Abstract

Game berbasis edukasi merupakan salah satu alternatif dalam penerapan pembelajaran yang dapat mengasah kemampuan siswa dalam meningkatkan konsentrasi, melatih kegigihan, berfikir kritis, aktif, serta kreatif. Hal tersebut tentu sejalan dengan makna pembelajaran deep learning, yaitu sadar (mindful), menyenangkan (joyful), dan bermakna (meaningful). Namun, kurangnya kapasitas guru dalam memanfaatkan game edukasi khususnya pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi menjadi kendala yang dialami oleh Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta Zula Bakam. Guru dituntut untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi game edukasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan dari program pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi guru beserta siswa di sekolah dasar untuk membantu kesiapan dalam pemberlakuan kurikulum deep learning, melalui pembelajaran berbasis game edukasi yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian ini adalah ceramah, diskusi dan praktik. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan penyampaian materi tentang kurikulum deep learning, materi tentang game dan praktik penggunaan game. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan melalui google form menunjukan bahwa 80% game AKSARANKASA mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dan guru dalam pembelajaran literasi. Selain itu, antusias dan interaksi siswa dalam belajar menggunakan game terbilang meningkat. Oleh karena itu, program pengabdian ini dapat dikatakan berhasil. Umpan balik tersebut menunjukan kepuasan oleh mitra terhadap program pengabdian yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Designing bureaucratic reforms is not only about simplifying the bureaucratic structure, but the main thing is to change the mindset and bureaucratic culture patterns in governance. Therefore, reinventing Government is implemented into the government system. This study aims to analyze reinventing Government in the innovation of the Palopo City regional government and the strategy for developing regional innovation. This type of qualitative descriptive research is used to analyze and examine Reinventing Government in the Innovation of Regional Government Bureaucracy. Data collection in the fields through observation, interviews with innovation innovators, community users of innovation services, those responsible for the Palopo City Regional Innovation Index, and focused group discussions with public policy experts, and documentation, the data obtained are then analyzed by data reduction, displaying data, concluding conclusion, and verification. The study results indicate that regional innovations made in Palopo City are based on the principles of Reinventing Government, such as catalytic Government, mission-driven Government, results-oriented Government, decentralized Government, and anticipatory Government. However, the principles of reinventing governance, such as customer-oriented Government, community-owned and market-oriented Government, and entrepreneurial Government, have not been wholly implemented because the regional innovations created are individual, so it is hopefully that collaborative innovation can be applied to develop new ideas and creative solutions in regional Government.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the efforts of SMAN 10 Palembang in shaping the character of students through the implementation of Pancasila values as an Indonesian human identity. This research is a type of qualitative research and the method used is the case study method. Data collection techniques used observation and documentation. The results of observations that have been made show that SMAN 10 Palembang has implemented Pancasila values well. This can be seen from the attitudes and actions of students in carrying out their daily activities at school. Through the appreciation of Pancasila values, the attitudes and actions of students who are obedient in worship, help each other, love the motherland, respect the opinions of others and carry out their obligations well as students are formed.

Abstract

Diversification plays a very important role and is related to a strategy to overcome certain problems, the relationship with counseling services explains that diversification is a strategy to expand the methods and approaches used by counsellors to help clients solve problems. Guidance and counseling services in early childhood education in practice have their own challenges. Conditions in the field illustrate that the guidance and counseling services of Raudhlatul Athfal (RA) Cendrawasih early childhood education have several problems, one of which is related to the approach to a student. Diversification in guidance and counseling services needs to be done because of the urgency of providing guidance and counseling services to optimise the potential of early childhood, so in this case it is necessary that RA (PAUD) teachers must be able to understand the content of guidance and counseling so that they are able to insert social personal guidance and counseling content into RA (PAUD) learning activities. The method used in this research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. Sampling based on purposive sampling by determining the criteria that are considered representative in the study. So the researcher determined the number of samples consisting of 10 teachers at Raudlatul Athfal (RA) and also 20 students. This study provides the results that the diversification of social personal counseling guidance services uses 4 aspects of services, namely: orientation services that focus on environmental recognition, information services that focus on creating good communication and activities at school and determining and directing life goals, classroom services that aim to help learn comfortably according to the character of the child, and group guidance with the application of learning

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1) the effect of using the Hello English application in English teaching on improving students' ability in vocabulary mastery and 2) determine students' perceptions of the application of Hello English application in teaching English subjects at SMAN 1 Mayong, Jepara. This study used a type of quantitative research with a pseudo-experimental research design. This study used test data collection techniques and questionnaires to measure students' vocabulary mastery. The population of this study was grade X students of SMAN 1 Mayong, with a total of 72 students consisting of grades X 7 and X 9. The test result data in this study was calculated and analyzed automatically using SPSS. Based on the data analysis using the t-test, the test data shows that the result of t count (df = 70) = 9.881 and p-value or significant level of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. Researchers use α = 0.05 (5%) as a significant standard, so the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted because the p or sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 is lower than α = 0.05 (5%). This means a significant difference exists between the results of using the Hello English Application in teaching vocabulary to grade X students of SMA Negeri 1 Mayong for the 2022/2023 school year. The results showed that the Hello English application significantly increased students' vocabulary mastery after treatment. The average score of experimental class students increased from 73 on the pre-test to 91 on the post-test.Moreover, the control class's average score was 74 on the pre-test to 79 on the post-test. This means that the average score of the students in the experimental class is higher than the average score in the control class. Researchers concluded that the Hello English Application is effective through mastery of student vocabulary, especially for tenth-grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Mayong for the 2022/2023 academic year. Based on the questionnaire, the results showed that using the Hello English application in teaching English has many positive impacts on students, including students being more motivated in learning and making it easier for students to understand the material.

