing productive economic activities in the city of Banjarmasin.Our research found that there is a significant relationship between interpersonal communication skills with a social companion KUBE members in developing productive economic activities in the city of Banjarmasin through a cognitive approach. There is influence between interpersonal communication skills with a social companion KUBE members in developing productive economic activities in the city of Banjarmasin through emotional approach. There is a relationship between the ability -komunikasi interpersonal social companion with KUBE members in developing productive economic activities in the city of Banjarmasin fun approach.Suggestion of this research to the Social Welfare Office of South Kalimantan Province should be better in fostering the social companion and member of the Joint Business Group (KUBE) that will be established good cooperation in developing productive economic activities that already exist for more advanced and developed. Need further research to determine other factors that could affect the development of productive economic activities of members of the Joint Business Group (KUBE). Keywords: Interpersonal Communication, Member of KUBE, Banjarmasin

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is very important for the economy of a country, because entrepreneurs areone of the drivers of the strength of the country's economic growth. The SMEs sector is a sectorthat has been able to survive the economic crisis throughout the history of the economic crisis thatoccurred in Indonesia. This is because the performance of SMEs is supported by a number ofenvironmental factors, such as the support from BUMN and BUMD as well as from the bankingsector.The objective this study to present a conceptual framework that proposes the proposition ofthe positive influence of human resources and knowledge management on the performance ofSMEs in the province of South Kalimantan Indonesia through comparative qualitative researchmethods. Consequently, access to finance moderates the relationship between Human Resourcesand MSME performance and access to finance moderates the relationship between KnowledgeManagement and MSMEs performance. In conclusion, the role of competition in determining theperformance of SMEs requires a study that examines competition outside the conventionalcompetitive approach which directly affects performance.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial development in Indonesia is very small, amounts to 0.18% of the total population. Ironic considering the number of available potential in Indonesia's earth (natural resources), so abundant to be a good product. The slow development of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is influenced by how much attention the government to its citizens. Look at our government today. Do they invite to use the product in the country? we can take the example of one of the government's policies, import salt, chili, rice etc. Is it appropriate for the State of Indonesia as an agricultural country with the dawn of rice cultivation such imports?. Government attention is needed to empower people to improve the entrepreneurial spirit. Especially in developing informal business communities of the culinary business. However, it is also the role of public institutions and universities by providing socialization and counseling, in order to accelerate the empowerment felt by the public and obtain maximum benefit in managing the business.In an effort to increase business profits, culinary entrepreneurs need to be given knowledge about the preparation of the business plan format.Keywords:  Business Plan Format, Entrepreneur Culinary

Abstract

Setiap usaha yang dijalan baik kecil maupun besar tujuannya adalah untuk memperoleh laba. Untuk mengetahui sejauhmana keuntungan yang diperoleh dari usaha/bisnis yang dijalankan memerlukan pencatatan yang seksama. Pencatatan baik pengeluaran maupun penghasilan usaha harus dilakukan dengan teliti sehingga analisis dan perhitungan laba rugi bisnis yang dijalankan dengan hasil yang mencerminkan potensi usaha. Kelurahan Tatah Pamangkih luar terletak di Kabupaten Banjar merupakan daerah pertanian, dimana penduduknya sebagian besar (57%) bermukim di wilayah persawahan dan sebagian besar (53%) dari mereka (keluarga) menggantungkan nafkah/ kehidupannya dari laut sebagai petani tradisional. Selama ini sudah pernah dilakukan sosialisasi dan penyuluhan tentang merancang bisnis kecil-kecilan oleh kelompok ibu-ibu namun belum memberikan hasil yang memadai. Hal ini disebabkan tidak dilakukannya analisis usaha dengan baik. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupaya memberikan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana menganalisis atau menghitung harga sebuah produk sehingga dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi produsennya.

Abstract

The snack industry business has become the primary of food/snacks in people from other villages and is even favored by almost all people in the city. This training activity aims to help craftsmen or processors of the snack industry in growing creative thoughts / ideas to produce other products in order to be able to compete with other products in the face of competition. It is hoped that this training can make the snack industry survive and compete with the increasing number of modern food products. The problem faced by the snack food industry maker is that the food industry is very much influenced by the proliferation of other food industries. Therefore, the growing demand for food products continues to demand high creativity and product innovation. The fact that there is a variety of products, so as not to cause saturation from consumers. In addition to the level of discipline of food industry makers, apart from demanding food industry processing skills to read market opportunities and develop marketing areas, skills are also needed to design a product brand image.

Abstract

The business opportunity of culinary business is very large because currently there arestill promised who do second food while the demand for cookies along with awarenessof people who are increasing in choosing healthy and second food products. The peoplewho work as farmer will to expand its business by increasing their well being in businesssector. Before running the plan, this community conducted a business feasibility study tobe able to decide whether the culinary business plan is feasible or not to be implemented.Based on the results of activity on non-financial aspects of market aspects, marketingaspects, technical aspects and technology, aspects of management and human resourcesand environmental aspects this business feasible to be implemented.

Abstract

One of the uses of natural resource wealth in the form of processed food, one of which is snacks or cakes. Pastries are traditional snacks made from flour and eggs and are quite popular in the community, especially on festive days. Cookies are made from flour and eggs, which are mixed with rice flour and other ingredients, and then baked. The snack industry business has become a regional snack food so that other cities are even favored by both young and old. This training activity aims to help the orphanage children or their caretakers in growing creative thoughts / ideas to produce other products so that they are able to find their own income without expecting continuous government assistance. It is hoped that this training can increase the innovation of the orphanage children. The problem faced by the orphanage is that after leaving the orphanage they do not have skills. Therefore, the environment demands creativity and innovation to open an independent business. Through this training, it can open the thinking horizons of the orphanage children and the caretakers of the orphanage to business opportunities.

Abstract

This is effort to increase handmade production by moms community, the soul of entrepreneurs need to be given knowledge about the preparation of the marketing plan format.

Abstract

An organization can grow quickly if it has a good knowledge culture. Employees are organizational assets that need their career development. Career development can only be ensured if the organization has a learning culture. This study examines and analyzes Employee Career Development through Organizational Learning Culture, Career Planning, and Career Management. This research was conducted on MSME employees with 259 respondents who gave answers collected from 60 MSMEs in the city of Banjarmasin. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS software. The study results found that there was a direct positive relationship between variables with different degrees of intensity. Empirically the four hypotheses have been proven, as well as there is a positive indirect relationship between the variables, proving the fifth hypothesis.
