Abstract

There are many factors that influence teacher performance through digital literacy, including emotional intelligence and competence. Based on the results of the achievement level values performance through UKG scores in Indonesia, it is proven that the quality of teachers is still not optimal. And it can be seen from the UTBK results that only 6 schools out of 17 schools are included in the National UTBK ranking. Research has a purpose For test and analyze in a way empirical influence direct intelligence emotional and competence to teacher performance. As well as influence No direct intelligence emotional and competence through mediation digital literacy towards teacher performance. Method used approach quantitative as well as use questionnaire . Deep sample study This using random sampling with total 253 people. Partial least squares (PLS) analysis method with application smartPLS. Research result This show teacher performance, intelligence emotional, competence and digital literacy as construct and reliability with coefficient the lowest is 0.6 and Cronbach's alpha is above 0.7. Study This show that intelligence emotional and competence own significant impact to teacher performance. Other research shows that intelligence emotional and skill own impact big on digital literacy  and digital literacy has an impact on school teacher performance. There is influence significant digital literacy in mediation intelligence emotional to teacher performance . In addition , digital literacy influences and significant mediate competence to teacher performance. It is hoped that the results of this research can advance the science of human resource management and good behavior academics nor practical.

Abstract

This study aims to discover the relationship between growth sales, capital structure, and corporate governance on financial performance of consumer consumer non-cyclical firms in Indonesia. Financial performance is observed from market performance (Tobin's Q) and profitability performance (ROA). The population in this study is firms in consumer consumer non-cyclical on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The total population is 113 firms. 39 firms were selected as samples. The data is obtained from the annual report which starts from the period 2018 to 2022. A total of the population was determined as samples by purposive sampling method. Data analysis using panel data regression. The result shows: 1) Growth Sales have a significant influence on market performance; however, it does not have a significant effect on profitability performance. 2) Capital Structure significantly influences market and profitability performance 3) Corporate governance significantly influences market and profitability performance. Suggestions for companies that must strive to increase sales, maintain good corporate governance and pay attention to the company's capital structure in a balanced manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelaksanaan Self Assessment, kesadaran pajak, dan sanksi pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi di Kota Padang, dengan digitalisasi layanan pajak sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Data diolah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis jalur (path analysis) melalui perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Self assessment dan kesadaran pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Namun, sanksi pajak tidak terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Terkait variabel intervening, sanksi pajak ditemukan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap digitalisasi layanan pajak, sedangkan pelaksanaan Self assessment dan kesadaran pajak tidak berpengaruh terhadap digitalisasi layanan pajak. Lebih lanjut, digitalisasi layanan pajak ditemukan tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh pelaksanaan Self Assessment, kesadaran pajak, maupun sanksi pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak secara signifikan. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi informasi, masukan, dan bahan evaluasi bagi pihak KPP Pratama Padang Dua agar lebih giat dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak. Disarankan bagi pihak terkait untuk lebih fokus pada pemberian bimbingan teknis serta edukasi layanan digital guna meminimalisir hambatan teknis yang dihadapi wajib pajak dalam melaksanakan kewajiban perpajakannya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Support and Organizational Climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable at the Department of Food Crops, Horticulture, and Plantation of Sungai Penuh City. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis, with questionnaires distributed to 95 respondents. The results showed that there is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Support on Organizational Commitment at the Department of Food Crops, Horticulture, and Plantation of Sungai Penuh City. There is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Climate on Organizational Commitment at the Department of Food Crops, Horticulture, and Plantation of Sungai Penuh City. There is a positive and significant effect of Organizational Support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Department of Food Crops, Horticulture, and Plantation of Sun DAN PERKEBUNANgai Penuh City. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline, Compensation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an intervening variable at the Regional Secretariat of West Pasaman Regency. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis, by distributing 160 questionnaires. The results showed that there is a positive and significant effect of Work Discipline on Work Motivation, there is a positive and significant effect of Compensation on Work Motivation, there is a positive and significant effect of Work Climate on Work Motivation at the Regional Secretariat of West Pasaman Regency. There is a positive and significant effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance, there is a positive and significant effect of Compensation on Employee Performance, there is no effect of Work Environment on Employee Performance, there is a positive and significant effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of West Pasaman Regency. Work Motivation is not able to mediate the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance, Work Motivation is not able to mediate the effect of Work Environment on Employee Performance, Work Motivation is able to mediate the effect of Compensation on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of West Pasaman Regency. Finally, the author suggests that the Regional Secretariat of West Pasaman Regency further enhance Work Motivation as it has the most dominant influence on Employee Performance in West Pasaman Regency