Abstract

Obedience pressure is when individuals receive commands from their superiors to act unethically. Group pressure refers to individuals within a group that considers unethical actions acceptable. Meanwhile, whistleblowing refers to the reporting action of whistleblowers aware of fraud in their workplaces. This research aims to examine the causal association between obedience pressure and group pressure, and whistleblowing intentions. This research uses a 2x2 between-subject experimental study. Our subjects are students from an accounting department in Central Java. Our results demonstrate that individuals under low obedience pressure have higher whistleblowing intentions than those under high. Second, individuals under low group pressure have higher whistleblowing intentions than individuals under high group pressure. Third, there is an interaction between obedience pressure and group pressure on whistleblowing intentions. This research contributes to the whistleblowing literature and informs companies in developing an optimal whistleblowing system.

Abstract

Implementing E-Government in the current modern era requires prioritizing information technology so that online public services can be more effective and efficient. To implement E-Government in the Bone Regency Population and Civil Registry Service in providing services to the community, you need to pay attention to the elements for implementing E-Government. This research aims to determine the application of E-Government in the Bone Regency Population and Civil Registry Service. using qualitative research methods with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis process includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show 3 elements in implementing E-Government in the Bone Regency Population and Civil Registration Service, namely: 1). The Support Element is the support and desire of the leadership of the Bone Regency Population and Civil Registry Agency in implementing E-Government and the existence of regulations that support implementing E-Government. 2). Capacity elements include the availability of financial resources originating from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget, the availability of infrastructure resources that support implementing E-Government such as computers, wifi, print and others, and the availability of human resources who have the capacity to implement E-Government or online service to the community. And the 3rd). It is a value element which is a benefit felt by the Population and Civil Registry Service of Bone Regency as providing online services to the community which in implementing E-Government provides a large beneficial impact in terms of effective and efficient service innovation at this time in the Population Service agency. and the Civil Registry of Bone Regency, while the benefits felt by the community as those who receive services are the ease of getting services because they no longer need to come to the office to get services, especially those that are far from the office.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan mitigasi bencana kepada anak-anak sanggar seni sastra Bulava Sindue melalui metode bermain peran. Kegiatan ini sangat penting dilakukan mengingat kejadian pada tahun 2018 yang lalu, Kota Palu, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah tertimpa musibah multibencana alam yaitu Gempa, Likuifaksi, dan Tsunami yang menyebabkan banyak menelan korban jiwa. Banyaknya anak-anak yang menjadi korban pada bencana tersebut menjadi motivasi bagi tim pengabdi untuk memberikan edukasi mitigasi bencana melalui metode bermain peran bagi anak-anak. Edukasi mitigasi bencana menjadi sangat penting untuk dilakukan sebagai problem solving dari permasalahan tingginya korban jiwa dari setiap kasus bencana alam yang terjadi. Salah satu konsep edukasi mitigasi bencana yang dapat dilakukan adalah memberikan pelatihan mitigasi bencana dengan menggunakan metode bermain peran bagi anak-anak. Pelatihan mitigasi bencana melalui metode bermain peran ini diikuti sekitar 30 orang anak. Peserta tersebut terdiri dari 19 laki-laki dan 11 perempuan. Peserta pelatihan tersebut tergabung dalam sanggar seni sastra Bulava Sindue yang berada di Desa Masaingi Kabupaten Sindue. Tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah pertama survei, sebelum pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan, tim melakukan survei lokasi dan melakukan wawancara. Tahap kedua yaitu plan, pada tahap ini dilakukan perencanaan terkait dengan kegiatan yang akan dilakukan. Tahap ketiga do, pada tahap ini dilakukan pelatihan mitigasi bencana melalui metode bermain peran. Tahap keempat see, pada tahap ini dilakukan refleksi untuk meninjau pelaksanaan pelatihan yang diberikan. Tahap kelima penyusunan laporan akhir kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah anak-anak terlatih dalam melakukan penyelamatan diri pada saat terjadi bencana.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi yang dimiliki siswa dalam menulis cerita pendek budaya dalam bentuk pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh tim PKM Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sunan Giri. Kegiatan ini sendiri menjadi bagian penting dalam tridarma perguruan tinggi yang digaungkan dan ditradisikan. Peserta dalam pendampingan ini berjumlah 50 orang yang masuk dalam kelas penulisan cerita pendek. Kegiatan ini sendiri dilakukan selama 8 pertemuan aktif dalam kelas.

Abstract

In the context of family law, fathers play an essential role as the head of the family and the decision-maker who directs the family in various aspects, including decisions related to social and political interests. This study aims to describe the role of household heads as active agents in influencing family political choices. This research uses mixed methods to analyze the role of Muslim household heads in making political choices in the Luwu Raya region, South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Data were collected from 30 informants in the Luwu Raya regions using purposive sampling. Data in the form of interview documents, coded in several categories and then reduced according to the needs of the problem formulation. In addition to qualitative data, quantitative data percentages were also used to map political preferences, which were presented as diagrams. Finally, the data was narrated and interpreted to reach the right conclusion. The results show that the head of the family plays a role in shaping the political preferences of his family members by conducting more intense communication and persuasion. On the other hand, some family members have different political preferences due to their education and political experience.
