Abstract

Bureaucratic reform is the government's effort to improve public services that have not met people's expectations. This is due to ignorance of public services, and unresponsive service delivery. This study aims to find out how the integrated administrative service innovation (PATEN) influences the handling of dual citizenship identities in Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan Province. This study used a quantitative approach with a simple random sampling measurement method in Nunukan Regency. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the service quality variable and the satisfaction variable in handling dual citizenship identity in Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan Province. Obstacles and obstacles faced by the Nunukan Regency government in handling dual citizenship identity, namely the low ability of the government seen from the level of education and suitability in supporting service tasks, limited service facilities and facilities in supporting service tasks, resulting in limitations in area coverage, borders that are difficult to pass because territorial waters, low community participation in ownership of identity cards (KTP).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the synergy between economic policies and environmental policies in the context of sustainable development. The research method applied in this study is a systematic literature review, utilizing 500 scientific articles sourced from the Scopus database. Article reviews were conducted using the Vosviewer application to map and analyze the relationships between concepts as well as the main findings in the existing literature. The research findings reveal that the integration of economic and environmental policies through instruments such as carbon taxes, renewable energy subsidies, and environmental regulations that support innovation has enhanced the effectiveness in achieving sustainable development goals. Additionally, cross-sector collaboration and active stakeholder participation have proven to be key factors in creating harmonious and sustainable policies. This study contributes to the development of a research roadmap on the synergy between economic and environmental policies, providing a foundation for more in-depth and applicable future research. The limitation of this study is that the articles used are solely sourced from the Scopus database, thereby the research findings cannot comprehensively depict issues related to economic and environmental policies in various global contexts. Future research should utilize scientific articles sourced from other reputable international databases, such as Web of Science and Dimensions Scholars, to obtain a broader and deeper understanding of the synergy between economic and environmental policies. Thus, this study provides important insights for policymakers in designing effective strategies to achieve sustainable development through the integration of economic and environmental policies.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Dusun Cibodas desa Banjarsari Kecamatan Boyongbong Kabupaten Garut Jawa Barat adalah untuk pengembangan program pemberdayaan ekonomi kretatif berimpikasi pada usaha mikro kecil menengah setempat. Metode pengabdian pengukuran dengan menggunakan tiga pendekatan diantaranya (1) Metode phenomenalogical research dimana metode yang berlandaskan pada filsawat postpositivisme yang digunakan pada kondisi objek, instumen kunci, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara triangulasi (gabungan (2) Metode Grounded theory dari penelitian ini salah satu jenis metode kualitatif, melakukan studi budaya kelompok melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari tiga metode yang digunakan observasi dan wawancara dan pelatihaan pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat dismpulkan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang kreatif yang baik, akan memberikan dampak yang positif, perlunya program pendampingan dan bimbingan berkelanjutan yang intensif dari pemerintahaan daerah diantaranya program pendampingan bisnis dan pemberdayaan di Kabupaten Garut Jawa Barat.

Abstract

The debate about the involvement of Islamic boarding schools in the world of politics is in a tug of war, contradicting each other in the sense of experiencing pros and cons. Miftahul Huda Manonjaya Islamic Boarding School is one of the boarding schools in Tasikmalaya Regency, the founder of the Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School is late. K.H. Choer Affandi. There were 20 mandates that he left, one of which forbade him to enter the world of politics, but in the next reality, there were sons and grandsons of K.H. Choer Affandi who entered the world of politics. This article discusses Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School students who have entered politics, which seems to contradict one of Uwa Choer Affandi's mandates. This article aims to highlight the goals of Miftahul Huda Islamic boarding school students to enter the world of politics. This article uses qualitative research that is literature. The approach used is the theory of the relationship between religion and the state. The analytical technique used is the analysis technique popularized by Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School has succeeded in producing scholars as well as politicians whose main goals and motivations are Islamic da'wah, understanding the ahli sunnah wal jamaah, amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, and entering politics in the case of Miftahul Huda (as KH Asep Maoshul and Uu Ruzhanul Ulum) is a mandate from the Kyai Council and in order to carry out the mandate of the late. The main thing for Uwa Choer Affandi is to maintain the aqidah of the ahli sunnah wal jamaah and in the context of izatul Islam wal muslimun (the glory of Islam and the Muslims).