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of professionalism and discipline on performance mediated by motivation. A quantitative approach with a hypothesis testing technique was used in this study. There were 90 samples with a random sampling technique, namely the teachers of the State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Bayang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra. Data were collected through online questionnaire distribution and processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software with structural equation modelling techniques. The results showed that professionalism and discipline each had a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Professionalism, discipline, and motivation each have a positive and significant effect on performance. Motivation significantly mediates the relationship between professionalism and performance and the relationship between discipline and performance. The implications of the study emphasise the importance of maintaining the commitment and morale of teachers in educational institutions to provide the best teaching to students.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment, organisational culture, and work discipline on performance mediated by organisational commitment. A quantitative approach with hypothesis testing techniques was used in this study. There were 77 samples with the saturated sample technique, namely, all employees at the Youth and Sports Office of West Sumatra Province. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires online and processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software with structural equation modelling techniques. The results showed that work environment, organisational culture, and work discipline each had a positive and significant effect on organisational commitment. Work discipline and organisational commitment each have a positive and significant effect on performance, but an insignificant effect was found by the work environment and organisational culture. The effect of organisational culture and work discipline on performance through the mediation of organisational commitment was found to be positive and significant, but insignificant mediation by organisational commitment on the relationship between work environment and performance was found. The implications of the research emphasise the importance of maintaining the commitment and loyalty of employees in government agencies in order to provide the best empowerment to the community.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of workload, social support, and rewards on burnout mediated by work-life balance. A quantitative approach with hypothesis testing techniques was used in this study. There were 95 samples with a judgmental sampling technique and using the Slovin formula, which represented Bank Nagari employees in West Sumatra Province. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires online and processed using SmartPLS 4.0 software with structural equation modelling techniques. The results showed that workload, social support, and rewards each had a significant effect on work-life balance. Workload, social support, rewards, and work-life balance each have a significant effect on burnout. The effect of workload, social support, and rewards on burnout through the mediation of work-life balance was found to be significant. The implications of the study emphasise the importance of maintaining employee welfare by paying attention to physical and emotional conditions in banking institutions in order to provide the best service for customers.

This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation and organisational culture on performance mediated by organisational citizenship behaviour. A quantitative approach with hypothesis testing techniques was used in this study. There were 94 samples with the saturated sample technique, namely all employees at the Padang City Education and Culture Office, West Sumatra Province. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires online and processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software with structural equation modelling techniques. The results indicated that work motivation and organisational culture each had a positive and significant effect on organisational citizenship behaviour. Work motivation and organisational citizenship behaviour each have a positive and significant effect on performance, but are not significantly affected by organisational culture. Organisational citizenship behaviour can mediate the relationship between work motivation with performance, and organisational culture with performance. The research implications emphasise the importance of increasing the sense of belonging, strong bonding, and high dedication in the agency environment in order to produce employee loyalty and good work quality.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style, organisational culture, and work-life balance on work productivity mediated by job satisfaction. A quantitative approach with hypothesis testing techniques was used in this study. There were 70 samples with the saturated sample technique, namely, all employees of the Chief Administration Bureau at the West Sumatra Governor's Office. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires online and processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software with structural equation modelling techniques. The results showed that organisational culture and work-life balance each had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, but not significantly by leadership style. Leadership style and job satisfaction each have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, but are not significantly affected by organisational culture and work balance. The effect of organisational culture and work balance, respectively, on work productivity through mediation of job satisfaction was found to be positive and significant, but insignificant mediation by job satisfaction was found on the relationship between leadership style and work productivity. The implications of the study emphasise the importance of meeting the needs and comfort of employees in government agencies in order to provide good quality work.
