Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the implementation of the e-procurement system in the operations of PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental (PT PTK) vessels, as well as the role of human resources (HR) in optimizing the application of this system. The research also explores the factors that influence the success of e-procurement implementation, both from the internal side of the company, such as good management and HR management, and from the external side, including supporting technological infrastructure and policies. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and NVivo 12 software for data analysis. The research duration was 3 (three) months through interviews with informants consisting of the Procurement Manager, ICT Manager, Vessel Procurement and Operations Coordinator, SmartGEP Manager, and six HR employees involved in the implementation and management of the e-procurement system, totaling 10 participants, this research delves into the various challenges and solutions in implementing e-procurement in the vessel operations of PT PTK. The analysis results show that the implementation of e-procurement has increased efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the procurement of goods and services. However, there are still challenges related to HR adaptation and technological infrastructure. This research contributes to the development of e-procurement theory, particularly in the maritime industry context, and provides practical recommendations to enhance HR capacity in managing a more effective and sustainable e-procurement system.

Abstract

Preliminary National Defense Education (PPBN) is a national strategic program aimed at developing the character of the younger generation, particularly university students, as agents of change and future national leaders. This study aims to analyze the implementation of PPBN in character development for students at the Trisakti Transportation and Logistics Institute, held at the Indonesian National Armed Forces Peacekeeping Mission Center (PMPP TNI) in Sentul. This study involved 659 students participating in the four-day PPBN program, which took place from January 22–25, 2026. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with an implementation study approach, through direct observation, documentation of activities, and analysis of PPBN learning materials. The results indicate that the implementation of PPBN significantly contributed to student character development, particularly in the aspects of discipline, responsibility, nationalism, leadership, cooperation, and mental resilience. Furthermore, PPBN activities increased students' understanding of the concept of non-military national defense, particularly in the context of the strategic role of the transportation and logistics sector in national resilience. This study concludes that PPBN is effective as a character education instrument in higher education and needs to be continuously integrated into the national education system.

Abstract

High-quality information and services are expected to increase customer confidence in the online market. Customer trust is expected to increase customer buying interest, regardless of gender. This study aims to investigate the increase in consumer buying interest through trust as an intervening variable and gender as a moderation variable. The population in this study is online market customers. Meanwhile, the research sample amounted to 306 customers located in the Jakarta area. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Validity tests and reliability tests are carried out to find out that the indicators used meet the research requirements. Next, a research model test was carried out. The data analysis techniques used include path analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Test the model using SmartPLS 4 software. The study found that high-quality information and services significantly increased customer buying interest. The results of the direct hypothesis test and the hypothesis test were not directly accepted, except for the indirect hypothesis test regarding the indirect influence of confidence on buying interest moderated by gender variables. Further research is expected to develop similar research variables and indicators so that it can strengthen the results of this research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the economic efficiency of airports in Angkasa Pura I, especially since the formation of the Tourism SOE holding in 2022 which changes airport operations. This study examines efficiency during the COVID-19 pandemic by introducing Air Traffic Movement (ATM), Air Passenger Movement (APM), and Air Cargo Movement (ACM) variables as output variables, which provide new insights that have not been explored before, especially the study in all Angkasa Pura I airports. This study uses quantitative research methods with non-parametric techniques to analyze efficiency and economies of scale in the aviation industry.  The analytical tool used is Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) using STATA 17 software as the main tool to evaluate efficiency and economies of scale at 16 airports. The results revealed variations in the level of efficiency of economies of scale among airports, with some airports improving their efficiency in response to the pandemic. The study confirms the importance of effective management strategies, transparency in information dissemination, and continuous monitoring in shaping airports' economic efficiency.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of accessibility, facilities and digitalization on port performance in Patimban Subang. Some of the main problems include; There is no direct access to the port, inadequate port support facilities such as the absence of a logistics company that has a home base in the port area means that goods delivery is not optimal. Apart from that, the use of the Inaportnet system as a form of port digitalization has not been optimal. This research method uses SEM-PLS analysis. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables of accessibility, facilities and digitalization of freight ports have a significant positive influence on port performance variables. The statistical test results show that all independent variables are statistically significant at the 95% confidence level, with a P-value lower than .