Abstract

The National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Pekalongan located in Jl. Majapahit No. 8was formed based on the Decree of the Mayor of Pekalongan Number: 451.1/392 of 2016.It has some activities such as carrying out the collection, distribution and utilization ofpublic funds in the form of zakat, and infaq/sadaqah in a professional and transparentmanner. Therefore, it is necessary to be audited by a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) as aform of accountability for financial statements to muzaki. As we know, these funds accepted by civil service staff (ASN) of Pekalongan City,deducted by the payroll clerks. This Zakat received in the last 2 years amounted to Rp.1,041,466,564 (2019) and Rp. 1,396,230,670 (2020), while the Infaq received was Rp.633,654,150 (2019) and Rp. 687,103,358 (2020). These funds are distributed to mustahikin the form of basic necessities for the poor, orphanages, underprivileged children,honorary employees, Koran teachers, ibn sabil, and amil. Besides, these ones are alsostored in the form of deposits and the profit sharing is used as operational funds. Every year the partners (the managers of Pekalongan BAZNAS) routinely makereports in the form of receipts and distributions (tasaruf) of these funds. However, thepartners do not yet have or make consolidated financial reports between zakat, infaq, and operational funds in accordance with applicable accounting standards, namely PSAK109. So that community service activities are needed in the form of assistance in theimplementation of zakat accounting based on the standard in the preparation of thefinancial statements of this agency. So, with the assistance, the Financial Statements ofBAZNAS can be audited by a Public Accounting Firm with a Fair Opinion.

Abstract

Salah satu tujuan manajemen organisasi adalah memberikan rasa aman dan kesatuan kepada karyawan. Sehingga kinerja bisa lebih efektif terutama saat berkoordinasi dengan berbagai depertemen. Begitu juga dalam pengelolaan pendidikandimaksudkan sebagai upaya peningkatan kinerja pegawai melalui sejumlah kebijakan yang tepat. Oleh karena itu, manajemen pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh system pendidikan yang berkembang, manajemen pendidikan dan tenaga kependidikan yang melaksanakan manajemen. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa 1) Sistem Pendidikan Islam berpengaruh terhadap Manajemen Pendidikan Islam, 2) Pengelolaan Pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap Manajemen Pendidikan Islam dan 3) Tenaga Kependidikan berpengaruh terhadap Manajemen Pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

This article aims to highlight the opportunities and challenges of Islamic banking in Indonesia after the merger and the implications for national economic growth from the perspective of Islamic banking. This study uses a descriptive analytical method which is literary in nature. The source of law in question is in the form of primary data in the form of laws and regulations and other sources of law. In addition, the secondary data of this study came from various literature such as books, scientific articles and other literature related to the object of research. The data analysis technique is carried out through several stages, namely focusing on data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the formation of BSI through indeed creates various opportunities, one of which is the number of capital aspects becomes larger which will affect other aspects. Such as, Islamic financial literacy and inclusion funds are getting bigger, the market penetration network is getting wider, the creation of financial products that are increasingly diverse and low-cost and can take part to help finance strategic projects that can help grow the national economy

Abstract

The school principal plays a crucial role in leading educational units to achieve their vision and mission, as mandated by Indonesian law. However, challenges persist, particularly in improving learning quality to produce academically accountable graduates. This study examines the leadership of school principals in enhancing learning quality at SDN Cikandang and SDN Citali, Sumedang. Using qualitative methods with a case study approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Findings reveal that principals significantly impact learning quality by adopting effective leadership strategies, including: (1) having a clear vision and effectively communicating it; (2) fostering open communication and active listening; (3) making decisive and accountable decisions; (4) demonstrating empathy towards team members; (5) upholding integrity to build trust; (6) adapting to challenges without losing focus; (7) nurturing team potential and motivating optimal performance; (8) resolving conflicts constructively; and (9) maintaining a lifelong learning mindset to enhance team capabilities. The success of a principal’s leadership depends on these qualities, combined with the context in which they lead. Such leadership not only addresses existing challenges but also drives schools toward achieving high-quality education.

Abstract

This research is based on the number of similar businesses that offer products to consumers so that companies must be able to identify consumer needs in order to compete with copetitors. This study aims to test productcompleteness and price either partially or simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions at the JHRD Barokah Building Store. The population used is the consumer of the JHRD Barokah Building Shop and a sample of 90 respondents is obtained using the slovin formula. This study uses validity and reliability of a research indicator. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS v.25. The results of the analysis carried out show that partially the completeness of the product has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, while simultaneously Product Completeness and Price have an influence on Purchase Decisions..

Abstract

Photovoltaic is one of the environmentally friendly power plants. One of the problems using photovoltaic is the low efficiency level. Therefore, a method is needed to optimize photovoltaic performance. The use of fuzzy logic control for dual axis tracking system is used in this study to optimize photovoltaic performance. The dual axis tracking system functions to keep the photovoltaic always perpendicular to the direction of the sun's arrival so that it has more optimal output power. The input of the tracking system comes from the LDR sensor which is installed on each side of the Photovoltaic. This sensor is combined with RTC to anticipate weather changes (cloudy). LDR and RTC sensor data as input for fuzzy logic controller. Based on the results of the research, the output power of the Photovoltaic tracking system is 9.363 Watts or 46.82% of the Photovoltaic specifications. Meanwhile, static photovoltaic with conventional installation has a power of 7.247 Watt or 36.23% of the specification. So that Photovoltaic with fuzzy logic control for dual axis tracking system is 29.20% more optimal.
