Abstract

Tidak semua penduduk Desa Rantau Embacang memiliki akses air bersih, hanya beberapa penduduk saja yang yang memiliki sumur gali dan sumur bor. Kebanyakan penduduk memanfaatkan air Sungai Batang Tebo untuk kebutuhan mandi dan mencuci. Sedangkan sekarang kondsi air sungai sudah sangat keruh dan tidak layak untuk digunakan. Karena itu perlu adanya sistem penyediaan air minum yang layak bagi masyarakat Desa Rantau Embacang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kebutuhan air di Desa Rantau Embacang untuk perencanaan 15 tahun yang akan datang dengan menghitung proyeksi pertumbuhan penduduk menggunakan Metode Geometri, Aritmatika, dan Eksponensial. Dari ketiga metode akan diambil salah satu metode dengan koefisien korelasi mendekati 1 yang selanjutnya digunakan dalam perhitungan proyeksi partumbuhan penduduk untuk 15 tahun yang akan datang. Merencanakan sistem jaringan perpipaan menggunakan Software AutoCad 2022, perencanaan hidrolis dengan Microsoft Excel 2010 dan Software EPANET 2.0. Hingga didapat total kebutuhan air, desain perpipaan berupa ukuran kecepatan dan tekanan pada pipa sesuai pedoman standar perencanaan.

Abstract

In order to reach the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), education must undergo a fundamental transformation in light of the new era of global dynamics, technological advancements, and climate change. The study looks at how urgent it is to change education in order to provide the next generation the knowledge and morals they need to create a prosperous and sustainable future. The report suggests changing the way that education is viewed, modernising pedagogies and curricula, enhancing the calibre of teachers, increasing access to inclusive education, fortifying funding and governance, and undertaking research to assist in this transition. In order to achieve the 2030 SDGs, the paper offers suggestions and advice for policies and programmes that would guarantee universal access to high-quality education, encourage inclusive and equitable education, and bolster education funding and governance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership style of the principal in enhancing learning quality at TK Mujahidin, Semarang Regency. The research method employed is a qualitative approach with a case study design. The study involves the principal, teachers, and school staff as respondents. The research findings indicate that the principal of TK Mujahidin, Semarang Regency, adopts a leadership style centered on collaboration and motivation. This leadership style fosters a harmonious and productive work environment within the school. The principal actively engages in the decision-making process and provides necessary support to teachers. Additionally, the principal implements effective communication strategies to ensure the involvement of all stakeholders in efforts to enhance learning quality. The study demonstrates that open and transparent communication is crucial for achieving better learning outcomes. The challenges faced by the principal include resource constraints, both financially and in terms of facilities. However, the principal has successfully overcome these obstacles by optimizing available resources and introducing innovations into the teaching and learning process. This research provides a deeper understanding of the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. The implications include contributions to the development of more effective, responsive, and quality early childhood education in the region.

Abstract

Teachers are the main factor that determines the success of students. The purpose of this study is first, to find out the problems of teachers of Private Aliyah Madrasah in Semarang Regency related to education and training, and the second solution is to overcome teacher problems related to education and training in teachers of Private Aliyah Madrasah in Semarang Regency. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collected is in the form of words or images from interviews, field notes and personal documents. The research was carried out at a Private Aliyah Madrasah in Semarang Regency. The stages of the research include making observations, determining key persons, informants with snowbolling techniques. The subjects of the study were the heads of madrasas and teachers in 11 Private Aliyah Madrasah in Semarang Regency. Data collection uses interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis starts from data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the research, first , the problems of teachers of Private Aliyah Madrasah in Semarang Regency related to education and training are 1) teachers have not been able to participate in education and training, 2) teachers have not been able to fully implement the results of training because school facilities are not supportive, 3) teachers are busy with full teaching hours and administrative tasks at school, 4) teachers do not want to develop themselves by learning because they are busy with work or for health reasons 5) lack of intensive coaching and motivation from school leaders. Second, the solution to overcome the problems of teachers in Private Aliyah Madrasah Semarang Regency related to education and training is 1) the need for equal distribution of teachers to participate in education and training. 2) school infrastructure needs to be improved, especially internet and library facilities, 3) teachers are not burdened with many administrative tasks, 4) the need for teachers' awareness to develop themselves. 5) School leaders provide intensive coaching and motivation to teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh persepsi usefullness, perceived ease of use, pemahaman akuntansi sosialisasi SAK EMKM, dan behavioral intention tentang implementasi SAK EMKM oleh pelaku usaha UKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh pengaruh persepsi usefullness, perceived ease of use, pemahaman akuntansi sosialisasi SAK EMKM, dan behavioral intention tentang implementasi SAK EMKM oleh pelaku usaha UKM Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 213 UKM se-Kabupaten Jepara dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dari hasil penelitian ini bisa disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara persepsi usefullness, perceived ease of use, pemahaman akuntansi sosialisasi SAK EMKM, dan behavioral intention tentang implementasi SAK EMKM pada pelaku usaha UKM. Saran terkait hasil penelitian ini adalah: beberapa pihak dengan kepentingan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran laporan keuangan usaha kecil dan menengah di Kabupaten Jepara, khususnya Dinas Perdagangan, Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah di Kabupaten Jepara untuk memberikan nasihat dan pedoman penerapan SAK EMKM dalam kegiatan operasional suatu usaha karena informasi akuntansi sangat diperlukan dalam mengelola suatu usaha, jangan melihat apakah usaha itu masih kecil atau besar.

