Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a Nosarara Nosabatutu learning model based on local culture and technology (Google Docs) to improve the effectiveness of online learning, as well as to assess the effectiveness, validity, and practicality of the model. This research uses research and development (R & D) methods with AP3A (Analyze, Planning, Preparing, Piloting & Apply) model procedures. This second year of research is the stage of developing and testing the effectiveness of the Nosarara Nosabatutu learning model, and is a series of research for 3 years. This second year of research resulted in a model for organizing lecture materials through the google document application, as a component of the Nosarara Nosabatutu learning model. The results of the research product test, both in the one to one test and in the small group test, show that the product in the form of learning materials that have been organized according to the Nosarara Nosabatutu learning model, is in the good category and is effective for improving learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic. The material organization model provides independence for students to learn according to their own learning style and pace of learning. This research presents an innovation in the form of integrating the Nosarara Nosabatutu learning model with the Google Docs platform, which combines technology with local cultural values. The impact is that this model not only improves student learning outcomes but also strengthens collaboration and the spirit of mutual cooperation in online learning.

Abstract

This research is to determine the factors that influence the purchase intention of customers or potential customers that mediated by trust in online marketplaces during the COVID-19 pandemic and entering the digital era 4.0. This study used quantitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample used was 306 respondents. This research uses path analysis techniques with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the direct influence hypothesis test show a significant and positive influence on each latent variable except for the results of the hypothesis test of the effect of ease on trust which has a direct but not significant and positive influence. While in the indirect influence test, latent variables have a significant and positive indirect influence, except for the indirect influence of convenience on purchase intention mediated by customer or prospective customer confidence. Thus, marketplace application business people are expected to improve digital marketing services, especially in the ease of using applications so that they can increase purchase intent that further makes transactions on marketplace applications.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of ship certification on ship safety mediated by human resource competency and ship stability. The research population was 135 crew members operating in Lake Toba port. The collection technique used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 100 ship crew members. Data collection techniques included field research with questionnaires. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Squares of Structural Equation Modeling. The research results show that the certification process directly has a positive and significant effect on ship safety. The certification variable, mediated by ship stability, has a positive and significant effect on ship safety. However, when certification is mediated by human resources competency, it has no positive and insignificant effect. Further research is recommended related to standardization of port services to improve logistics’ performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between ship agency service quality, interpersonal communication and user satisfaction at PT Buana Listya Tama, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method by conducting a survey, and the data is analyzed using correlation and regression. The results showed that the interpersonal communication variable was also positively correlated with customer satisfaction with a t-count value of 6.108 and greater than t-table of 1.998 so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Through the F test, it is known that the quality of service and interpersonal communication simultaneously correlates with satisfaction where F count is greater than F table (90.839 > 2.75) 50 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The coefficient of determination (R Sguare) between variables is 0.749 or 74.9%. The contribution of service quality and interpersonal communication to customer satisfaction is 74.946%, while 25.1% is influenced by other factors not examined. 749 or 74.9%. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of digital marketing with corporate financial reporting, focusing on its impact on transparency, accountability, and the challenges associated with its implementation. The research adopts a qualitative approach through an extensive literature review, systematically examining scholarly articles, industry reports, and case studies from reputable sources. The analysis uses thematic coding to identify trends, challenges, and the implications of integrating digital marketing data into financial reporting. The findings reveal that digital marketing significantly enhances financial transparency and accountability by providing real-time data and facilitating dynamic stakeholder engagement. Platforms such as social media and corporate websites are pivotal in disseminating financial information and receiving real-time feedback, improving financial reports' accuracy. However, integrating digital marketing data poses challenges, including data security, regulatory compliance, and the need for new skills among financial professionals. Companies that effectively harness AI and big data analytics in their financial reporting demonstrate improved forecasting and decision-making capabilities. This integration offers transformative opportunities for businesses to enhance their financial reporting's accuracy and timeliness. Nevertheless, addressing the challenges of data integration and security, as well as bridging the skills gap, is crucial for realizing the full potential of digital marketing in financial reporting.
