Teacher performance needs to be continuously improved because it affects the quality of graduates and the quality of education. It is necessary to conduct research related to what factors can affect teacher performance to improve teacher performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work commitment on teacher performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling. All members of the population, amounting to 43 people, are used as samples. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire technique. Before the instrument is used, the first instrument is tested to determine its validity and reliability. Technical analysis of the data using simple linear regression test and multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 22 application. From the research results, it is known that (1) motivation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance by 36.1%; (2) commitment has a significant positive effect on teacher performance by 41.0%; (3) simultaneously work motivation and commitment have a positive effect on teacher performance by 50.7%. The conclusion is that the two variables, individually or together, are a determining factor in improving teacher performance.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui secara simultan dan parsial pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan di PT. Berkat Anatasia Tanjung Batu. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan pada hasil pengolahan data maka diperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut. Variabel motivasi dan disiplin secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan, Variabel motivasi secara partial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan, Variabel disiplin secara partial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,486, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 48.60% variabel prestasi kerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel motivasi dan disiplin, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 51.40% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti seperti perhatian pimpinan, gaji karyawan, fasilitas kerja karyawan, dan lain sebagainya.

This research conducted to examine the influence of the board of directors, boardof commissioners, the proportion of independent commissioners, managerial ownership,institutional ownership, and audit committees on financial distress. The objects in thisstudy are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years2018-2020.The population in this study were 201 manufacturing companies listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. Based on the purposive sampling methodobtained a sample of 99 companies with a total of 297 samples for 3 years of research. Thedata is processed using logistic regression analysis.The results showed that the board of directors had a significant negative effect onfinancial distress. This indicates that the larger the number of the board of directors issignificant, the smaller the company experiences financial distress. Meanwhile, the boardof commissioners has a positive effect on financial distress. This indicates that the greaterthe number of the board of commissioners, the greater the company experiencing financialdistress. While other findings indicate that other variables, namely the proportion ofindependent commissioners, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and auditcommittee have no effect on financial distress

The purpose of this study is to 1. To find out and analyze financial digital literacy partiallyinfluence the investment behavior of students of Master of Management Study Program class 2020. 2.To find out and analyze financial efficacy partially influence investment behavior of Master ofManagement Study Program students of class 2020. 3 To find out and analyze the influence offinancial digital literacy and financial efficacy simultaneously on the investment behavior of studentsof the 2020 Master of Management Study Program.Research design is qualitative research. The population in this study were 78 respondents.Sampling using the slovin 0.05 formula resulted in a total of 65 respondents. With purposive samplingtechnique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire as many as 35 question items with ascale of 1 to 5 and tested with validity and reliability data. Technical analysis of data to answer thehypothesis using the SPSS 26.0 application. With the technique of multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the study can be concluded that digital financial literacy has a partial effect oninvestment behavior with a t-count value of 2.136 > a t-table value of 1.999 with a significance valueof 0.036 (sig <0.05) and financial efficacy partially affects investment behavior by the t-count value is6.337 > the t-table value is 1.999 with a significance value of 0.000 (sig <0.05) and has a significanteffect on investment behavior of students of the 2020 Master of Management study program with asignificant level of 0.000 (sig <0.05). Thus it can be interpreted that the independent variables includefinancial digital literacy and financial efficacy simultaneously and significantly affect the dependentvariable, namely student investment behavior.

Knowledge management merupakan isu penting saat ini dalam memasuki era digital untukmencapai keberhasilan organisasi dalam persaingan yang semakin ketat.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiagnosis dan membatasi faktor-faktorpengetahuan yang memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap prioritas kompetitif organisasi melaluimetode penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor manajemenpengetahuan memiliki pengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap prioritas kompetitif, hal inisecara langsung mempengaruhi keberhasilan organisasi. Kesimpulannya, kelangsunganhidup dan keberhasilan organisasi tergantung pada sejauh mana produk dan layanankompetitifnya, terlepas dari industri atau cabang ekonomi tempat organisasi itu berada.

Leadership has been an essential topic of organizational science since the beginning of this field. Previously, researchers focused on how successful leaders improve organizations and increase the effectiveness of their followers. This study examines the effect of toxic leadership on organizational performance mediated by work deviant behavior (WDB) of employees with a sample of 100 respondents. The method used in this research is quantitative, in the form of a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that toxic leadership significantly affects organizational performance, which is significantly less than 0.05. Toxic leadership significantly affects deviant employee behavior, as indicated by a significant value of less than 0.05. Deviant behavior in the workplace has no significant effect on organizational performance with a significantly less than or equal to 0.05. Deviant behavior in the workplace mediates toxic leadership with organizational performance with a direct influence value of 0.734 and an indirect effect of 0.901, so all hypotheses are accepted. This will be an important note for future researchers who will explore and review the causes that deviant behavior in the workplace has no significant effect on organizational performance and deviant behavior in the workplace mediates toxic leadership with organizational performance.