Abstract

A teacher's performance is determined by the quality and quantity of the work they complete while carrying out their responsibilities, which include creating lesson plans, implementing instruction, collecting data from assessments, and analyzing assessments. Many factors influence teacher performance, including principal leadership, organizational culture, MGMP participation, and job satisfaction. This research aims to determine the direct and indirect influence of school principal leadership, organizational culture, and MGMP participation on teacher performance through job satisfaction of Junior High School teachers in Semarang City.The sampling technique used in this research was proportional random sampling with 200 total sample teachers taken from eight state schools in Semarang City. This data analysis uses path analysis using Amos 23.0 program. Questionnaires were used as data collection instruments.The research results show that the principal's leadership has a direct influence on organizational culture and MGMP participation; organizational culture has a direct effect on MGMP participation; the principal's leadership has a direct effect on job satisfaction and organizational culture has a direct effect on job satisfaction; MGMP participation does not affect job satisfaction; Job satisfaction has a direct effect on teacher performance and MGMP participation has a direct effect on teacher performance. Meanwhile, for indirect effects, job satisfaction can mediate the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance; Job satisfaction can mediate organizational culture on teacher performance, while job satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of MGMP participation on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study focuses on the influence of infrastructure management and teacher teaching quality on student engagement and its impact on student competence in Vocational High Schools (SMK). The main objective of this study is to analyze how the two factors work synergistically in improving student engagement and their competence. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an ex post facto type, where data is collected through a questionnaire distributed to 177 grade XI students majoring in Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering at several vocational schools in Salatiga. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the causal relationship between the variables studied. The results show that the management of infrastructure facilities and the quality of teachers' teaching have a significant effect on student engagement, which in turn improves their competence. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of a holistic approach in education management, where school managers must pay balanced attention between improving the quality of teaching and managing infrastructure facilities to create an optimal learning environment.

Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing the influence of principal leadership and virtual classroom-based supervision on learning effectiveness in elementary schools, with teachers' self-efficacy serving as a mediating variable. The main objective of this research is to examine how the combination of effective leadership and the integration of technology in supervision can enhance the quality of learning. The study employs a survey method with a causality approach, gathering data from 200 elementary school teachers in Jakarta. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) facilitated by AMOS 24 software, which enables the examination of both direct and indirect relationships between the variables. The findings reveal that principal leadership and virtual classroom-based supervision significantly impact learning effectiveness, with teachers' self-efficacy reinforcing these effects. These results suggest that leveraging technology in supervision and fostering leadership development in schools are effective strategies for improving learning outcomes. The implications of this study contribute significantly to the formulation of innovative and technology-driven educational policies, which can be utilized to enhance the quality of education at the primary school level.

Abstract

Abstrak: Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Sektor Consumer Cyclicals Sebelum dan Selama Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang meliputi rasio profitabilitas, rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio aktivitas, dan rasio pasar untuk tahun 2019 (sebelum pandemi) dan tahun 2020 (selama pandemi). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang masuk ke dalam sektor consumer cyclicals di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel akhir sebanyak 40 perusahaan dengan 80 unit analisis selama 2 tahun. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wilcoxon signed ranks test. Rasio profitabilitas diukur menggunakan ROA, rasio likuiditas menggunakan CR, rasio solvabilitas menggunakan DER, rasio aktivitas menggunakan TATO dan rasio pasar menggunakan PER. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan kinerja keuangan pada rasio profitabilitas, rasio solvabilitas dan rasio aktivitas sebelum dan selama pandemi covid-19; sedangkan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan kinerja keuangan pada rasio likuiditas dan rasio pasar sebelum dan selama pandemi covid-19.Kata kunci : Kinerja Perusahaan, Kinerja Keuangan, Pandemi Covid-19Abstract: Financial Performance Analysis of Consumer Cyclicals Sector Companies Before and During the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study aims to analyze the company's financial performance which includes profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, and market ratios for 2019 (before the pandemic) and 2020 (during the pandemic). The population in this study are companies listed in the consumer cyclicals sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample was selected using purposive sampling method and obtained a final sample of 40 companies with 80 units of analysis for 2 years. The analytical method used in this study is the wilcoxon signed ranks test. Profitability ratios were measured using ROA, liquidity ratios using CR, solvency ratios using DER, activity ratios using TATO and market ratios using PER. This study proves that there are significant differences in financial performance in profitability ratios, solvency ratios and activity ratios before and during the covid-19 pandemic; while there is no significant difference in financial performance in liquidity ratios and market ratios before and during the covid-19 pandemic.Keywords: Company Performance, Financial Performance, Covid-19 Pandemic