Individual career development can be predicted by observing individual entrepreneurial behavior and characteristics. This article aims to present the problem of self-management in the context of developing entrepreneurial characteristics and behavior. In the theory section, the author briefly discusses the nature and concept of entrepreneurship. Then, describe an enterprising individual with a primary focus on his characteristics and behavior. The practical part of this article presents concrete examples, showing how environmental factors, under what circumstances and how, they can influence the development of entrepreneurial attitudes. The author shows examples of how entrepreneurial personality starts at various stages of development, until it develops, starting from childhood, school, to higher education.

The performance of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) has a large role in Indonesia's economic growth. The literature and previous research discussing performance is increasing, however, there are contradiction. To identify the reasons behind the contradiction, this research was conducted with the aim of identifying the influence of supply chain capabilities developed by entrepreneurial networks and entrepreneurial orientation. This study collects data from a sample of SMEs registered in the South Kalimantan region which are connected through a closed network and are part of a group. Data was collected through an electronic questionnaire, and 327 MSMEs were contacted to participate in the survey by purposive sampling. Structural equation modeling is applied to identify direct and indirect impacts. The results of the study found that among the selected MSMEs, entrepreneurial networks had an insignificant impact; However, entrepreneurial orientation has shown a significant positive impact. Furthermore, the mediating role of dynamic capabilities is significant in both relationships. The results of the study suggest that SMEs must develop a strong network and must consider strategic alliances to gain competitive advantage.

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze: (1) The partial effect of Budget Planning on the Optimization of Budget Absorption Realization in the Balangan Regency Government, (2) the partial influence of Cash Budget Availability on the Optimization of Budget Absorption Realization in the Balangan Regency Government (3) Simultaneous influence of Budget Planning and Availability of Cash Budget on the Optimization of Budget Absorption Realization in the Balangan Regency Government.This research was conducted at the Regional Government of Balangan Regency. This type of research is an explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were financial managers at 22 Regional Work Units (SKPD) in the Balangan Regency Government. The sampling technique used the saturated sample technique, namely 66 people consisting of 3 financial managers in 22 Regional Work Units (SKPD).data was obtained from the questionnaire results and processed by data analysis techniques using the SPSS (Statistics Program for Social Science) for Windows. Testing the validity using Pearson's Product Moment and for reliability testing using Alpha Cronbach. The classical assumption test uses linearity, normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity tests. Data analysis used multiple linear regression.Based on the results of data analysis shows that: (1) partially there is no significant effect of Budget Planning on the Optimization of Budget Absorption Realization in the Balangan Regency Government, with the value of t arithmetic (0.572) < t table (1.66). In this study, the planning that has been prepared and proposed does not affect the optimal realization of budget absorption. (2) Partially there is a significant effect of the Availability of Cash Budget on the Optimization of Budget Absorption Realization in the Balangan Regency Government, with the value of t arithmetic (2.955) > t table (1.66). The availability of the cash budget greatly influences the optimization of budget absorption in the Balangan Regency Government. (3) Simultaneously there is a significant effect of Budget Planning and Availability of Cash Budget on the Optimization of Budget Absorption Realization in the Balangan Regency Government, with a value of f arithmetic (71,167) > f table (3.14) and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze: (1) The partial effect of Return On Assets (ROA) on Stock Returns in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period, (2) The effect of Partially Return On Equity (ROE) on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016 – 2020 Period, (3) Partial Effects of Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2016 – 2020 Period, (4) Partial Effects of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Period 2016 – 2020, and (5) Simultaneous Effects of ROA, ROE, DER, and GCG on Stock Returns in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector g Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016 – 2020 period. Data obtained from the results of the company's financial performance questionnaire (ROA) , ROE and DER), stock returns and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) obtained on the website www.idx.co.id. and processed with data analysis techniques using the SPSS for Windows program. Based on the results of data analysis shows that: (1) Partially there is a significant effect of Return on Assets (ROA) on Stock Return of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). (2) Partially there is a significant effect of Return On Equity (ROE) on Stock Return of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). (3) Partially there is a significant effect of the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the Stock Return of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). (4) Partially there is a significant effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on the Stock Return of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). (5) Simultaneously there is a significant effect of ROA, ROE, DER and GCG on stock returns of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
